Mark gestured at the plate.

"Bland? Thre's some white blob that's supposed to be a meat with another white blob that's supposed to be a veg and yet another white blob they claim is dessert.

Mark sighed and tossed his napkin over the plate.

"If his goal was for me not to eat, it worked."

April winced, then looked at the clear liquid in his cup.

"Can you at least hold down the water?"

Giving the cup a disgusted look, Mark shifted the napkin to cover that too.

"That muck is lukewarm water pretending to be tea."
