Our eyes connect, this feels so right. I feel I know you from another life. I want to hold you forever and more. It's funny, but of this I'm sure.
I just want to protect you so much. I'm praying for just one touch. I know in my heart it must be love. You were sent down from the heavens above.
So let's make this right, and we'll be together because not I've seen you, I'll love you forever. So forever may you be mine, because of this love at first sight, and I'm not lying.
This love is a bond, of which I see, in my mind, you'll be for eternity. My heart will be broken if you're not mine. I'll love you till the end of time.

Chapter 1: The Demon's Heart Melted! The Chef's Heart Ignited!
~At Marine Base~
Roronoa Zoro was known as the Demon of the East Blue. He was an extremely powerful master Swordsman, being able to use a rare style: the Santoryu style aka the Three Sword Style. He was able to use some sword techniques that utilized the air itself to strike the enemy from a distance. Striking fear in the hearts of both pirates and pirate hunters alike.
Roronoa was a stone-hearted killer. He fought head-on with sheer force without any sigh of hesitation. His blood lust was unreal. His strength was mind-boggling. His reputation was was legendary till the corrupted Marine Captain's son held him captive.
It was all because of a wimpy, spoiled, rotten bastard's fault. Helmeppo played a dirty trick on Zoro to save his sorry ass when Helmeppo persuaded him to be tied around the post for the whole month to save the kid and her mother from execution.
Zoro agreed to this deal like a man and accepted the challenge. So it has been three weeks since, standing under this scorching heat without a single taste of food or water. His mouth was dry like sandpaper. His rumbling gut was ready to eat its own body. And he was about to lose his mind.
Zoro looked down at the muddy rice ball that the kid named Rika had brought for him. Before she was thrown over the wall. He hoped that the kid was okay. He eyes the ruined food for quite some time. He turned his head away, trying to fight off his hunger. He decided to meditate to make up for the training he had missed. He bowed his head and just when he closed his eyes, a shadowy figure appeared on the grounds.
"Are you Roronoa Zoro, the Pirate Hunter?" A soft voice, that Zoro didn't recognise, asked.
Zoro's curiosity got the better of him. He looked up to see the person, who spoke to him. When he did, his breath hitched instantly.
A girl no older than seventeen, wearing a red vest and blue shorts. She also wore straw sandals and a straw hat. Her body was perfectly curved. Her skin was slightly tanned. Her face was heart-shaped with a scar under her left eye and tousled, short black hair and two big chocolate brown eyes, Zoro had ever seen.
Zoro never had felt like that toward any girl. Except for the friendship he had with his childhood friend, Kuina. This girl who came out of nowhere, standing there in full glory was a sight to behold. A sudden surge in his heart rekindled that never thought it could happen and all because of her.
Roronoa Zoro was a stone-hearted killer. He fought head-on with sheer force without any sign of hesitation. His bloodlust was unreal. His strength was mind-boggling. His reputation was legendary – till the Demon's heart melted when he met Monkey D. Luffy.
~At the sea restaurant Baratie~
Sanji was a sous-chef and Zeff's successful protégé of the Baratie Restaurant. He was known also as Black-leg Sanji. It was a martial- art style, that was passed on to Sanji from his mentor Zeff. It was designed to use his leg to bound his enemies to submission without using his hands for combat. Because the chef's hands were considered a valuable tool to him and his fellow chefs. His legs may look slim but don't be fooled. They're incredibly strong. So strong that they can rearrange his enemy's face.
Black-leg Sanji was a respectable sous-chef whom he took pride for work. Anyone who dared to insult his food, meaning he'll personally kick straight to hell. His culinary skill was overwhelming. His power kick was unbearable. His charm to the ladies was limitless – till someone broke the roof of Zeff's room.
So now Sanji was standing in front of his mentor, Head Chef Zeff, explaining to him that the girl had broken the roof of his bedroom. He made her work for the Baratie for one year till her debt was paid.
His cruel punishment angered Sanji. He could've been more forgiving because it was not like she did it on purpose.
Only the old tyrant was too stubborn and hardheaded to forgive the girl and instead ignored Sanji. He told him to keep a close eye on her before she broke anything else.
Sanji cursed at the old man's cold heart and did what he was told. He put his favourite cigarette between his lips and lit it as he pushed the door, that led to the main restaurant, open. He was about to head to a table to serve his customer some drink till his ears caught a bubbly laughter. He turned his head. His eyes became heart-shaped. The string of the smoke became heart-shaped, as well.
A beautiful red-haired woman with cinnamon-brown eyes that sparkled like melted gold. She was laughing like a sweet melody with two other guys, which Sanji could careless. She had a nice curve, rounded breasts, and flawless skin. All in all, she was a beauty beyond comprehension.
As Sanji admired the radiant girl when he heard soft footsteps coming from the swirling stairs. He looked up and his eyes widened as saucers. A girl tip-toed on her black short heels, wearing a cute waitress dress hugging her hourglass body. Her hair was as black as the night. Her large chocolate-brown eyes were filled with innocence and happiness. Her face was so pure except for that scar under her left eye, but she still looked so... so... so...
For the first time in his entire life, Black-leg Sanji was lost for words. Not only that. He didn't do his famous noodle dance. Or he didn't go up to her and express his love and affection to her. There was one thing he did feel. That was that his heart had been beating to a thousand drums. The fiery burn from within exploded. That was something he never did or feel for any woman he met. Because this young beautiful girl had captured his heart.
Black-leg Sanji was a respectable sous-chef whom he took pride for his work. Anyone who dared to insult his food meaning he'll personally kick straight to hell. His culinary skill was overwhelming. His power kick was unbearable. His charm to the ladies was limitless – till the Chef's heart ignited when he met Monkey D. Luffy.
~At sea~
After beating Arlong and his crew of Fishmen in Cocoyashi Village and partying for a couple of days, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Nami and Usopp were on their way to Loguetown to get some supplies before heading to the Grand Line. But they got a few days before arriving there.
So today they were going to enjoy this peaceful relaxation just like any other day on the Going Merry.
"Oh, Luffy-chan, you look as lovely as any angel from heaven." Sanji said when he saw his captain out on the figurehead of their ship.
"Thanks, Sanji." Luffy replied. She didn't know why Sanji kept on saying things like that, but at least they were nice things. She just shrugged her shoulders and went back to gazing out at the sea. It was beautiful. It was her dream to sail.
"Nami-swan, you're so beautiful." Sanji said as he somehow floated over to where Nami was.
Zoro opened one eye and glared at the perverted cook. Then he looked at Luffy, studying her for a moment before going back to his nap. Ever since he met Sanji at the Baratie and started flirting with his Captain. All he wanted is to slice him into tiny little pieces and feed them to the sharks, just to keep her safe from him.
Since he was the First Mate, he needed to make sure that she was safe because this rubber girl always got herself into trouble. Worse every guy she passed by, always flirt and seduce her. He wanted to destroy those who dared to try and take her away from him.
Zoro didn't know whether to be grateful or not that Luffy was dense when it came to love and all of that crap. In a way, it was a blessing as she won't notice when other men flirt with her. But in a way, it was also a curse as she won't notice him as he noticed her. To him, he'll always be her first mate. Nothing more, nothing less.
Maybe with time, Zoro could get her to see him as more than a First Mate. He knew that was going to take some time as she seemed to think with her stomach. But for now, he had to worry about protecting her innocence from that blasted perverted cook.
Sanji knew that Luffy was the one for him and only him. He saw the way that Zoro looked at her, even though Luffy herself remained clueless about Zoro's feelings for her. But Zoro was not good for her at all.
Sanji knew that Zoro won't treat her the way she should be treated. Hell, he probably doesn't know the meaning of being gentle or being a gentleman. Even though it was love at first sight with Luffy, he still had to pretend that he was in love with other women. Sure, he loved to flirt with every single woman in sight, but Luffy held his heart in her hands. Hopefully, Luffy will notice him and not that moss-haired bastard.
~With Nami~
Nami was watching for some time not how both Zoro and Sanji acted around Luffy. At first, she was jealous of all of the attention that Luffy was getting. But now, it was her special entertainment, watching the two men try and win the heart and love of a very dense, clueless captain named Luffy. Hell, with the way that those two were acting even the normally clueless Usopp caught on and started to watch them more closely. She even started a bet with Usopp on who will win Luffy's heart.
Nami betted on Sanji, while Usopp betted on Zoro. Sanji better wins or else hell will break out.
Nami was sure once they get more people to Luffy's crew, more bets are probably being placed. Hopefully, if Sanji wins, more money for her. But she had to wonder if there were going to be more guys that will be going after Luffy's heart. She can't wait.
I hope you enjoyed it.
