Okay guys, so that last chapter was one of my most popular ones so far. I loved seeing all the support for LGB and The Freedom Convoy. Sadly Gofundme recently fucked them over, so screw that site. But overall, they're still going strong no matter how much the media tries to tear them down. Plus Its making me laugh my ass off how Reddit is having a meltdown over the 'workers of the world uniting' but not in the way they wanted/

Anyways, there was one guest reviewer who asked me with advice for the gym. So this authors note is going to contain a lot of gym advice.

Well for the gym, obviously accessory work for muscles (Biceps) Is important. But try to incorporate more compound lifts, your standard bench press, deadlift, squats. You want exercises that can activate multiple muscles in your body. If you have a gym near you, and they have a lat pulldown machine, thats a great tool to use. If you can do pull ups, do pull ups. As for Cardio, well what I always recommend for beginners is if you have a treadmill, try to run a mile on it at the fastest pace you can without getting totally wiped out. See what your average pace is on a treadmill. And then increase the distance you run each time, but the things i highly recommend are the following.

1. Jump rope rounds (They kick you ass)

2. 30-60s (If you got a track, sprint for thirty seconds as hard as you can, and then walk for 60 seconds, and do this about 8 to 10 times)

3. Swimming (Both resistance training and cardio at the same time

4. Rowing machine (Again both resistance and cardio)

As for your schedule Monday: Chest and Tris, Tuesday: Back and Bis, Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Chest and Tries Friday: Back and Bis, you can also incorporate accessory work into any of these days. Incorporate Cardio on which day you want, and then use the weekends to rest, That was what I did as a beginner. I do something different nowadays but thats because I'm been doing it so long.

But it is kind of funny you asked this, because I literally have a part of this story that will be all about 'Redemption' and 'Self Improvement' so stay tuned.

Keep me updated on your progress if you have any more questions

After Jem had hijacked the crowd and got them to chant 'Lets go Brandon'. The match had proceeded as usual. JNPR was much stronger this time around. They knew everything that their opponents were going to do, and they had thrown themselves into training after their trip to Earth. Overall, they had nothing to worry about in this tournament. The only thing on their minds was making sure Emerald's illusions wouldn't trick them this time. Pyrrha had never forgotten that scene where she accidentally sliced Penny into pieces. And Yang as not going to fall into the Mercury trap again.

It appeared that Jem was doing a good job at pissing Emerald off. After her team had their match, Yang noticed that Emerald seemed reluctant to go back to her seat. Jem was seriously playing the role of a drunk fan pretty well. What they didn't know was that Jem was a packers fan, they lived to be drunk at games.

"Were you actually drunk?" Jaune asked as Jem shook his head.

"Nope, you're kidding right? I grew up on the border with Wisconsin, I could hold my liquor by the time I was 13." Jem almost felt insulted.

Even after he had quit drinking so much, his constitution never left him. That was his own alcoholic super power.

"How were you able to turn the crowd so fast?" Ruby asked as she had never seen that.

"Simple, we take football seriously in the midwest, if you're a good enough hype man, you can get the crowd to scream anything you want." He said as Winter walked over.

"Really?" She asked not believing Jem had done the one thing she told him not to do.

"Hey, you wanted me to distract Emerald, but you gave me a handicap, so I decided to go through with it anyways." He said as Winter sighed.

"Jem, you have to think things through, you've become somewhat of a local hero back in Mantle, I doubt the press would do well with the organizer of Lost Liberty being a drunken fool on camera." She said as Jem sighed.

"Look I know and...Wait, what do you mean Lost Liberty?" He asked as he had never heard that name.

"Your militia named itself while we were on our way here, They were inspired by the title 'Sons of Liberty' but many of them felt abandoned by their leaders, hence the name." She said as Jem thought it over.

"Lost Liberty..." He let it sit in his mouth.

"Thats not a bad name, but it sounds kind of black pilling." He said as he didn't like how negative it sounded.

"But, thats a pretty good name." He smiled a bit at that.

He had often dreamed about the American Revolution, he often wondered if he would ever live to spread the same values he had grown up with in the US. He didn't want to play the world police like his country had often been forced to for the past few decades, but he still believed the world could do better with the values of Liberty, Freedom and the pursuit of happiness. But when he left the army, he figured he was done with that.

And now here he had another chance.

Maybe Winter was right. Maybe he should chill a bit.

"Okay, how about this? I'll wear a mask so they can't see my face so I can continue to mess with Emerald?"

Or not.

"What kind of mask?" Winter asked as he picked up a big rubber one.

"What do you think?" He asked as she deadpanned at it.

"WHERE did you get a big rubber mask of Ruby?" She asked as everyone looked disturbed.

"The shopkeeper, he's selling merchandise for the Vytal Festival featuring all the teams." He said as Weiss spoke up.

"Thats got to be illegal! We never gave permission for them to use our likeness!" Weiss said as Jem pointed something out.

"You had to sign a waiver to enter the tournament didn't you?" He asked as they nodded.

"Did any of you READ that waiver?" He asked as they all looked at each other.

"Well...No, we got back with almost no time left to register so we signed them and turned them in." Ruby said sheepishly as she rubbed the back of her head.

The truth of the matter was that by the time they got back to Beacon. They had barely any time to register for the tournament. They had to go through the medical screening, the physicals that followed, a written test, as well as some other screenings for possible performance enhancer use. They were being treated like professional athletes. And because of the time needed to complete the process, the team had basically signed any and all paperwork without reviewing it in its entirety.

"Well, I guarantee you in those waivers they included a clause saying they could use your likeness in order to promote the tournament." Jem said as he held up a Coco themed Ice Cream Bar.

It was like one of those spongebob popsicles you got as a kid, but surprisingly detailed and not looking like it came out of Satans asshole.

"Mmm, Chocolatey." He said as he couldn't believe all the stuff he had found.

Pyrrha was obviously the star of the tournament. He found multiple plushies, food items, costumes, toy swords. They had really gone all out for it. It wasn't that unusual considering she already had the fame from being a champion and the pumpkin petes endorsement. Jem actually got a chance to try Pumpkin Petes.

He was honestly disappointed. He hyped it up so much on Earth, and then when he got to Remnant it was pretty much just frosted flakes combined with Lucky Charms marshmallows. He liked both of those cereals but it just didn't appeal to him when they were combined. Some things were good enough by themselves, no reason to try and make a special combo if it was going to be mediocre. Either way, Jem was happy about one thing. Ammunition was being sold at the same convenience store where he got the ice cream. And he was absolutely ecstatic! Seriously it was everything he had ever wanted to see in a store!

Just remember kids, Alcohol, Tobbaco, and Firearms should be a one stop shop.

Not a government organization.

"Are we making any money out of this?" Jaune didn't like the idea of them being able to use his face as promotional material and not make anything off of it.

"Probably not." Jem said as he held up a small plushie of Jaune.

"Why do the arms look so...noodly?" Jaune asked as he didn't like his plush toy.

"Hey don't look at me, take it up with whoever is in charge of marketing." Jem had a backpack full of stuff from the vendors.

Meanwhile In another Part of the area

A lone figure in a cloak sat alone eating a burger. They were observing the people coming in and out of the stadium.

Their eyes were fixed on a bald guy wearing a t shirt with a plate carrier.

"I've finally found you." They said as they finished their ice cream sandwich.

They had to hide their identity until it was absolutely nec

"AJ, why are you acting all mysterious?" Millina said as AJ groaned.

"Oh come on! Give me a break! I'm trying to be stealthy!" He said as she rolled her eyes.

"By wearing a very dark cloak in hot weather and looking like the Grim Reaper? We're not in the desert anymore, you can't wear those thick robes and expect people to not notice."

"Okay fair enough, but I can't just come right out in the open and say 'Hi! Me Again!" He said as she raised an eyebrow.

"Why?"

"Well, my cousin and I...we don't really get along."

"Considering how you acted when you first showed up, I'm not surprised."

"I said I was sorry about that!"

"I know." She said with a smirk.

"Look, the point is, its gonna take a bit to think of a way I can walk up to him without him immediately getting pissed off at my presence." AJ said as he rubbed the back of his head in worry.

"Well I'm sure you'll think of something." Millina said as she walked off.

AJ sighed. Millina had become one of his close friends during his time in the desert. But she still didn't understand him fully. When you spent most of your life living a fake life, it was hard to convince someone you were genuine.

So what was he going to do?

Well, he's back
