–Chapter Five: Fall Formal Frenzy–

At canterlot highschool, a limousine would pull up, with the girls and gohan stepping out in their fall formal attire. Chatting, and not long after a black camaro with yellow lightning bolts on it would pull up, with flash sentry stepping out.

Flash Sentry: Twilight!

Twilight would turn around to see flash running up the main stairs to see her, and he would put a hand behind his head before saying

Flash Sentry: Look i know you said no about going to the fall formal with me but.. Would you reconsider?

Twilight: I didn't say no.. I mean i did.. But.. i didn't mean no.. to you. I was… well what i mean is….. Uh.. Yes. I'd Love to dance with you

They would smile at eachother as flash holds his arm out for her to grab, with twilight doing so and them both walking in, well flash hit his head on the door but quickly regained his composure as he runs in after twilight.

With the others, They would be walking. But rarity would stop.

Rarity: Uhm… Gohan?

Gohan would turn to face her

Gohan: Yeah Rarity What's up?

Rarity: Well… I um…. You see uh… i…. Erm…

Gohan: What's wrong? Are you okay?

Rarity's face would glow a hue of red from her blush, it was starting to get obvious about what she was going to ask gohan.

Rarity: Would you.. So happen to want to… Dance Darling?

Gohan would blush a little as he puts a hand behind his head and smiles

Gohan: Sure! I don't see why not.

Rarity would grab onto gohans arm as they walk into the gymnasium, with gohan wiping his nose and smiling, and sometime later. Everybody would be jamming out to the music that flash sentry and his friends are playing with everyone dancing to the music. Flash looks over at her from the stage and she would wave swiftly, But twilight starts to get nervous.

Twilight: Anybody seen sunset shimmer?

Rainbow Dash: Maybe she was too embarrassed to show! Shes gotta know that you won by a landslide!

Twilight: Maybe.

Flash would conclude the song with his friends as they all leave the stage with the regular stage lights coming back on, with principal celestia walking up to the center to speak.

Principal Celestia: First off i want to say how wonderful everything looks tonight, you all did a magnificent job pulling things together after the unfortunate events of earlier.. And now without further ado, I'd like to announce the winner of this year's fall formal crown.

Vice Principal Luna would walk up to the stage with a box that contained the crown that twilight needed, and would give celestia a note of paper, and she would open it up.

Celestia: The princess of this year's fall formal is….

The suspense was high, everybody was on the edge of their toes, celestia taking a brief pause before she says.

Celestia: Twilight Sparkle!

Everybody would cheer as they hug eachother, Twilight did it.. She won the crown and should be now free to leave back to her world with the crown. She would walk up onto the stage, but while she does, Snips and Snails sneak into the gym, twilight would walk over to celestia.

Celestia: Congratulations Twilight.

Celestia puts the crown on twilights head, as it glimmers with a nice white glow, everybody looks in awe with how pretty it looks, twilight would nervously wave before she gets startled by a familiar voice calling to her.

Spike: TWILIGHT! HEEEEEEEEELP!

Twilight: Spike?

She would look over to see snips and snails carrying spike and twilight would panic, before hopping off the stage

Twilight: THEY GOT SPIKE!

She would run after the two boys, but would slide on the floor and would slam into a locker, she would turn around to see the girls and gohan following after them, with all of them in hot pursuit of the boys, as they run past trixie lulamoon, who just has a confused look. They would run outside while still being hot on snips and snails, and they make it to the front courtyard as they run next to the wondercolt statue, and then to their shock, sunset shimmer would walk out with a sledgehammer with a evil grin on her face. As she winds back the hammer.

Sunset Shimmer: That's close enough!

Twilight's pupils would shrink as the group comes to a stop, with a staredown between them and sunset shimmer begins

Spike: Twilight!

Snips would put a hand over spikes snout to keep him quiet.

Twilight: Don't hurt him!

Sunset: Oh i wouldn't dream of it! I'm not a monster twilight! Let him go..

Snips and snails would look at each other before setting spike down and he would run into twilights arms before she stand back up.

Sunset: You don't belong here. Give me the crown and you can go back to equestria tonight! Or keep it and never go home!

she would wind the hammer back again before smirking, with the group gasping while sunset shimmer has a sinister expression on her face.

Sunset: Tick-Tock Twilight.. We Haven't got all night! The portal will be closing on its own in less than an hour! So… what's your answer?

Gohan decides to speak up

Gohan: What the hell is your problem sunset shimmer? Why go through all the trouble of getting the crown?

Sunset: YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING GOHAN! SO SHUT YOUR TRAP!

Gohan: Oh i do… Twilight told me everything.. All of us.. About You.. Equestria.. And why she's here in the first place.. You don't have to do this sunset.. Just end this now..

Sunset: Hah! You really think words can convince me? You have to be an idiot gohan! It's a shame someone as cute as you is so pathetic!

Gohan would be about to step up but twilight would put a hand in front of him and would shake her head no, and gohan would back down and would fold his arms. Twilight would take off the crown, before looking at sunset with a serious expression before saying.

Twilight: No…

Sunset: What? Equestria! Your Friends! Lost to you forever! Don't you see what i'm gonna do to the portal!

Twilight: Yes! But i've also seen what you've been able to do here without magic! Equestria will find a way to survive without my element of harmony! This Place Might not if i allow it to fall into your hands! So go ahead! Destroy the portal! You are not getting this crown!

Twilight would see triumphantly as she slots the crown back onto her head with a stern and angry expression, with sunset shimmer detensing, before she drops the sledgehammer.

Sunset: Fine. You Win.

The girls would surround twilight as rainbow dash says

Rainbow: You are so.. AWESOME!

Applejack would give twilight a playful slap on the shoulder

Applejack: Can't believe you were gonna do that for us!

Rarity: It's no wonder why your a real life princess!

Sunset Would start to grow agitated before yelling out

Sunset: Ugh- Yes! She's so very Special!

Sunset would leap at twilight, tackling her to the ground and the crown falling off of her head, as the two begin to struggle to get the crown, but spike would swoop in and would grab the crown with his mouth and would start to bolt with sunset yelling at snips and snails

Sunset: GRAB HIM YOU FOOLS!

Snips and Snails would launch up as they start to pursue spike who still has the crown in his mouth, With sunset getting up and shoving past them before corning spike against the main door, with her having her arms ready to snatch the crown, with rainbow dash calling out to spike, which spike would then throw the crown over to rainbow dash. With her catching it but snips and snails would try to get it back, but rainbow held the two off fairly easily before throwing the crown to fluttershy who yelps in shock as she catches it but sees snips, snails and sunset shimmer running at her.

Applejack would grab her rope and would pull fluttershy away from them, but this would have her drop the crown as snails grabs it. But pinkie pie would grab it, and would pass it to applejack, and she would pass it to rarity, and she would pass it to twilight, and in a panic she would throw the crown behind her head, but to everyones horror, Sunset Shimmer had finally gotten her hands on the crown as she catches it.

Sunset: I'll Take That!

She would start to laugh quietly and sinisterly as she stands back up to full height

Sunset: At last.. More power.. Than i.. Could ever.. Imagine~

She would put the crown on her head, and then the crown would start to have green and black energy come out of it as it starts to surround sunset shimmer as a beam of light emerges as sunset shimmer starts to rise in the air slowly, with everyone in shock, but gohan was standing his ground to see what was gonna happen. With some kids coming out of the school to look at what is going on. With their shock being apparent.

Sunset Shimmer's body would change, her skin going sun burn red, getting a new set of clothes, from the looks of things sunset was going through pain from tears running down her face, but they would soon evaporate as she begins to change more, she grows a set of wings and her face looks that of a demon. The light would fade away with a few small crackles of the green and black energy. She had a dress that was the same color as her hair, and she had what looked like some sort of tail, and her hair stood up vertically, Gohan was thinking about how it looked like how super saiyan does when he transforms.

Sunset would begin to take in her new appearance as she laughs manically before forming two balls of energy in her hand and hitting snips and snails with it, turning them into magic induced demons.

Snails: This is gonna be so cool!

Gohan would think to himself

"What is this power?! I've never felt anything like it before… i only hope that things don't get too out of hand. I don't want to have to use my powers.. But if i don't everybody is at risk!"

Gohan would be snapped out of his thoughts when he hears the screams and cries of the other students. As he looks over to where the now demonized sunset shimmer is.

Sunset: I've had to jump through so many hoops tonight. Just to get my hands on this crown! And it really should have been mine all along!

She would say with a angry expression before she changes it to a sinister happy

Sunset: But let's bygones be bygones! I am your princess now! And you.. Will be loyal.. To ME!

She would use some magic to tear open the front entrance to the school as she flies in as the students begin to try to run away. But sunset would use her power to hypnotize everybody as they turn into mindless drones as she tells snips and snails to round them up by the portal. And she would walk back to the now destroyed entrance to the school as she sees twilight and the gang.

Sunset: Spoiler Alert~ I was bluffing when i said i was going to destroy the portal! I don't want to rule this pathetic little high school! I want equestria! And with my own little teenage army behind me i'm going to get it!

Twilight: No you're not!

Sunset: Oh please! What exactly do you think you're gonna do to stop me! I have magic! And you.. Have nothing!

Her hair would rage like a fire, but gohan would step up.

Gohan: Twilight may not have magic, But she has all of us! And i wouldn't get so cocky if i were you sunset shimmer!

Sunset: And why's that gohan? You definitely don't have any magic!

Gohan: Who said i needed magic? There's a whole other different form of power that can rival that of magic!

Sunset: Please little boy! What could you do to me?

Gohan: YOU'RE ABOUT TO SEE HOW MUCH OF A FIGHT I CAN PUT UP!

Gohan would clench his fists as he starts to grit his teeth, the girls would be confused on what gohan was doing, but the ground would subtly start to shake as it get's more intense, Gohan's Muscle Mass would start to increase, as the girls stare at them, with gohan's hair flickering golden on and off, Before he lets out a roar of fury as a light surrounds him, and when the light dissipates. Gohan Was surrounded by a fierce, fiery golden aura, with his hair being spiked up and golden. With his eyes being a piercing teal color. As he looks on at sunset shimmer.

Sunset would be taken aback from this change in gohan, she had no idea that someone like him.. Could have a power that "Rivals" her own. But her smugness would soon return as she grins.

Sunset: So you changed your hair color? That's really cute hun. But its gonna take alot more than that to beat me!

Gohan: It's a little more complicated than that.

Gohan would begin to rise up in the air to meet sunset shimmers level, which shocked the girls further, and taking sunset aback a little.

Sunset: How are you able to fly?! You don't have any- Wait a minute.. There's no way.. That power you're using to fly… theres no way it's that strong!

Gohan: You seem to know alot about how my power functions.

Sunset: Ki has been always overshadowed by magic! There were some ki masters back on equestria but they aren't that powerful! So how do you think that Ki is gonna defeat magic?!

Gohan: I never said it could beat it. All i said is it could rival it.

Sunset would grow agitated, and would charge up a magic ball. It seemed like she was gonna toss it at gohan, and he put his hands in front of him to try to block it, but she doesn't throw it at him, she throws it towards the girls, which caused gohan to panic

Gohan: NO!

The girls would all huddle around twilight to brace for the impact, and the area would be covered in smoke, as gohan looks up at sunset shimmer with a face of pure rage, but would hear a glistening sound as he looks down to see the girls perfectly fine, surrounded by a pink aura, they would all open their eyes to see the aura for themselves, twilight looked around but her face would turn to that of a delighted one as she looks up and points at sunset shimmer

Twilight: The magic contained in my element was able to unite with those that helped create it! And gohan! This might take a while! So please.. Use your power to hold sunset shimmer off!

Gohan was still in shock as he looks down before snapping out of it and looking back at sunset shimmer.

Gohan: You tried to hurt my friends! So Let's go then!

Gohan would rush in followed by sunset shimmer as they clash fists, and would start to clash over and over again in the air, The girls would begin to glow. With them changing a little bit. Starting With Applejack as she gets a set of what looks like pony ears and braids grow longer before twilight says.

"Honesty"

Gohan would land a hit on sunset shimmers face as she sweeps her legs and would grab them before swinging her around and higher into the air, before putting his hands above his head and shouting.

Gohan: MASENKO!

The yellow energy beam would be nearing sunset shimmer but she would block it with two hands as it leaves a singe mark on her hand, angering her as she swoops down and starts an assault on gohan. Fluttershy would be the next to change as she gains the same ears and longer hair, but also a set of wings.

"Kindness"

Sunset would start a rapid barrage on gohan as he tries his best to keep up with her speed, but would eventually be caught as she hits him in the stomach and kicks him away from her. Pinkie Pie would be the next one to change as like the other two before her gains the ears and longer hair.

"Laughter!"

Sunset would launch a ball of magic at gohan, which he would put two hands out to block as he throws the ball into the air, as it makes a explosion in the sky. Rarity would begin to change as she gets the ears and longer hair.

"Generosity"

Gohan would retaliate with a few ki blasts that sunset evades, and rainbow dash would change next, with her getting a set of ears, wings and the longer hair like all of the other girls did before her.

"Loyalty!"

And twilight would begin to change with her getting the same thing that all the other girls did before her.

"Magic!"

Twilight: Together with the crown they create a power beyond anything you could imagine! But it is not a power you have the ability to control!

Sunset would start to clutch at her head as the magic from the crown is getting absorbed by the girls

Twilight: The crown may be upon your head sunset shimmer! But you cannot wield it! Because you do not possess the most powerful magic of all! The Magic of friendship!

The girls would form a heart shape together as they float into the sky as a rainbow beam shoots up into the sky, as gohan watches in awe and sunset in pure terror, as the beam begins to strike down on sunset, Gohan would teleport out the way and next to the girls before smiling and saying

Gohan: Let me put a little bit more power into that!

*he would cup his hands to his side as he says.*

Gohan: KAAAAAMEEEEEEEHAAAAAAMEEEEEEE..

A blue ball of energy would appear in gohan's cupped hands as he puts it in front of him and launches it.

Gohan: HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

He would merge the kamehameha wave with the magic of the girls as they all collide with sunset shimmer.

Sunset: What.. Is.. Happening?!

Twilight: Here and in equestria! It is the only magic that can truly unite us all!

A small beam would ricochet and would hit the students of chs as the hypnosis that sunset shimmer used disappears and everyone would snap back to reality. With snips and snails being hit with the beam aswell! With the light around the girls and gohan brightening, before the light dissipates, with the girls and gohan being strewn about the front lawn of the highschool, as they all begin to get up, With gohan being knocked out of super saiyan. And twilight would still be out until spike comes up and licks her to wake her up, which she does as she sits up as her and spike have a warm embrace, As the girls make their way over to twilight.

Twilight would sit up as she turns around to see a crater, and in it was where sunset shimmer is. Reverted back to her normal self. Gohan would get up and would stumble over to them. Twilight would say to gohan

Twilight: Gohan you should rest for a minute, you're the most roughed up out of all of us.

Gohan would chuckle softly as he sits down and wipes the blood from his mouth

Gohan: Yeah you could say that.

Twilight would walk up to the crater where sunset shimmer was, with her being on all fours and roughed up with dirt all over her.

Twilight: You will never rule in equestria, any power you had in this world is gone! Tonight.. You've shown everyone who you really are! You've shown them whats in your heart!

Sunset Shimmer would sit up with tears in her eyes with her hair being all astray and wild and dirty.

Sunset: Uh- I'm Sorry… Im so sorry! I didn't know there was another way!

Twilight: The Magic Of Friendship doesn't just exist in equestria! It's everywhere! You can seek it out! Or you can forever be alone.. The choice is yours.

Sunset would weakly climb out of the crater as she looks up with tears still flowing from her eyes.

Sunset: But all i've ever done since being here is drive everyone apart! I don't know the first thing about friendship!

Twilight would take sunset's hand, shocking her and pulling her out of the crater and twilight would smile.

Twilight: I bet they can teach you.

She would look over at the girls and gohan, who are all smiling

Spike: Those are my girls! Woohoo!

Spike would say from afar, which would catch some people off guard.

Guy 1: Did that dog just talk? Whoa. Weird.

Spike would look up in disbelief.

Spike: Seriously? The talking dog is the weird thing about all this?

Rarity: I for one! Think you're adorable!

Rarity would pick up spike and would scratch behind his ear

Spike: oh yeah!

Twilight would smile largely, until principal celestia calls out to twilight

Celestia: I believe this.. Belongs to you.

Celestia would hold up the crown to Twilight, as twilight turns around and gets on one knee.

Celestia: A true princess in any world leads not by forcing others to bow before her, But by inspiring others to stand with her,

Celestia would place the crown onto twilights head. As everyone gathers around to watch.

Celestia: We have all seen that you are capable of just that. I hope you see it to.. Princess Twilight.

Twilight would look away for a moment before looking back at principal celestia.

Twilight: I do.

The crowd of kids would all cheer for twilight, and then a familiar male voice would call to her.

Flash Sentry: Would.. Now be a completely awkward time to ask you for that dance?

Flash would hold his hand out with a mild blush on his face. And twilight would twirl her hair as she takes his hand, before pulling her along. And rarity would speak up.

Rarity: Speaking of dances… Gohan you didn't give me mine yet either!

Gohan would stand up, dusting himself off.

Gohan: Well everything's said and done. So come on.

Gohan would stick his arm out for rarity to grab, as he wraps her arms around his and leans her head on his shoulder and they walk inside

(This is our big night)

Everybody is having a good time, Everybody is happy, like if the events of earlier never unfolded in the first place. And Gohan and rarity would be dancing together, Before Rarity Leans in to gohan's face and gives him a quick peck on the cheek, before giggling and blushing, While gohan is as red as a tomato. And gohan and the others would quickly regroup as they all sit down and take a photo together.

–After The Dance–

The Girls and gohan would be hugging twilight and saying their goodbyes to her.

Twilight: You'll look out for her.. Won't you?

Rarity: Of course we will, although i do expect some kind of apology for last springs problem.

Twilight: I have a feeling she'll be handing out alot of apologies

Sunset shimmer would be by the main entrance of the school with tools and snips and snails with a wheelbarrow full of bricks to repair the main entrance.

Spike: We better get going.

Twilight: I know we've only been friends for a short i'm gonna miss all of you so much!

The group would all smile as twilight turns around to walk to the portal with spike, as they go through the portal and the moon shines over, Thus ending the time limit that twilight had to be in the human world, and when she leaves, the girls magic goes away, and pinkie would run over to the now inactive portal and would hit her head on just a regular mirror.

Pinkie Pie: Oh Bummer!

Gohan: Well, This was certainly a first week of school for me to remember.

Applejack: You can say that again, And say gohan. I guess its time you do some explaining! "Golden Warrior!"

Gohan: I'll explain everything in a bit.. But first..

He would look over to Sunset Shimmer, and would walk up to her. With her noticing him.

Sunset: Hey…

Gohan: Hey.. I'm just here to tell you that.. Your not the first person i've encountered that had similar goals to yours.

Sunset: Really?

Gohan: Yeah… My Best Friend.. Piccolo.. He used to be a real nasty guy. But he changed into a good guy. He was the one who taught me how to fight in the first place.

Sunset: That's neat i guess..

Gohan: Yeah.. And i see alot of potential in you sunset.. You just gotta seek it out.. Like twilight said.

Sunset: Yeah.. You got a point..

Gohan: Well Sunset.. See you later! Try not to get hurt with those bricks.

He waves as he walks away and back to the girls with sunset returning the gesture.

Rainbow: So How'd it Go?

Gohan: Let's just say that we won't have any more issues out of her..

Gohan would say with a smile as they all laugh.. ..

–Mt Paozu–

Gohan would arrive home but as soon as he walks in he finds his mother standing there with a angry expression

Chi-Chi: GOHAN! WHY WERE YOU OUT SO LATE! AND WHY ARE YOU ALL DIRTY?!

Gohan: Mom chill i was at the fall formal dance with some friends!

Chi-Chi: Were any of these friends females?

Gohan: Well.. They all are..

Chi-Chi: WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!

Gohan: Yeah and i danced with one of them too.

Gohan would grow worried as he sees his mother faint and him and goten would run up to her.

Goten: I think you broke mom gohan.

Gohan: I think i did too.,,

The boys would laugh as they carry their mother back into her room.. And so. This concludes our tale for right now.. This is the end of the Sunset Shimmer Saga, Stay Tuned For the Next Arc.. The Dazzlings Saga!

WOOWEE ZOOWEE MAMA, THIS ONE TOOK A LONG ASS TIME TO DO. I've been writing this shit for well over a few hours now and damn, hitting this finale for this saga felt fucking awesome!
