Gathering Friends and Enemies on Both Sides
Setsuna and Rushuna are seen walking together through the path outside the school building with the rest of JNPRR heading to their last class of the days.
"So, why couldn't the teacher control her eyeballs?" Nora asked giggling a little.
"I don't know, Nora. Why couldn't the teacher control her eyeballs?" Ren asked back a little emotionless.
"Because she only had one pupil." Nora joked making everyone laughs.
"I don't get it." Rushuna confused.
"That's the thing about jokes, you don't have to get them and find someone funnier than Yang's stupid puns." Nora pointed out.
"Are her puns really that awful?" Setuna asked curious.
"I don't want to be rude to her, but she needs to get a comedy book for those puns like going out with a Yang. I know it rhymes with bang, but the joke doesn't feel like making me laugh in the slightest." Pyrrha explained how bad Yang's puns are.
"I don't know about that, her puns always send a giggle in my tummy." Rushuna said rubbing her stomach a bit.
"That's because your tummy has no brain." Nora mocked.
"Now Nora, not everyone agrees that Yang's jokes are awful." Ren pointed out.
Setuna looks up at the sky seeing it sky and peaceful looking as this day couldn't be ruin, but then she saw something in the distance and getting closer to the school.
"Hey guys, the Vytal Festival always include the Atlas kingdom, right?" Setuna asked.
"Yeah, the festival is all about bringing the kingdoms together and reminding everyone of how we came together after the Great War 80 years that our true enemies are the Grimm and other important stuff." Jaune stated what everyone knows about the Vytal Festival and wondering why Setuna is asking that.
"Then it looks like Atlas is coming to us too much." Setuna pointed up at the sky.
Everyone else looks up to where she is pointing at and see two or three flagships of the Atlas military forces flying over the sky and close to Beacon tower.
"Odd, my dad told me that Atlas never send a flagship or two out for the Vytal Festival even if it just for security." Jaune puzzled.
"They're probably expecting their students to beat us at the competition. Well, I say bring it on!" Nora roared.
"I don't think it's like that Nora but seeing the sight of those flagships does leave an impression that something serious is going on." Ren said trying to think of what that might be.
"Could be, which also means the General is worry about something that could ruin the whole point of the Vytal Festival." Setuna believed.
"Indeed, having this many ships might scared some of the people if Atlas isn't careful." Rushuna added.
"Wait, you know the General?" Jaune asked shock.
"Not in person, but I do know someone who works for him and she's very strict to the rules." Seetuna mentioned.
"Anyway, we should get to class or else we'll get scolded by Professor Goodwitch." Setuna said.
"No, I don't want to face her wrath in detention again!" Nora panicked and ran for her life for the classroom and the others went after her.
Setuna stayed behind for a bit looking at the Atlas flagships one last time before running off to her own classroom.
(Headmaster Office)
Ozpin and Glynda are in the office together as they are greeted by an old friend known as General James Ironwood, the head military head of Atlas.
"It's great seeing you both again, we don't get to see each other offend as we can." James said.
"Oh, wouldn't that be bad if we didn't." Glynda rolled her eyes sarcastically, she leaves the office as she really didn't want to spend any second with James at the moment.
"Well, she hasn't changed a bit." James chuckled.
"So, what in the world has brought you all the way down from Atlas? Headmasters don't typically travel with their students, for the Vytal Festival." Ozpin asked as he just finish making the coffee and hand one cup to him.
"Well, you know how much I love Vale this time of year. Besides, with you hosting, I thought that this might be a good opportunity for us to catch up." James said.
"I can certainly appreciate the quality time between friends, however, a small fleet outside my window has me concerned." Ozpin gestured at the window as the fleet ships are still seen outside.
"Well, concern is what brought them here." James stated.
"I understand that travel between kingdoms has become increasingly difficult." Ozpin pointed out.
"Oz, you and I both know why I brought those men." James said looking serious now as Ozpin a little moment drinking his coffee
"We are in a time of peace. Shows of power like this are just going to give off the wrong impression." Ozpin tried to remind him.
"But if what Qrow said is true..." James worried about the information he got from a Huntsman he and Ozpin's know out on the field.
"If what Qrow said is true, then we will handle it tactfully. It's the Vytal Festival. A time to celebrate unity and peace. So, I suggest that you not scare people by transporting hundreds of soldiers halfway across the continent." Ozpin advised calmly to his alley.
"I'm just being cautious." James sighed.
"As am I. Which is why we will continue to train the best Huntsmen and Huntresses we can." Ozpin pointed out.
"Believe me, I am. But ask yourself this: Do you honestly believe your children can win a war?" James asked concern and walks away to the elevator.
"I hope they never have to." Ozpin said quietly.
"By the way, how are those two girls? Setuna and Rushuna?" James asked.
"They are doing fine, Setuna has become quite the young warrior more so than any students in this academy and Rushuna is also on the same level as she is getting along well with everyone including her team." Ozpin answered.
"Glad to hear that, I'm worry about dragging them into our secret war with Her since they already went through so much in their old world." James said before entering the elevator.
"Let us hope that doesn't happen." Ozpin prayed.
(Later, with team JNPRR)
"And that, my friend is why I'm not only the leader but also the strategist of team JNPRR!" Jaune smirked victory as he and friends are standing outside of the library.
"No way, you must've cheated. There is no way you could have beaten me in Remnant: The Game." Yang angered.
"Calm down, Yang. It was just a game, no need to get so work up." Sun shrugged.
Sun is a tan-skinned boy with short spiky light-blonde hair and blue eyes. He wears two red wrist bracers over black fingerless gloves and an open loose-collared white jacket with no shirt underneath, displaying his muscular physique. He also wears blue cargo pants tied up with a white belt. He wears white bandages on his legs and has a chain hanging from the belt loop on the right side of his pants. He sports black and yellow sneakers and wears a block cord necklace with a round pendant bearing his monkey emblem.
"It was still fun seeing Yang finally being put in her place." Weiss said feeling satisfied.
"I never play boardgames much, but it was fun using our imagination like that. Kinda makes me feel like a little kid again." Neptune commented, remembering some of the fun times his childhood was.
Neptune is a teenage boy with tan skin, Blue eyes and messy light-blue hair in the form of an undercut. He wears a white dress shirt and black tie under a red jacket adorned with a wide, upturned, black collar and a silver reticle across the back. He also sports a pair of gray jeans with black padding strapped to the sides as well as black shoes fastened with straps instead of laces. Notable accessories within his attire include black fingerless gloves and a pair of yellow-tinted goggles typically worn on his forehead.
"But the fun part was seeing Yang losing her cool." Nora chuckled.
"Shut up, it was just… huh, distracted. That's all!" Yang said losing her cool a bit.
"Come on, Yang. Let just head back to our dome and turn in for the night." Ruby suggested.
"She's right, it's nighttime already. We better get some dinner before the cafeteria closes." Sun agreed.
"That is if they'll let you guys in after what happened yesterday." Neptune mentioned to food fight incident.
"I'm sure the food lady has forgiven you all, now let's go eat." Rushuna said.
"I heard you were launched into the air for over a minute, pretty cool." Setuna complimented to Yang.
"Well, I do have a tough body that is sky high." Yang punned, everyone groans and Rushuna giggles a bit.
"Wow, you were right. She is bad with puns." Setuna deadpanned.
"It's a curse she was born with." Ruby sighed.
"Hey!" Yang snapped.
(Dormitory Hallway)
Team RWBY, JNPRR, and Setuna had their dinner and said their goodbyes to Sun and Neptune as they went to the dormitory for exchange students since they came from Haven Academy in Mistral. The friends are now making their way to their rooms with Setuna tagging to spend a little more time before heading to her own room.
"Well, it was nice spending time with you guys, and getting out of studying." Jaune muttered the last part.
"It was fun for us too." Ruby nodded.
"By the way, how is Blake doing? She left the library quite sadden about something." Rushuna wondered.
"We don't know, she seems to be more quiet, antisocial and moody lately." Weiss noticed those signs.
"Maybe she ate some bad fishes and getting a bad tummy ache." Nora guessed.
"I think it's more than that, Nora." Ren believed.
"Then we don't we go ask her ourselves?" Rushuna decided.
Everyone enters the room and see Blake staring at the window before she notices them and got up to walk out of here but was stop by Rushuna.
"Blake, is there something you are trouble about?" Rushuna asked.
"Uh, no, why would you think that?" Blake asked back, trying to get out of here.
"No can do, not until you tell us what has bothering your cute little kitty mind and we, as your friends, are here for you no matter what." Rushuna said with her signature golden smile and petting Blake's cat ears behind the bow making her moan.
"Okay, okay, I'll talk just stop touching my ears like that." Blake surrendered.
"Oh yeah, Sun would definitely want to see this." Yang smirked as she recorded Blake moaning.
"Don't you dare send that to Sun!" Blake growled.
Blake took a deep breath and decided to speak her deep thoughts out loud knowing Rushuna always know if a person is feeling down or not.
"I just, I don't understand how everyone can be so calm." Blake said.
"You're still thinking about Torchwick?" Ruby asked.
"You guys had a run in with Torchwick?" Setuna asked surprise.
"Yes, it was before the break and Blake was shocked to learn that the White Fangs are working with him." Rushuna explained.
"So, the rumors I heard about is true." Setuna recalled hearing that during her mission and returning to Beacon.
"Yes, it's all true. Torchwick, the White Fang, all of it! Something big is happening and no one is doing anything about it!" Blake complained.
"Ozpin told us not to worry. Between the police and the Huntsmen, I'm sure they can handle it." Yang assured.
"Well I'm not! They don't know the White Fang like I do!" Blake feared that the White Fang are already plotting something.
"Then I say we go out and kick butt!" Nora suggested striking some karate poses.
"Easy Nora, I don't think it's that simple." Jaune calmed his pink energetic friend.
"Okay, between blowing up nightclubs, stopping thieves, and fighting for freedom, I'm sure the three of you think that you're all ready to go out and apprehend these ne'er-do-wells!" Weiss said.
"Uh, who?" Ruby asked.
"She means people who go doing something dangerous stuff whether or not they got permission from the higher ups." Setuna explained.
"Oh, that means we're awesome!" Ruby smiled.
"But let me once again be the voice of reason. We're students! We're not ready to handle this sort of situation!" Weiss pointed out.
"But what about Setuna, she gets to go on missions." Nora asked.
"That's because she is a second-year with more experience in fights, but she still needs to be approval from the Headmaster to go on a mission." Pyrrha explained.
"She's right, we're all still learning until we're fully ready." Setuna added.
"(Even though you and Rushuna are already strong warriors from another world.)" Jaune thought looking at Rushuna and Setuna as the others don't know about them, yet.
"And we may never be ready! Our enemies aren't just going to sit around and wait for graduation day. They're out there, somewhere, planning their next move, and none of us know what it is, but it's coming! Whether we're ready or not!" Blake stated strongly.
"So, if I understand this correctly: you are just gonna go after the White Fang again no matter how much we try to convince you to stop, right?" Jaune asked straight.
"Yes, the White Fang means more to me than you realize, and I can't standby watching walk down that dangerous path further. I'll even go in alone if I have to." Blake determined strongly in her eyes.
Jaune stare into Blake's eyes for five seconds and then smiles.
"Then it's a good thing you're not alone on this." Jaune said making Blake blink a few times.
"Blake, we are going to help you with your troubles on the White Fang." Rushuna declared.
"So, we're just going to ignore what the Ice Queen said about not being ready?" Setuna asked grinning.
"Will you stop calling me that!" Weiss snapped.
"Awesome! Okay, all in favor of becoming the youngest Huntresses to single-handedly taking down a corrupt organization conspiring against the Kingdom of Vale... say aye." Ruby announced raising her hand.
"Aye aye, captain!" Nora said in a pirate accent.
"It looks like we got no choice but to take part in this." Ren sighed.
"Yes! I love it when you're feisty!" Yang cheered for Ruby.
"Well, I suppose it could be fun." Weiss decided to join in on this too.
"I'm so excited that we get to work together." Rushuna smiled.
"Hey, Nora's the only one who said aye." Ruby sobbed as Nora comfort her.
"Alright then, we're in this together!" Blake nodded, whipping away a tear from her eye and is hugged by Rushuna.
"Now, let's hatch a plan!" Ruby said as Yang and Nora cheers, but Ruby realize something important.
"I left my board game at the library!" Ruby gasped.
"We're doom." Weiss facepalmed.
"Be right back!" Ryby dashed out of the room.
"Ruby, wait! It might be close by now!" Jaune called out, going after her.
Jaune then saw Ruby sitting on the red-carpet floor groaning a little with a person right in front of her meaning she must've bump into someone.
"Sorry about that." Ruby apologized.
"No problem. Just watch where you're going." A dark-skinned girl with a red afro advised.
"Is everyone okay?" Jaune asked.
"Yeah, Emerald just had a little run in with your friend." A guy with blue hair and a yellow streak answered.
"Haha, Ben." Emerald laughed a little.
"Oh, those are Haven Academy uniform. You guys must be here for the festival." Jaune recognized the clothing they are wearing.
"Indeed, and we intend to enjoy every moment of it." The third member of the group walked up to Jaune.
This young woman a fair-skinned woman with ashen-black hair that covers her left eye, bright amber eyes. She wears lipstick and violet eyeshadow. Breasts sizes: H-cup.
"Hot!" Jaune said.
"Oh, is just staring at me make you feel hot?" The young woman teased.
"No, no, it's not what I was going for at all! Huh, a-anyway, I'm Jaune Arc." Jaune introduced himself while blushing.
"Cinder Fall." Cinder said.
"You know your building is east from here." Jaune informed.
"We know, we're just taking a little stroll." Cinder walked past Jaune with her finger on his face.
"See you around." Cinder swayed her hips for Jaune to stare a little as Emerald and 'Ben' follow her.
"Welcome to Beacon!" Ruby shouted.
"Hey Jaune, we're going back to our room." Rushuna said and saw the three leaving getting a weird feeling about them.
"Make sure you two do NOT reveal yourself to anyone, especially to that Setuna now that she's back." Cinder growled at the two as her eyes glow fiercely.
"Yes, Ma'am." Emerald nodded, scratching her head a little showing the afro to be a wig.
"Got it." Ben said as he is actually Mercury in disguise.

Well, now Jaune and his team are going to help team RWBY do some investigation on the White Fang and Roman on what they are up to and hope to stop it along with Setuna helping out as three dangerous enemies have already arrive in Beacon. But it looks like Jaune might fall for one of them.
