It was Sunday, February 16th, 2020 and James and Lily were in Lily's room at Hogwarts getting ready to record a candy review for Lily's YouTube channel, Lily Luna's World.

""Good afternoon and welcome to Lily Luna's World, " said Lily happily as they started the video, "Today I am joined as usual by my favorite brother, James Sirius Potter."

"Today we will be doing a review of Skittles Darkside, " said James eagerly, "Lily, could you explain to our viewers how the idea for us to review Skittles Darkside came about?"

"A big shoutout goes out to our viewer, Architect of Light 2 for suggesting this video, " said Lily brightly, "The long and the short of it is that James and I have complained before about Lime being taken out of Skittles Original and how we miss lime Skittles. Architect of Light 2 suggested that we try Skittles Darkside and said that lime could found there."

"But, " smiled James, "We're saving lime for last. We're going to try the red black cherry first, as Lily doesn't like cherry and wants to get it out of the way."

"A week ago I taught James how to eat Skittles the right way, " said Lily matter of factly, "I finally got him to understand the concept of eating Skittles in handfuls or three of four instead of one at a time. So, he shouldn't complain about their lack of intensity today."

Lily ripped opened the bag of Skittles Darkside and dumped them onto her bed. James and Lily each took a handful of the red black cherry Skittles and ate them.

James yelled "Yum" while Lily yelled "Yuck!" at the exact same nanosecond.

"Definitely different from the traditional cherry flavor but man it was good. 9 out of 10, " said James excitedly.

"Certainly not the same as regular cherry but still pretty gross all the same. 1 out of 10, " said Lily briskly.

"We've always been on opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to cherry, " said James matter of factly, "That held true even with a different kind of cherry."

"Except for the fact that I do love strawberry, I'm generally not a berry flavors girl, " explained Lily, "But I somehow have a gut feeling that I'm actually going to like dark berry."

James and Lily each helped themselves to a handful of purple dark berry Skittles.

"Excellent!" piped up James and Lily together.

"There doesn't seem to be any specific flavor, " said James cheerfully, "But it's definitely berryish! 9 out of 10."

"9 out of 10 for me as well, " grinned Lily, "My instincts were right. I loved this flavor. Even though I'm not normally a berry girl, something about this one just really worked for me. I have no idea what to expect from forbidden fruit though."

"Only one way to find out, " said James proddingly and he and Lily now popped handfuls of the blue forbidden fruit Skittles into their mouths and both let out smiles.

"Pretty good, " said James crisply, "Not my favorite in the pack but still pretty damn good. Forbidden fruit tastes like a kind of fruit punch to me. That's more Lily's thing. She's Miss Tropical. But I enjoyed it. 8 out of 10."

"9 out of 10 for me, " said Lily in a satisfied voice, "I agree with James, it tastes like a kind of fruit punch. Not in the running to be the GOAT Skittles flavor, but a very wonderful inclusion in the world of Skittles flavors."

"I'm looking forward to trying blood orange, " said James in a tone that oozed anticipation, "I'm a bold boy and blood orange sounds like a bold flavor.

James and Lily each picked up a handful of the orange blood orange Skittles and chowed down on them.

"Outstanding!" Chorused James and Lily.

"Bold, bold, bold, " said James with satisfaction, "Blood orange has its own distinctive flavor and is a PERFECT fit for Darkside. 10 out of 10."

"10 out of 10 for me as well, " piped up Lily, "I always figure it's probably hard to mess up orange. But this was a little different from regular orange. James is right on the nose about blood orange being a distinctive flavor. James is the bold one, but Skittles just threw a 99 yard touchdown pass from their own 1 yard line with the blood orange flavor!"

"I couldn't agree more, " said James glowingly, "But now the moment we've all been waiting for. Lily is usually more into citrus flavors than I am although I do love orange. But I've missed lime Skittles just as Lily has. Lime was always one of Lily's favorite flavors back in the day, but even though I wasn't as interested in lime as Lily at the time lime was removed from original Skittles, I found after they were gone that I missed them too. Sometimes you crave a flavor even if it isn't your favorite flavor. I definitely had moments of wishing for lime Skittles. "

"For me, the loss of lime Skittles was a major bummer, " said Lily bluntly, "I missed lime and yearned for it. It didn't help that it was the GOAT of disgusting Skittles flavors, green apple, that replaced it."

"Too true, sis!" said James fiercely, "Skittles fumbled at the 1 yard lime by putting green apple in the original Skittles pack. But I am delighted to have the opportunity to rediscover lime Skittles."

With much anticipation on their faces, James and Lily eagerly grabbed their handfuls of green lime Skittles and stuffed them into their mouths.

"YUMMY!" agreed James and Lily blissfully.

"An indisputable 10 out of 10, " exclaimed James joyfully, "It's the same classic lime Skittles flavor we all remember. Man, we just reunited with a long lost friend."

"11 out of 10!" said Lily with tears of joy in her eyes, "Dear old lime, it has been WAY too long. A part of our childhood just got restored.

"I'm so glad we tried the Skittles Darkside pack, " said James radiantly, "Holistically, I give Skittles Darkside a well earned 9 out of 10 and I do recommend them to our viewers."

"I recommend them for sure, " agreed Lily, "But I'll go with an 8 out of 10. Black cherry slightly drags it down, but I'd get it again just for the yummy lime!"

"Welcome back, lime, " said James cheerfully.

"And again, a big thanks to our viewer Architect of Light 2 for suggesting we try Skittles Darkside, " added Lily.

"Well, I think that's all for now, " suggested James.

"For the video, yes, " confirmed Lily, "But we're going to finish the pack of Skittles Darkside once we've signed out!"

"Hell yes!" Said James instantly.

"For my favorite brother, James Sirius Potter, this is Lily Luna Potter speaking for Lily Luna's World. Thanks for watching and we'll see you again next time. For now, Potters out."

And with that, James and Lily waved their viewers goodbye and went off to finish the Skittles Darkside pack, saving lime for last.
