Okay, so trying to write some more, I wake up at 0500, work out til 0630, walk the dog, eat breakfast and coffee, write until 0730, brush teeth and hygiene, and then get some random time before I leave for work. So overall, got a decent schedule worked out.

Just counting down the days til I can get my conceal carry handgun class taken care of. And then who knows how long until I can get my actual license issued out.

But hey, its knocking out one my resolutions, so here we go.

Ace Ops

"Well, I'll say one thing about this world...not a fan." Elm said as they had to change clothes really quick.

For some reason people kept asking them if they were cosplayers and kept asking for photos. Eventually the group got tired of it after the 15th time and decided to change clothes. But didn't help the fact that Elm's height made her stand out like a sore thumb. Course, people didn't feel too comfortable with Vine's apperance, but he didn't really care. Clover was suddenly really glad he looked the most normal out of the group. Because he was the one who was able to blend in the easiest. Vine looked a bit weird, Elm was a giantress, Harriet looked like a woman who took sports too seriously, and Marrow just didn't like the fact he had to hide his tail in fear of meeting those weird black armored guys who wanted to kill faunus like creatures.

On top of that, according to the signal on the scroll, Winter was still a long ways away from them. They had landed in some city called Rockford, whereas Winter's signal came more from what they saw on the map as the boonies. And it was getting further and further away, going North and into a more heavily wooded area. The Ace ops took this as they were on the run from something. Her position must have been compromised somehow. Goodwitch however was having a whole different set of problems.

"Why do creepy skinny guys keep asking me to step on them?" Goodwitch shivered as she was not liking some of the attention she had bene receiving.

Much like the rest of the team she had been sent with, she had noticed that her arrival had caused some...rather interesting characters to come up to her. It didn't help when some weird couple obsessed with anime kept calling her a 'Dommy Mommy'. Frankly she had never been so uncomfortable in her life. So she also had to change her clothes before things got weirder. Rather than the pencil skirt, high heel boots, and blouse she would normally wear, she had opted for a much more casual look consisting of Jeans, blouse and a light hoodie that was baggy enough to make her look like she didn't have curves in all the right places. Why did she opt for this? Because she could feel the eyes staring at her, and she didn't like it.

One girl even yelled out 'Daaaammn boi she THICC!'

Or at least she thought it was a girl...she couldn't really tell, the voice was really high pitched, but when she saw who it came from, she didn't look like a girl. Goodwitch had never been so confused in her life.

"Could be worse." Marrow said as he was just glad it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be.

"I don't know, this city looks pretty miserable." Elm said as she didn't like the looks of it.

"Come now, its not that bad." He said as she deadpanned and gave him a look that said 'Really?'

"We literally just saw a gift shop that said 'Come to Rockford, Illinois, Misery loves company.' The fact that they have a T shirt like that as a high selling item should be cause for concern." Clover added on as they did not like this city.

It was almost like the city of Detroit General Ironwood showed them, it sucked. Granted, based on their intel, this place wasn't nearly as big.

One thing was for sure, they knew this place was bad when they heard gunshots go off and the residents just said 'Oh, someones getting shot again.'

So the first thing they did after getting a change of clothes was find a vehicle and got out of the city limits.

"Okay, now that we got that out of the way, looks like Winter is about 80 miles North, their signal has stopped which means wherever she was going, she must have found a place to settle down for the night, so shouldn't be too hard to find them." Clover said as Goodwitch somehow got stuck driving.

"You couldn't have picked a better vehicle?" Goodwitch said as they were driving around in a old beat up conversion van.

"First off, if you remember, we have no money, Harriet had to use her speed to steal us these clothes if you don't remember, secondly, this van is such a piece of crap that nobody would report it stolen." Clover said as the van had a broken turn signal, a busted headlight, the AC was broken, and he was pretty sure he saw the exhaust ready to fall off.

"Fair enough, but I still don't see how we couldn't have print out some counterfeit money before we arrived."

"First off, counterfeiting is bad, second off, even if we did decide to do that, we don't know enough about their currency to replicate it accurately. Even if we could, we don't have the resources without going towards a specialist about these kinds of affairs, and that would just bring more questions along."

"Still seems like our journey is unneccasrily more difficult then it needs to be." Goodwitch said as she continued to drive.

"WHY AM I IN THE BACK SEAT?!" Harriet yelled as she was cramped.

"Simple, you have the smallest legs, and I need the extra leg room up here." Elm said as her 6'5'' self wasn't going to fit in the back.

"Come on! I'm the only one who had to use her semblance so we could blend in! Throw me a bone here!" She was not a happy camper.

"Speaking of which, that reminds me how do you feel?" Clover asked checking in on her.

"Well, I know now why the General told us to avoid using our semblances, usually I would be fine, but right now I feel a bit more sleepy than usual, but I was also trying to move so fast so they couldn't see me, so that could be a reason." She said as she yawned a little in between her rant.

"Well, new rule, no using your semblance unless its ABSOLUTELY necessary, for example, back there." Clover said as they made an exception just so they could dress like normal people.

"I'm still mad I had to get a mens size." Elm pouted as Harriet looked over.

Truth was she found a pair of shorts that fit Elm, but the issue was they were so tight due to her muscles that while she could wear them, it didn't forbode well for finding her other clothes, So Harriet had to give her a mens shirt as well as a mens flannel jacket. Needless to says he looked like the female version of the Brawny man.

"I don't think people around here as used to seeing a woman as big as you." If their reactions were anything to go by.

"EXCUSE ME?!" Elm said suddenly feeling insecure.

"Woah! Easy! I meant that as a compliment!" Harriet said realizing she broke the cardinal rule of womanhood.

Never mention anything that could be seen as being in the same category as 'Large'

At the Cabin

"I got a fishy! Fishy!" Nala pranced back from the lake nearby with a catfish in tow.

"That is diabetes levels of adorable." Yang said as she suddenly looked around.

"Wait, wheres Blake?" She looked around.

Only to see Blake also prancing back from the lake with a few catfish in tow.

"...Oh yeah thats right...Cat..." She said as Blake had a big ass smile on her face.

"I got a fishy fishy." She said quietly to herself as her and Nala were practically in sync.

Jem was currently with Jaune and Pyrrha showing them the archery/shooting range they had set up close by. Winter was with Weiss sunbathing by the lake. Weiss in a one piece, and Winter in a bikini. Alex and his girlfriend had shown up to. And needless to say, he had been a little disappointed.

"Winter gets in a bikini and Jem isn't around to see it..." Alex said as he couldn't believe this.

On top of that, Winter was almost done and was about to change back any second!

Well Alex understood there was more to attraction then just physical looks, one would be an idiot to say Physical looks didn't matter. Winter had a rocking body! And Jem wasn't around to see it. Granted he knew they worked out together, but this was different! Winter usually wore less revealing clothes when she worked out, this time she was wearing a bikini that while it wasn't skimpy, also wasn't prude either!

Ugh, his shipping was about to get harder.
