"The appearance makes me wonder if THRUSH has perhaps discarded the healing aspects of their earlier formula and have now moved to weaponize the effects."

Napoleon picked up the photo closest to him.

"If they aren't, they certainly are going in the wrong direction for healing. Do we know who either of these people were?"
