Hello, fellow trainers. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. In the last chapter, disaster struck as Slateport was bombed by Team Magma's operatives: Ember Fawkes and Landon Mane while a Team Aqua operative named Merrick Romero had his own objective in kidnapping Captain Stern which he succeeded in.

Meanwhile, we are introduced to Sun Wukong and his Darumaka Spitfire. They catch and befriend an Aipom which Sun names Murph. After Team Magma's device went off, he went to help people in Slateport with his two Pokemon, though he did get beaten by Merrick.

With that out of the way, time for some Needed Discussions!

*Beacon Academy. Cafeteria. 08:00 am*

Teams RWBY, JNPR, and CFVY were all sitting together in Beacon's cafeteria. CFVY was interacting with the two younger teams partly cause of Velvet and Coco having Pokemon. They were able to get to know each other on a good level. However, they heard about what happened in Slateport just yesterday. "I can't believe Slateport was just bombed like that." Velvet breathed.

"It had to be Team Magma." Yang speculated. "Remember what Professor Rowan said about them wanting to further technology. They must've had an explosive device. I don't think any of the other teams would have the know-how to make a device like that."

"Yang's right. No way anyone else has the capacity to make that kind of bomb." Ruby agreed with her sister. Thorn rubbed her head against her trainer's right cheek. "Yeah, Thorn. I know. Fire isn't your thing. Don't worry. I won't make you go against fire unless absolutely necessary."

"Not only that, but Captain Stern of Slateport was also kidnapped." Blake informed.

"The creator of the S.S Tidal?" Weiss's eyes widened.

"Um, Weiss…" Jaune said. "You know something about the guy?"

"Captain Stern is an engineering genius for sea-going craft. Slateport is a prosperous town because of him. Last I'd heard, he was working on a new type of submarine engine." Weiss explained.

"Submarine? Isn't exploring underwater incredibly dangerous cause of the Grimm in there?" Nora asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Maybe he was developing it because he thought it was a little safer cause of the Pokemon popping up. We all know what Pokemon can do to the Grimm." Blake reasoned, Shadow yipped in agreement while lying down in her lap. The cat faunus rubbed just behind Shadow's ears with a small smile.

"Oh, we know." Pyrrha said, thinking back to initiation. "I think we're all thankful to have these friends in our lives."

"Yeah!" Everyone else agreed with smiles on their faces.

Meanwhile, Ozpin, Glynda, and the other teachers of Beacon were having a meeting about exactly what happened in Slateport, just like the group. Not only that, but Qrow was there too, as Ozpin recalled him back soon after it happened. "Inconceivable." Dr. Oobleck breathed, at a normal pace for once.

"Why in the hell would Team Magma do this?" Qrow growled while sitting on the window, about to take a swig, but then thought for a minute before taking a very small swig. A Honchkrow was on his right and put a wing on his backside.

"To try and spread fear." Glynda closed her eyes.

"Magius." Sorceress put a ribbon on her trainer's shoulder.

"To add on top of that, Captain Stern was kidnapped." Port added. "I met him a few times. A brilliant man. To hear he's been kidnapped, we must get him back."

"How are we gonna do that when we don't even know where he was taken?" Summer asked rhetorically. "Team Magma has him Oum knows where. Team Magma's probably gonna force him to create an advanced submarine."

"Wouldn't be too far off." Ozpin calmly clasped his hands together. "We all know Team Magma's MO."

"Yeah, just didn't know that they'd strike this soon." Qrow commented. "They're all about being smarter than the others. I have a feeling that this is only the beginning to a big-scale plan. I wonder how other people are taking this. Probably not well, I'd imagine. Plus, I bet this is gonna get Ironbutt to come here sooner rather than later."

Glynda sighed in exasperation at Qrow's attitude toward Ironwood. "I hate to agree with Qrow, but he's right. Ironwood will no doubt bring his entire fleet."

"A huge mistake, in my opinion." Summer added. "Ironwood has never, ever been known for subtlety."

"Regardless of what we think of his methods, we need Atlesian might for this. I feel a big battle will be coming soon." Ozpin took a sip from his mug.

"That we can agree on." Peach said. "We're gonna need outside help for this one and for the foreseeable future."

"Anyone have any friends?" Ozpin asked.

"Why not ask our students?" Port suggested. "The ones with Pokemon, at least."

"We shouldn't be asking our students for this." Glynda argued.

"I don't like it, either, but we may not have a choice." Summer relented. "My own friend has been sensing something coming." Qrow looked at Summer and knew exactly who she was talking about

"Is there any chance we'll meet your friend?" Ozpin asked, curious about Summer's friend that brought her back to them.

"Sorry, Ozzy, but you'll still be waiting till my friend decides it's time to meet you all." Summer smirked lightly.

*Vale. Ebonie Star. 08:38 am*

Meanwhile in Vale, Ebonie was watching TV in her hotel room with Dark-Fang and couldn't believe it. "My gods…"

"Deino…" Dark-Fang softly rubbed himself on her leg.

Ebonie reached down and lightly petted his head. "I know, Dark-Fang. This is serious. I hope Jaune is okay."

"Dei…" Dark-Fang said.

"You want to check what he thinks about this? He's in Beacon." Ebonie said while thinking for a minute. "Well, I suppose it couldn't hurt to visit him. Come on, Dark-Fang."

"Deino!" Dark-Fang said happily as he followed his trainer out of the hotel room.

*Oreburgh City. Oreburgh Mines. Roark. 09:00 am*

Oreburgh City: A city very well known for mining dust as well as various ores which was it's revenue as they performed trade with almost every kingdom and town within range. Multiple types of Rcok type Pokemon found sanctuary here. In the mines of Oreburgh, a young man that looked about 20 with red hair, who wore glasses was overseeing mining operations. He was wearing a mining outfit, consisting of a gray short-sleeved jacket and baggy pants with yellow/black outlines, which are tucked into his boots. The boots have red soles underneath them. He had a black tank-top underneath. He was also wearing white gloves with yellow outlines, and is usually seen with a red mining helmet. "I can't believe that Team Magma did that to Slateport, Roark." One of the miners said.

"Yeah. I never thought they'd go that far this fast." Roark muttered. He heard a low hum and looked to see his Onix looking at him. "I know, Rocky. I feel we're gonna have to get involved. Dad won't like it, but I think he'd agree with me on this one."

"You think it'll come to a fight? Or a war?" A second miner asked in pure concern.

"I don't know, man." Roark admitted. "We can only hope it doesn't come to that. We have enough dealing with these teams as well as the Grimm."

"Well, if it does, we'll be as ready as we can be." A third miner reassured.

"I appreciate that. Dad approved of my proposition of turning a massive part of the mines into a sanctuary shelter if the need arises." Roark revealed.

"Isn't your dad still in Canalave?" The first miner asked.

"Yeah, but we keep in frequent contact, especially since the Pokemon started appearing." Roark answered. "I think he'd agree with my decision. Safety first, after all. Now, speaking of that, it's about 70% complete."

"That's good to know." The third miner sighed in relief. "Good to know that you take safety so seriously."

"It is my job, after all." Roark smiled.

*Dewford Island. 10:05 am*

On Dewford Island where both humans and faunus lived, a relatively muscular young man that was about 18, who has spiky blue hair and blue eyes wears orange goggles on his head, which ties part of his hair back. He had on a black and orange surfing outfit, with gloves of the same color. He also wears blue shorts with black and orange shoes, in the shape of feet was just coming out of the surf zone. "Whoo! Now, that was a good wave!"

Just as he was beginning to pack up, a fisherman wearing red and white like a Poke-Ball was running up to him. "Brawly!" After panting for a minute, the fisherman spoke again. "You heard what happened in Slateport?!"

"How could I not, dude?" Brawly frowned. "Not gnarly at all. I've got a bad feeling for the future."

"You think we could be looking at another war?" The fisherman asked fearfully.

"I don't know what to think yet." Brawly replied, a look of slight dread on his face.

*Vale. Vale Cafe. 11:30 am*

Back in Vale, a 19-year old girl with violet hair and glasses was writing a passage of some sort while sitting in Vale Cafe's patio.. Her outfit was a violet dress with dark violet tights and pink Mary Jane shoes. She was also wearing an additional black collar to her outfit and black gloves. Her books and pens were pink. Like everyone else, she'd also heard about what happened in Slateport. "Maybe I can go to Beacon and talk to the people there about this." She said.

"Ms. Shauntal, your tea." The waiter of the cafe handed Shauntal her green tea.

"Thank you." Shauntal thanked, taking her tea while reading over what she wrote. She made her decision to visit Beacon even more firm. A few minutes later after finishing her tea, she left the cafe and made her way to the Bullheads to Beacon.

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. Teams RWBY, JNPR, and CFVY talk about what happened in Slateport, though they're not the only ones, Ozpin and the other faculty are discussing it as well. This is a serious matter. Ironwood gets brought up in the discussion and the Atlesian Military will be at Beacon soon. In Vale, Ebonie was watching a news report about it and was worried. We then take a look at Oreburgh City with Roark who has also heard of the news and his Onix Rocky.

Roark isn't the only one we meet however. We also meet Brawly on Dewford Island. He's seen talking with a fisherman. I de-aged Brawly a bit and made him 18 for the purposes of this story.

Back in Vale, we meet Shauntal whom I also de-aged her for this story, so she's 19 in this crossover. Basically, everyone is increasingly worried at another possible war.

As usual, if anyone has any ideas for this story, please let me know in the comment/reviews, or personally PM me. Though, I have a question that needs an answer: I won't be able to add in certain Pokemon like the fossil Pokemon and the Golett line unless I can find a workaround. This is because the Pokemon only started popping a few years ago. Please let me know if you have an idea for that.
