Notes for this chapter:
This chapter will have AU Colin and Penelope. This will be the start of the crossover for the fanfic. Adding a twist to this fanfic which will later come full circle for
Daniel and Betty toward the end of the chapter and the fanfic.
Colin was raptured by the overwhelming presence of his beloved Penelope, soon to be wife, holding her hand as they pomade in the rose garden. It was spring, the love was blooming through the rose, the sun shining over the glow of Penelope' body made his heart race.
She need to know what he felt for her by showing the picking out roses that symbolizes what a rose he sees in her. As takes her hands pulls her into a kiss. Penelope featherington was living her dream. Being swept off her feet by the man she has always loved since was a child thinking her dreams of them together were to never come true. She was the happiest woman in the world.
That happiness shown on Penelope' face which let the cutest giggle,
"Oh Colin, how did I ever become so lucky to be with you like this."
"I am the lucky one, Pen" letting her go to pick a green rose from the batch symbolizes how grateful he was for his new beginning with Pen.
Pen smiled smell the green rose as she decides to return the favor by handed him a peach colored rose symbolizes her gratitude in how Colin loves and appreciates her,
"I am grateful for you my sweet Colin."
Colin his gratitude towards Penelope was growing into something as he decided to pick one more rose, the color of purple. He picks out moves closer to pen with the purple rose which symbolizes passion that is taken hold of him. Colin traces the purple rose starting from the top of her head along placing his nose lips down to her checks.
This was intoxicating as Penelope was sinking into Colin rose embrace as rose and his lips immersed into her as they sank to the ground in the rose garden. Colin traces his soft warm fingers down his beloved body slowly till was able to succumb to the wave of passion that was overflowing with each moan.
Colin woke from his bed to see Penelope' bedside empty. He looks around to his Penelope writing intently at the desk. Not shy to cover himself walks to wife snuggling from behind her asking her,
"What does lady whistledown have to write about today."
"Lady whistledown is going to be writing something new and different. Thanks to you, I felt inspired to write something of my own."
"A story, book perhaps. " Colin replies
"Yes." Pen answers
"What will this book be about my dear Pen?"
"Two friends finding love after the longest time."
Pen smiles turns to kiss colin seeking more inspiration
"So people really love this Bridgerton" Daniel thinks out at his apartment alone after reading some fanfic recommendations from Betty's assistant Aynsely. But maybe learning something from this Bridgerton and the couple Colin and Penelope might help find the courage to woo his best friend, Betty. Moments later the phone rings as the caller ID shows it is Betty. As he wastes no time to pick up doesn't get the chance to say hello for she starts by saying
"Daniel, I need you, can we meet at 10."
"Yes, there will be no questions asked."
They hang up and Daniel rushes out hoping that today is the day and Betty will start a brand new beginning.
