Chapter 1: A Baby's Gotta Do (1):

Tommy's POV:

Hi, I'm Tommy and I'm 1. I was living with my Mommy and Daddy in our partman, but then the Lord of Partman Land came and said we didn't have enough moneys.

"Stu, what are we gonna do," asks Mommy.

"I guess we're going to have to move," says Daddy, "but I don't know where."

"Well, I can think of a place," says Mommy.

"Oh, no, not there!"

"Stu, think about Tommy!"

I gots to be honest, I haven't made any friends here, but maybe I will in our new home. I wonder where we're going.

. . .

We then arrived in our new naysayhood and parked the car.

"I can't believe we're doing this," says Daddy. "I am going to make us money."

"Stu, your inventions blow up so many times, we have to make sure Tommy's as far away from them as possible."

My Daddy tries to be a toy maker, but his toys don't... always work right. One time, he made the Lord of Partman Land think we were being invaded... whatever that means. My Daddy then knocks on the door and an old man answers.

"Whatever you're selling, I ain't buyin'!" He then stops. "Stu."

"Pop."

He's my Daddy's Daddy! Wait, doesn't that mean he's... my Grandpa?"

"Whatever you're selling, I ain't buyin'!"

"Pop, we got evicted and we need a place to stay," says Daddy.

"So, now you need me, then?"

"I know there's bad blood between you two, but think of Tommy," says Mommy.

Grandpa then looks at me and sighs. "Come on in." We then entered.

. . .

I was watching Dummy Bears on TV.

"You like this stuff," asks Grandpa, "here's a real show." He then uses the clicker to change the channel and it was the most credible thing I have ever saw! "Sprout, meet Reptar."

Reptar!

"Isn't it a little too violent for him," asks Mommy.

"It's educational," says Grandpa, but I don't know who Eddy Casional is. My Grandpa then leaves the room. The doorbell rings and my Daddy answers.

"Stu, haven't seen you in years."

"Drew, is that you?"

"Yep, does this mean that you and Pop are talking again?"

"It's... we just lost our apartment," says Daddy.

"Oh, well, I just thought I'd see my little brother again. Maybe later, I'll bring my daughter."

My Uncle Drew then leaves. I have more family than I thought. I've only known my Mommy's side. Then a man with red hair, even on his face, and glasses came. "Hi, welcome to the neighborhood."

"Hey, I'm Stu Pickles."

"I thought you had to be related to Lou Pickles."

"He's my Dad," says Daddy."

"Wow, I'm Chas Finster and I'm a huge fan of your Father's and this is my little guy, Chuckie."

"I'm Didi and this is our son, Tommy, now I didn't know that my Father-in-Law was a celebrity."

"You mean you don't know; Lou Pickles was a famous adventurer."

. . .

We then see the pictures. Wow, my Grandpa has done lots of stuff. He's tamed aminals, climbed mountains, and done other things.

"Stu, why didn't you tell me," asks Mommy.

"Because it's not that big," says Daddy.

"Are you kidding," asks Mr. Finster. The Grown-Ups then leave.

Chuckie and I continued to look at the pictures. Chuckie had glasses, a lot of red hair, and big teeth. "Wow, doesn't this sound neat," I asked.

"I don't know, it sounds scary," says Chuckie.

"Hey, maybe we can be adventurers," I suggested.

"But won't we get hurt," asks Chuckie.

"It'll be fun," I said.

. . .

Chuckie and I were then in the backyard.

"Okay, now, let's look for adventure," I said.

"Maybe we can start by... picking nice safe dandelions," says Chuckie.

"Hey, what are you guys doing," asks this boy who comes from a fence with a girl that looks like him.

"We're looking for an adventure," I said, "I'm Tommy and this is Chuckie."

"I'm Lil and this is my twin Phil."

"Twin," asks Chuckie.

"Same birthday and we look alike," says Phil.

"Phil have two daddys and I have two mommys," says Lil.

"My daddy is married to my other daddy while Lil's mommy is married to her other mommy," says Phil.

"How could you have four parents while being twins," Chuckie asked.

"Phil's daddies pick me up at the run-down place at the same time as my mommies picking me up," says Lil.

"Wow," Chuckie and I both say.

"Wanna look for an adventure with us," I asked.

"Sure," Phil and Lil both say. We then started looking when another came.

"What are you babies doing," she asks.

"Looking for adventure," I said, "I'm Tommy.

"Tommy? No kidding. Well, there's a corncidence."

"What do you mean," I asked.

"I'm Angelica, your cousin."

"Wow, you must be my Daddy's big brother's daughter," I said.

"That's right and I know where you can find an adventure."

Lou's POV:

That neighbor, Chad... or whatever his name is... was here and he won't shut up.

"And that time you were in that legendary hidden temple, I mean wow. I know why you retired, but..."

"Wait, are you saying I'm washed up," I asked.

"What? No, I was..."

"I'll show you who's washed up!" I then walked away.

Chas' POV:

What just happened?

Tommy's POV:

Our adventure was in the kitchen where we were getting this jar from the counter.

"Remember, there will be a reward if you get me that jar," says Angelica.

"Guys, I think she's just making up stuff," says Chuckie.

"She's my cousin," I said.

"So, you only met her today," says Chuckie.

We then got down the jar and it was a jar of cookies and Angelica takes it.

"What about the reward," I asked.

"I never said who gets the reward," says Angelica, "dumb babies." She then walks away.

"She's mean," says Phil.

"I just wanted to be an adventurer like my Grandpa," I said.

"Is that your grandpa over there," asks Lil.

He was getting in the car. "Washed up. They won't think I'm washed up when I find the Crown of Anubis!"

"Guys, Grandpa's going on an adventure," I said, "let's go with him and help him find this New Bus Crown."

"I have a bad feeling about this," says Chuckie. We then snuck on the car with my Grandpa. We're on our way to adventure!
