Author's note: We are back with another chapter of Victorious Prime and as usual, I don't own Transformers or Victorious, nor any of its characters. Oh, and also I decided to change Soundwave's design to look like his Cyberverse design, since I realized that it might not fit the version of Soundwave I am writing.
Los Angeles, California…
Tori Vega let out a yelp as she was riding on Arcee, who was in her alt mode, as she was speeding down the road, with Tori wearing her purple helmet. As Arcee was driving down, Tori couldn't help but let out a chuckle at seeing that something was up with Arcee.
"So, what's gotten into you?" Tori asked, while Arcee was speeding down the road.
"Thought you might actually enjoy the ride if we weren't getting shot at." Arcee quipped, while driving down the road, without no one seeing them.
"That so?" Tori asked, smirking. "Then bring it!"
With that, Arcee continued to increase her speed as they were right down the road, with Tori letting out a scream of excitement as she felt the adrenaline rush through her.
"This is so much better than hanging out with Trina!" Tori screamed, as Arcee was speeding down the road.
As for Andre, he was just chilling inside of Cliffjumper, as the two were just listening to some music coming from Cliffjumper's radio.
"Hey Cliff, can I ask you something?" Andre asked.
"Yeah." Cliffjumper replied. "What's up?"
"I'm wondering, do you know any Autobot that's like me?" Andre asked, causing Cliffjmper to be a bit surprised at the question.
"Yeah, why?" Cliffjumper asked, causing Andre to sign.
"I don't know why, but sometimes I feel I am the only one who is just the normal kid when it comes to me hanging out with my friends." Andre admitted. "I mean, aside from Tori, Cat is pretty native, Robbie's a weird one, Beck and Jade fight a lot. Me and Tori just look like we are the only ones who are normal."
"Yeah, I can get the feeling when I am hanging out with the Bots." Cliffjumper agreed. "But, even if we sometimes argue with each other, I still feel like we are part of a big family."
"Really? Huh, I can relate to that with my friends." Andre commented. "By the way, who's the Autobot you know who is like me?"
"Jazz." Cliffjumper answered, grinning as he was about to tell Andre about the Autobot.
Meanwhile, Cat and Bumblebee were just talking to each other on top of a hill by themselves, with the two getting along since the two were optimistic young people.
"Wait, the reason why your hair is red is because your brother hit you in the head with a vessel, by mistake?" Bumblebee asked, concerned.
"Yeah, but I did like the color of blood." Cat explained. "Also, I dyed my hair red since I love red velvet cupcakes!"
"Um, are you sure you're okay?" Bumblebee asked. "You sound like you had a complicated life back at your home."
"Don't worry Bee! I'm fine!" Cat reassured, giving a good smile. "So, how was your life back on Cyber... Cyber…"
Bumblebee quickly finished what word Cat was going to say, seeing she needed help to pronounce it. "Cybertron."
"Yeah, Cybertron! What was it like?" Cat asked, still having that bright smile on her face.
With Robbie and Bulkhead, the two were just outside Robbie's house, with Robbie introducing Rex, his puppet, to his Autobot guardian.
"Wait, I thought puppets are not supposed to talk?" Bulkhead asked, confused as to why Robbie was treating Rex like a human.
"About that.." Robbie began, before Rex cut him off.
"Yep! I can talk, overgrown SUV!" Rex said, revealing he is alive.
"What the?" Bulkhead asked, caught off guard. "How can.. You shouldn't.. I am so lost!"
Robbie signed before trying to explain how Rex can talk. "I don't know how, but Rex is alive and can pretty much talk like every other average human."
"Yep! So mind explaining to me why a SUV is talking?" Rex asked, causing Robbie and Bulkhead to sign as they felt like it was going to be a long day.
On a regular sidewalk, Rodimus and Crosswise, in their alt modes, watched how Beck and Jade were talking like a regular couple, with them being, awkwardly, quiet.
"Are you sure that you don't have any plans on Tuesday night?" Jade asked.
"Yeah, hopefully." Beck answered. "As long as my parents don't decide to have him visit my neighbor at night, we should be good."
That caused Jade to stop before looking at Beck with a suspicious look. "What do you mean that you might have to hang out with your neighbor?"
Beck just signed in frustration. "Look, I promise, I am not cheating on you with my neighbor. What makes you think I would do that?"
"Let's see." Jade began. "How about that one time where you kissed Tori during class."
"Are you still over that?! We've gotten over that by now!" Beck exclaimed.
Soon, the two teens started arguing with each other, with Rodimus and Crosswise having no idea how they should react to this.
"How long do you think we can put up with this gag?" Rodimus asked his comrade.
"About two months if you ask me." Crosswise replied, as they continued to watch Jade and Beck argue.
Autobot Base…
Red Alert was still studying the purple liquid, with him being glad that there wasn't much noise around the base. While he had no problem with the human teenagers, he was just satisfied to do his work by himself, without no one interrupting him.
However, he heard a metallic clank behind him before turning around to see nothing, causing the Autobot medic to be a bit nervous, before he thought he was just hearing things before he continued his study on the purple liquid through a microscope. But, before he could continue his analysis further on the purple liquid, he heard the noise of rapid metallic tapping, causing him to look away from the microscope.
"Optimus? Is that you?" Red Alert asked, before he soon saw what caused that sound before he let out a gasp of shock.
It was some sort of small metallic spider-like creature running at him at full speed, causing Red Alert to get out of the way as it leapt at him, missing him. Unfortunately, it ended up hiding behind the microscope before cutting it off in half, causing Red Alert to become more annoyed at his equipment being destroyed, before the creature tried to jump at him, only for a laser shot to hit it, sending it flying down to the ground.
Red Alert looked to see it was Optimus, with his blaster already out, who shot the creature. "I see that you are still pretty good at shooting after all these cycles Prime."
"Thanks." Optimus replied, before seeing the creature trying to get back up, before Red Alert stomped on it, destroying it for good.
"And stay down." Red Alert said to the destroyed remains of the creature, before turning to Optimus. "Now, what could have caused this?"
"Looks like the purple liquid you found on Arcee, earlier, brought that thing to life." Optimus replied, remembering the creature was somewhat purple.
"If that's the case, what kind of liquid do you think it was?" Red Alert asked, causing Optimus to have a grim expression on his face.
"Dark Energon." All what Optimus answered, causing Red Alert to be shocked.
The Nemesis…
Back in the same room where the Dark Energon was stored, Megatron had finally been done twitching and grunting in pain and now had a dangerous smirk on his face as he felt the power of Dark Energon flow through him. The power was very toxic, yet, it was also satisfying at the same time, as he felt like he could take on Unicron himself.
"Lord Megatron?" Demolisher asked behind him, nervously. "Are you sure you are okay?"
"It's as if the blood of Unicron, the destroyer, flows through my circuits." Megatron mused to himself. "As if I feel his very thoughts!"
Just then, Megatron pulled out another Dark Energon shard from the large Dark Energon crystal. "Now I know what to do."
"And what can we do to assist you, our liege?" Starscream asked.
"Quit your groveling and await my command." Megatron answered, before walking off.
Soon, on the flight deck of the Nemesis, Megatron transformed into his Cybertronian jet mode before flying off to where he had his plans set in motion.
Starscream, Demolisher, and Road Rage watched their leader fly off to parts unknown, before Road Rage broke the silence.
"So, got any ideas on how to kill time while he's gone?" He asked his Decepticon comrades, just as Soundwave joined them.
"Soundwave, I fear that when our master reached for the stars, he came down with a touch of space madness. Lord Megatron has not been of sound judgment since his return. Increase global surveillance." Starscream ordered the Decepticon communications officer.
"Lord Megatron told us to await his commands Starscream." Soundwave retorted. "Either you want Megatron to beat you when he gets back, or you just want to scheme behind his back."
"I heard him clearly and I am not scheming behind his back!" Starscream retorted. "If Optimus Prime lives, I believe it is in Lord Megatron's best interest that we ensure his enemies' destruction!"
Autobot base…
Optimus put the metallic spider inside of a tube, while talking to Red Alert. "If the residue Arcee found, on the Autobot we tried to save, brought your broken equipment to life, then it's safe to assure that the purple liquid was the reason why the Autobot was supposedly brought back to life."
"I guess that would explain why the Autobots' life signal was coming online." Red Alert mused. "But how is it possible that Dark Energon exists on this planet, when it is considered to be nonexistent? What would it be doing on Earth?"
"It was most likely transported here by Megatron." Optimus answered.
"For what purpose?" Red Alert questioned.
"To conquer this planet by raising an army of the undead." Optimus replied, causing Red Alert to become even more confused.
"Where on Earth could Megatron find that many dead Cybertronians?" The Autobot medic asked.
Before Optimus could answer, their attention was drawn to the sounds of engines before they turned around to see the rest of the Autobots, with their human charges, drive into the base before they came to a halt, allowing for the teens to get out so they could transform into their robot forms.
"Gotta say, it was fun talking to you." Cat said to Bumblebee, who gave her a thumbs up.
"Wow, you guys have got a base! Sweet!" Rex said, while Robbie was holding him, catching the Autobots' attention, except for Bulkhead, as they stared at him in disbelief.
"You brought Rex here?" Jade asked Robbie, in an unpleasant tone.
"Yeah, and it's good to see you once more ladies!" Rex said, looking at Tori, Cat, and Jade.
"And can you be quiet!" Jade said, glaring at the puppet, causing him to shut up.
"Uhh.. What's going on?" Cliffjumper asked, causing the human teens to sign.
"Rex can talk. Don't question it." Beck answered.
"Autobots, remain here. Only Red Alert is coming with me." Optimus ordered before turning to Arcee. "Arcee, you assume command for now since me and Red Alert will be gone for a while."
"How come you aren't in charge since you look like you're the oldest." Jade asked Crosswise, causing him to turn to his human charge in annoyance.
"For the record, I am not that old!" Crosswise retorted. "I don't even like being in a pack when I prefer to go solo most of the time."
"Optimus, I don't have a problem with me being in charge, but are you sure bringing Red Alert with you is a good idea when he hasn't been on the battlefield ever since the exodus?" Arcee asked, causing Red Alert to turn to her with an annoyed frown on his face.
"While it has been quite a while since I was on the battlefield, I can safely assume that my combat skills are fully operational Arcee." Red Alert responded.
"Now, if you excuse us, Red Alert, bridge us out." Optimus ordered Red Alert, who pulled down the lever to activate the Ground Bridge.
Soon, Optimus and Red Alert went through it before the vortex closed, leaving the six Autobots and their human charges in the base, by themselves.
"So, what's on the activities list?" Tori asked Arcee.
"I'm going out on patrol." Arcee answered, walking out of the base.
"But Optimus told us to stay here." Bulkhead said.
"Don't worry, I'll be back." Arcee responded, turning back. "Bumblebee, Rodimus, and Crosswise, you three are with me. Bulkhead and Cliff, stay here and keep an eye on the humans."
"Well, beats babysitting." Rodimus quipped, before turning to Bulkhead and Cliffjumper. "Just try to not do something crazy without us, got it?"
"Relax, what's the worst thing that could happen?" Cliffjumper asked, before Arcee, Bumblebee, Rodimus, and Crosswise transformed and drove out of the base.
"Cliff, you do realize you just jinxed us?" Andre asked, starting to panic.
"Hey! Calm down!" Cliffjumper assured. "Today's looking pretty good for us."
After that, the six human teenagers and the two Autobots were awkwardly silent for a couple of moments, before Tori broke the silence.
"So, uh… what do you guys want to talk about?" Tori asked, causing Jade to turn to her and have a mock smile on her face.
"Hey! I'm Tori! So… uh…. What do you guys want to talk about?" Jade mocked, sounding like a lame imitation of Tori, causing Tori to just sign in annoyance.
"When are you going to stop making fun of me?" Tori asked.
"Hey, not to interrupt, but what is up with you two?" Bulkhead asked.
"Don't ask, they have always been like this since they met." Beck signed, just before a green light went off, causing everyone to be caught off guard.
"Hide!" Cliffjumper shouted to the teens.
Wasting no time, the teens quickly ran behind Cliffjumper and Bulkhead's legs, although Rex's hair was to be seen from Cliffjumper's leg. The elevator doors opened and out came Agent Fowler, who was right now not in a good mood.
"Prime!" Fowler called out, looking for him.
"About that, he isn't here. It's just the two of us here." Bulkhead explained, coming up with a lie.
"Well? Where is he?" Fowler demanded, looking at Cliffjumper and Bulkhead. "Don't tell me he went to pancake a mini mall. Now, I don't know what language you Bots speak on your planet, but Prime promised me that he'd handle the Decepticons under the radar. And blowing up a mountain in the middle of Nebraska is not what the word 'handle' means in English! So you better tell Prime when he gets back…"
While Fowler was chewing out the two Autobots, he noticed Rex's hair popping out of Cliffjumper's leg, causing him to stop and look at it in confusion.
"When did you guys start growing hair from your ankles?" Fowler asked, causing Bulkhead and Cliffjumper optics to widen in nervousness, before the two let out signs of defeat.
Seeing that Fowler is about to find out they are with the Autobots, the teens emerge from their hiding spot, looking at Fowler with nervous expressions on their faces.
"Hey, how've you been doing?" Andre asked, while Fowler looked at them in shock.
"Contact with civilians!" Fowler exclaimed, as he walked down the staircase. "Team Prime has gone off the rails this time! Are you Bots running a daycare center?"
"We are not babies!" Jade retorted, annoyed.
"Ignore Jade, she's pretty rude." Tori said to Fowler, causing Jade to glare at her, although Tori ignored her. "We are just…. Interns here."
"Yeah, student interns." Robbie added.
Unfortunately, Fowler didn't buy it at all and proceeded to walk up to them. "Okay, let's move. I'm taking all of you six into federal custody. It's for your own protection."
However, Bulkhead stomped his foot in front of Fowler, with the teens behind it, making sure Fowler didn't touch them. "About that, we are protecting them."
"Is that so?" Fowler challenged before walking up the staircase and making his way over to a nearby phone. "Maybe you can explain that to my superiors at the pentagon."
"Don't use that phone!" Cliffjumper exclaimed, before touching the phone and making sure it is broken before Fowler can use it. "It's out of order."
"This is not over ten-ton and wild horns!" Fowler warned, before making his way back to the elevator.
After Fowler gets inside an elevator and leaves, Bulkhead just groans in annoyance before Cliffjumper pats him on the shoulder.
"Relax, I'm sure nothing bad could happen." He assured, causing the teens, except for Cat, to look at him with incredulous looks.
"What?" Cliffjumper asked, causing the teens to groan, except for Cat, who is also confused.
The Canyons…
Optimus and Red Alert were right now walking through a remote and desolate landscape, with the sky being filled up by gray clouds. There were barely any sounds aside from the howling wind and the footsteps of the two Autobots as they continued walking.
"Optimus, what do we expect to find here?" Red Alert asked.
"This canyon had one of the biggest and fiercest Cybertronian battles in this galaxy." Optimus answered, causing Red Alert to be caught off guard.
"One happened here, on Earth?!" Red Alert asked.
"Do you remember when we began to hide our Energon supply off world, with the Decepticons doing the same thing?" Optimus asked.
"That's… a good point." Red Alert admitted. "There is a good reason why Energon deposits exist on other planets."
"That same reason is why our war has been raging onto other worlds." Optimus said. "And I fear Megatron's memory is as long as history."
Autobot Base…
On top of the base, Agent Fowler was right now sitting in his helicopter as it slowly flew up into the air, with him looking down at the base in anger before flying away. This new development is not going to be that well with his superiors at the Pentagon, with six teenagers now being involved in their work of helping the Autobots. The worst scenario of this problem is that he could, potentially, lose his job, which was definitely not fine with the agent.
Fowler just signed before tapping a button on the control console of his helicopter before connecting with his boss. "Sir, this is Agent Fowler. We have a situation. I'm en route from the Autobot base. I'll brief you in person."
The Nemesis…
Unknown to Fowler, his transmission was being intercepted by Soundwave, who was replaying what Fowler just said to Starscream, who was interested.
"Autobot Base?" Starscream asked, before letting out a chuckle. "This will help us for sure. Bring this Agent Fowler here so we can have a talk with him."
"Are you sure this is a good plan? What if Megatron finds out about this?" Soundwave asked, crossing his arms as Starscream frowned.
"On the country Soundwave, this could be a perfect opportunity to find out where the Autobots are located." Starscream replied.
Seeing that Starscream might have a good point, Soundwave opened up from his chest, ejecting a bird like Minicon from it. This was Laserbeak, one of Soundwave's many Minicons that was loyal to him.
"Laserbeak, find where this signal is coming from and capture the human who was just talking right now." Soundwave instructed, before Laserbeak nodded before flying outside of the Nemesis.
Near the Autobot Base…
Fowler was just having a peaceful flight in his helicopter before the helicopter's rader started beeping, catching his attention.
Fowler looked ahead and saw Laserbeak flying right at him, causing him to be caught off guard as he let out a surprised yelp as he avoided a head on collision with the Minicon.
"First the freeways aren't safe, now air travel?!" Fowler questioned in annoyance, while being chased by Laserbeak.
"Hold steady so I can capture you!" Laserbeak called out.
"How about, No!" Fowler retorted, while the chase was going on.
Wasting no time, Laserbeak flew behind Fowler's helicopter before knocking it from the side, causing it to go out of control temporarily before Fowler was able to steer the helicopter back on course. Fowler saw a dead end and quickly piloted the helicopter upwards, just barely making it to the top as Laserbeak flew up after him, before Fowler came up with a plan and smirked to himself. He slowed down the helicopter and managed to get behind Laserbeak, with it now being Fowler chasing the Minicon.
"You wanna dance, Con?" Fowler asked, still having that smirk on his face. "I'll lead."
Soon, Fowler started using the helicopter's machine gun and started firing at Laserbeak, who quickly reacted to the shots and dodged almost all of them, with some hitting him, although it didn't do much, before the machine gun ran out of bullets, much to Fowler's horror.
Seeing that he's not being shot at, Laserbeak flew over the helicopter and sliced off the helicopter's tail with his right wing, causing Fowler to lose control as the helicopter twisted out of control.
"Why is there never an Autobot around when you need one right now?!" Fowler asked, panicked.
Laserbeak quickly approached the falling helicopter before using his two talons to break through the windshield and grab Fowler, but not before the agent was able to press an SOS button before being dragged out of the helicopter. All that Fowler could do was just struggle in Laserbeak's grip as his helicopter crashed to the ground and exploded, while the Minicon had Fowler in his talons.
"Where in Uncle Sam's name are you taking me?!" Fowler demanded, struggling to break free from Laserbeak's grip.
"Don't worry. I'm taking you to the Nemesis so you can have a chat with the rest of the Cons." Laserbeak replied, flying to the Nemesis with Fowler captive.
Autobot Base…
"What's gonna happen to us now with that agent knowing about us?" Robbie asked, slightly worried.
Before Bulkhead could respond to Robbie's question, the alarms went off once again, causing Cat to cover her ears in pain.
"I think my ears are hurting." Cat whimpered as Bulkhead approached the main computer.
"Looks like it's an SOS from Fowler." Bulkhead said, typing on the consoles and turning off the alarm before signing in frustration. "Great, the location scan is incomplete."
"Can you trace it?" Cliffjumper asked, causing Jade to look at him in confusion and a bit of frustration.
"Are you seriously going to try to save that guy?" Jade asked, rhetorically.
"Look, I get it that Fowler's a jerk, but the Cons might have him and he knows where we live." Cliffjumper explained, before realizing something worse. "He might also know where you guys might live too."
"As much as I hate to say it, I think Cliff's got a good point." Rex reminded the teens. "And did you guys see how fast Fowler backed down from the two Bots? I may not be an expert on these Decepticons, but from what the big guy and Rob told me, they'll make him squeal."
The teens just looked at Rex, surprised to see that Rex had just made a actually good point. Rex was usually the one to make sarcastic remarks, but seeing he just made a good point, had them be really impressed by it.
"Um, guys? As much as I hate to break it, we lost the transmission. Fowler could be anymore!" Bulkhead reminded the gang.
"Maybe I can help narrow it down." Robbie said, getting out his laptop from his bag before resting it on the floor, typing some coordinates into it. "If you all didn't know, the government started microchipping their agents. Just like how owners do with pets."
"Wait, how did you know that?" Tori asked.
"Saw it on TV." Robbie answered, as he was typing.
"Did all of those lessons you learned about computers really help you become some hacker?" Andre asked, bewildered.
"I guess." Robbie replied, shrugging, before continuing his work.
The Nemesis…
Things were looking bad for Fowler as he was escorted into a room by a Vehicon before being shoved in the room. Agent Fowler looked up and saw Road Rage and Demolisher looking down at him, unimpressed.
"So, this is how a human really looks up close?" Demolisher asked Road Rage.
"Yeah." Road Rage replied, sneering at Fowler. "Looks scrawny if you ask me."
"So, do any one of you want to explain why I was dragged all the way out here?" Fowler asked, causing Road Rage to smirk.
"That's for the Con in charge to explain." Road Rage replied, before pointing behind the agent.
Fowler looked behind him to see Starscream enter the room, having a grin on his face.
"Welcome aboard the Nemesis, Agent Fowler." Starscream said. "How is your visit so far?"
"You treat all of your guests this way?" Fowler asked, ignoring Starscream's question as he wiped off some dust off his shirt.
Starscream let out a chuckle at Fowler's question. "Any and all friends of the Autobots."
"Autobots?" Fowler asked, pretending he didn't know what they were. "You mean those next gen arcade games?"
"So, that's how it is going to be?" Starscream asked, before turning to Demolisher. "Make our visitor comfortable."
"Understood." Demolisher replied, as he approached Fowler. "Don't worry. You are going to tell us where the Autobot Base is. That's all."
Autobot Base…
"Okay, I think I got it." Robbie said, still typing on his computer, about to find out where Fowler's location is. "Latitude 39.5, Longitude -116.9."
"Thanks Robbie." Bulkhead replied before opening the Ground Bridge. "You six stay here while me and Cliff get Fowler."
"Aw, we can't come with you guys?" Cat asked, sounding let down.
"Hate to break it, but we could be walking into a whole army of Cons, so yeah. You guys need to be here." Cliffjumper explained, before turning to Tori. "Tori, you're in charge until we get back."
After Cliffjumper said that, he and Bulkhead ran into the Ground Bridge, leaving the six teenagers inside of the base.
"Guess we now have the whole place to ourselves." Tori said, before noticing that Cat was missing from the group. "Wait, where's Cat?"
"There she is!" Andre exclaimed, pointing to Cat running straight at the Ground Bridge.
"Cat, what are you doing?!" Beck shouted, as he and the others quickly ran after Cat and went into the Ground Bridge before it closed.
Near the Nemesis…
Bulkhead and Cliffjumper jumped out of the Ground Bridge and found themselves in the middle of a canyon, before they started walking around to find him.
"Agent Fowler?" Bulkhead called out, before seeing something that made him gasp in shock. "Oh no."
"What is… Scarp." Cliffjumper murmured upon seeing the Nemesis floating above the ground, parked. "We just found the whole Decepticon shebang."
Bulkhead and Cliffjumper quickly hid behind a rock when they saw a few dozen Vehicons patrolling the area.
"What's the plan?" Bulkhead asked Cliffjumper.
"Okay, this is going to be messy. I say we-" Before Cliffjumper could finish, a familiar voice interrupted them.
"Is this a rock party?" The familiar voice asked, causing Bulkhead and Cliffjumper to turn around and see it was Cat who was the familiar voice.
"What are you going here Cat?" Bulkhead asked, caught off guard.
"Oh, I came here because I thought that it would be lonely in the base." Cat answered, loud enough for one of the Vehicons to hear her.
"Keep it down! You're gonna get us caught!" Cliffjumper exclaimed quietly, gesturing for her to stay quiet.
"From you?" Cat asked, before she heard the sound of a blaster behind her before turning to see a Vehicon point his weapon at her. "Oh."
"Cat, get down!" Bulkhead called out before tackling the Vehicon to the ground.
Wasting no time, Bulkhead punched the Vehicon in the face before the Vehicon tried to slash him across the face before Cliffjumper grabbed the Vehicon's arm and restrained him.
"Hold him steady!" Cat proclaimed before grabbing a rock and throwing it at the Vehicon's head, not doing anything to it.
"Cat!" Tori's voice called out to her, before Cat turned around to see the rest of her friends run up to her.
"Are you really this stupid to think going into some kind of fight like this is a good idea?!" Jade asked, annoyed.
"What the?!" Cliffjumper exclaimed when seeing the rest of the teens are here. "Seriously?!"
"Don't blame us!" Rex said. "Blame the redhead!"
"Great." Cliffjumper said, sarcastically. "We now have to babysit you guys while we need to save Fowler. How wonderful."
Just then, the Vehicon tried to yank its arm free from Cliffjumper's grip before Bulkhead lifted it up, with Cliffjumper letting go of the Vehicon, before throwing it across the ground. "Doesn't matter. We need backup!"
Near the Autobot Base…
Arcee, Rodimus, Bumblebee, and Crosswise were still on patrol, with them exchanging some words as they drove, with it being peaceful, before Bulkhead contacted them.
"Arcee, Rodimus, Crosswise, and Bumblebee?" Bulkhead's voice asked on the com-link. "Do you guys read?"
"Yep. Is everything okay with you guys?" Rodimus asked.
"Not really." Bulkhead responded, nervously.
"It's just some kids. They can't cause that much trouble." Crosswise replied.
However, once the Bulkhead explained what was going on with him and Cliffjumper with the human teens, they all came to a halt. "What?!"
The Nemesis…
Back inside of the room Fowler was in, he was now being hanged up by a couple of chains as he was above the floor, with Starscream, Road Rage, and Demolisher watching over him.
"Agent Fowler, tell us where the Autobot base is located, so we can spare the trouble of telling your family you are dead." Starscream said, placing one of his sharp figures underneath Fowler's chin.
"No problem. Just tell me something first." Fowler responded.
"Really? What is it?" Demolisher asked.
"I have an issue with the customer service around here." Fowler told, casually. "Can I speak to the manager?"
That caused Starscream to narrow his optics before becoming a bit more serious. "You see Agent Fowler, I am the one that I ask the questions and make the decisions on this ship."
"Well, you're just second in command when Lord Megatron is around here." Road Rage commented, causing Starscream to growl in annoyance before choosing to ignore Road Rage, before turning to Demolisher.
"Bring me the Energon prob!" Starscream ordered before the Decepticon went off to get one.
Outside the Nemesis…
Bulkhead, Cliffjumper, and the human teenagers were hiding behind a rock as they waited for backup to show up.
"Are you sure that the others are coming right now?" Robbie asked Bulkhead, who nodded.
"Don't worry, they should be here soon." Bulkhead assured.
"In the meantime, how about we talk, ladies." Rex said, looking at Jade.
"Just shut up!" Jade exclaimed in annoyance, before punching the puppet, causing him to let out a yelp of pain, which catched the Vehicons attention as they found where they were, before pointing their blasters at them.
"Scarp." All Cliffjumper and Cat could comment with the Vehicons finding them and pointing their blasters at them.
The Nemesis…
Back in the room where Fowler was being held, Demolisher returned to the room with a taser-like tool before handing it to Starscream, who turned to Fowler.
"I'll nicely ask one last time." Starscream warned. "The location of the Autobot Base."
"I'll tell you, right after you eat my star-spangled shorts." Fowler retorted, glaring at the Decepticon 2nd-in-command.
Starscream just growled before activating the device in his hand, which emitted purple electricity, before pressing it against Fowler, resulting in the special agent crying out in pain when it touched him.
"Just as I imagined." Starscream mused, with a dark grin. "Energon and human nerve systems don't mix that well."
The Canyons…
While that all was going on, Optimus and Red Alert still continued to walk down the path they were on in the canyons until they saw thousands of dead Cybertronians lying on the ground, with most of them being buried with their parts sticking out. It was impossible to tell the difference between who was an Autobot or Decepticon but it didn't matter since the sight was pretty disturbing for Optimus and Red Alert.
"For the first time, I had hoped you were wrong, Optimus." Red Alert admitted, looking at the dead bodies of the Cybertronians.
Before Optimus could reply, they heard a jet noise before they looked up and saw it was no other than Megatron, in his alt mode, flying over them before he transformed and landed on a large cliff. Megatron stared down at his nemesis and the Autobot medic, with his optics glowing purple, as he let out a sinister smirk.
"Optimus, it's been a while." Megatron greeted casually, before seeing Red Alert was with the Autobot Leader. "I see that one of your medics is still alive."
"I know why you are here, Megatron." Optimus said, glaring at the Decepticon Leader, who chuckled.
"Can't say that is hardly a surprise, Optimus." Megatron replied. "We have been at it for a long time and, now, your time has come to an end."
He then pulled the Dark Energon shard he had with him before it shined brightly before Megatron tossed the shard right into where the dead Cybertronian bodies were at. Soon, the energy of the Dark Energon started to spread out throughout all of the dead Cybertronians while Megatron's body glowed purple.
"Rise my army!" Megatron declared, before all of the Cybertronian bodies came to life and started to emerge from the ground, causing Red Alert to gasp in shock and disbelief.
"By Primus's code!" All that Red Alert could say, while Optimus looked in silent shock when seeing the dead Cybertronians come to life.
"Behold… THE POWER OF DARK ENERGON!" Megatron roared in triumph as the dead Cybertronians began to close in on the two Autobots, with them ready to kill the two.
Closing Notes: "Was pretty busy for the few days" was the type of excuse to why I wasn't updating this story.
