Chapter Seventeen:

When a Princess Feels Something is Missing

Good viewers of PUZZLEVISION, after an incredible and nostalgic adventure with a man and his dumbass dog, the time has come for the next show. This one will be different, and it starts with a question;

Do you like fairy tales?

Of course you do, fairy tales have been a staple for years. Who doesn't love stories of princesses, witches, princes, dragons, and lovely maidens, especially when those are still being told in different ways today. Oh, PUZZLEVISION has a fairy tale for you, my friends, and let us hope it is worth it in the end.

Now, allow us to begin our trip into a magical fairy tale land unlike any other. Sit back, grab some spaghetti, or popcorn, and our journey will commence...

Once upon a time, in the magical world of SMG4 land, there lived a sinister witch with a large nose, warts on his face, black hair, and overalls of blue and white. This witch was SMG4, and he resided in an odd castle of sorts, brewing potions and laughing deviously as he plotted evil things.

The evil witch stood at the cauldron in her room, stirring something smelly and sinister, then she turned away and began laughing deviously. And she laughed so hard... her back gave out. Now, when we say that her back gave out, her back started hurting like mad.

SMG4 howled in agony, clutching her back as her spine flared up, and she called for her minions. A small orange-haired girl in robes made her appearance, followed by a green-haired associate in a jumpsuit. The two females tended to their master, and the first attendant, Meggy, studied SMG4's injured back to see what was wrong with it.

"You laughed too hard, you wrenched your back and fractured a spine." The witch's assistant told SMG4 after studying her back for a lengthy period of time.

"PREPARE ME A HEALING POTION, YOU LACKWITS!" SMG4 proclaimed.

Melony, who often assisted SMG4 with her crafting of potions, picked up a bottle that was attached to her belt and was filled with glowing blue liquid. "I have one right here, boss." The green-haired potions assistant said with a sweet smile, "You have to drink it all if you want your back to heal."

Meggy helped her master sit up, and Melony opened the flash, then she placed it in the injured SMG4's hand and the sinister witch drank ever last ounce of the potion that was in the bottle.

"You learned well in the art of potions, my beauty." SMG4 said to Melony, "And how long until my back has healed?"

"You have a few minutes until the potion takes effect." Melony answered, "May we suggest you relax in bed as you recover. Don't laugh so hard next time, mistress SMG4. Your body is fragile, and your bones are brittle due to all of the aging caused by magic."

"Ah, yes. And I haven't made a potion to strengthen those bones yet." SMG4 chuckled, "But once I heal, I will craft that potion, then when my bones are strong again, the world will tremble when they see me laughing maniacally as I carry out my evil deeds and strike terror across the lands. Ha ha ha ha!

"Oh..." The witch's eyes lit up as something occurred to him, and he smiled at both Melony and Meggy, "And as for you, my pretties, I think your weekly four-dollar paycheck is in order."

Melony and Meggy hugged each other with glee. "Thank you, mistress SMG4!" Meggy said happily, "We are happy to serve someone so wickedly generous as you."

In the lovely forests, populated by many exotic animals, which included a deer with a mustached human head wearing a red hat named Mario, there was a beautiful princess, pure of heart, named SMG3. The princess was walking through the woodlands, sporting purple-black overalls, and a hat that bore a skull symbol on it for some reason.

Oh, and she had red eyes. Not to worry about that, dear viewers, this princess was never evil, don't let the skull symbol fool you. She was an unparalleled beauty, embodying every romantic dream most princesses had.

Princess SMG3 surveyed the beauty of the trees, and the animals moving around her, then she coughed and a pair of critters backed up. While it would seem the princess was happy, she felt as though something was missing in her heart. What is it that she was missing, let us find out together, dear follower.

The princess sat down on a cut-up log, while the animals surrounded her, and looked up to the sky with a hand over her heart. And then, she began to sing her song in the most attractive of singing voices ever imaginable;

"I feel as though something is missing in my heart.

"Perhaps I should just let it go.

"But if I do that though, I'll start to lose sight of why I became a princess so long ago.

"Because, I want... MONEY!"

"I want money! I want a sugary prince, so that he will make me rich!

"I'll be his princess if he will just give me what I wish for.

"And that is money. Sweet, sweet money, so I can be the richest princess of all.

"Oh, but who will ever be that sugary prince who will make me rich?

"Let me have what I've been wishing for, for so long, which is... money."

SMG3 sat down, and Deer Mario came to her side. The princess rubbed the antler-bearing Italian's head, and said, "Oh, deer Mario. Who will ever be my sugary prince?"

"I don't-a know, SMG3." Mario replied, "Perhaps no one wants you."

"We'll be your friends, no matter what, your highness." A bunny said gleefully to SMG3.

The princess smiled happily, and scratched the bunny's ear in a gentle manner, while the other animals gathered around the stump and made various noises while offering their support to the troubled princess...
