Chapter 16
Tree Hill Emergency Hospital
"Who is here for Lorena Scott?" A doctor asked. After coming through the door doubles and entering the children's waiting room.
"We are. We're her parents." Lucas said.
"What happened to our little girl?" Brooke asked.
"This makes no sense at all. I've been taking care of her. There was a flu going around in her class and kids were getting sick i thought that is what this was." Brooke said.
"What about the fact that she was getting better? Why didn't you get her checked out days ago!" Lucas exclaimed.
"Mr. Scott. Miss Davis." The doctor said.
"I'm sorry. This is just alot that we didn't see coming." Brooke replied.
"Its okay. Lorena has had a seizure." The doctor announced.
Brooke swallowed hard.
"Can we see her?" Brooke questioned.
"Yes. She's stable now. Sleeping. We need to speak with you Miss Davis."
"We need to figure out if this was a one time thing. Or if it is epilepsy ." The doctor explained.
"I'll answer you're questions on the way to her room." Brooke replied.
