Okay, so I had a decent day at work, got some writing done over my lunch break, so here it is. Now, I do make a reference to a movie in this, if you understand what the movie is, Props to you.

Alex was very poopy. Winter had changed back into casual clothes. Effectively spoiling the whole 'Jem getting more attracted to her because of dat ass' plan. And now they were sitting around having dinner. Catfish courtesy of Blake and Nala. Granted, it took awhile for them to convince Blake to share her massive catch. Considering that she caught enough for a family of five. Even so, between Blake and Nala, as well as Jem going to catch them a few more, each person had enough catfish for hearty helpings. Along with a side of mashed potatoes that Jem had made since he didn't like not having some sort of side. He also cooked up some veggies for everyone. Basically he didn't want to have a meal without having some variety. They still cooked them up cajun style, and either way it was good eating.

But Alex was still kind of mad. Do you know how long he had planned this moment? It was perfect! A romantic getaway in the woods where both would see each other in swim suits and would completley driven crazy with lust and end up keeping everyone up with the sounds of their passionate lovemaking!

Okay that was a bit far fetched, but the least he was hoping for was a bit of sexual tension built up. Instead they were all sitting at a table where Winter was wearing a shirt, and Jem was wearing jeans, hiking boots and a tank. And sadly despite him noticing Winter would occasionally glance in his direction it didn't really help his nefarious plan. Well okay, it wasn't nefarious, it could actually be quite nice, but the point was he was supposed to be an evil genius!

He had even planned this with Nala! But nope! Nothing was going on! Course, Nala wasn't as serious about shipping as he was, but that might have been because she got distracted by the thought of catfish. It was easy for kids to get distracted at the thought of food.

"And here we go, some nice fried catfish, and for dessert, We even got a dutch oven peach cobbler going." Jem said as he had a dutch oven covered with coals just waiting to finish.

"How do you know how to cook all this stuff?" Ruby said as she was surprised.

"Simple, I was a boy scout, and on top of that, when I was in the barracks and didn't want to eat DFAC food, I would learn new recipes. Simply because I was pissed that 300 was being taken out of my paycheck a month to pay for shitty food." He said as Jaune got confused.

"Aren't you just spending more money on food if you're buying ingredients?"

"Yeah, but at least then I knew it was quality food, one time I ate at the dfac and they somehow managed to not only undercook the chicken but make it dry as hell at the same time, I was pissed."

"So you learned to cook out of spite?" Ren interjected.

"Pretty much."

Okay, that sounded like a good enough reason for everyone else.

"So Jem, what were you doing with Jaune and Pyrrha?" Nora asked as she was curious about what they were doing by the shooting range.

"Oh that, well I asked them to see if they could try to unlock my aura." Jem said as everyone looked confused.

"...You can do that?" Ruby asked as he wasn't from Remnant.

"Well, the funny thing is..." He was kind of embarassed.

"Well, turns out people of Earth do have Aura but..." Pyrrha began and Jaune finished.

"It wasn't much, he would need to train like crazy to really have anything going for him." They kind of felt bad for Jem.

"Oof, so it was pointless?"

"I mean, I did do a few tests, and I'm slightly stronger, and I can jump higher, but thats about it." He said as that was a bummer.

"Awww, so no semblance?" Yang asked as that had to suck.

"Yeah, I would have to have insanely good luck in order for that to happen." Jem said as he rolled his eyes.

"Oh my god this is so spicy." Winter was not ashamed to admit she was weak against spice.

"Yeah gets hotter as it sits in your mouth." Jem said as she was starting to cry a little.

"Oh boy, I got to go!" She said as she ran off to go find the nearest pool of cool water.

"Wait winter we have-" Jem was holding up a thing of milk.

"...I better go after her." He said as he got up to walk.

"...Huh, Weiss your sister can't handle heat." Ruby said as she looed over to her own partner.

Only to see Weiss downing ice water like her life depended on it.

Surprisingly Nala was asking for seconds already.

Ace Ops

"According to this GPS, we should be close by." Clover said as Harriet was looking around.

"This place gives me horror movie vibes, I don't like it." She said as she was certain this was the setting for the Saturday the 17th movies.

"Come on, its nice out here, fresh air, trees, its kind of relaxing." Vine said as he was enjoying it.

Marrow meanwhile was fighting the urge to pee on a tree...hey he wasn't a stereotype he swore!

"Well lets hurry up, the sooner we can find them, the sooner we can get out of here." Goodwitch said as she wanted to be back in her own bed by tonight.

"Well, all we got to do is follow the signal." Elm said as Harriet grumbled.

"I still don't see why we weren't allowed to bring our weapons..." She complained.

"Harriet, I don't know if you noticed, but this world doesn't have things like fishing rod weapons or rocket launcher hammers, we would stick out like a sore thumb, besides I' certain we won't need them." Clover said as they followed the signal.

"Hey wait..." He noticed something about the signal.

It was moving fast...and coming closer.

"Hey, shes coming to us!" Clover said.

"How? She doesn't know we're here!"

They heard a rustling and sounds of what appears to be strained breathing.

"Oh god! Please someone!" They heard Winters muffled sobs.

"Oh no, that doesn't sound good." Clover said as they did not like where this was going.

"Damn it! Stay still!" They heard a rough voice say in a bit of an angry tone.

"NO! PLEASE NO!" They heard Winter yelling as everyons blood ran cold.

"I said Stay Still! Don't make this harder than it needs to be!"

"I just want it to stop!"

"IT WILL STOP IF YOU JUST COOPERATE!" The voice yelled as they heard sounds of Winter's muffled gags.

"Pleaase...it hurts." Harriets blood was boiling.

"Shes in trouble!" Clover stopped.

"Woah, don't just jump out! We don't know what we're up against."

...

Winters cries for help stopped.

"See? Next time if you know whats good for you, just listen to me, it will save you a lot of pain in the long run." The voice said as they peeked out from the bushes.

Only to see some bearded redneck looking guy with his arm around Winter as she was hunched over in pain. Harriet was ready to jump in, but Clover had her and the rest of the Ace ops to stand down. Goodwitch was trying to maintain a level head. But it was hard to when she saw what was clearly Winter in distressed.

"Now come on, time for you to go back with the others." That however almost made her jump into the fray.

They saw the two disappear as they all looked at Clover.

"What are you doing?! You just let that psycho get away!" Harriet said in an angry tone as Clover held up his hands.

"Harriet, we don't know who we're up against, he could be dangerous!" Clover said as Goodwitch chimed in.

"He's one man!"

"Yeah, one man who managed to subdue a SPECIALIST and two huntsman teams in training!" Clover clairifed as everyone looked confused.

"What do you mean?" Harriet asked.

"Think about what he just said, he just said 'Time for you to back to the others.' Now based on what we just witnessed, he somehow has managed to not only kidnap Winter, but also Team RWBY and JNPR.

Goodwitch stopped to think about it, it made sense when he put it that way. They all came into this world thinking it was relatively harmless, especially since the humans here didn't have Aura. But then again, there was something James found unsettling about this world, maybe this was part of it?

"I told you this is like Saturday the 17th!" Harriet said as this was some freaky shit.

"But it doesn't make any sense! He's a regular human! How could he taken on a fully trained Huntress and two teams in training?" Marrow asked as that seemed unbelievable.

"I don't know, but apparently our intel wasn't as good as we thought, so its best that we tread lightly, obviously we'll follow behind, but we can't risk being discovered until we know exactly where Team RWBY, JNPR and Winter are being kept." Clover said trying to be the voice of reason.

"They could be dead by then! Who knows what he's doing to them!" Marrow interjected.

Goodwitch was remaining silent, while she was obviously distressed over the thought of something happening to her students, she couldn't help but get a nagging feeling that they were missing some context.

Back at the cabin

"Next time, don't go running off like that." Jem said as he rubbed Winter's back soothingly.

"I'm sorry, I've never freaked out like that, it was just really...really hot." She said as she had never felt like that before.

"Winter that was pretty mild, I think you may just be sensitive to spicy food, you're like a snowflake." He said as she looked up.

"Because I'm unique?"

"No, you melt easily." He joked as she lightly punched his shoulder.

"Jerk."

"Hey you found her!" Ruby said as Weiss was currently on the ground.

"Yeah I, what happened to her?" Jem said as she looked kind of dead.

"Oh, well, when you ran off to go give Winter the Milk, she also turned out to be weak against spice, except in this case..."

"She ended up wearing herself out so much after eating that she decided to take a nap." Yang said as it was funny.

"Well, you all head inside, I'll get Weiss inside." He said as everyone started heading in.

"Nala, help Winter inside, I'll be right in." He said as he went to pick up Weiss.

Nala happily helped everyone go inside.

Ace Ops

"The tracks lead here." Clover said as they saw a cabin in the distance.

"Oh hell no, this is straight out of a horror movie." Harriet was not liking this.

"It's just a cabin." Goodwitch didn't see anything wrong with it.

"Do you not see all the deer skulls on the front of it? Thats literally a plotline in any witch of the wilds movie!" Harriet was letting her suspicions get the best of her.

"I'm just saying it may not be what-" Goodwitch froze as she saw the man from earlier.

And she saw Weiss Schnee passed out and thrown over his shoulder.

"Care to repeat that?" Harriet asked.

"Mr. Jem! I got them all inside, just like you asked!" A little girl said as the now identified Jem grunted.

"Thats good, now make sure none of them go anywhere, I got something special planned for them." He said as he took Weiss into the cabin.

Goodwitch suddenly did not feel the same as she did earlier.

Something was going on here, and she did not like the looks of it at all!
