Ah, perfect! Let's get to this episode of W Gaiden again, shall we? (lets the Xtreme Memory fly to the W Driver and lock itself in before it separates to reveal the disclaimers)
Disclaimers: I don't own Kamen Rider W or Fuuto PI as they are productions from Toei and Studio Kai, but I do own any OCs I make.

Osamu: It's been a while, Akiko.
Ritsu: It must have to do with the Twin Reapers.
Shotaro: Do you know of anyone named Daizo Kanatsugi?
Minako: Dad's a... Dopant?
Inaba: You always tried to play the good cop in our duo, Daizo.
(Twenty years ago...)
Daizo was sitting on a building with the rest of his assassination team, using a pair of binoculars to keep an eye on his former comrade as Inaba was conversing with several armed men who seemed to be a group of Memory dealers and Ryubee Sonozaki, only the patriarch of the Sonozaki family seemed to be quite a bit younger to our eyes.
"What is that bastard planning now?" He muttered to himself.
The lone female of their trio checked through her own binoculars. "I'm not sure, but I think it's some kind of weapon against Fuuto. I hate to say it, but I definitely believe Inaba's gone off the deep end."
The other male in their gang nodded and stood up, smiling crazily. "Then what are we waiting for? Let's put our skills to the test and save our city!"
Daizo nodded and activated his Memory. (Caucasus!)
The female activated her Memory next. (Queen Bee!)
The unnamed male clicked the button for his Memory. (Cobra!)
The commander activated his Memory after the others. "Let's make this a clean finish to the traitor." (Crocodile!)
Together, all four of them inserted their Memories into their own connectors and transformed (A/N: For the Queen Bee Dopant, try to visualize the Queen Bee Deadman from Revice, the Crocodile Dopant is reused from the Crocodile Nezire in MegaRanger, and the Cobra Dopant would basically be the Snake Orphnoch from Faiz, but all of them are more built for W's timeline).
The Queen Bee Dopant took the Crocodile's hand and held on to it as did Daizo with the Cobra's hand as they all flew across the walkway, all four landing on the balcony nearby and sneaking their way into the building to get ready to confront Inaba.
Little did they realize that they were walking right into a trap as there were some Masquerade Dopants near the vicinity, coordinating an ambush on them.
Daizo suddenly stopped his comrades as he heard movement and looked around before he spotted the ambush and fired some energy blasts at them, his group following suit quickly as they all started to combat the group fiercely.
Crocodile kicked away some Masquerade Dopants before he saw Inaba heading up towards the rooftop. "Daizo! He's moving upwards!"
Daizo looked over and saw Inaba heading upstairs before he looked at his comrades. "Keep these guys distracted! I'm going after him!" He started chasing Inaba quickly, racing up towards the rooftop after his former comrade.

The Venomous Sigma/Reconciliation of a Family
As soon as he reached the top, he saw his old friend and some Masquerade Dopants setting up a contraption. "What are you planning, Inaba?!"
Inaba looked at Daizo with a sneer. "What I should have ensured long ago! That the humans who never understood us, the people who treated us like animals, that they learn the truth! That we are the next evolution of the human race! They need to experience it for themselves!"
"That's insanity, Inaba!" Daizo retorted angrily. "No human deserves to go through what we've dealt with!"
"Then you should go down with those weaklings!!" Inaba shouted back, changing into his Scorpion Dopant form and rushing at Daizo, the two former friends starting to battle on top of the skyscraper.
Daizo did everything in his power to take Inaba down, but even so, he was unwilling to hurt his friend, the main guy who had been his first friend since they had been through the hell together. This gave Inaba the advantage and he struck Daizo down, knocking him out of his Dopant form and laughing slightly. "You're through!" He went to deliver the final attack, but he got shot back by a familiar attack.
Daizo looked up and saw Sokichi run over. "Detective!"
Sokichi helped Daizo to his feet. "Are you alright?"
The Caucasus Dopant nodded. "Yeah." He looked over at Inaba, who was struggling to get up, and said, "But Inaba's gone completely insane with power."
Sokichi nodded a bit. "It's a miracle you're able to handle your powers, much like your team. But we can't let him hurt anyone else."
Daizo hesitated slightly, thinking back on all the moments that Inaba had expressed rage and hatred towards the humans, before he nodded. "I understand." He changed back into his Dopant form and rushed forward with Sokichi.
("Just knowing that I had to finish off my own partner... that was the toughest moment I ever had to deal with." Osamu told the group as we see him strike Inaba back over the edge of the roof and grab his hand.)
"Don't let go, Inaba!" Daizo tried to plead with his old friend. "It's never too late to start over!!"
Inaba knew he was beaten though and looked at the man who was like his brother. "It is for me!!" He released his hand and fell towards the ground.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Daizo screamed in horror, tears falling from his face in sorrow.
Soon we see the building being bombed and the rest of the assassin team being killed one by one as Osamu narrates, ("That day was the day... I swore to give up my assassin lifestyle.")
"I haven't touched my Memory since then... until today," Osamu finished his story, a tear falling from his eyes.
Minako bit her lip slightly, realizing that this was a truly tough story. Who wouldn't hide the truth from their own children after something like that?
Slowly she got up and went to his side, giving him a gentle hug. "Honto ni gomen'nasai, otōsan. (I'm really sorry, Dad.)"
He returned the hug, finding comfort in his daughter's arms for the first time in a while.
Shotaro, Akiko, and Phillip all smiled as they watched the family moment, none of them speaking.
After a long minute, Osamu let her pull away and looked at the group. "Anyway, I don't know how Inaba came back, but he's dangerous as he is now. You saw how tough he is to defeat. I figure it might take all of us to stop him."
Phillip nodded and stood up. "In order to do that, we need to do a lookup to find out what he's going to do and maybe how he came back to life as well."
Shotaro nodded a little bit. "Did you get any useful Keywords from the story?"
"I think so," Phillip nodded to his partner before stepping into a clear section of the room and focusing as he entered the Gaia Library. "The Keywords I picked up were Inaba Shigaretsu, Fuuto Wind Tower #11, and 'the next evolution of the human race'." As he spoke, he cleared off several shelves until at least one shelf remained with about fourteen results. "But there's still something I'm missing."
Osamu watched curiously as Phillip did his lookup. "So this is what his entrance into the Gaia Library is like? Interesting..." He had heard of it from Sokichi before the great detective's death, but he didn't think it was actually possible.
The detectives thought over what the final Keyword could be before Akiko shot her hand up. "Oh! I think I might have an idea! Keyword: Museum!"
Inside the Library, the books cleared off until one remained as Phillip smiled. "Akiko, that's perfect!" He pulled the book out of the shelf and opened it up quickly, seeing exactly what he needed. "Bingo!"
He returned to the room and looked at the quartet. "Looks like he might be restarting the whole works, but he's gonna have backup like he did the last time."
Shotaro nodded a bit and frowned. "Maybe, but he'd need a test subject for his first minion. If so, who would he go after?"
Minako felt a chill down her spine as she looked up. "I might have an idea."
Meanwhile, Ritsu was taking care of his younger brothers and smiling a bit as he served them some sandwiches. "Alright, there you go."
The doorbell rang and caught his attention before he headed to answer it. "Who's there?" He opened it and looked around curiously, frowning when he didn't see anyone, but when he went to go back inside, the door was grabbed by Inaba, making Ritsu back away in fear. "Dad... how did... you're supposed to be dead!"
Inaba walked in and changed into his Dopant form before Ritsu's eyes. "Maybe, but I cane back and I will finish what I started, and this time, I could use a little help."
Ritsu didn't have time to ask as he was grabbed by several Masquerade Dopants, starting to struggle against them.
"Aniki!" Masato got down and ran over quickly.
Ritsu looked at him quickly. "No! Call for help! Hayaku!"
"Hai!" Masato ran over to the phone book as fast as possible.
Ritsu was pulled away from the vicinity though and there wasn't any time for him to scream.
Back with our heroes, Minako was frowning as she wasn't hearing an answer from Ritsu's place and she closed her Hercules Phone. "Something's definitely not right. Ritsu doesn't let the phone ring unless he's out of the house."
Shotaro heard the Hercules Phone ringing then as Minako quickly picked up and spoke, "Moshi moshi?"
"Tasukete! Ritsu-niisan has been kidnapped!" Masato's panicked voice came through the phone.
"Nandatte?!" Shotaro got up quickly as did the others.
Minako held her hand up and spoke to Masato. "Listen to me very carefully, Masato. Get Tatsuya and yourself to a safe place in the house. My friends and I will rescue your brother, I promise."
"Hai! I'm counting on you, Minako-neesan!" Masato responded as Minako hung up and looked at the four of them. "No time to waste. Let's get moving!"
"Yeah!" Shotaro nodded as he led the way to the garage, the boys following suit as did the ladies.
On the road, Minako revved her bike up quickly as she headed straight to the #11 Fuuto Wind Tower. "I hope we don't get there too late!"
"We're gonna make it, Rook! He hasn't started it up yet!" Shotaro told her, remaining confident in their timing as they sped on to the Tower, arriving in time as Phillip got the RevolGarry open and climbed out, looking at the group as he spoke, "We're not gonna have much time to argue about who goes, just trust me on this one." He headed up quickly, making Minako and Shotaro look at each other in confusion before they followed him up, with Osamu right on their heels.
As they reached the halfway point, they came to a stop when they saw some Masquerade Dopants blocking their path.
"Phillip and I will handle the Dopants!" Shotaro said, holding the W Driver up quickly, but Osamu stopped them. "Wait! You don't know if there's bombs on this floor!"
Minako looked at the three and nodded a bit, grabbing a rock and winding up with a good throw, launching it at the closest place she could suspect and within seconds, a bomb exploded and wiped out the group of Dopants in front of them.
Shotaro shielded his sight from the blast and looked on. "Okay, that worked."
"We'll have to go around the easier way then," Phillip agreed, summoning the HardTurbuler to carry them all up.
Down below, Akiko stepped back to let the HardBoilder change out its back half, watching as it headed upwards to the others. "Min'na, ganbare. (Good luck, guys.)"
Once the flying craft appeared, Shotaro ran over and climbed on, Phillip getting on behind him, and the Sakurada father-daughter duo boarding on the sides before they all headed to the top of the wind tower.
As they arrived, they saw the contraption that Inaba had set up with Ritsu in a cage near it.
"Inaba!! What are you doing to your son?!" Osamu shouted angrily.
Inaba looked over at the group and laughed slightly. "You don't get it still? We're the perfect beings because of our compatibility with the Gaia Memories we have! Humanity would be unstoppable if they let their inhibitions run wild!"
Ritsu got up from where he was in the cage and looked out. "Dad, please stop! Try to think! There's no telling if humanity would survive it or not!"
"Damare! (Silence!!)" Inaba struck Ritsu down with a backhanded strike.
Minako saw the motion and shouted fiercely before she rushed forward and started fighting Inaba without using her gear, but even she couldn't stand up against the power Inaba had held for longer than her, and she was grabbed by the throat and held up.
"Honestly, you're weaker than the man who used the Skull Memory before you!" Inaba sneered before he threw her back towards the others and she hit the ground hard.
"Minako!" Phillip ran over and helped her up, seeing the blood coming from her lip. "Are you okay?"
The rookie nodded and wiped away the blood, forcing herself to remain calm as she faced Inaba down and stepped forward. "It's because of my godfather that I am who I am now. My papa raised me with the right values, and Uncle Sokichi taught me the way to use those values as well! I already lost my father figure. I'm not losing my real father today!" She activated her Memory (Skull!) and placed her Driver on, slotting the Memory in and posing before she flicked her hand. "Henshin!" She pushed the slot to the side, throwing her hand out. (Skull!) The rock tune sounded off as she transformed into Skull.
Osamu smiled proudly, watching her before he looked at Shotaro and Phillip. "Ikuzo. Time to end Inaba's terror." He held his Gaia Memory up. (Caucasus!)
Shotaro smirked slightly and nodded a bit. "Like father, like daughter. Phillip!" He placed the W Driver on and held up his own Memory in tandem with Phillip, the duo activating their Memories. (Cyclone! Joker!) The boys posed together. "Henshin!" Once Phillip slotted in his Memory, he dropped into Akiko's arms (the lone normal of the heroes having come up on the Hard Turbuler after it came back down for her) as Shotaro put his own Memory in and pushed the Driver open. (Cyclone! Joker!) He held his hands out and let the armor form around him as Osamu plugged his Memory into his Living Connector and transformed into his Dopant form.
Minako smiled as she looked at her friends before turning Inaba and holding her hand up, pointing at their adversary. "Saa... omae no tsumi o kazoero!"
Inaba seethed angrily and held his own Memory up. (Scorpio!) He plugged his Memory in and transformed into his Dopant form, rushing at the heroes.
The three of them started battling Inaba, Minako utilizing her Target and Bomb Memories to her advantage as she maneuvered around Inaba's strikes, Shotaro and Phillip switching Memories from time to time to give themselves an advantage, and Osamu using every trick in his arsenal to fight his old friend.
Minako noticed the machine was powering up and about ready to fire at Ritsu. "Ritsu!! Abunai!!!"
Ritsu closed his eyes, waiting for the impact to happen, but suddenly a revving sound could be heard as a red bike drove up the side of the building and slammed into the machine, knocking it down and moving to the side before shifting into a red armored Rider with a silver looking horn and a blue visor that lit up.
"A new Rider?" Minako was surprised by the timely arrival of the new ally.
The Rider held his blade up and pressed a trigger. (Engine! Maximum Drive!) He slashed in an A formation on the machine before breaking the cage open and pulling Ritsu out, getting him to the side just as the machine exploded.
The others shielded themselves and Akiko peeked out curiously, looking at the Rider in awe. "Usō da! Watashi wa kiitenai yo! (No way! I didn't hear about this!)"
Inaba faced the new hero and scowled slightly. "Kisama... nani mono da?! (Bastard... just who are you?!)"
The Rider faced Inaba before gripping his blade tightly. "No questions from you, Dopant scum. Saa... furikiruze!!" He rushed forward and slashed at Inaba, the enemy Dopant attempting to block him to no avail.
Shotaro took the chance to run to Ritsu and kneel beside him. "Daijobu ka?"
Ritsu nodded a bit, dusting some shrapnel off himself before looking at the new Rider again. "That guy's unbelievable. Who in the world is he?"
"Not sure," Phillip spoke up from W's right side. "That A he did tells me he has a Memory in his Driver that starts with A though."
Indeed, as the new hero kicked Inaba back, he stuck his blade in the cement and twisted the left handle on his Driver. (Accel! Maximum Drive!) He took a tense stance before jumping up and doing a reverse roundhouse kick, red energy tire tracks forming across Inaba's chest as the villain shouted in pain.
The Rider landed and spoke calmly, yet with a cold tone: "Zetsubo wa omae no... goru da. (Despair is your goal.)"
Inaba screamed before he exploded behind the Rider, dropping to the ground in his human form as his Memory broke next to him.
Shotaro slowly stood up and looked at the Rider. "Thanks for that."
Minako stepped forward towards the Rider. "Dare? (Who are you?)"
The red Rider looked at Minako before speaking to all the heroes: "Ore wa Kamen Rider... Accel. (I am Kamen Rider... Accel.)" With that, Accel pulled his Driver off and changed back into his bike form, speeding off.
Osamu changed back into his human form and ran over to Inaba, seeing his old friend starting to disintegrate as he took his hand. "Inaba-san... you deserved so much better than being a monster..."
Inaba smiled weakly and chuckled a bit. "Maybe so... but you had a better chance all along." He looked at the reuniting Ritsu and Minako, turning back to Osamu and speaking, "Take care of them. And no matter what... don't let... X get a hold of them..." He squeezed Osamu's hand tightly before taking his last breath and dispersing into the air.
Osamu lowered his head sadly, holding Inaba's band in his hand. "I promise... Inaba."
Minako watched her father silently as she removed her hat out of respect and dehenshined, Akiko and the boys likewise watching quietly.
"In the end, Ritsu reunited with his siblings, safe and sound," Minako recounted in her diary as we see the scene unfold, Ritsu giving Masato and Tatsuya a big hug.
The scene changes to Osamu speaking with Minako as they make a gravesite for Inaba and his old team, our heroine continuing, "Dad decided to honor his fallen friends and Inaba by marking the building site where his comrades lost their lives. I suppose this isn't too dissimilar to the boss remembering Uncle Sokichi, and like the gusts of sudden storm warnings in the air, there's always a chance of new enemies approaching. But the bosses, Aki-chan, and I will be ready to take on whatever comes next..." She paused for a moment as she looked at the destroyed machine where the cuts still formed the A for Accel while she finished, "... just as long as our new ally can work with us." Our episode closes on this screenshot of Accel's finisher remnants.
And scene!!! Whew, lordy lordy lordy. This took way too long to do. I'm not so good with writing original chapters if I don't have a base idea to go off of, which is why I tend to try and stick with the story as much as possible, but... you know. Sometimes creativity cannot be constrained... (sigh) やれやれだぜ...
