Hello, Trainers and Hunters. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. In the last chapter, Nora got her first Pokemon in the form of a Joltik while Sabrina also got her first Pokemon with a Ralts instead of an Abra. They also encounter a Team Rocket thug which Nora punches. Though, this does get them to ponder.

Bucky749: Don't worry. As seen in the prologue chapter, the main eight won't be the only ones that get Pokemon. Anyway, I'm glad you're liking the story so far.

Here's the OC/Story Contributor list so far:

Nightshock99

Mobian

WrighteousRighter

Bucky749

I hope this expands later down the line.

Now, let's see a Silent Companion!

*Mistal. 10 Kilometers Outside Shion Town. 13:21 pm*

*Lie Ren. Age 11*

Ren, Nora, and Sabrina were taking a walk just outside of Shion. Nora was walking Joltik with a smile on her face while Sabrina was letting Ralts float just over her head. "I'm so happy We found you, Joltik." Nora smiled widely. Ren looked behind him and while he was happy that Nora found a new friend, he couldn't help but be a little saddened that his two friends had Pokemon and not him, and of course, he didn't show it. Honestly, he was still worried about the person that demanded they hand over their Pokemon from about five days ago.

"You okay, Ren?" Sabrina asked in concern.

"I'm fine, Sabrina. I'm just thinking about that young woman we encountered five days ago." Ren explained.

Nora suddenly jumped into the conversation. "You mean the meanie that tried to take Joltik from me?"

"Yes. There must be more people like that." Ren said. "We must be vigilant from now on."

"While we both agree with you, Ren, we should also not appear suspicious." Sabrina advised.

Ten minutes later, the three were walking back to Shion when rustling was heard. "What is that?" Sabrina asked.

"Ooohh! Maybe it's another Pokemon!" Nora was hoping for another Pokemon to bring into their little group.

"Now, Nora. It could be anything." Ren reminded. He began moving closer to the rustling, he saw a bright green gecko Pokemon with big yellow eyes, a bright red underbelly, and a darker green seed pod-looking tail. "Nora was right."

"Oooh!" Nora had ran up to the gecko Pokemon.

"Treecko!" Treecko bonked Nora on the head with its tail.

"Hey, that wasn't nice!" Nora showed an annoyed expression.

"Probably because you scared it, Nora. You can't just run up like that." Sabrina lightly scolded. Ren and Treecko were just staring at each other, trying to read what the other was going to do. Treecko slowly moved to Ren yet continued to stare at him.

"What's going on?" Nora whispered. She got an answer when Treecko held out its hand. Ren slowly extended his hand, shaking Treecko's.

"I'm glad that didn't escalate." Sabrina sighed in relief walking up to Ren. "Things could've gone badly if it did."

"You're telling me." Ren muttered. "I really didn't want to fight."

"Tree." Treecko began walking off.

"Hey, where's he going?" Nora asked.

Treecko then gestured for the trio to follow it with its tail. "I think it wants us to follow it." Sabrina guessed.

"What for?" Ren asked.

"Who knows, but I have a good feeling about this." Sabrina smiled lightly. With that, the trio followed the Treecko. Five minutes later, the three reached Treecko's spot. It was a nice little spot with a bunch of various flowers.

Nora softly gasped. "Oh my… It's beautiful." Her turquoise eyes were sparkling.

"It really is…" Ren trailed off when he looked at Nora. He slowly felt himself heating up just looking at her shining eyes, and the way she was lightly twirling around, but being careful as to not step on any of the flowers. His cheeks started to glow red.

"Like something you see?" Sabrina whispered while smirking, causing Ren to jump lightly.

Ren decided to avoid her question and looked to Treecko and smiled softly. "Thank you for bringing us here."

"Treecko." Treecko smiled back. A second later, it was patting Ren's leg, keeping said smile. The trio spent a couple of hours just sitting around smiling. Later, they were all leaning against a nearby tree.

"This was a sweet day." Nora smiled with her eyes closed.

"I agree with you there, Nora." Ren agreed. "I thank Treecko for bringing us here."

Sabrina however, didn't have a smile, but instead, a sad look. Sighing, she decided to speak up. "Well, I have to tell you two something."

"What is it, Sabrina?" Ren asked, moving with Nora to look at her.

"I've decided to go out on my own." Sabrina admitted, flooring the good mood of the day.

"What? But Sabrina..." Nora actually started to tear up.

"Look, Yesterday, I overheard talk of more people like that woman five days ago who capture Pokemon for probably nefarious purposes. Maybe I can fight them back." Sabrina explained.

"What if we never see you again?" Ren asked softly.

"Oh, we'll see each other again." Sabrina reassured. "I added my contact info into both your scrolls to ensure we never lose touch."

"We're gonna miss you, Sabrina." Nora hugged her friend, Ren joining in.

"I'm gonna miss you too, but I'll never be alone." Sabrina gestured to Ralts napping. Later, Sabrina and Ralts walked off on her own while Ren, Treecko, Nora, and Joltik went back to Shion. Sure, they were a little sad, but they knew they'd see their friend again someday.

"Is it true what she said? About certain people stealing Pokemon?" Nora asked.

"It's a possibility." Ren had a hand on his chin. "As I said, we need to be more careful from now on."

"Well, at least we have new friends." Nora reminded cuddling Joltik to her chest, and the electric spider Pokemon shocking Nora which made her giggle a little.

"All I know is that you and I, we'll never split apart." Ren assured with utter conviction.

"You promise?" Nora asked.

Ren hugged Nora. "I promise."

Nora smiled and tapped his nose. "Boop."

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. Ren got Treecko meaning he's the third one of the main eight that has an actual starter. The only one left is Pyrrha Nikos. I added in a bit of Ren blushing looking at Nora's beauty, only to be snapped out of it by Sabrina. Speaking of Sabrina, she decided to go out on her own, and promises they'll see each other again. I wanted Ren's chapter to have a bit of emotion like Nora's.

Now, Ren's chapter was the hardest chapter to write out of the main eight. Now, I know I haven't written Pyrrha's chapter yet, but I have a feeling that he chapter may be easier to write than Ren's. As usual, if anyone has any ideas for this story, please let me know in the comments/reviews, or personally PM me.
