The Flutter of Evil
Chapter 3 Sightseeing

The flight from Mexico to Paris was roughly 10 hours, during that flight Sartana and Django practiced their French and on a illusion spell that would make them appear as humans instead of their actual skeleton selfs, so they would blend in better and not attract any unwanted attention. The plane eventually landed and the two villains used their illusion spell before getting off.
Sartana now resembled a fairly beautiful elderly woman with medium white hair and red eyes. Django now resembled a teenager with short brown hair and red eyes. The two villains appeared to be human, but they still wore the clothes they normally wore as well as carried their Mystic Guitars.
Sartana pulled out a pocket watch and check a nearby clock display to get the right time for her watch. According to the watch the villains had a few hours to kill before their meeting with Hawk Moth.
"Alright Django we have some time to kill, let's do a little sightseeing, but remember we do our business first then will go have a little evil fun and chaos." Said Sartana.
"Yes grandma." Said Django.
The two of then headed out to explore the city.
Miles away at the Agreste mansion, Adrien headed down to the kitchen and was met by the sight of his father looking a bit happy and cheerful at the dining room table. Gabriel warmly greeted his son and the two had breakfast together. After breakfast Gabriel hugged Adrien and wished him to have a good day.
"You're in a good mood today." Said Adrien.
"Let's just say I'm about to make a business deal that will greatly improve our lives and make everything better. I know I hadn't been a good father to you of lately, but I promise you I'm going to fix that Adrien." Said Gabriel.
"Well I hope everything works out for you dad" said Adrien with a smile before leaving the house to go to school.
After Adrien was gone, a serious look appeared on Gabriel's face as he turned to assistant Nathalie.
Everything is in place. Emilie has been safely moved from the lair to the warehouse where you plan to met Sartana" said Nathalie.
Good, if everything goes according to plan then Emilie will finally be awakened and healed. Then Hawk Moth shall retire and never be heard from again." Said Gabriel.
Nathalie was happy to hear about the possibility of Emilie being awakened and healed and that Gabriel was going to give up being Hawk Moth and cease his attacks and attempts to get Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses, but the meeting with Sartana still concerned her. Gabriel seemed to sense her discomfort.
"Is something wrong?" Asked Gabriel.
"Sir...I want to see Emilie back as much as you do and for you to retire being Hawk Moth, but I'm concerned about doing business with Sartana. Her powers could indeed awaken and heal Emilie, but I'm concerned about what she might ask for in return. I've done some research and what I've read is very concerning. Sartana is about as evil as they come and has plagued Miracle City for as long as anyone can remember. She is feared by both heroes and villains. You became Hawk Moth as a means to an end to bring Emilie back, but unlike you Sartana is evil for the sake of evil." Said Nathalie.
"I understand your concern, but we are taking precautions. I'm willing to pay whatever price Sartana asks. Sartana likes money and I have plenty at my disposal and if it's something else she asks for, then will pay that. If we can't reach an agreement then I will take Sartana's Mystic Guitar by force if I must." Said Gabriel.
"Very well sir. I pray that the deal goes smoothly." Said Nathalie with a bow.
Elsewhere, Master Fu was in his new apartment and business having some tea and relaxing. Fu thought about how much his chosen champions Marinette and Adrien had progressed in such a short time as being heroes and the protectors of Paris. The two young heroes had shown to have good teamwork and had stopped Hawk Moth's minions on multiple occasions. There were times when the duo was faced with some particular hard opponents that required the aid of another Miraculous. Marinette had gone to see Fu for a Miraculous or Fu had found her while keeping a low profile from Hawk Moth. The young girl proved to be fairly good at choosing people she knew were trustworthy to temporarily hold a Miraculous to aid her and Adrien in battle and then have them return them to Fu and the Miraculous Box.
Things were going well and though Hawk Moth still remained at large, Marinette and Adrien proved themselves to be affective in stopping him. Fu made plans to have some private meetings with Adrien and bring him deeper into the folds and then he would have him and Marinette reveal their secret identities to each other. It would be a good occasion and deepen the two heroes bond and teamwork.
Fu continued to enjoy his tea, when a ice cold feeling went down his spine that made him shiver. Fu's Kwami, Wayzz also shuddered and shivered.
"Master Fu, what was that?" Asked Wayzz.
"It was the Willies. I...fear a great dark evil has arrived in Paris and it is far worse then Hawk Moth." Said Fu looking grim.
"What kind of evil?" Asked Wayzz.
"A pure evil from a distant land. It feels different from anything if ever sensed. I don't know what this evil is doing in Paris, but whatever it's doing it can't be good." Said Fu.
"Should we alert Marinette and Adrien?" Asked Wayzz.
"Yes. Deliver them both a message, but be discreet about it. I have a feeling that they will sense the evil as well soon." Said Fu as he began to write some letters.
Marinette was walking to school feeling happy about her life and how things were going for her. She was doing well in school and her duties as Ladybug were going good as well. Marinette and Cat Noir had successfully defended Paris from Hawk Moth and his minions, sure they would sometimes need the aid of another Miraculous and hero, but the situation usually worked out with the heroes overcoming the villains. Marinette chose who should get a Miraculous and the people who she chose proved themselves to be worthy. Heck even Chloé, Marinette's usual bully had proven herself to be a competent and reliable hero on a couple of occasions, when Marinette gave her the Bee Miraculous. Sure Chloé went on a bit of a ego trip after a mission, since she accidentally exposed her superhero identity, but she was being less mean to Marinette and their other classmates. Everything was going well for Marinette, expect she still had failed to confess her feelings to Adrien, but she was working up the confidence and eventually plan to tell him how she felt.
It was then Marinette got an old chill down her spin that made her shudder in confusion. Marinette's Kwami, Tikki shuddered as well.
"What was that?" Asked Marinette.
"I don't know Marinette, but whatever it was. It's bad." Said Tikki.
At the Eiffel Tower, Xavier Ramie was sitting on a park bench feeding some pigeons, when suddenly all the birds took off in a hurry. Xavier blinked his eyes in confusion as he watched the birds fly off. He had been around birds a good deal of his life and knew how they feel or reacted to things. Right now the birds seemed to be flying away in fear of something. Xavier looked around trying to figure out what had spooked the birds. All he saw that was unusually were a older woman and a teen walking by wearing strange clothes with guitars on their backs. They didn't appear to be super villains or anything, so Xavier wondered why the birds flew off.
Sartana and Django watched the birds fly off in fear with mild amusement. The little creatures could sense how evil and destructive the duo were, unlike any of the local citizens. Sartana glanced at the Eiffel Tower and considered destroying it after her business with Hawk Moth was concluded. She glanced at her pocket watch and saw it was time to go to the meeting, so she and Django headed off to make a deal.
