United for Peace Against the Grimms
Jaune is brushing his teeth as he is getting ready to sleep for the night with his teammates though he couldn't help but feel like something bad is about to happen though doesn't know why.
"(I just hope it's nothing serious.)" Jaune thought sighed.
"Jaune, come on out! We're about to watch the funny short video Nora told us about!" Rushuna called out from outside the bathroom.
"Coming!" Jaune responded before he spit out the toothpaste.
Jaune exited the bathroom and saw that his team have already gather together for this funny video that Nora really wanted to show them and sat down right between Pyrrha and Rushuna as they each lean onto one shoulder.
"Ready for the funny?" Nora asked with a grin.
"Yeah, whenever you are?" Jaune nodded.
"Jaune, are you still worried about Team RWBY since they left?" Rushuna asked, knowing that in his eyes that he is worried about his friends on the other team and hasn't stopped thinking about them.
"I guess I still am, I don't know what it is but it's like my instincts are telling me to be prepared for something. Only I have no idea what that is exactly." Jaune said, feeling a slight headache from over thinking this now.
"Don't worry, Jaune. I'm sure whatever is going on with those girls, everything is going to be alright." Pyrrha promised her beloved Arc Knight.
"She's right, let us have faith that Team RWBY will come back to us in one piece." Rushuna added and both girlfriends kissed his cheeks.
"Yeah, so put those stupid worry thoughts away and let us now enjoy the awesomeness that is this video I'm about to show!" Nora paused play on the screen of her Scroll.
The scene changes to the outside window of Team JNPRR's room and there is a sudden burst of laughter coming from inside.
(Early Morning)
Jaune is seen moaning a little in his sleep and having a good dream until his Scroll started buzzing with a beeping sound that woke him up from his nap, he grabs his Scroll and held it to his ear.
"Hello?" Jaune asked groaning, but all he heard was static noise before the call ended. He looks at the screen seeing the caller is Ruby.
"Okay, now I'm getting worried again." Jaune said to himself.
"What was that, dear?" Rushuna asked, half asleep on her bed.
"I think Ruby was trying to call me." Jaune said while still looking at his Scroll.
(Later)
Team JNPRR changed into their combat clothes, had some breakfasts (and pancakes for Nora), and they are now on their way to the bullhead that will take them to the village for their mission.
However, Jaune was still feeling uneasy about that call he got earlier, and it was from Ruby who is still on her mission with the rest of her team and Doctor Oobleck.
"I'm sure they're fine." Pyrrha assured her leader/boyfriend.
"You think?" Jaune hoped she's right.
"Probably a butt dial..." Nora guessed.
"I don't know, none of them seem to be the type to accidentally dial their Scrolls, so Ruby must have tried calling you to let know you know her group is doing." Rushuna guessed, but something inside her was saying otherwise.
"The call was very early in the morning; she might have been on lookout duty." Jaune said.
"Come on, we all know those girls can handle themselves." Nora believed.
"Team RWBY has always performed exceptionally in the field. We should be focusing on our own mission." Ren stated.
"We're gonna be deputies!" Nora excitedly.
"Let's hope my worries are nothing." Jaune said.
But right after saying that, the loud alarm sound went off that got Team JNPRR's attention and they look over to the city seeing that there is smoke coming out and it's not small either. They all knew if the city alarm is going off right now, that means the city is being attacked by something bad like Grimms.
"It looks like your instincts were right about the bad thing after all." Rushuna said.
"We're changing our mission. Everyone on board!" Jaune ordered and everyone hurry over to the Bullhead, but Jaune stop Ren for a second.
"Ren, we'll make it to that village another time." Jaune promised, Ren nods to his leader knowing that they need to check on the situation within the city as he got into the Bullhead.
"Take us to the city!" Jaune ordered the pilot.
As the Bullhead takes off, Cinder and her team are looking at the Bullhead that just took off and saw the big puff of smoke from the city which they can already tell what this means.
"You don't think…?" Emerald hoped that's not what she thinks it is.
"Sure looks like it." Mercury nodded; he can definitely tell the smoke coming up means it's something bad.
"That's still days away!" Emerald said, the plan they made for this wasn't supposed to mean until later and when everything was ready.
"So, what do we do now?" Mercury asked Cinder.
Cinder is looking onward at the smoke having some thoughts in her head like if that's supposed to be the mean they made and it's going off right now, then that could only mean that something has happened to the secret hideout that force Roman to do it right now.
But she doesn't feel entirely mad, perhaps this could benefit just as much as the original plan.
"Let us go see how Jaune and his friends can deal with all that Grimm rampaging in the city." Cinder grinned.
(Vale City)
Team JNPRR arrived in the city just a moment ago or two as they ran through the streets to make their way for the breach where the Grimms came through, they also helped out a few people along the way like some trapped under some rumble and others scared.
"Look out!" Ren jumped ahead and strikes down a Creep with a swift movement.
"Another one!" Jaune charged forward and slashes down another Creep then raised his shield to stop a Creep from pouncing onto him.
Rushuna quickly fired a bullet that killed the Grimm off from her beloved Jaune.
"The deep we go into that direction, the more Grimms we keep running into." Rushuna pointed out.
"That means we're getting closer to the source of the problem where the Grimms are coming." Pyrrha stated with a fierce glare.
"And I get the feeling that we're also going to find Team RWBY there." Jaune believed.
"How do you know Team RWBY is even going to be there?" Nora asked.
"I just feel it in my guts, now let's go!" Jaune charged forward and his team soon followed him.
Team JNPRR arrived at the square and gasp upon seeing even more Grimm rampaging and trying to kill every human in sight, and it certainly doesn't help with the people panicking and making lots of fear for the negative emotions the Grimms are drawn to.
"Look! I see them!" Rushuna pointed at the center of the danger.
It turns out that Jaune's guts were right about Team RWBY being here as they are fighting off every Grimm that comes their way and trying to prevent them from getting into the city any further, but it doesn't look like they're doing so well right now.
"They're being overwhelmed. We need to help them!" Rushuna said as she ready her gun.
"And help them we shall!" Nora shouted, rising her hammer up and slams it down with a pink explosion to send her flying right into the fray.
"Follow that pink thunder girl!" Jaune ordered and they quickly charge in.
(Music: Awake and Alive, Skillet)
"Nora Smash!" Nora slammed her hammer right onto the black head of the King Taijitu and killing it in one blow.
"Nora?" Blake surprised to see her here.
Nora lands on the ground and with her team as they assembled to help their friends.
"Let's go!" Pyrrha and Rushuna shouted together right before Jaune was gonna give the order.
Ren runs fast at the Grimms, slashing down one Grimm at a time and dodge a claw attack from an Ursa then counterattack with a fast slice to the neck and shoot some bullets in that cut wound to kill it.
Nora screams excitedly as she swings her hammer around to smash any Grimms that dare to come at her and changed her hammer into the grenade launcher to fired three shots to destroy several or more at once.
"Rushuna! Give me a charge!" Nora called out.
"You got it!" Rushuna nodded and fired a lightning Dust bullet at Nora, charging the girl up with more strength thanks to her Semblance.
"Prepare to feel my thunder!" Nora shouted and started spinning around like a crazy pink tornado sending the Grimms in her way flying away.
Rushuna jumps out of the way when two Beowulves try to slash their claws into her body and she jumps with an upside-down body twirl then aims her gun at one black wolf, fired the bullet that went through both wolf monsters at once.
"You monsters are so rude that you're the only thing I can let my inner violence self go like this!" Rushuna pouted.
Then several Creeps along with two Ursas came charging at Rushuna to kill her, but the smiling blonde girl wouldn't let them be the end of her, she goes at them and jumps high with a spin shooting down all the Creeps below her and landed right in front of one Ursa.
The Ursa roars at Rushuna and swing its claws to at her, but she backflip to dodge that claw and shot her gun at the other arm that was raised in the air to destroy it and the other Ursa behind it.
"Though to be honest, I do hope you find peace in Hell." Rushuna said before she fired another shot at the injured Ursa, killing it in the head.
Pyrrha is not having any trouble with fending off against multiple Grimms coming at her as she slashes and twirls her sword that changed into a long spear, she tosses her shield and uses her Semblance to move the shield around in circles fast to slash at the Grimms while shooting them down.
"Come on, who wants some of the Arc Knight!" Jaune shouted.
Then one Ursa jumped behind and growls at Jaune, but the young knight didn't hesitate as he thrust his sword right into the stomach and swings up slicing through the head.
"Oh yeah, that felt great!" Jaune smiled.
Two Creeps try to attack Jaune from both sides, but he is well prepared as he blocks on Creep with his shield and killed the other one with his sword. He moves the Creep to fall on its side for him to pierce his sword right through the stomach.
"Yo!" Sun called out.
Jaune looks up to see both Sun and Neptune arriving at the scene.
"Nobody move! Junior detectives!" Sun smirked as he holds out his badge.
"We have badges, so you know it's official!" Neptune said.
"(Whoa, those badges look so cool in person!)" Jaune thought amazed.
Then all three boys look up at the sky seeing the giant Atlas fleet ships that are so impressive that Sun drops his badge.
"Jaune!" Rushuna called out and shoot down a Beowulf that was about to pounce him down to death.
"Oh, thanks, Rushuna!" Jaune thanked.
Many of the Atlas robots came down from the ships and begun helping the young Hunters in training with taking down the Grimms, and many mor help has come.
"Yang, are you and the others alright?" Jaune asked as he ran up to Yang.
"Yeah, very peach!" Yang smirked while panting of some exhaustion.
Jaune can tell that she and the others of Team RWBY must have been doing a lot of fighting during their mission and barely got any sleep as well, which is why he is going to do his best to down these Grimms right now.
"Try not to push yourself too hard, wouldn't want that non-funny bone of yours to break." Jaune advised while making a little joke.
"Please, my funny bone is unbeatable." Yang proclaimed with a smirk.
Out of the hole in the wall is a large Atlas mech and it fell forward, the hatch open with Zwei popping out followed by Oobleck. Zwei headbutt one Creep down and barks happily.
Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury arrive at the scene where everyone is fighting hard against the Grimms and gave them the nod to fight to keep up the act. Mercury kicks down a few Grimms and Emerald killed to Ursas by herself.
Several Creeps have ganged up on Ruby and were about to attack only for a red glowing bullet with electricity aura took down one and it flew around fast taking down all the Grimms that were about to attack the rose girl.
"Good to see you're not dead." Setsuna smiled at Ruby as she walks up to her.
"Yeah, glad to be alive too." Ruby nodded.
Then a Bullhead arrives with the door opening to reveal Professor Peter Port along with CFVY as they jump off and land on the ground ready to fight to defend the city.
Yatsuhashi finds himself being surrounded by several nasty Grimms though he isn't worried at all as he is calm and swings his giant sword toward the ground that unleashes a powerful shockwave the blew the Grimms that were charging at him away. Velvet kicks away a Beowulf and Fox slashes two Creeps down.
Fox sense a movement coming at him which is a large and spiky Ursa, the blind young man charges at the bear monster with a high kick and throwing some slashing combos and punch it away with two fists and it suddenly bloated like a balloon until it pops letting all the spikes fly impaling the other Grimms and Coco smack a few that were coming her way.
"Nice hustle, Fox. Good job." Coco complimented with a light pat on his butt and walked up to one Major Beowulf.
"You just destroyed my favorite clothing store. Prepare to die." Coco threatened.
Coco swat away the right claws of the Beowulf with her bag and kicks it right in the crotch making the wolf monster bend down in pain, she leans down at Beowulf for a moment slams its head down to the ground in a crushing below by her bag.
Velvet was about to go in to show off her weapon, but Coco stops her.
"Hey, come on, you just spent all the semester building that up. Don't waste it here." Coco said and looked forward to seeing lots more Grimms coming to her.
Coco unfolds her bag into a big machine gun and started shooting down all the Grimms with ease as the bullets are powered by her Semblance, and she moves the machine gun up destroy the rest of the flying Grimms like the Nevermore.
At the hole, Oobleck and Port reunite then look at some Grimms coming at them, then they shoot down those Grimms with their representative weapons as those monsters are blown away.
"We need to find a way to close that hole!" Jaune called out to everyone.
"Allow me to handle that, Mr. Arc." Glynda said walking up to the hole, and she is looking very angry right now.
Two Grimms try coming at her from behind only for them to be smack away by Glynda's Semblance and uses her power again to seal up the hole good as new, keeping more Grimms from coming in and the last ones were destroyed.
Soon, Roman who was hiding within the city after the train crashed through the wall has been caught by Emerald letting the Atlas authorities take him away.
"Oh, I can't believe that you caught me, you've really taught me the error of my ways." Roman said sarcastically as one Atlas robot grabs him by the arm. "He-hey, watch the hat!"
Everyone gather around and saw that they were able to save the city and protected the people too, they knew this means they have won the battle and Rushuna is very happy that everyone was able to come together to protect the peace they worked so hard for.

Team JNPRR were forced to change their plans of the mission when the city was under attack by the Grimms, but they along with everyone who came to the battle were able to fend them off and helped Team RWBY who were at the center of the danger.
