"WOOOHOOOHOOOO!" Florian yelled with excitement.
"Florian, slow town! Or you'll—"

"—crash into something..." Renne sighed as Florian crash into a tree that is home to Spidops and Tarountulas who got angry at Florian and Koraidon and then fight them in the dustcloud. "He should have been more careful with the speed.
"Is your friend okay there?" A Janitor asked.
"He is... wait, who are you?"
"I'm Salvador the Janitor! It happens to be my day off! Want to have a Pokemon Battle?"
Renne shrug. "Sure. Let's battle." She got her Pokeball out. "So, Glaceon!"
"Let's go Mareania!" Salvador throw his Pokeball as Renne summon Glaceon and Mareanie came out of Salvador's Pokemon.
"Glace!"
"Mare!"
"Glaceon, use Icy Beam!" Renne yelled.
"Glaceooon!" Glaceon shoot Ice Beam at Mareania who taken the hit.
"Use Venoshock!" Salvador yelled as Marenia used Venoshock toward Glaceon who taken the hit.
"Use Swift!" Renne yelled as Glaceon shoot Stars from her tail and knock Mareania away to the janitor in defeat."Oh, looks like I won."
"Haha! Looks like it. Here's your prize money." Salvador recalled Mareania and then gave Renne her prize money.
"Thank you."
"I'm back." Florian came riding with a few bruses. "Ready to get going?"
"Shoudln't you need some patching up?"
"Nah. No need to worry. Koraidon seems to be fine too." Floran chuckled as Koraidon nodded. "Now let's go!" He yelled and then dash away again.
"Good grief." Renne sighed and then dash away.
Renne and Florian then encounter different trainers and begin to battle them for experience and to earn prize money. They encounter some new wild Pokemon which they both battle while Florian is captured. They eventually found a nearby Pokemon Center where they heal their Pokemon, bought some Pokeballs and Renne got some TMs for her Pokemon to learn new moves. They found Gimmighoul holding its coin and managed to collect it and looking for others somewhere. They encounter Tera Pokemon and defeat it, through Florian catch them. But they both earn LP points. They found Crystals and Pokemon Trainers ready to battle. They defeated the Trainers and defeated the Pokemon within the Crystal.
They found another Tower, climb up and encountered a Gimmighoul's chest. Florian defeated it and collected the coins as it flee. They return to the Break area and talk to the Pokemon League representative and got Loaded Dice. They took off, and found some items and berries on the road until they close toward Team Star's Fire Crew.

"Ro-to-to-to-to..." Rotom rang as he emerged out of Florian's pocket.

"Cassiopeia here." Cassiopeia said
"Whoa! Cassiopeia!" Florian exclaimed.
"I see you're getting close to one of Team Star's bases."
"How did you know we were close to their bases? Did you install a tracking device on Florian's phone?" Renne asked.
"I told you. I'll be supporting you from behind the scenes. So no, I did not implant a chip."
"Ah, you have his phone on monitoring tool."
"Sounds like you also an expert on this stuff, Renne. But enough about the discussion. Now then Members of Operation Starfall—"

Renne shift her head to the left. "Halt! Who's there?!"
"At ease! I come in peace!" An elderly voice stated as came out was a familiar elderly man wearing a dark gray Uva academy uniform.
"What? Who are you?!"
"How did you know he was there?" Florian asked
"Detecting presence is one of my many skills in my homeland." Renne answered

"But leaving that aside... who are you... because you look awfully familiar."
The elderly man clear his throat. "The name's Clive. Like you two, I'm a student in the academy."
"Oh? And how long have you been spying on us?" Cassiopeia asked
"No need to get your hackles raised. I'm a pal of our mutual friends here. Isn't that right, Florian? Renne?"
"Um... sure." Florian rub his hat.
"So it is all right if I also join Operation Starfall?"
"You do realized this is an operation against Team Star. It's not something you can join in for fun." Cassiopeia told him.
"I'm well aware. I just need to sort out some... unsettled business with Team Star, that's all." Clieve wave it off. "Besides, I tend to get the job done well. Not that you can take my word for it, but it's true."
Cassiopeia hummed. "I supposed I'm hardly in a position to refuse help. Welcome to the operation, Clive."
"Great. That settles it, then." Clive nodded. "Your name is... Cassiopeia, yeah? I heard your name earlier... but who are you exactly?"
Cassiopeia paused for a moment. "Team Star and I... share some history. That's all I'll say for now."
"I see. In that case, I won't press you further."

"Good. Now, let's get back to business."

"Right. What must we do, oh mysterious leader." Renne asked
"Simply put, I want you to raid each one of Team Star's bases. Then, you'll defeat the bosses of the team... and put an end to their rule!"
"You want us to put an end to their "rule"?" Florian tilt his head. "You mean force them to give up their position?"
"That's right. Team Star is made up of five squads, and each of those squads has its own base. You should be able to see the front gates of one of those bases now, in fact."
Florian, Renne and "Clive" turn their heads to Team Star's base entrance.
"Yes, we can see the blockade from here." Renne said.
"On the other side of those is the base proper. And somewhere within those base lies one of your targets: a squad boss."
"Ok. I'm starting to get the idea."
"Well, that's just the outline. The key to the whole operation is the code that the team has to follow. If someone challenges one of the squad bosses to a battle, they have no choice but to accept. And what's more, if they just so happen to lose that battle...they must forfeit their roles as boss altogether! I went ahead and issued challenges to each base under your name, Florian, Renne."
"I see. By using our names means a declaration of war." Renne said.
"Right. Now all of Team Star knows that we're looking for a fight."
"So let's say we defeat all the bosses and they step down from their roles... What happens next?" Clive asked
"The rest of the team crumbles with no one left to lead them. That's what happens."
"Makes sense. Without a "leader" to guide them. The soldiers would lose their morale to fight." Renne stated. "And given this base is a Fire Type, they will have Fire Pokemon to fend off any intruder. And their bases must be a considerable size."
"Your garden-variety Trainer would be overrun long before they'd get anywhere near the boss. That's why your skills are essential to this operation, Florian, and Renne. Defeating the Pokemon inside the base, and drag the boss out from where they're hiding."
"In other words, overwhelm the enemy strength and draw out their leader by force. Sounds simple enough."
"First thing first, though—you'll need to deal with any grunts that might be guarding the front gates."
"So what are you going to do while we fight? Watching and supporting us from the shadows?" Florian asked
"You got it. I enjoy your understanding."
"All right. And what will my role be?" Clive asked
"Sorry, I don't trust you enough just yet. For now, I'd like you to monitor the bases and act as Florian and Renne's support."
"You're a cautious one, I'll give you that. I respect that."
"I'll be in touch again when the plan advances to the next stage. Good hunting out there." Cassiopeia then hang up.

"Welp. Go get 'em you two!" Clive saluted.
"All right, what are you doing here with that outfit, Director Clavell?" Renne fold her arms.
"Director Clavell? I think you're confusing me with that handsome man."
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can tell its you, Director." Florian said.
"Plus, calling yourself handsome? Really?"
"Clive" cleared his throat. "Anyway, I'm just a normal academy student like the two of you. If anyone else."
'He's gonna deny that is he?' Florian whispered with a deadpan look. 'Let's go alone. I'm sure we'll find out the reason.'
'True.' Renne agreed. "Fine. All right, we'll begin the operation. But first, we'll handle the grunts. Ready Florian?"
"Ready." Florian nodded and they approached the entrance and see one Team Star grunt.

"Hmm?" The grunt approached them. "Hold it! Where do you think you're going?"
"Hey grunt. Why don't you get your boss out." Florian said in a threatening tone.
"Oh?" Renne mused.
"I don't know who do you think you are but threaten me with that tone, huh?" The Grunt pull up his sleeves. "You got guts! All right, I'll be doing this as Self-defense!"
"Renne, I'll handle him."
"By all means." Renne curtsy and giggled as she step away while Florian and the Grunt pull out their Pokeball.

(Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ost - Team Star Grunt Battle Theme)
At first, the grunt did the Team Star form and throw his Pokeball.
"Go Houndour!" Then came out Houndour who growled
"Come one Digtrio!" Florian throw his Pokeball and came out Digtrio
"Trio, Trio Trio!" Digtrio chant
"Houndour, used Flamethrower!" The Grunt yelled
"Sand Tomb!" Florian command
Houndour launch Flamethrower but Digtrio dig underground and then a large hole appeared underneath, sucking Houndour as it panicked, then Digtrio headbutted it.
"Ah! Houndour!" The Grunt exclaimed as his Pokemon got back on its feet. "Used Fire Spin!"
"Dig!" Florian yelled as Digtrio dig underground as Fire Spin was launch.
Digtrio then burst out of the ground and headbutted Houndour away in defeat.

"Ah no! Houndour!" The grunt exclaimed and recalled Houndour. "Damn it! You're crazy strong! Wait... did you call that girl... Renne?"
"Yep. Since you know her name. I'm sure you know my name, then?" Florian recalled Digtrio.
"Then... You're the other one who declared war on Team Star! Oh crap! Not good! Not good! I gotta book it and warn the others!" Then he took off inside the base... only to stop his track, come back and then did the Team Star Model pose. "Hasta la vistaaaaaaar!" then ran back.
Florian sweatdrop. "He just went in and forgot to do... that?"
"I guess they're dedicated to their signature sign." Renne approach.
"Oiiiiii!" "Clive" approached them. "I scope out the Fire crew's base under Cassipeia's orders. Thought you might need backup but it seems that you got that handled.
"Foo! Chaaar!" A Charcadet approached the group.
"Huh? A Charcadet?" Renne asked.
"And it's awhile one, too!" Florian pull out his Pokeball. "Gonna catch it!"
"Coo! Coo!" Charcadet shook its hand and waving his hands.
"Eh?"
"I believe he doesn't want you to capture him." Renne said
"Oh! Is that you, Charlos?" Clive asked
"Charr!" Charcadet nodded
"You know this Charcadet?" Florian put away his Pokeball
"I do. This is Charlos the Charcadet. He's one of the Pokemon the academy takes care of within its grounds."
"Oh... that explains it then."
"Chaaaaaaaar!" Charcadet then ran toward Team Star's entrance.
"Ah! Charlos, wait!" "Clive" yelled but Charcadet head inside. "And too late... It looked like he's may have some connections to Team Star's Fire crew. I'll chase after him. Don't worry— I'll regroup with you soon enough!"
"All right. We'll press onward to the base." Florian nodded as "Clive" took off.
"Ro-to-to-to-to! Ro-to-to-to-to!" Florian's Rotom Phone rang and he answered.

"I see you dealt with the grunt standing guard. Nice work."
'If they were able to see that... that means they must be nearby. Or observe through a camera.' Renne thought.
"Stationed inside that base is Team Star's Fire crew—the Schedar Squad. Their boss, Mela, is the best all-rounder of the team. She fixes any and every problem thrown her way, through her methods are... heavy-handed. Our declaration of war must have made her blood boil."
"It shouldn't be counted as a surprised, then." Florian said
"Perhaps. But even now, her grunts are hard at work inside the base, trying to keep her fury under control."
"So in other words, she's a hot-head." Renne said "How fitting for the boss of the Fire Crew."
"I know, right? Err—anyway. That means your best move is to take down all the grunts nice and quick. Once there's no one left to help Mela keep her cool, she should come out to confront you. Ring the bell on the gates once you're ready to kick off this phase of the operation. Time to wipe the Schedar Squad off the map!"

"All right." Florian nodded as they hang up. "Ready, Renne?"
"Do you have to ask? Let's go douse their flames." Renne said as they headed to the gate and rang the bell.
Then they go inside as Clive was waiting for them.
(Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ost - Team Star Base Raid Battle Theme)
"You found Charlos?" Florian asked
"Yes. He's safe." "Clive" nodded. "Now listen carefully when facing Team Star. They have a unique way of doing battle. They call it a Star Barrage."
"Star Barrage?" Florian asked. "You mean they'll send out multiple Pokemon at once?"
"Yes. And you'll have to battle them at the same time. If your Pokemon are low on health, come back here and I'll heal them right up for you."
"Got it."
"But be aware the grunts will also heal their Pokemon as well, so stay sharp out there." "Clive" added as the Intercom let out a siren.
"Heads up, gang! We got two jumped-up kids wandering and think they can raid our base! They clearly don't know who they're messing with. Let's teach them a lesson they won't forget! And to our unwanted guests—if you defeat 30 of our Pokemon in the next 10 minutes, our boss might just honor you with an appearance!"
Florian and Renne look at each other and nodded. They took out Digtrio, Clodsire, Fletchincer, Floatzel, Maushold and Charcadet.
"Get them!" Team Star Grunts yelled, sending their groups of Litleos, Growlithes, Torkoals, Houndours, and Numbels.
"Go!" Renne and Florian yelled as Digtrio, Clodsire, Fletchiner, Floatxel, Maushould and Charcadet begin to tackle the group of Team Star Pokemon by punching, headbutting, slapping and knocking them away as they keep going.
A Growlithe headbutted Clodsire but he was bounced off as Clodsire headbutted him. Charcadet punch a Numbel, Maushold headbutted Growlithes, Houndour, Litleos, and Torkoals. Floatzel swipe attack against Liteos, Numbels, and Houndours. Digtrio headbutted the Houndours, Fletchincer headbutted the Torkoals, and eventually, Team Star's Pokemon was soon overwhelmed.
"T-They're so freaken strong!" A Grunt yelled.
"Guess it's up to the boss, now!" The other grunt proclaimed as they took off.

"Well, now we dealt with their "troops." So where is—" Florian paused when they heard engines. "Huh?"
(Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Boss Intro)
Two grunts pull curtains and came out was a large car with Boomboxes on each side, a party ball on each shoulder side and a stage in between where they see a woman with red hair wearing a punk like outfit turn to face them.
"What the WHAAAAT?!" Florian yelled, jawdropped.
Renne blinked. "You got to be kidding me."
"Is that a freakin' car?!"
"So you're the punks who got guts picking a fight with Team Star." Mela said, unimpressed. "You two are nothing more than school brats. Is this some sort of joke?"
"And what about you, Ms. Firecrackler? Deciding to come out with a performance with the music?" Renne asked.
"Ha! I like that sass of yours girl. Still, I dunno why the two of you decided to so something so stupid, but frequently, I don't care. You challenge us, so we'll beat you down. Simple as that. Prepared to get messed up." Mela cracks her finger and pull out a Pokeball.

(Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ost - Team Star Boss Battle Theme)
"Go, Torkoal!" Mela throw her Pokeball and came out Torkoal
"Torkoal!" He stand is ground.
"Oh great. We even got a boss battle music. It's fitting, though. I'll handle this." Renne told Florian. "Floatzel!"
"Float!" Floatzel jump in front and her stand.
The Hot Blooded Boss - Mela
"Get ready to be burn little girl!" Mela threatened. "Torkoal, Clear Smog!"
"Ability!" Renne yelled as Torkoal shoot smoke from his mouth as Floatzel dodged with Ability. "Aqua Tail!"
"Floaaatzel!" Floatzel lung toward Torkoal and knock her off the stage.
"Toork!" Torkoal winched, rolling until slowly getting back on the ground.
"Wretched girl!" Mela growled. "Smokescreen!"
"Tork!" Torkoak unleashes a smokescreen to cover the battlefield.
"Floatzel, Whirlpool the smoke!"
"Floaaaat!" Floatzel raise her arms and a large whirlpool appeared over her head, pulling the smokescreen and dispel it, revealing Torkoal, then toss the Whirlpool toward him
"Flame Wheel to get out of there!" Mela yelled as Toakoak used Flame Wheel and dash out of there as the water exploded.
Toakoak then ram Floatzel, who block with her arms. Floatzel then used Aqua Jet and Ram Torkoal away in defeat.
"Grrr!" Mela growled. "Return!" She recalled Torkoal. "I won't be douse by your water just yet! Starmobile! Crush them!" She yelled as her Starmobile.
"Wait what?! You're gonna fight with that huge car?! Is that even a Pokemon?!" Florian yelled.
"Hahaha! Half right but half wrong!" Mela smirked. "Scared now?"
"Nope." Renne replied with a smile. "I'm intrigued."
"Huh?! How could anyone—uuugh! Revaroom! Swift!"
Revaroom then launch a Swift attack.
"Agility!" Renne yelled as Floatzel moved in high movement, but the Seift hit her. "Ngh!"
Revaroom used Blazing Torque as let out a heatwave toward Floatzel. Floatzel dodged and then used Whirpool and throw it toward Revaroom. Revaroom taken the hit and then used Overheat, but Floatzel used Aqua Jet to dodge and then heatbutted Revaroom, following up with Aqua Tail. Revaroom then used Screch to flinch Floatzel and then ram it, knocking her away. Floatzel roll but hop and recover her stand. Revaroom begin to ram her again
"Agility!" Renne yelled and Floatzel dodged it. "Now use Aqua Tail!"
Floaaatzel!" Floatzel lung and unleash a critical hit with Aqua Tail.
"Nngh!" Mela winched as Revaroom swirl and regain ground. "Not over yet! Revaroom, Swift!"
Rrvaroom used Swift and several Stars were sent to Floatzel who sued her arms to shield herself.
"Finish this with Aqua Tail!" Renne yelled.
"Floaatzel!" Floatzel lunged and then swing down Aqua Tail on the Engine, causing an explosion that knock Floatzel back to regain with style.
Revaroom let out some small explosion on the boom boxes as a tongue stick out in the engine as he fell. Mela hold on to the fense and see she was defeated. She let out a sigh.

"No way..." Team Star grunt fell to her knees.
"The Boss... Revoroom..."The others fell to their knees while others on their butts.
"Ugh. So this is how it gonna end? What a hassle..." Mela muttered
Flashback...

"Man. what a hassle..." Mela complained as she approached "Pulled it off just in time."
"Welcome back, Mellie!" Said a tall girl with white appearance.
"What got you all complaining?" A Boy with pink hair and wearing a formal attire.
"I managed to get a buncha Charcadet to evolve. That oughta be enough to power the Starmobile and finally get that hunka metal rollin'. Mela answered
"Glad tidings indeed." Said a man wearing a purple-like ninja appearance. "Is it not so, Ortega?"
"I'm just surprised she's not all hot air."
"Oi! Watch with that comment you snide little Buizel!" Mela threatened "Has anyone ever told you that you can be an annoying little twerp?"
"As if you're any better, Mela." Ortega rebuttled. "It's literally your whole thing of bring rude and saying mean things.
The Tall girl shook her head. "That's not true Ortie. All the girls at the Aademy have always been jealous of how cute Mellie is. She just put on a surly attitude so they'll stop picking on her. Althought... you're not exactly wrong about her surly attitude."
"What!? Oh come on—not you too, Eri!" Mela groaned
"How 'bout we leave it at that, folks?" Said a man wearing a black outfit and a white cap. "It's almost time for the big event."
Eri nodded. "Yes, Operation Star... It's finally happening."
"And the big boss? What, pray, is their plan?" The Ninja boy asked
"They already got in touch with all the bullies and asked 'em to head over to the schoolyard." Anawered the man with the black outfit and white cap. Oh and wear headphones.
Mela smirked. "It's finally time, huh? Man, I'm so stoked! The thrill's burnin' me right up!"

Mela sighed. "I turned out everything I had... And it wasn't enough until I got kicked in the bucket. Guess this is where it ends."
"You make it sound like the end of the world or something." Florian said.
'Funny that you brought that up, Florian.' Renne thought.
"Well, you don't know what it was like for Team Star. Being here and becoming the boss, it really was a good life here." Mela said, then turn to Renne. "That Floatzel of yours really let us have it. Gotta admit, it's quite something. Despite that it was you who defeated me, it won't change that the two of you won this battle, which is a huge deal." Mela pull out a Star Badge. "Here—take this Star Badge and be proud of yourselves."
"Thanks."
"Oh! Let's take a photo to celebrate this!" Florian said a shis Rotom phone is ready.
Renne takes the Star Badge and then handshakes her hand, though Mela had a strong grasp as the picture took. Florian was next as he handshake Mela, but once she grasped his hand hard, she winched as the picture was taken.
"Owowow!" Florian shaking his hand off.
"Hah! For someone who's strong, you sure are scrawny." Mela laughed. "Anyway, here take this TM too. Not like I'm gonna use it." She handed over Flame Charge TM.
"But don't get the wrong idea. I'm not givin' these to YOU two. I'm giving this out of respect for this girl's Floatzel."
"Floatzel." Floatzel chuckled.
Mela then turn her back. "You two got what you came for. Now leave me alone."
"Wait a moment." "Clive" approached. "You're Mela of Team Star, right? There's a Pokemon I'd like you to see."
"Huh? Who are you s'posed to be?" Mela asked as Charlos approached
"Fwoo!"
"A Charcadet? Wait..."
"Choooh!"

"Well if it ain't Charlos!" Mela bend her knees and pet his head. "What're you doin' here?"
"It seems he came to this base looking for you." Clive answered
"Fwoo!" Charcadet nodded
"You did...?" Mela asked, touched.
"He's very attached to you, isn't he?" Clive asked, smiling.
"Yeah, 'cause I used to play with him every day back when I was still goin' to school... I can even tell more or less what he's think' just by lookin' at the way his flames move."
"Really? That's impressive. It shows how close you are to him." Renne said. "I also have a Charcadet." She said as her Charcadet approached her. "I caught him yesterday when he wanted to eat my berries."
"Makes no surprised. Charcadets love to eat berries. You planning to evolve it?" Mela asked
"That's right."
"Then out of respect for you, it doesn't matter how much you train to help evolve. Charcadet will only evolve if had an item."
"An Item?" Renne asked, intrigued.
"Yep. Charcadets can evolve into two evolution forms. But it requires specific armor. One evolves into Armarouge, while the other Ceruledge." Mela pull out two armor sets. "This one is called Auspicous Armor while the other is Malicious Armor. You can have them."
"You sure I can have something valuable?" Renne asked
"Eh. Don't worry your pretty little head. I got no use for them since I already evolve many Charcadets. It's up to you and your Charcadet to choose what it evolve into."
"I see. Thank you for the tip." Renne smiled and put the items away.
"So Mela. Getting back to the topic, why did Charlos wanted to visit you?" Clive asked
Mela turn her back, causing Charlos to approached her and then face her.
"Foo-fooooom!"
"Charlos..."
"To me, it looks like he's saying that he wants you to come back." Clive remark.
"Back to the Academy, right?" Florian asked.
"Looks like it. He shows how much he means to you." Renne nodded.
Mela sighed. "Just shut up already, would ya?"
"There's something else that's bothers me. They say Team Star has holed itself up in these bases to plot something against the academy. Were you aware of this?"
"First I've heard of some stupid bullshit rumor like that." Mela then click her teeth. "I see nothing has chance back then... everyone's still spoutin' garbage."
"Can I ask you something." Renne said. "That modified car you used just now. It got me curious. Florian question if it a Pokemon, and you reply its both right and wrong."
"Yep. That's our Starmobile. We made that thing a long time ago to help us out with a big fight. But we never actually used it against anyone before you three show up."
"This is the first time you used it?" Florian asked. "But what was all the fighting all about?"
"You guys ever heard of Operation Star?"
"Operation Star? Not Operation Starfall? This is news to me."
"Huh. Guess you wouldn't know it..." Mela look at Charlos with a smile. "But for me and the rest of Team Star, it's a memory we'll always treasure."
"Treasured." Renne muttered. 'From what I've learned... Team Star is a group of delinquents but...' Renne look around. 'There is more than meets the eye. Operation Star...'
"I see..." Clive muttered
"If that's all, then you can leave. If you're planning on visiting the next city, be our guest. No one will block your way." Mela then took off as Charlos followed.

"Guess that's that." Florian said, solemnly.
"Yeah." Renne nodded.
"Reeenne!" Her Rotom ARCUS Alpha emerge from her pocket. "It's time for your Gym battle!"
"Ah. It's time." Renne said.
"Then let's head back." Florian nodded as they went back to the direction they came.

"Florian. Renne. It's me." Cassiopeia greeted. "It seems Mela no longer carries her Star Badge, the symbol of her status as a boss... She gave it to you, right?"
"She did." Florian pull out the Star Badge.
"I see. Now that there's no boss to lead them, the rest of the Schedar Squad shouldn't last long."Cassiopeia said until a moment of silence. "Oh, Mela..."
"Cassiopeia?" Florian asked
"Sorry. Got caught up in my thoughts for a second."
"Sounds like you really know Mela well." Renne remark.
"As I said, Team Star and I have a history. Now, about your reward. I'll transfer some LP over to your phone, as promised. Oh. But Florian, transfer half of it to Renne since I can't hack into her phone."
"Okay." Florian nodded as Rotom received 10,000 LP points and then transferred half of it to Renne's ARCUS Alpha.
"I took the liberty of adding some new entries to the range of TMs you can make at TM Machines. These new TMs should help you improve your Pokemon's battle capabilities even further. In any case... you two did some solid work out there. So much so that you deserve some extra reward. Someone from my supply unit will be there soon to give you some materials for making TMs." Then they hang up.
"Supply unit?" Florian asked.
"Seem like someone else is working with them." Renne said as they waited for a few minutes until the girl with glasses, mixture of red and blue hair, an Eevee backpack and gray jacket, star patterns tights approached.
"H-Hello..." She greeted
"Oh! You're that girl we help with Team Star." Florian said
"Y-Yes. I'm surprised you remember me. Thank you for the help. I'm Penny... from the supply unit." Penny greeted.
"I'm surprised that the supply unit is you. How long were you Cassiopeia's campaign?" Renne asked
"Um... just recently. I'm helping out with Team Starfall as part of my independent study...You know, the treasure hunt."

"I'm good with machines and hacking and stuff, so I'll be working behind the scenes."
"Really?" Renne mused. "I happened to be good at hacking too."
"Wait, really? I... did not expect that from you." Penny said, surprisingly.
"Yeah, I did not expect that either." Florian agreed
"Well that does to show that you know me on where I'm from. But there are things I'm quite good at." Renne told him. "You seem to be around our age."
"I... guess so." Penny nodded sheepishly. "So... here you gu. Your bonus reward from Cassiopeia." She pull out lots of Pokemon materials and hands it over to them.
"Thanks! We'll make good use of them!" Florian smiled. "I need to look at the TM machine to know the moves that they can learn."
"Cassiopeia also said that you'll get more rewards each time you take out one of Team Star's bases." Penny added. "Also, um... I heard all about how you had your Pokemon charge into battle. Seems you two were pretty amazing."
"It was an interesting experience to say the least." Renne said
"Yeah. We'll be able to handle it just fine." Florian agreed.
"Yeah. I agree." Penny nodded. "With Trainers like yourselves who are strong as you on our side, I'm sure the operation will go just fine. There's four more squad bosses left, so, um... good luck..." She waved goodbye and then took off.
"She's an interesting girl." Florian said.
"Indeed." Renne nodded. 'She's good with machines and hacking and stuff huh? She'll get along well with me and Tita. Along with other friends I've made. Maybe I should introduce her to them. But... Leaving her aside for now...'
"Bzzt! Renne! Your Gym Battle?" Rotom asked
"Oh, right!" Renne said. "Miraidon." She called out and Miraidon pop out of his Pokeball and she hop on as Floran did the same with Koraidon. "Okay, let's hurry to the Gym." She said and then take off.

"Seriously? A group of twerps? Actually, this sounds interesting." Jessie rub her chin. "Maybe this Team Star also has a horde of Pokemon we can snatch from them!"
"Oh your right!" James smirked. "But the problem is that we don't know what they look like."
"Well we'll just have to ask around the area when we made our way to that boulder mountain. While we're at it, we should find some of those crystals and earn some LP points to get something to eat!"
"Lucky for us! They'll be easy to find while we're in the air!" Meowth smirked.

"Did something happen?" Florian asked
"Yes. One of Brassius's artwork has been stolen."
"Stolen!?"
"By why?" Renne asked
"According to Brassius, the thief calls himself Phantom Thief B."
Renne sweatdrop. "Bleublanc is here?"
"Bleublanc?"
"He's an Infamous Thief back in Zemuria. But he operates anywhere in the world that catch his attention. Maybe the city known as the city of artist caught his attention."
"I...Suppose that would make sense. It's not often many thieves would like to steal artwork."

"BRIGEEEEEEETT!" Brassius barge into the Gym Lobby and look insane
"Ah! Brassius!" The Staff jumped as he run toward the counter and then begin to look into the desk. "W-What are you doing down there?"
"The cursed thief card mention somewhere is another one of his cards! Aha!" He then pull out the card.

"That's Bleublanc for you." Renne said. "Mind if we look at well."

"Ah my lovely Sunfloras!" Brassius hug them all with tears in his eyes. "Oh thank Arceus that you're all okay! And my incomplete work as well! Cursed Phantom Thief!" He got back on his feet. "I'll have someone to take you back to the lawn. So wait here, okay?"
"Flora!" Many of the Sunflora nodded as Brassius approached the battle court.
"My apologies Miss Renne. I was hoping that I would resolve this issue before you arrived, but alas, it would seem that I failed."
"Ah, there no need to worry your head about it. Shall we begin?" Renne asked

"But of course." Brassius pull out his Pokeball. "Now then contentest Renne! Let us see if you have the same potential as your fellow challenger."
Green Artist - Brassius
"Petilil, come forth!" Brassis throws his Pokeball
"Go for it Maushold!" Renne threw her Pokeball and both Pokemon came out.
"Petiltil, Leech Seed!"
"Use Dig to dodge!"
Petilil used Leech Seed as a green seed was launch at him, but Mausold used dig and dig a hole on the battle field and dodged the seed. Mausold then burst out underneath Petilil and knock her into the air. Petilil then used Mega Drain as red vines were launch toward them. The red vines capture them and drain them of their HP. Mausold broke free and used Super Fang.
"Use Mega Drain!" Brassius yelled
"Play Rough!" Renne yelled.
Petilil summon red vines to capture and then drain their HP again. They soon broke free and then make their way toward Petilil and used Play Rough. Mausold the. Knock Petilil away as her eyes were swirling.
Petilil is unable to battle, victory goes to Mausold!" The Referee announced as the TV, Brassius pokeball lights out.
"Return!" Brassius return Petilil to her pokeball. Well done Petilil, you were perfect."
"Mausold return." Renne recall Mausold. "You guys did great, now take a rest." She pull out her next pokeball. Go, Glaceon!" She throw her pokeball and came out Glaceon.
"Glaceon!"
"now, Smoliv!" Brassius throw his Pokeball and came out Smoliv.
"Smoliv."
"Glaceon, use Icy Shards!" Renne yelled
"Dodge then use Seed Bomb!" Brassius yelled
Glaceon fired multiple shards of ice from her mouth as Smoliv dodge the shards and then fired Seeds at Glaceon and exploded at her and her surrounding. Glaceon then fired Ice Beam at Smoliv who took critical damage.
"Smoliv use Mega Drain!" Brassius command as Smoliv summon red vines to aim and capture Glaceon and drain her HP.
"Glaceon, Icy Wind those vines!" Renne command.
"Glaaaaaceon!" Glaceon opens her mouth and let out Icy Wind as the vines soon frozen and then shattered, freeing Glaceon.
"Now use Icy Wind again!"
Glaceon let out another Icy Wind as the cold wind took critical hit on Smoliv, freezing her and encase her in ice in defeat.
"Smoliv is unable to battle! Glaceon is the winner!" The referee announced as the Pokeball screen on Brassius side black out, the second. Only one remain.
"Very skillfully done, Miss Renne!" Brassius recall Smoliv. "You are well prepared in carefully crafting the master of artistic strategy. Even with ice can take form of art and beautiful if create carefully. But now let me see what will your final art project will be!"
"By all means. Allow me to show you the final project in the name of Flora." Renne said a graceful curtsy.

(Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ost - Gym Leader Battle Theme (Terastal Form))
"Excellent!" Brassius pull out a Pokeball. "Sudowoodo!"
Then came out Sudowoodo.
"Sudowoodo!"
"Now! It's time to reveal my masterpiece!" Brassius pull out a Tera Orb and gathering Tera Energy. Throw to Sudowoodo and encase them in Green Type Gem.
"Sudowoodo!"
"Then so shall I" Renne pull out her Tera Orb, gathering Tera Energy and then throw it toward Glaceon, encasing her in Fairy-Type Tera Jewel.
"Glaceon!"
Sudowoodo, Trailblazer!" Brassius yelled
"Sudo!" Sudowoodo long toward Glaceon
"freeze the floor with Ice Beam!" Renne yelled
"Glace!" Glaceon shoot Ice Beam on the floor to create a field of ice that Sudowoodo step and fell.
"Sudoooo!" Sudowoodo swirling on the ice floor until bounce off the battle court.
"Cleverly done. Sudowoodo, Rock Throw!" Brassius yelled.
Sudowoodo got back of his feet and jump into the air. "Sudowoodo!" Then summon and throw rocks toward the ice Floor and Glaceon.
"Glace!" Glaceon winched , knock back siding.
"Use Icy Wind!" Renne yelled
Glaceon then used Icy wind , but Sudowoodo use Substitute to avoid the attack and then use Trailblaxe and knock Glaceon away. Glaceon then used Quick Attack and knock Sudowoodo back. Sudowoodo then used Rock Throw as Glaceon dodge each rocks.
"Use Ice Beam!" Renne yelled
"Substitute!" Brassius yelled as Glaceon used Ice Beam on the Substitute. "Trailblaze!"
Sudowoodo lung and then tackle Glaceon. Glaceon then Ice Beam and struck Sudowoodo with a critical hit. Sudowoodo then use Rock Tomb and trapped Glaceon. Glaceon hop to get out of there as Sudowoodo used Rock Throw, knocking Glaceon away.
Glaceon recovered and use Icy Wind and freeze the rocks and battle court while Sudowoodo dodged. Sudowoodo Used Trailblaze to ram Glaceon but Glaceon use Tail Whip to block his attack and use Ice Beam, striking him.
"Sudowoodo, Rock Tomb!" Brassius yelled
"Glaceon, Ice Beam Sudowoodo, quick!" Renne yelled
"Sudo!" Sudowoodo summon and throw Rocks around Glaceon.
"Glaceon!" Glaceon fired Ice Beam toward Sudowoodo as both attacks struck both Pokemon.

(Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ost - Gym Battle End)
Both Sudowoodo and Glaceon Tera Jewel shattered as both fell on the field with swirling eyes.
"Both Sudowoodo and Glaceon are unable to battle! However, Gym Leader Brassius Pokémon are unable to battle! Which mean victory goes to challenger Renne!" The announcement announced as Renne picture reveal as a winner.
Renne sigh of relief. Renne ran up to Glaceon and pet her forehead.
"You did amazing Glaceon." Renne smiled with pride.
"Glace." Glaceon smiled
"Well done Sudowoodo. Rest well." Brassius recalled Sudowoodo back to his Pokeball. "That was truly masterful Miss Renne. You possess many extraordinary talents."
"You're not the first to say that. But I'm happy to know that it was thanks to my Pokemon who won that battle."
"And they follow as you were commanding them toward perfection. Just as a painter draws their painting." Brassius smiled and pulled out the Grass City Gym Battle. "As such, here is your Gym Badge."
Renne takes it. "Thank you Brassius."
"You have a long journey ahead of you. Which you should also have this as well." Brassius handed over Trailblaze TM and Pokedollars. "Now I have another inspiration that has been pulled from the abyss! Do excuse me." He then took off.
Renne put the TM away. "Hehe. What a bizarre Artist. "
"So ready to head off?" Florian asked as he approached
"Yep. Let's go." Renne nodded and they took off.
Team Star's Fire Crew has been defeated and Renne obtained her secret Gym Badge at last! A full party but I wonder what more Pokemon will they have.
