Hello, Trainers and Hunters. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. In the last chapter, it was Beacon's initiation and Teams RWBY and JNPR are created along with others. However, RWBY and JNPR see an ancient painting of Ho-oh. They also combine their efforts to take down a Nevermore.

Now, time for Pokemon Class!
*Beacon. RWBY's Dorm. 8:30 am*
It was only the day after initiation which Team RWBY passed with flying colors alongside JNPR. Needless to say, they were feeling proud of themselves. "Did you have a good day yesterday, Rosebud?" Ruby asked her Lillipup.
"Lillipup." Rosebud tiredly answered with a yawn.
"A fine job, Nicholas." Weiss cuddled her Piplup.
"You did great, Johnny." Yang was careful with her Charmander.
"I'm just glad you're not hurt, Shadow." Blake hugged her Zorua close to her.
"Yang, do you think we'll ever get more than one Pokemon?" Ruby asked.
That got Yang thinking. "That's actually a good question, Rubes."
"At least we won't be late for class." Weiss pointed out. Suddenly, there was a knock on their door.
Ruby got up and answered it, showing Summer Rose. "Hey, Mom. Is there something you need?"
"Actually, Ruby, I need you and your team. I already have JNPR right here." Summer answered. "You guys won't be going to Professor Port's class. Instead, you eight will be coming with me."
"Ooohh." Now, Ruby was curious. "Are we going to your new class?!"
Summer ruffled her daughter's hair lovingly. "Indeed." Hearing that, the eight grew a little excited. How couldn't they? A whole class centered on their new friends?
While they were walking, Ruby walked closely to her mom so as to ask her a personal question. "Have you heard from Giratina?" Ruby whispered.
"No, but I have a feeling Giratina is watching us and happy I'm back with my family." Summer whispered back with a smile, her daughter leaning into her
In a formerly abandoned classroom stood Summer in the front and a 60-year old man with white hair, a connecting mustache of the same color and blue eyes wearing a brown coat, tie, and shoes along with a blue dress shirt with yellow buttons, dark brown shorts holding a brownish-orange briefcase standing beside her. "Everyone, this is Professor Rowan. He'll be teaching this class with me." Summer introduced.
"Thank you, Miss Rose." Rowan thanked. "As she said, I am Professor Rowan. You eight must be Teams RWBY and JNPR." The eight teens nodded. "I am here to teach you more about Pokemon. First things first, though, may I see your scrolls?" The eight gave Rowan their scrolls and he put them in his briefcase for a couple minutes. "There." He gave them back. "Now, they are Poke-Scrolls."
"Poke-Scroll?" Ren raised an eyebrow.
"Now, your scrolls can show you your Pokemon's move set, their current level, and status condition." Rowan explained.
"Cool!" Nora's eyes sparkled against the little light that shone through the windows.
"Now, to explain about Pokemon. They are mysterious creatures that can become great friends, as you eight have no doubt discovered." Rowan smiled, making the eight smile at their Pokemon. "Unfortunately, as you also know, there are people out there who use them for nefarious purposes."
"Like those guys I fought the night I met Miss Goodwitch!" Ruby realized.
"Exactly. They aren't the only ones out there." Rowan informed. "However, Pokemon can become stronger by battling other Pokemon and this is called leveling-up. At a certain point, they can evolve."
"Evolve?" Blake asked, getting more and more interested.
"Pokemon change their forms under special circumstances." Rowan added. "You can't force it. It has to happen naturally."
"I see." Weiss muttered.
"Now, let me show you my Pokemon." Rowan lightly threw a Pokeball onto the floor and a Starly flew out and landed on his desk. "This is Archimedes."
"Starly!" Archimedes called.
"Aww…" Ruby cooed.
"Now, as the Pokemon you eight have with you are modern Pokemon, there are Pokemon that are ancient." Rowan continued, but was cut off when Pyrrha raised her hand. "Yes, Ms. Nikos?"
"What do you mean by Pokemon that are ancient?" Pyrrha asked.
"I mean there are Pokemon that existed long before the ones you're friends with." Rowan answered.
"After your initiation, we went to this ancient painting you found." Summer brought up the painting of Ho-oh which made their eyes widen.
"Ozpin instructed Beacon's resident historical nut, Professor Oobleck, to investigate…" Suddenly, Rowan was cut off when Oobleck instantly entered the classroom at a speed almost as fast as Ruby.
"It's 'Doctor' Oobleck, Rowan!" Oobleck corrected. "I have looked at the painting of Ho-oh in the temple and I must say it's truly fascinating! Pokemon are mysterious creatures, indeed. Able to learn, adapt, and evolve at an incredible rate!"
The group could barely make out what he said. "Not even I talk that fast." Ruby sweatdropped.
"Now, we believe the Pokemon you have with you chose you because of certain traits you possess." Summer hypothesized.
"Interesting." Ren rubbed Lotus's head softly.
"Now, those traits we haven't really determined yet." Summer said. "But I'm certain that they come from your hearts."
"Question." Nora raised a hand. "Back to Ho-oh. Has anyone ever seen it?"
"No, Miss Valkyrie. No one has seen Ho-oh for centuries." Rowan answered. "If anyone has said they'd seen Ho-oh, most would just assume they're hallucinating."
"I can imagine." Blake said. "That painting we found has to be at least a few thousand years old."
"Miss Rose?" This time, Pyrrha raised her hand.
"Yes, Miss Nikos?" Summer askd.
"Will we be able to have more than one Pokemon?" Pyrrha asked.
"Actually, you eight will be sent to Ozpin's office tomorrow morning just to talk about that." Summer revealed.
*Vale. Warehouse District. Roman Torchwick. 10:21 am*
"Okay. We need to have a new operation." Roman groaned.
"Why don't I help you with that?" A new voice cut in. Roman looked up to see the person from the night he encountered Little Red.
"Mars? What are you doing here?" Roman asked.
"Well, since you failed against a 15-year old, my superiors feel you need assistance." Mars pointed out.
"Moi?" Roman asked dramatically.
"They aren't happy with you, to put it bluntly." Mars deadpanned.
"Oh, I expected as much!" Roman was starting to lose his patience with Mars.
"In fact, they're sending a lieutenant from my team Galactic to assist you." Mars informed.
"What?" Roman asked. The atmosphere in the room suddenly grew more tense. Torchwick knew that if Team Galactic was sending a lieutenant to "advise" him, he was ni some trouble. "Do you at least know who they're sending?"
"Sorry, but that's on a need to know basis." Mars smirked. Roman merely groaned and slammed his head onto the table. This was not going as well as he thought.
Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. RWBY and JNPR are taken to Summer's class instead of Port's. We see Professor Rowan and his Starly, which he named Archimedes. We even see Doctor Oobleck which leads into a conversation regarding the painting of Ho-oh.
Meanwhile, Roman meets with Commander Mars of Team Galactic since her superiors aren't really happy with Torchwick. Mars tells him that Team Galactic is sending one of their lieutenants, but doesn't tell him who it is exactly.
