While as Veruca and Mike sat in the living room of their spacious, yet tasteful home, Veruca was on the couch began feeding Emma and Mike moved position so that he standing above them. The two of them were calmly watching the news. They were already broadcasting about Veruca's parents who are divorcing. They were watching the tv in silence. It wasn't until Veruca's phone had started buzzing that the trouble began. She was already getting messages from friends on the whole situation. Veruca was holding her daughter in one hand she reached her other hand out to get her phone. Once Emma started cooing, Veruca switched back her focus onto the baby.
"I will answer it later.",said Veruca.
As she was looking down at Emma. Emma had stopped cooing. Mike could already tell that Veruca was already feeling stressed out about the whole situation so he leaned in.
"Veruca, are you feeling okay? I don't want this to stress you out in anyway! It could affect you caring for the baby.",said Mike gently towards her.
"No Mike, I'm fine.",said Veruca.
Then, she reached for the the remote to switch it to another channel.
"Lets watch something else."she told him.
This made Mike a little uneasy. He simply responded to he.

Then, he moved himself to sit on the couch right next to her as they are watching the tv.
