Things have been rough in Tulsa, to say the least. When Darry gets a new job everyone is thrilled. Catch is it's in Boston. A new city, new friends, new girls, can't be all bad right?

Welcome to my one-shot series! The whole gang will be mentioned throughout these stories, but we're focusing on the relationship between Darry and his girlfriend because Darry is underrated and I think he deserves someone special. All sorts of themes and genres will be in these stories as well, not just pure fluff.

In the blaze of memory, the embers of trauma never truly fade. For Ponyboy Curtis, every spark ignites the flames of the past.

This is my thought on the Outsiders, 10 years from the events of the book. I have rewritten this a couple of times and I'm pretty happy with this one.
