Napoleon was waiting on Illya when he returned to their office and decided to tease him a little.

In a good mood at how well Emerson and April had gotten along, Illya decided to tease his partner right back as the perfect moment arose - Napoleon was taking a drink of coffee. Making sure he was not directly across, Illya gave a slight smile.
