Hello, trainers. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. In the last chapter, Yang found her first pokemon: Charmander, and even saved it from a Team Rocket thug who got beaten down by Taiyang. Next, Ruby's scroll is now red instead of white. Also, something I forgot to mention in the last chapter is that Oldale Town is from Gen 3. It's the first town you visit after getting your starter from Professor Birch.

Without further ado, onto the next flashback chapter with a Snow White Friendship!

*Atlas. Schnee Mansion. 12:21 pm*

*Weiss Schnee. Age 10*

About three years had passed since the Pokemon started appearing all over Remnant, and the reactions understandably were a bit mixed. Atlas, in particular, didn't really like the idea of these creatures showing up and were fearing them to be worse than the Grimm. Weiss had just finished watching another report from the Atlesian news about the Pokemon and thought there was more to it than what the newspeople were saying. "Surely, some of these Pokemon must be good."

Heading outside, Weiss made her way to the gardens outside her family mansion. She honestly needed a breath of fresh air, finding it stuffy being in the mansion most of the time. "Plup…" A voice called out.

Weiss looked to see a blue, light blue, and white penguin Pokemon with a yellow beak, yellow feet, and big blue eyes. "What are you supposed to be?" Weiss asked.

"Piplup." Piplup chirped.

"Are you one of those Pokemon?' Weiss pressed. Piplup looked at Weiss, wondering what she was going to do. "Get away if you're gonna hurt me!"

"Piplup!" Piplup repeated as it began walking towards Weiss while the young heiress was moving back, not really looking behind her. Tripping over her own steps, Weiss fell onto her back, dirtying her dress only slightly. "Oh, great." A minute later, Piplup was right beside her staring right at her. "What do you want?" Piplup didn't answer and instead began tickling her chest with its beak, resulting in Weiss giggling a tiny bit. "Thanks, Piplup. Come on, I'll clean you up." As Weiss headed back inside with Piplup in her arms, she didn't notice that she was being watched by a couple of thugs from Team Galactic. Back inside the mansion, Weiss was in the bathroom cleaning up Piplup, which it appreciated. "You sure like water, don't you?"

"Plup!" Piplup chirped happily, not caring that it splashed drops of water onto the floor. Weiss giggled at the penguin pokemon's happiness. Suddenly, the door to the bathroom was kicked open and three grunts from Team Galactic.

"Weiss Schnee. What a payday." One of the grunts smirked. "And you have a Pokemon. Even better."

"Stay away from me!" Weiss screamed, holding Piplup tighter in her arms.

"Are you kidding?" The second grunt rhetorically asked. "We take you with us, we get a huge ransom." This grunt grabbed Weiss's arm and pulled her away from Piplup.

"You're coming with us, pokemon." The third grunt picked up Piplup. The penguin pokemon immediately struggled in the grunt's arms.

"Piplup!" Weiss screamed more before stepping on the grunt's foot with her heels, resulting in the grunt yelping in pain. Weiss felt the grunt's grip lossen, giving her time to get away, but she wouldn't leave without Piplup.

Speaking of Piplup, the penguin pokemon actually bit the grunt's hand, causing a small scream. Once Piplup was on the ground, it slid over to the heiress. "Piplup! Are you okay?"

"Pip!" Piplup chirped.

"Good. We have to get out of this room." Weiss ran out with Piplup in her arms, though the latter struggled. "What's wrong?" Looking at Piplup, she saw a need and determination in it's eyes. "You want to fight them." Piplup nodded. "Well, I have to get something from my room first." The two made it to Weiss's room where she picked up Myrtenaster and ran back out.

Meanwhile, the three Team Galactic Grunts were searching for Weiss. "Can't believe we lost the biggest payday of our careers." The first grunt groaned.

Weiss stepped into their view with Piplup at her side. "Did you really?" She challenged.

"We may just get our payday yet." The second grunt grinned.

Smirking, Weiss pointed her rapier at the floor, making multiple glyphs appear underneath the three grunts. While wondering what the glyphs were, ice suddenly sprouted from the floor, launching them into the air. When they reached the ground, they were in shock. "What the hell?" The third grunt groaned.

The first grunt threw out a Poke-Ball. "Come on out, Glameow!" Seconds later, a Glameow emerged with a grin. "Scratch!"

"Glam!" Glameow hissed as it attacked Piplup.

"Piplup!" Weiss shouted in fear. As she brought out her scroll, it scanned Piplup and glowed brightly. Weiss checked her scroll and saw it was blue now. Opening it, she saw the stats on Piplup as well as the move set. "Alright. Piplup, Pound!"

"Piplup!" Piplup slid up to Glameow and hit it in the side.

"Come on, Glameow! Another Scratch attack!" The first grunt ordered. Glameow made it's way to scratch Piplup again, but the penguin pokemon slid out of the way. "Damn it! You have to be faster, Glameow!"

"Alright, Piplup, how about a Growl?" Weiss suggested. Piplup chirped louder than usual, The grunt checked his pokemon's stats and saw his Glameow's attack fell. "Now, another Pound!" Piplup slid up to Glameow again, but this time, jumping up into the air and slapping the enemy Pokemon with it's flipper, knocking the Glameow out.

"Damn it! Glameow, return!" The first grunt withdrew his Pokemon.

"We have Jacques incoming!" The second grunt shouted. "We've got to go!" Before they could leave, they were knocked out by Weiss's glyphs.

"Thanks, Piplup." Weiss smiled at her very first friend. Soon, Weiss's father, Jacques and her butler, Klein entered to see the mansion's hallway partially damaged to which Weiss was scolded by Jacques. Weiss however, didn't really care as she found a new friend in Piplup. Klein of course, was more worried about Weiss's well-being than her own father, but the heiress reassured the butler that she was fine. All the while, Piplup was watching from underneath her bed, happy that he found his trainer.

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. Now, Weiss has her first Pokemon: Piplup who's her only friend so far. Like Weiss, Piplup is shown to be a bit prideful. Of course, she hid her new friend away from her father after they beat three Team Galactic Grunts. Weiss had her very first friend and it's a Pokemon. Another thing I forgot to mention is that the main eight's scrolls will be Poke-Scrolls. Now, that's three of the main eight's flashback chapters done. Who should be next? Please let me know.
