The news anchor* on TV says, "We interrupt programming to bring you a special news bulletin."
On Fat Cat's end on the show being interrupted, Fat Cat gets a befuddled shock as he watches the TV screen suddenly transition. He says, "Wha?"
At the Rescue Ranger Headquarters perspective, Dale gets taken by much surprise as he watches his favorite TV show get interrupted and says in a very compliant manner, "Hey! What's the big idea here? It was just getting to the best part!"
As the other Rangers gather up together around Chip and Dale to watch the special news report on TV, Chip does his usual gag by knocking Dale on the head to knock Dale to his senses. Chip knows that this is a time to get Dale's mind all set to his attention beyond his appealing obsession with the show. "Will you chill out, Dale!?" directs Chip, "Now would be the time to get yourself in gear and unwrapped from that show! For all we know, this news report could lead into a new case for the Rescue Rangers. So shhhh!"
After Chip gestured Dale to be quiet and listen to this special news report, Dale cringes, crosses his arms, and then sticks his tounge out to his best friend much to his annoyance from Chip's reasonable behavior. He then slowly turns his head towards the TV.
The news anchcor on TV is sitting in front of a desk with the WD logo input around the center of the background. On the right upperside corner of the screen shows a picure of one of Professor Nimnul's developed Stegosaurus bots.
The news anchor on TV starts reporting while holding onto some pieces of documented reports sent in by stating, "New confirmed reports have come from the First Federal National City Bank which state that sightings of a swarm of unique dinosaur designed robots were digging up into the inside of the bank from underground."
The view of the news report on screen transitions to a clip of recorded flashback from the bank's criminal episode. This one of quite several other ones that will be shown later on displays the action of the Stegosaurus bots digging up from beneath the ground inside the bank, and then scaring entirely everybody out from inside the branch.
While that clip of this particular action of the scene of the crime is showing on screen, the news anchor continues on in a voice-over, "These bots were seen drastically coming out from underneath towards the bank's surface."
The Rangers watch that part of the big crime with shocked expressions on their faces as the news anchor continues on, "This scene of the crime suddenly turned into a big gullywasher as all folks inside the bank in the event started to panic and abandon ship."
Dale says to himself after hearing that statement on the report, "Gee whiz! Not another robbery!"
The Rangers all start to feel some absorption from watching this various news report on TV. Being the rodent detectives that they are, this case was beginning to really get to them.
One thing for sure is that the Rangers like to watch news reports like this on TV to discover about these various types of chaos and crime going on out in the real world in order for them to file new cases for the rodents to go out and investigate on. Chip being the leader of the team in the event would help his teammates develop all sorts of master plans throughout their job on the run to defeat all types of these certain circumstances. Within this past year, the Rangers have been very succesful with that.
This next clip of the news report on screen displays the next part of the bank's larceny where the bots are lined up to making way to digging all of the money out from the bank vault, which of course, some of those bots had busted open.
While that clip displays on screen, the news anchor continues on, "It was then discovered that as all those bots came out from the ground in an uncertain and baffling pattern, that they were apparently being under control as they broke open the bank's vault. They then got all lined up one by one towards the inside of the safe in the event of committing robbery by digging all of the money out from the safe into each own bot's bag."
On Fat Cat's end back over at the Cat Food Factory, the grey feline just watches that particular part of the news report on screen with an expression of disinterest on his face. So far among what the news report in whole has informed, there isn't one thing yet that has caught the grey tabby feline's eye. So while leaning towards the right with his right elbow propped down on the table and his cheek leaning towards on the palm of his right hand, Fat Cat says in a sarcastic way, "Oh goodie! I'm absolutely thrilled!^"
Back over on the Ranger's end; as the rodents are watching this various part of the news report, they all begin to observe the unique design of those robotic creatures. As a result, they begin to feel pretty confident in knowing right on the nose who exactly who might be responsible for this kind of insane crime.
Which brings Gadget to this question to her friends, "Say, any of you all recognize that line of designated work done there?"
"Yeah, I know I do, Gadget." Says Dale. Chip then points out, "And by the look of the shapes and designs of all those certain mechanical robots, I think we know top notch who did all of that."
"Too right, Chipper." Monterrey Jack says. Monterrey then catches on a bit to what Zipper was just informing him, Gadget, and Chip about just moments earlier as he looks to the insect and asks, "Say Zipper, ol' pal, ye say that this is what you were up to earlier while you were gone?"
Zipper nods and answers in his chirpy tone, "Yes! Yes! Don't believe me?" Zipper then directs Monty by pointing to the TV screen to see what shall be happening next on the news report, "Just watch!"
The other Rangers along with Monterrey obeyed Zipper's command and then turned their heads back to the TV. They watch and listen to what the news report has in store next. This next clip on screen contains the part where all of a sudden, every single one of Nimnul's bots getting knocked down to the floor after stepping across the outside entrance of the bank. This of course was in the task of the sabatoging attempt done by Zipper among his unique strength in tripping them all over in front of the doorway entrance.
While that action shows on screen, the news anchor states in a voice-over, "However, as sudden courses of events flashed before our own eyes, the bots at the very moment just managed to somehow stumble down one by one across the floor shortly after stepping right out of the bank's entrance. As a result, this whole supernatural scientific project ended up completely destroyed; although the element of source material that caused the bots to tumble down is currently unknown."
Monterrey Jack says to Zipper in a much shocked charming manner after hearing that various part from the news anchor, "Too rah loo, Zipper! That must have been YOU that knocked down those ginormous bots!"
Zipper proudly nods his head upon confirmation, and then Monterrey says, "Blimey! Your strength and muscle never cease to impress me, ol' pal."
Gadget then compliments Zipper, "You seemed to have proved your worthiness in great hands to help the police there."
It had not been too long ago that Zipper earned this type of responsibility as well as his trust to go out as the Ranger that he is and help the police force.
Chip had done well in giving Zipper this privilege after the Rangers made him feel neglected in not giving the insect as much task for the team as he wanted.
So after much observation that the Rangers have gathered in at this point from what they have observed in the news report so far, they wondered if this kind of theft was too sneaky for the police to handle themselves. After all, they do know that the two patrol officers over at the precinct, Jack Kirby and Elias Muldoon, have had their many mishaps in their pursuits throughout their part on the job within these certain cases.
Well, what the Rangers are about to see next on the news report is the best part of it all, at least in their perspective. As a result, they won't believe their eyes once they see who is in charge of the bust on this big crime. At the same time, they come to discover that their answer is downright correct on their guess about who the theif is of this big said crime.
Fat Cat on the other hand on his end via the special news report, this next subject was the cue to something or more appropriately someONE to be informed about which finally woke the grey tabby feline up from his seemingly flattened boredom.
Meanwhile, a well known certain someone is also watching the news report on TV inside this said individual's house. This someone is currently being seen in the foreground in front of the perspective's point of view in just plain black. From there, he is sitting on a cushioned reclined chair while having a sip of coffee, and then putting the cup down on his lap. While that action takes place, the on screen point of view on his TV has transitioned back over to the news anchor himself inside the WD news area. The nes anchor continues on with the report on screen stating, "But that is not the case."
As the news anchor continues on with this part of the news report, a picture of the newly hired freshman rookie cop, Adam Drake, swiftly zooms in towards the upper right corner of the screen, "A moment later, a new young freshman rookie policeman named, Donald Adam Drake Jr.,"
The person who is watching this part of the news report on TV is then displayed as the man well known as the old detective, Donald Drake while the news anchor continues on, "Comes in on the loose on his beginning journey on the job en route to making the bust on the suspect of this big crime."
As Donald listens to this various part of the special news report, he gets a cherishing look on his face as he grows a beaming smile and then says, "Ah, would that be you, Adam, that I see making it on the news? Way to go, son! I can tell that you and Plato are having a VERY pretty start on day one."
Back over at the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory's end in perspective of the news report on TV; when Fat Cat sees that picture of Adam on screen, that is when the news report finally starts to suddenly get to him. As a result, he goes from what could be considered laying flat down to sitting straight back up. The sudden sight of the familiar looking face that Fat Cat knows that he has despised on for quite some time now results in him letting out a disbelieving gasp while thhe news anchor continues on, "This man of nineteen, who is the son of the old retired Detective Donald Drake, has returned home after one year's serving in the military in lieu of a degree."
After the news anchor made that statement in the news report, Fat Cat says as the bellow emotion inside him begins to kick in, "Oh no! Not that DRAKE kid again!"
For starters, Fat Cat is by no means afraid of Adam. As evil the big grey tabby feline is known to be, he definitely has had some grudge on Donald Drake ever since he became the pet of Aldrin Klordane during that period of time. In spite of that time one year ago when Fat Cat attempted to frame Donald and Plato to be out of the way of that big case with Klordane on that clutchcoin ruby by way of planting all that suspicious material inside the retired cop's trenchcoat, partially that said gem; there was something about Adam though that made the evil feline hold more a grudge on than on Donald. In fact, just as much a grudge as he has on dogs, especially Plato and Flash; and of course, the Rescue Rangers along with those said rodent heroes constantly winning over him. Thus, even though Aldrin and Fat Cat were never to step foot in the Drake's property ever again due to this experience, the classification of both duos have had their own history of going at it on their own seperate enemy ways at each other like cats and dogs.
At the Rangers end, after hearing and viewing that part of the news report on screen, the Rangers were all a little more than surprised to hear Adam's name; as well as to see the picture of the boy on screen appearing in their eyesights to bear a resemblance of one of their role models, Donald Drake. As a result, once finding out that this new rookie cop is the son of their old detective hero from a year ago, the identity of Adam turned their whole attention into such a beaming level. Not only that, but the bit of skepticism that Gadget, Monterrey Jack, and Chip had on the story that Zipper was telling them earlier about some new teenage cop began to wither out of existence.
Dale however, has this such expression to a tad lesser extent than what the other Rangers had on studying said newly hired officer. Of course it was due to him not being with the other Rangers earlier when Zipper was telling them about this certain crime that the insect was involved in, and was rather watching Flash the Wonder Dog. So much for the chipmunk's bumbliness by way of his obsession among such media image adventures. Despite that though, Dale's notion within the identification of Adam on screen is well in match with his friends. Dale in the case asks in such wonder, "Is that?"
Gadget says to Chip among her gained convinced knowledge within the boy, "Golly and a half~, Chip! That must be HIM! The son of the retired Detective Drake that you were telling me about earlier?"
Chip answers to Gadget in much confidence, "In the name of Sureluck Jones+, Gadget, indeed it IS!" Chip's eyes then widen among such a convenient name to go by as the chipmunk continued on, "By the name of Donald Drake Jr., I like the sound of that^!"
Monterrey then says to Zipper as the excitement builds up, "Bonza-Loca, Zipper! So it's true! This is that new teenage cop that you were referring to when you showed up earlier?"
"Yeah," Zipper answers while a bit annoyed that him, Gadget, and Chip dissed him among this prejudicial skepticism that they just tossed over towards the fly before, "As I was trying to tell you guys!"
On Fat Cat's end, this next clip on the report on screen displays the part where Adam is sending his bulldog pet, Plato, out on making the charge on the bust with his skilled Crime Bite on Professor Nimnul. While that action on the clip of the news report shows on display, the news anchor states in a voice-over, "With the suspect of this whole crime being discovered as an evil mad scientist by the name of Professor Norton Nimnul, Drake made the beginning move by sending his bulldog sidekick, Plato, to charge in path over to the mad scientist by way of the canine's skilled 'Crime Bite' on Nimnul's rear. Thus the bust began!"
At this very moment with Fat Cat seeing Plato suddenly back on the job on TV, his eyes pop wide open as he starts to get this feeling of much disbelieving deceit. He also becomes very miffed to note that this certain segregation of his old canine rival has hit the end of the line now that the villainous cat sees that the bulldog has returned with this young freshman rookie cop. Fat Cat on that matter says, "You sorry excuse for a 'rookie' cop! You even brought Plato back on the job?! When he was supposed to have been retired at this point?! What kind of twisted person do you think you are, kid!? That pathetic canine was supposed to have retired YEARS ago^!"
On the Rangers end via this said part on the news report, they all of course very well recognize this said canine as their old friend from the start of the team last year. As a result, Gadget gasps in elation to see the familiar looking bulldog on screen with Adam on the job, and then says, "Golly and a half again~! Plato IS back, guys!" She then stares in awe as she sees Professor Nimnul too, as it is just who she and the other Rangers had thought would be the criminal culprit behind this big bank theft.
Monterrey Jack then says, "Too rah loo right, Gadget luv! It is just as I thought that it is that no good nutjob scientist, Nimnul, at it once again! Now just why couldn't I get it in my head moments earlier?"
Chip and Dale become very enticed as they see their old canine friend, Plato, on TV making the bust on Professor Nimnul with his Crime Bite that the two chipmunks know Plato well for as they go ooooooooh and ahhhhhhhh. Dale says in his impression, "Zowie! And Plato still has it in him like he had before with Detective Drake!"
It sends a shiver of excitement through Chip as he sees that it is true that Plato has returned to the Police Force. He feels his heart beginning to beat quite fast from seeing this action going on with the Rangers' old canine mentor.
This next clip on screen displays the screenplay and audio on the next scene with Adam busting Professor Nimnul in action.
Adam says on the televised recorded screenplay, "I've got some Q&A for you, maestro! A new freshman rookie cop is holding a mad scientist hostage to stop a big theft among the riches at some bank, now what are you gonna do?"
Professor Nimnul then says in his personal defense on the recorded screenplay, "What am I going to do? What am I going to do!? I'll tell you EXACTLY what I will do, boy! I'll make you feel sorry. Because the police will have my demands!"
Adam says to that remark, "Oh yeah, well good luck with that, Nimwit!"
On Fat Cat's end, the feline cringes and angrily shakes his head in much resentment from watching that screenplay with Adam and Nimnul on the news report, and then says, "You're so persistent and hilarious. Aren't you, Adam?"
The audio of the screenplay on the news report continues about with Professor Nimnul saying in much frustrating distress after Adam insulted him, "Oh so thats it, huh? Within this whole entire time throughout my career, I've come to a whole new level? From being humiliated in front of the whole world with all this laughter from all my hard work to being called 'Nimwit'!?"
While that part of the news report plays through on Donald's end, Donald's eyes widen as it is such music to his ears to hear his son hit back on Norton with that insult, and then says, "Oooooooooh, I love the sound of that!" He then laughs it out in reaction and says, "Norton Nimwit! Hahahahaha! And to think that the professor has such legitimate theories^. Very good, son! Nice move!" Donald gestures a thumbs up on those last two words among his compliment towards Adam's verbal action.
On the Rangers end on that various part on the news report, the rodents watch and listen in so much delightment of what they are seeing on the news report. After they hear that karmatic name from Adam, they have their own portion of such charming reaction on what is happening to one of their worst enemies.
Gadget loudly snickers and while she dosen't burst it out, she laughs hysterically hard while grabbing onto her tail and holding it towards her face upon such music to her ears.
Monterrey Jack happily opens his jaw, and then looks up towards Zipper and asks the insect, "Did he really?" Zipper giggles and nods, and then says to Monty, "It was priceless!"
Chip and Dale in reaction are typically laughing their famous chipmunk laughter. In the meantime on the chipmunk's action of laughter, Dale says, "Serves him right!" and then he goes back to giggling with his best friend.
The screenplay on the news report continues on as Adam orders to Professor Nimnul, "I demand you drop your device!"
Professor Nimnul says in response to that order from the young rookie cop in his oblivious manner, "Oh sure, go ahead and try and shoot me! I ain't afraid of some cop like you! Like you would really attempt to even try an-"
Adam then cuts off Nimnul by shooting about nine or ten bullets toward's his face by way of tattooing his face with the Rescue Ranger's RR logo, and then Norton goes down while the crowd behind them on screen wail and scream in much shock on what Adam had done.
On Fat Cat's end, the past experience that the grimy feline had with Adam really starts to get back to him as he watches the boy shoot Professor Nimnul like that. Therefore in reaction, Fat Cat leans back in his chair with much sudden shock and puts both hands towards the top of his head in much distress and says, "GAAAHHH! NOOOOOO! That fiend!"
On the Ranger's end, Gadget gasps as she puts both her paws towards her mouth all wide-eyed. Monterrey Jack says also with wide eyes, "Waltzin Matildas!"
Dale says to Chip, "Uh, do you suppose that Detective Drake might have gone a little too far there, Chip?"
Chip answers, "I don't know, Dale. But something tells me that we and Plato are going to have a lot to talk about once this is over."
Gadget then says to Zipper after she slowly drops both her paws down from her mouth, "Good golly...Zipper what kind of fun on a case do you see in that?^ Definitely not the kind of fun I've ever had in mind throughout our cases together.^"
Adam says afterwards on the news report screenplay, "Its alright everyone, relax! EVERYBODY, relax! He will be fine! They are only rubber bullets!"
Gadget says in relieving manner, "Oh, then again, that would account for it.^" Monterrey then says to her, "Even still, Gadget luv, -I used to throw fair javelins in my youth-. They were nowhere NEAR as harmful as this young man's bullets!"
Dale feeling confident nonetheless in the whole things says, "But hey, the important thing is this Adam cop has busted one of our worst enemies throughout our journies together as Rangers!"
Monterrey then says, "Too right, Daley! I don't mind saying that I'm actually really starting to like that young man!^"
As for Chip however, after observing all that action from Rookie Drake on that screenplay, there was something about the boy that made Chip's detective instincts quiver a tad inside him. He began to wonder why the teenager was a bit too brutal on Nimnul. True, Chip liked Adam's skills as a cop on crime-solving and he by no means took the boy as an assassin. Additionally, he genuinely admired the fact that Adam was determined for him and Plato to have Nimnul busted for good. That was certainly something that he, along with his friends, had so much charm in seeing on screen. But there was something about the circumstances that surrounded the young man among his behavior on busting Professor Nimnul that was catching his part of attention. After all, even when the Rescue Rangers themselves were on about on dealing with Professor Nimnul on the numerous cases that they have had with him throughout their time together, along with Fat Cat and his gang as well; they never made any such attempt to go as far as to make such a violent move on the attempts to foil their evil plans whatsoever. Not even do Chip and Dale even recall Donald Drake even going that far, especially when they dealt with Percy and Aldrin Klordane at that time. He had to admit overall though, that especially since Adam is the prince of the Rescue Ranger's old retired hero role model detective that he is seeing on TV, he is by no means of any sign whatsoever of harm towards anyone. Thus, Chip gains this mindset that with Adam on route in his job to taking Donald Drake's place in being the new detective, that he can do just as well in association with the Rescue Rangers in their future just like Donald did.
The news anchor on TV then finalizes his part on the special news report stating, "And so within much determination and discipline within his mindset and skills, Adam is all locked and learning in jurisdiction as a new freshman cop; along with being on path to soon take place of his old man, Donald Drake, as detective. Turning now to TV reporter, Stan Blather, for an interview with Rookie Drake and Plato in the aftermath of the crime, Stan?"
The scene on the news report transitions over to a spot around the entrance of the First Federal National City Bank, where Stan Blather is on spot with Adam and Plato for their interview. The three on screen break the fourth wall while Stan begins this final portion of the news report stating, "Yes, this is Stan Blather. Coming at you form the First Federal National City Bank live from the WD news. I'm here with new freshman rookie cop, Adam Drake, and his beige bulldog sidekick and pet, Plato."
Blather turns towards Adam and greets the new policeman, "How are you doing today, Rookie Drake?" Adam answers all happy upon the success so far on his job, "I am doing fantastic, Mr. Blather. How can I not be?" Stan then directs towards Plato, "And what about you, Plato?" Plato answers in just as much happiness as Adam, "Oh I'm just as thrilled to be back on the job as I am with our success on this official arrest." Blather then says to Plato, "And I heard you did well on your part too, Plato.^ Still got that Crime Bite skill in you after spending all that time off the police force, eh?" "Oh yes," Says Plato, "I'm honored to say that I've been keeping it all well and freshened up during all that time off the police force. Just enough for Adam on his first day on the job after coming back to town and allowing me back on the job." Pleased to hear from the canine, Stan says, "Very splendid to hear, Plato."
Blather continues on with the interview to Adam, "Now you, Drake, feel very well determined on this official bust on Norton Nimnul, do you not?" "Oh you know it, Mr. Blather." Says Adam, "But its only the beginning on this journey for us." Stan then says, "Indeed it is. You leave for the military on one year in service, and then you return to make it through one of the smallest short term levels in in-field training at the police academy. After completion, you become a new freshman rookie cop and gift your pet the justifiable privilege to come back with you to the police force after one year in retirement. Now as we know, Rookie Drake, there have been many many many crimes just slipping through the cracks as of these past months, and the police in the event have seemed to be just out of reach. As a result, crime rates in the city have been sky high within these months. Now your chief, Stan's expectations are high that you could turn all this around. Now just how do you suppose you could make that happen?"
Adam with much stoked confidence proudly answers, "Well, Mr. Blather, with how well me and Plato have done together on our job so far, I've grown fond of the police force to be in jurisdiction of these crimes laying ahead in the future. I seek a lot of advantages within this new world in the involvement in the subculture. Best to say, I'm pretty confident that animals and humans can work together to stop the forces of crime. For one thing I know, there is this certain troop of animals out there that consider themselves to be great detectives. This said troop is a group of such species that they call themselves as, 'Rangers'." Plato adds in, "Yup, and there is thus far only one of them that I have introduced my partner to as of this point."
As the Rangers listen on to that particular part from Adam and Plato on the news report, they all look at each other with opened jaws in much exciting thrill in this moment as they just know well right off the bat that they know just exactly whom Adam is referring to when he says "Rangers". It is definitely no trick question in their perspective as they gain this very flattering idea that this is going to be the greatest day in their lives while Adam continues on in the news report, "And therefore, I am going to find the rest of these so called, 'Rangers'. Then when I do, I'm going to determine how well they are up the alley. Thus if they are as skilled as Plato says they are, then I will be mucho pleased to commit them to the police force."
Adam then says as he and Plato break the fourth wall in perspective of the news report, "So to all of you human and animal criminals, villians, collegues in crime, etc. I have got some Q and A for you, maestros. A new freshman rookie cop is strong-willed to hire in some extra assistance from unique animals with detective ability and skill, and team them all up to stop crime and the forces of evil." Adam then points towards the fourth wall's direction of sight as he asks, "Now what are you going to do?"
Plato gladly answers with much courage as the news report now shows in the Rescue Ranger's perspective point of view, "All I can say to answer that question is," Zipper then flies towards the upper left corner of the view as Plato continues on, "Don't mess with the Drakes." [Zipper then turns around as to look at the Rescue Rangers and wink at them] for making it possible for Adam to be quite determined to meet said certain "heroes" soon, "Or you will get the Crime Bite."
On Fat Cat's end after the news report had concluded, the crime cat throws his arms up as he has such a bitter indignation of what Adam had just remarked. Fat Cat knows that the boy was talking about those Rescue Rangers that he has held an umbrage on within this past year and says, "What!? You think you can use this advangate to team up with those stupid Rangers? Don't be so rediculous, kid! You are too young to be a Rescue Ranger, Adam!"
On the Rescue Ranger's end in conclusion of the news report, Gadget says all psyched on this whole thing, "Wow! GOLLY! What a way to go for that boy!"
Dale enthuses in response, "You said it, Gadget." He then goes to Zipper and asks the fly, "Oh Zipper, you made it possible for Adam to gain that kind of faith in getting us recognized?" Dale then grabs Zipper with both of his hands and then holds the insect towards his face as if Dale were giving him a big "Thank you" hug, and then says, "Oh thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou" Zipper then slips out of the big squeeze from Dale and zips up in the air. Zipper then lands down flat on his butt and rubs it among the agony. Zipper in his annoyed aggrivation from that bit of overreactment, looks at Dale as the chipmunk continues on, "Oh how I'm so excited for this, we must meet Adam! Wemustwemustwemustwemust!"
Chip then goes to Dale, grabs his shoulders, and shakes him to his senses saying to Dale, "Hey! Get a grip on yourself, Dale! I admit, I'm pretty stoked upon meeting this boy too, but this certainly is no time to be hysterical about it." Chip then directs to all the other Rangers as he continues on, "We can't just go out and make way to find the teenager and meet him just off the bat like that. Adam just now solved a very big case, and he obviously needs a bit of time to adjust. Besides, shall we meet this Detective Drake Jr. cop, one thing for sure is that we should get that news document on Donald Drake and bring it along with us. That way, it shall come well in handy for Adam to get convinced that we are the ones that he is determined to find."
Monterrey Jack agrees completely. On that regard, the adventure-loving Australian mouse walks up towards the hung up said document and grabs it while stating, "I can't agree with you more on that one, Chipper. Aside from the police badge that Plato gave us that one day, the lad will be really amazed to see that we have kept this newspaper article on his Dad's retirement for all this time since we became Rescue Rangers."
Gadget then gleefully says, "I gotta say that for Adam to make that arrest on one of our worst enemies and have him celled for life is just music to my ears if I ever heard it."
Dale says, "There with you, Gadget! We have been trying to do it for {months and months and months and months and months}, and now Professor Nimnul is finally done for! Lets see whose all laughing at him now!" Then chip does his usual chipmunk laughter.
Zipper then flies up towards Dale as he chirps out to him, "But our jobs not over yet. There is still Fat Cat out there!"
Chip says in agreement to Zipper's remark, "Zipper is well point on, there. With Fat Cat still on the loose out there, that feline can still be up to no good. Therefore, he can strike anywhere, anytime!"
"Well you know, Chip" Says Gadget, "Regarding this whole thing about Adam for our sakes, there is this invention that had just now popped into my head that I think would work well within the young man's association."
Chip then suggests to her, "Well, why don't we worry about that later, Gadget. In the meantime guys, we may still have Fat Cat to deal with in our future; but I think that with Nimnul out of our misery, that calls for a ]morning picnic[ celebration! What do you say, Rescue Rangers?"
"Ah, thats a well thoughtout idea, Chipper." Says Monterrey in a high praising mood, "And I hope we can bring in extra cheeeeeeeeeeeeeese" Monty says in his typical facial expression on his graving for cheese.
Gadget glares at Monterrey Jack in his trance and snaps him out of it by saying, "Oh Golly Monty, please! Let's not even go there!" She then looks towards Chip and she says to him, "But I'm with you on that one, Chip. I totally feel the Rescue Rangers deserve a bit of a time to relax and make it a toast to Nimnul's imprisonment by ]having a picnic[ celebration."
Chip walks up to Gadget feeling flattered upon the way the mouse verbally brought out the idea, "Now that is the spirit, Gadget." Chip then grabs Gadget's hand as his eyelids become halfway closed among his emotion of romance in Gadget's style, and the she blushes and looks at Chip with the same romantic expression. While that romantic moment of action goes on between the two, Chip compliments Gadget, "Your style among my idea leaves me quite delighted." Chip then directs to the others, "So shall we set up?"
"Right on, Chipper." Says Monterrey Jack, "I can grab the breakfast that I made earlier in the kitchen. I can also bring along some butter and syrup to go with the pancake cheese flaps for the picnic."
"Then it is settled." Says Chip, "Let's set it up." As the Rangers begin to make way on gathering their picnic gear, Gadget says to Chip as she begins to wrap her left arm around his right arm and then grab his elbow with her right hand with an expression of tender, "You know, Chip, for us Rangers to have a relaxing time like this, I find it giving more time for us; if you know what I mean." "Hehehehe, true." Says Chip as he chuckles and turns to Gadget among her look of affection, "You know I wouldn't miss it for the world."
Back over at the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory, Fat Cat slams his fist onto the table while roaring out, "NO! Just when I thought that I would have this plague of pests defeated for good, it suddenly comes to THIS!"
Fat Cat then continues on as he gets up from his chair and walks around in circles a bit to walk off his feeling of rage built inside him due to his new knowledge that Adam and Plato are a couple of extra elements within his misery, "All this past year upon everything I've ever done, I've spent trying to win the best of everything^. Partially by way of avenging Aldrin Klordane on his incernation. First, Flash the 'stupid' dog becomes an 'honorary' member of this utter nuisance of rodents that have ruined all my fun. Next, this Plato fiend comes crawling back in on the job at the police force. And now, what happens!? This stupid police incompetent police force hires in some new rookie cop that is supposedly considered, /'Man's Best Friend'.\ /How revolting\!" Fat Cat's teeth then ground very harshly as his face turned red beneath his fur.
Fat Cat then adds in while vibrating through sheer hate, "I can't stand it with all these meddling dogs taking all this fame! All my time I've poured myself into having the richest life of all. It's been in my blood since day one, and what do I end up with!? All these famous dogs, those Rescue Rangers, and finally that Drake kid!"
Fat Cat then takes a deep breath, sits back down on his desk as a train of thought starts to cross his mind. Whereas, he starts thinking over this whole project that he has had his gang build up on the rooftop of the factory within this entire year. Fat Cat also begins recalling that time that he and Professor Nimnul worked together during his first encounter with the Rescue Rangers on that case of the clutchcoin ruby. His memories of how much of an evil scientist that Norton was got him feeling quite charmed. Then among what Fat Cat had observed on TV, it pondered him to come up with an alternative plan for the built up project on the rooftop. An alternative plan for his havoc that can't be any better than what he had originally thought of in regards to eliminating the Rescue Rangers.
Fat Cat then says after thinking it all over, "Perhaps for the police's sake, the Rangers deserve a long good break after all that we have been through..." Fat Cat then grows an evil grin on his face as the resounding joy in him upon this "alternative" plan really begins to kick in and says, "At least that is what they will think." The feline then swiftly gets up from his chair and makes his way up to his gang on the rooftop to have an important meeting with them on his change of plans.
Stay tuned next chapter as we find out what this project that Fat Cat's gang has built. Not only that, but as Fat Cat discusses to his gang a bit about this wonderfully awful idea for an alternative plan for this said project, we are also introduced to a couple of Fat Cat's newest couple of henchworkers, Bubbles and Lahwhinie, that secretly from the Rangers have been hired in to work for him for some period of time somewhere on the ground floor of the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory.
