Hello everyone! I'm finally back I took a long break not for any particular reason besides I kinda forgot about it I also was starting my comment a day on Lightning99 BTW you should check them out their "Who I am" story is awsome and yeah you should read it! And if you are reading this pls leave a review I would be so thankful and I wanna know do you think I could bring this story to 100k words? Sould I even try and would you like that because a while ago that was my goal for a story just get a story to 100k words. Yep thats all for now.
I awoke and opened my eyes I could tell it was about 7:30 scanning around the room everyone woke up awhile ago I wondered why as we didn't have any classes. I stood up and walked to the center of the room I noticed a piece of paper right by the door as I came closer I knew it was written by Seaweed. "Come find me where we get breakfast lunch and dinner, where you will get your next clue and do anything but get thinner! P.s,Go to the Prey Center." Thats what it said I was surprised. Mostly because Seaweed had actually came up with a good ryhme and why he was doing this. but by the note I needed to go to the Prey Center. I walked out of the room when I turned the way to the Prey Center my heart skipped a beat. You know when I ran into those two Skywings on the day of the party well the male one was charging right at me pushing aside groups of dragons.
"I'm gonna kill you!" he yelled leaving claw marks as he stomped along the stone ground. This is bad really bad. My instincts were to turn tail and run, I even tried but of course other dragons had to ruin my plans. They had the same idea I did and I guess they were hungry for drama since they started making a circle around us. The Skywing was just a few meters away now and then he lunged for me. I rolled out of the way and the Skywing went flying into the crowd and almost all of them were knocked down. I took my chance I broke up the circle on the other side and sprinted down the hall. I turned and ran to the Prey Center I really did not want to fight today. When I got to the Prey Center Seaweed was waiting in the middle holding another scroll. When he saw me I thought he was having a stroke. He then ran full speed to me.
"What took you!?" He yelled at me.
"I had some complications" I replied not telling him about the Skywing I figured he would be an obstacle today.
"Anyway I gotta go!" Seaweed said shoving the scroll into my arms as he ran out the Prey Center I watched him run out. A few seconds later some familiar red scales appered. I had to think fast I jumped behind a big group of dragons before he could see me. He ran to the clearing in the middle right where I was moments before. If I could go around the dragons like a semi-circle I could escape. I risked a glance back at the SkyWing it seemed like he was looking for me on the other side of the room I tip toed past dragons I reached the exit and looked back the SkyWing and was that? The female one to they had started an argument I took my chance and ran away. I ran a few meters before slowing to a walk when I remembered about the scroll Seaweed gave me. I unrolled it as I kept walking it said.
"Come find us where we first saw you where you can read and never wanna leave." I knew what whoever wrote this meant there was only one main place where you can read and never wanna leave." I knew exactly what they were talking about probably the library right? I walked a bit faster now making a turn I saw the sign that said. "Library."
I walked in StarFlight nodded at me as I walked in. I was about to nod back before I remembered he was blind. A few feet away Mountain started running toward me. She was holding another paper.
"Hey!" She said handing me the paper. "Yeah sorry I don't got time, I'll see you soon!" She added running past me. I gave her a wave as she dissapered through the door.
"I'll see ya later Coyote" StarFlight spoke up.
"Oh you to" I replied walking out the exit unrolling the paper Mountain gave me.
"Go to where you can get to paint and draw where you can cool down and thaw." Hmm the art room right? I mean it would make sense with it talking about art.
"Where do you think your going!?" My blood ran cold. Dammit. I knew where I was in the school I made a map in my head on where to lose this dragon as I was already running. I could make a few turns then make to the art room if I didn't lose him I was pretty sure I would have some help. I was still to sore to fight this guy. I sprinted past a few dragons I could almost feel the Skywings breath on my tail. Then it felt fainter I was getting away then my whole world fell upside down like literally I faced the Skywing as I flipped in the air I flapped my wings in the small corrirdor I somehow made a recovery and continued sprinting risking a look over my shoulder I noticed the Skywing was to surprised and faltered but. Was that no its just those sand colored scales looked pretty familiar. I shook my head to clear it as I sprinted to the art room I almost missed it in all that was going on. I turned into the door stopping just before I crashed into a desk.
"Oh hey!" Arctic said walking up to with Seal. "I expecting your looking for this?" She said l holding out another scroll. I was starting to get tired of this.
"Yeah i am actually." I replied catching my breath.
"And yeah we need to hurry along." She said pointing to Seal. I nodded and they jogged out the door. I unrolled the scroll.
"Come find me where we all make music and be rythmic." Yep I would assume the Music Room. I left quickly wanting to finish this quest soon I wanted to know why everyone was doing this. I jogged through the halls watching out for the Skywing. I turned a few time till I saw the Music sign walking in I saw Rain standing there a bored look on her face.
"No offense but you took forever." She said as I got closer.
"Yep" I replied it felt like forever to me. She handed me the scroll I was expected and nodded she knew I knew she would have to go quickly. I unrolled the scroll and read it.
"I'm where most of us first arrived but you would not want to take a dive." This was a more confusing one. First arrived? OH wait the cliff! I ran quickly through the halls. I arrived quickly at the Great Hall. Star was standing near the edge of it.
"Oh hey." She said. I ran over to her. "I wanted to tell you something." I nodded letting her continue. "Ever since we met I well have lo-." she didn't finish LightFang stood near he had just yelled something I didn't catch. I then saw the dragon I wanted to avoid run past him. I didn't have time to react he tackled me off the cliff. Its as though time stopped I saw Star and LightFang stare at me helpless and then I looked to the the trees. Was that the NightWing and the familiar looking Sandwing a ways off. Then things went black. I awoke at a start back where I never wanted to be the Medic cave. And Seaweed was there of course, actually everyone was here. But they were sleeping I must have been out awhile.
"Oh your awake" Arctic spoke.
"Yep, hey mind giving me a recap?" I asked turning to her.
"Well what do you remember?" She said.
"Someone tackling off the cliff and all the clues thats about it." I replied I still felt I was missing something important oh wait the NightWing with that SandWing.
"Then you pretty much got it." Seaweed replied as Arctic was opening her mouth.
"Yeah pretty much" Arctic said shrugging.
"Can I get out of here?" I asked I didn't want to be a prisionor like last time.
"Yeah I guess Clay said you looked fine and when you woke if you felt good you could just leave" Arctic said standing up.
"Should we wake the others?" Seaweed said. Joining Arctic.
"No they need the rest." I blurted getting off of the medical bed. The others shrugged and we walked out the room. I ran into someone almost tripping over them.
"Oh just who I was looking for!" It was Sunny who spoke.
"Huh?" I asked why would she be looking for me.
"Sorry guys I need Coyote to come with me." Sunny said grabbing onto me. The other two nodded I shrugged they didn't care neither did I. Sunny dragged me all the way to the main office where she took me to a back room in front of Tsunami I sat in the seat across from her while Sunny waited by her. There were to scrolls on the desk.
"These were found in the Great Hall when the party was attacked, Blue prints for some sort of base and a map we suspect thats where it is." She said quickly. "As you seem to be the main target we thought you may know something about it." Tsunami continued. Wow she really got to the point and why does she trust me anyway. I took a second to look over the scrolls the Blue prints I reconize them. When I was young they were buried I didn't think much about it then.
"Uh yeah I saw a copy of them when I was young buried in the ground." I replied I didn't know why this was too important.
"Ok, Sunny do have an attack team?" Tsunami called to Sunny by the door.
"Oh yes almost." She replied.
"Wait an attack team I need to be apart of it if I think I know what your talking about." I blurted. This was all because of me I needed to help if this was the NightWings base I needed to be there.
"No its to dangerous." Tsunami replied. "You can go now." she said as Sunny lifted me from the chair and pushed me out the door. I wasn't gonna let this slide I would try again tommorow or leave without permission. Righ now I wanted to sleep. I went to the Silver Winglet no one was there I jumped on my bed and fell face first into it. and fell asleep.
WSP GUYS! Oh boy this took forever I was just so distracted I'm so sorry I wanted to finish this it just didn't fit in my calender. But I think this chapter marks the 30k word goal! I would be so happy if it did. But what do you guys think Star was talking about on the Cliff? Oh I am just so excited for what this story holds. and What about that Sandwing to? What Coyote is planning with those scrolls? Keep on the lookout for new chapters. Pls give me some help by reveiwing so I can get better at writing and make this an even better story.
