Kingdom Come, a Naruto + Warhammer Crossover fanfic

A/N

Context:

Naruto ends up in the warhammer 40k universe because Sasuke betrayed him after they ended the infinite stukuyomi, placing Naruto near the end of the age of strife. There will be also major changes like Naruto uniting many small empires be it humans, ab-humans and xenos under his banner, before the Imperium could destroy them. And that some of the Primarchs are female (because of warp fuckerie and Slaanesh) these are Vulkan, Lorgar, Magnus, Morterian, Fullgrim, Konrad and Angron. Not to mention that by the time the Emperor meets Naruto and his empire, all of the Primarchs are found.

One thing I want to say about Naruto is that he will retain sixth paths mode, has awakened his bloodline, has Shishui sharingan and has the hirashin. This Naruto doesn't know much about fuinjutsu only the basics such as storage seal, elemental seal, paper bombs and how to copy them without problems. How he obtained the sharingan, is because Itachi didn't retrieved and destroyed Shishui's eye like he did in cannon, so when he was sent trough the warp the Raven inside him was consumed by his soul and body but the eye remained and fused with one of his, he will be O.P as time goes and be O.P when he needs to be, as some of his power are to straining to his body.

Also, for does who question why Kurama or the eye wasn't consumed. Simple the death reaper seal that held Kurama protect him, as for the aye, it held enough power to fend itself from the force's of the warp and guide itself towards one of Naruto's eye sockets fusing itself with one of Naruto's eyes.

Lastly the planet that he lands on is that of the Squats, before they get betrayed by the orks and Eldar. In the end of the chapter, I will list off the civilizations that Naruto is going to accepted into his empire and the design of the emblem for said empire as well.

He couldn't believe it, after all they have went through the bastard still betrayed him and had the gal to smirk at him. Well if he was gonna be that way, might as well wipe that smirk off his face, by shooting out a enhanced chakra kick to the balls as hard as he could before the portal closed. After the portal closed, Sasuke fell to the ground as the pain was so much that eyes rolled back into the back of his skull and began to foam and to make matters worse for him, Kakashi saw the whole ordeal that he conjured his susanoo and punch him breaking all the bones in his body. Once defeated, the tail beast were released, humanity was saved, peace was achieved and Sasuke was now held prison in the hospital as one of his punishment was to heal normally which is estimated almost 5 years of recovery, they did question him where he sent Naruto yet the answer they received were unpleasant. You see, Sasuke had the idea of holding Naruto imprisoned in the desert dimension until he tired out but because of Naruto's stunt it disrupted Sasuke concentration which ended up sending Naruto to an unknown location even to him.

Back with Naruto, he was flying through the portal like a meteor which struck a undecisive mollusk in the back of the head with such force that it send it hurling, crashing into a pretty labyrinth and changed his path sending him through a second portal that was there for some reason. Naruto was now heading towards an unnamed planet that's near a galactic core in other words a black hole. As he enters the planets atmosphere the previous force he had tripled as the gravity of the planet was greater than his own planet, so going through the earth's crust, landing on a stronghold. This promptly alerted the Squats a race of humans that adapted to the planet environment.

After assessing the damages and looking for any injured people, they found that reconstruction of the area would take a few days and surprisingly no one was injured. So both men and women immediately began to work on cleaning up the place that was until they all heard a commotion, they all sigh for it was their leader. While they respected her greatly she had one hell of a temper. As she parked her bike nearby, she began to walk calmly towards them her face covered in soot, they now knew why she was mad this time. This was Trunda, master forger and lady of thunder, leader of their stronghold.

"Damages."

"About ay block."

"Injured or dead."

"None"

"Cause."

"Ay dreige." The squat answered for their lady was infuriated, probably working on some new stuff and exploded when the meteor landed, now she walked towards the center of the crater trying to find the rock and extract whatever resources it may have. Out of nowhere a fist bursted out of the ground grasping the ground as second one emerged for then they saw someone pulling themselves out of the ground and as he stood he began to walk like a drunken man. "Did... Did anyone see t-the blue fucker that hit m-me?" He said before passing out landing face first.

To them it a surprise to find a regular human crawling out of the center of crashed landing. "Grok! Take him to the nearest infirmary asap!!." Seeing Grok leave with Naruto, her anger was replaced with curiosity, for she looked once more at the hole that he came out because she began to examine the place and at first she didn't want to believe it, but after various hours of examination there was no denying it that the blonde fucker is the meteorite. And she couldn't help but grin like a mad woman for the implications that he meant for he could be of great aid to their people, not to mention that his already in debt with them.

Two days have passed since Naruto was intern to the infirmary and it only took two days for him to wake up. As he sat up, he began to look his surroundings with a drowsiness. That's when the door to his room opened and in came another squat, her name is Maulie and she's the head doctor that runs the infirmary, she was surprised seeing her patient wake up and stretching out like he was walking up from a good night sleep, but seeing him now awake she called her leader. Once finally stretching he noticed her he was surprised, since he has never seen her, then he started to look at his surroundings and panic began to show on his face as well on the heart monitor. Maulie seeing this immediately began to speak to him, to calm him down, once Naruto calmed himself was when Tundra entered with two guards beside her.

And so Naruto began to tell them how he was sent through a portal were he couldn't comprehend what was he seeing do to how fast he was going and loosing consciousness. For Tundra and her people they thought that Naruto probably had hallucinating mostly everything of what he said or his mind was blocking his memories and replacing them with others. As they believe that Naruto is the sole survival of an old space ship crew, which it unfortunately met its end when it got caught by the warp storms. Meaning that the ship in which Naruto traveled, and one of many, was traversing the warp when the Age of Isolation first began and him, and only him, somehow managed to survive all this time; escaping the warp and crash landing on their world.

Despite Tundra sighing, she new that she had to break the news to Naruto. So bracing herself, she began to speak to what may have possibly happened and she saw how he looked at them like they were the crazy ones, she new that this would happen, it would be matter of time for him to accept the reality. So everyone left him for the time being...

That was over 18 months ago. Naruto still remembered that day if we're like yesterday. But ever since that fateful day he has help the Squats in everything he could, after all Tundra did tell him that he needed to pay back the stronghold for the property damage he caused and medical bills, however he still needed to go back to the hospital from time to time as Maulie wanted to be sure that he wouldn't suffer any ill effects caused by the warp.

Despite paying all of his debt and going to the hospital, he still kept on helping them; making their society grow and expand. In return the Squats taught him everything they new from forging, medicine, warfare, weaponry, technology, history, their treaty with the Orks and Eldar, about space and traveling the stars, what humanity had achieved and who they were before the age of Isolation. Needless to say Naruto was mind blowing, thankfully he was capable of grasping everything that they taught him albeit slowly, but it was nothing to him with the help of the shadow clone jutsu that help him speed up the process. That's when it became his turn to mind blow the Squats with his techniques, although he began to regret it when everyone wanted to use him as one man army/worker or guinea pig, especially Tundra and Maulie.

And despite knowing that he wouldn't be able to return to his home world he was by all means living a happy life, especially when he and Tundra began to get close to one another; those were his happiest moments. Later on they revealed their relationship and it was such a shock to everyone for they never thought that the mighty Tundra would one day be in a relationship, which they threw a celebration. Yet happiness did not last long, for in the midst of their celebration the Orks launched a surprise attack. Many were lost and injured, but regardless of that they fought like never before and Naruto would find himself in the front lines fighting against the Orks while using the shadow clone jutsu to multi-task be it fighting, retrieving the injured or assisting Maulie in the infirmary.

The war began to take its toll on them and even on Naruto, because as the war continued on he told them that he could end this by himself but they refused, and rightfully so, because for all the arsenal he had they were all to destructive but they would consider it as a last resort for they would contact the Eldar to aid them, except the Eldar refused to do such thing as they refuse to lower themselves to help such inferior species... That was the final straw for Naruto, because at the beginning, in the ambush Tundra was heavily injured that Maulie had to amputate her left arm and leg and was still to this day in a coma, everyone he new was either dead or missing and for all the power he has it was all useless because if he were to even to unleash it, it would only result in more collateral damage.

By the end of the transmission everyone in the council was silent, but they felt it, as uncontrolled rage began to emanate from Naruto. No one said anything nor tried to stop him when they saw him leave for there was only murder in his eyes.

Once more in the battlefield, this time Naruto and Kurama, every Squat and Ork froze for they felt his blood-lust, their eyes widening as his body was covered by red cloak (one tail fox cloak) as he ran into enemy lines. The first Ork to meet its end by his hand had the half of its head ripped off as it's body dissolved by the corrosive nature of the chakra cloak, the rest of its brethren immediately attack yet it was all futile as nothing they throw at him managed to stop him, for he continued to slaughter them by ripping them apart with his bare hands. Slowly the morality among Orcs, gretchin, snotlings and squig began to falter at his brutality for none were spared, that they began to run away in an attempt to escape the slaughter.

Before more Orkoids could arrived to the battlefield they all saw how one Ork was running with a limp towards them, his body covered in blood, broken bones protruded from his side and injured leg, he was also missing an arm. But what concerned some of them was the look of the sole Ork whose visage was filled with pure fear and before he could reach them a clawed hand burst out from its chest, holding his still beating heart before being crushed and it's body being dissolved.

They were surprised to see that the one responsible for such brutal death was a human who did not feared their numbers. Naruto on other hand was getting annoyed, he new how to deal with them before they could even spread their spores, but that in itself was the problem because even if he dealt with them properly their numbers still kept on growing and he was already using four tails to kill them, nevertheless it wasn't enough. Now ow that he was far away from the final stronghold he could go all out, as two more tails appeared. In that moment, every Orkoid would know from that day in forward to fear the red beast for it would slaughter almost every one of them ending the war in matter of days and does that manage to escape the planet would spread words about the carnage he unleashed.

The Squats only wonder what could have happen between Naruto and Orks as they all resided in the final stronghold, still vigilant in case of any surprises attacks. Then the guards spotted something that began to slowly move towards their position, many of them pointed their weaponry when they saw that it was a monstrous creature. One of them even shot out a warning at the creature in hopes of scaring it away but it just looked at them before it decided to speak.

"dOn'T SHooT, IT's mEEEe NaRuUTooOo." As they heard him speak, they immediately called the elders. And as the gates opened many of them rushed out to greet him but they halted as they could only stare or gasp at him in horror or sadness of what had become of him, of their savior. They feared him and it broke Naruto seeing them like that towards him, until Maulie walked in front of everyone, towards him.

"N-naruto. Is that really you?" Despite his cartoonish face she could see sadness in him, of what he has done to save them, so without hesitation she hug him. And Naruto finally broke in tears, as everyone saw his transformation began break off flouting into the air until vanishing into nothingness that's when they saw a young man who sacrificed himself to save them.

Even after everything that has transpired, Naruto still refused to rest for there was still much to do and would take over Tundra position in the council for the time being. There he alongside the elders would discuss about casualties, collateral damage, losses, resources, food supplies/rations but most importantly about the betrayal of the Eldar's.

That alone caused incoherent shouting matches amongst them. When this occurred, Naruto would block them from his mind and began to think as to why would the Eldar leave them to die. That was until he recalled the peace treaty they had, that's when he began to piece every together and so without a second of doubt he spoke.

"What if invade the Eldar." Despite not shouting his lungs out, every member of the council heard as his voice carried authority that cut through their squabble. Silence reign at his suggestion, before more shouting took place, this time directed at him.

"Are you out of your mind boy! Do you not see how dire the predicament were in!"

"I do."

"Then why suggest such ridiculous idea." Spoke one of the more wiser of them, he was curious as to why would Naruto suggest such thing.

(Sigh) "I don't know if any of you have noticed, but there's a reason as to why they betrayed us. Think about it, what's the sole reason as to why did the Eldar trade with us in the first place." The sudden realization struck them.

"I do not know if they were the ones to spark this war between us and the orks or if it was by the orks own will and by pure coincidence the Eldar took this opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. However we must act now, as we now have the element of surprise or we might loose the opportunity to take them by surprise. You all may as well know it that the Eldar are bidding their time thinking that we are still at war against the orks, thinking that we're wiping each other; if not, they will come to finish the job killing what's left of us. But that's not the case, we have a chance and we must use it to strike back at them.

The elders new that he was speaking the truth. For centuries both Orks and Eldar's wanted to harvest their minerals for themselves and when the opportunity arrived the Eldar took it without hesitation.

"Don't forget that the Eldar craft world are one of the most heavily fortified and guarded structures, how do you plan to get in? Let alone an army?"

"Simple. Will be using this." Naruto show them his father daggers, at first glance the elders wanted to question him but refrained themselves from doing so. "This are my father's greatest creations, it's called the hirashin, with this he gained the moniker of 'Yellow flash' for this are none other than teleportation device." They were all silent, until one of them decided to speak. "Are this related to your power?"

"Yes, right now only I am capable of using them."

"And why is that?"

"Because we're I come from, everyone and everything has something that we call chakra. This is the manifestation of our physical and spiritual energies when combined, this is something key to our survival because without it we die. Well, that was what I thought before I met you all."

"And why is that?"

"Because chakra represents life, anything that didn't had it meant death."

"Is it possible for you to give some this chakra, that you speak of?"

"That's the other reason I wanted to talk about, because I honestly don't know. Nor do I know what will happen if I were to give someone my chakra. As I wanted to reunite every man and women who are willing fight and speak with them for what may be their last moments." Silence reign, however without the need to speak they all came to a single decision. "Naruto Uzumaki, we of the council have reached out to a conclusion. We recognize that this are troubling times and risks must be taken in times of war even if it pains us, so we give you authorisation to follow with your plan."

The surviving soldiers were called to attend a meeting for it was of great importance, in front of them was a podium and right in front of them stood the hero of the war, Naruto Uzumaki.

SIGH "I will get to point." He spoke as he stared at them, his presence commanded authority and utmost attention. "We are still at war, not against the orks but the Eldar. When we requested aid from them they abandoned us to our fate, now they are waiting to claim the spoils of war. I've tasked myself to recruit anyone who is willing to help me in invading the Eldar's craft world." Everyone was speechless at what he wanted to do. "I won't force you, nevertheless I must remind you what's at stake here. Our world, our people, friends and family. Their lives are at stake, if we do not act now."

"And how do you propose we do that, if you haven't noticed, we're not at full capacity for such large scale attack." As the sole squat spoke, so did the rest of them. "Simple, with this." He then manifest his chakra cloak. "I can give you a portion of my power to each and every one of you, it will strengthen your body beyond your limits, it will protect you from harm and heal you if needed, because while I do need people to join me I don't want leave our people unprotected. But I will be honest with all of you, for I admit that I don't know what consequences it may have on your bodies. That's why I'm asking you and not forcing you because even if you manage to survive by the end of this war you may still die because of how potent my chakra is. Those who will join me, I will give you a week to spend as much as you can with your loved ones and to prepare yourself before parting to this mission. Dismissed.

As he left the podium Naruto headed towards the infirmary, for he wanted to see his love. Once inside the infirmary he walked straight towards Tundra's room were right beside her was Maulie attending her.

"How is she Maulie."

"Stable, there hasn't been signs of her waking up soon." The sadden expression of Naruto said it all. "So how you've been?" She asked in hopes of changing the subject.

"Not great, I'm assembling an army to ambush the Eldar's."

"What?" That caught her by surprise.

"B-but you just ended one, how can you still think about going to war against the Eldar."

"Because there's no other choice." Once more his eyes said it all. SIGH "At least take a day or two to rest, Naruto."

"I can't, there's still t-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence! Don't you see yourself? What good does this do to you? You haven't slept in days nor have you eaten or drank something, what's the point of you going at war in that state if you're going to end up endangering yourself and your soldiers?" Naruto just look at her, he new that she was right about him so he listened to her and took some days to rest. So he did, however he still left a couple of clones to help him with the preparations for the coming battle and in those days he spent talking with Kurama.

"How are you faring Naruto." He asked because while he new that Naruto is ok with killing only when necessary, he also new that Naruto dislike the notion of killing but learn to accept it. However, this time it took a toll on him.

"Not well." And it was true for the idea of him offering the idea of an invasion sickened him. "Nor I will ever be."

"Naruto, don't forget that you have me, everyone here and those of our past supporting you. Remember that you don't have to carry the weight of the world alone." To this, Naruto smiled because even when he couldn't see them he felt every bond he has made over the course of his life gave him strength and reassured him. While Naruto may not see them Kurama could, as he saw the spirits of the people from their world and from this one giving him support.

By the end of the week almost 300 soldiers joined him, from that point in forward he trained each and one of them in the art of stealth, martial arts espionage, information gathering and the silent blade. The training was brutal, for they new that to achieve success in such wide scale invasion they needed to be the best of the best, that Naruto would send them through simulations with the help of his clones were they would implement their tactics and adapt them to any possible scenario. Naruto would also join them in their training to build trust and to reinforce their bodies with small portions of his chakra, thankfully their adaptation to the planet's radiation help them withstand the process.

After a month of training Naruto prepared them the best he could. Now came the second part of his plan which he has discussed. For he was now piloting a heavily damaged space ship that was heading towards the Eldar's Craft world while holding a disguise of himself extremely injured for he would be the key to their victory. It took time to get there with the condition of the ship, but that was the idea, to make it more convincing about him being the sole survivor.

When the Eldar's noticed his ship, at first the Craftworld pointed it's weapons at him ready to shoot, however when they scan the condition of the ship the powered down and just kept them in lock. The guards let him dock, once in the landing area several Eldar guardsman were waiting for him as they were about to cuff him down but seeing his condition they refrained themselves, yet that did not mean that they will lower their guard around him.

"What are your intentions on our craft world squatling." The Eldar question him, disgust reign in his voice. "I'm here to seek audience with your council." At first there's silence and seconds later laughter not only from the guards but from every Eldar present in the docking bay. "Pray tell why should we let you see our council, you primitive creature." Naruto was seething from inside, anger coursing through his veins at how this particular Eldar is acting towards him.

"Because you're leader, you're council that broke our treaty, you left us to die when we needed you the most. I will be damned if I don't bring justice to my people." His answerd silence the area as lifeless eye bore into the Eldar, unnerving the sole guard where he felt insulted and anger that inferior species could make him feel like that, which he retaliated by attacking Naruto despite being 'injured'. His brothers and sisters tried to stop him from doing so, but before they could stop him the squat let go of his crutch and dodge the spear and grasp it, pulling it user in disarming him while grasping this time the Eldar by his arm and with one sole arm he lifted him into the air before slamming him into the ground with such force that the floor dented repeating the motion several times before pulling him and slamming one last time by the throat, all while he hold the spear. The rest of the Eldar immediately acted by surrounding him and pointing their spears at his vitals. "STOP." They spoke in unison, even so Naruto did not stop from squeezing the Eldar's throat.

That was, until a Farseer enters the room.

Lauban was minding her own business, assessing paperwork of her sector of the craftworld. But in the process she felt an overwhelming presence that she immediately bolted out of her chamber and rushed towards the general area were she felt it. Once she arrived at the docking bay she saw what generated such presence, and she was stupefied by it, for it was a Squatling whose life force was so depleted that he clung to life by sheer force of will.

"What's the meaning of this!" Once she stated her presence, many of her people kneel at her. The guards remained in place. "I want one of you tell me what's happening. Right. Now." She said walking towards them. "The Squatling arrived stating that when betrayed them and proceeded to attack or fellow guard."

"Guard. Do you really think that you can fool me? I will ask once more and tell me the truth." Her eyes bore at the soldier.

"Our captain decided to attack him without reason, the Squatling just defended himself mam."

Both Lauban and Naruto stared at each other. "Would you kindly release my subordinate" - 'Naruto' - "Naruto, please release him. I promise you that no more harm will come to you. Now I ask you, why did you come here."

"Like I said, before trigger happy here decided to end me, I want to know why did you betrayed us." Lauban frowned at this, what betrayal was he talking about, because last time she checked they were getting along. "What do you mean? The treaty between our people is still in effect." What happened next caught everyone by surprise as fury exploded from Naruto that he struck the ground with the spear with such force that it shook the place.

"THEN WHY DID YOU LET US TO DIE!!!!" He roared out, as his killing intent crushed everyone against the floor. All except for Lauban as it took all her strength to not kneel over as her mind was assaulted by memories not her own. She saw his memories because of how powerful his emotions were. It was overwhelming as she felt his as pain, sorrow and fury against her kind filled her as it was hers. Everyone he held close to his heart are dead and now she was the sole survivor of his race.

"N-naruto. Please. Stop this. I can help you find out what happened." Naruto look at her eyes, he could see that she genuinely didn't know nothing of the distress call for help. So he stopped. "I will hold your word, but hear my warning Eldar. If you betray my trust once more I won't stop at nothing to kill you or those who get in my way for I will take as many of you with me to the grave."

With that said, Naruto went to pick up his crotch, both he and Lauban walked away as the rest of the Eldar who were still conscious called for help to take away does who were passed out. As everyone left the dock, inside of the ship several clones appeared as each and of them went there separate ways infiltrating the craftworld were later on, in secluded areas they would teleport their own teams.

To begin with, I'm sorry for taking so long but I wanted to take some time to rest up a bit and finding a way to structure the plot/story. Not to mention that I did some changes to the story because at the beginning I wanted genderbend Horus but then I realized that there would be some complications, so he will remain the same. For those who are curious I'm basing their female counterparts on cnmbwjx artwork.
