Ikaruga was standing on a stone in a sword drawn stance with her eyes closed. Her eyes snapped open as she drew her sword. ""Secret Ninja Art: Blaze of the Chinese Phoenix!" She was surrounded by a crimson flame that took the form of a phoenix. "Haaaa!" Ikaruga slashed and created a crimson flame attack.
"Come my Dragon!" Katsuragi said, jumping in the air as a blue dragon aura appeared behind her. Secret Ninja Art: Tornado Spindle!" Katsuragi landed on the ground and used her hands and planted it on the ground to spin herself fast, making a tornado.
"Secret Ninja Art: Destructive Arms." Yagyuu said, twirling her umbrella. An Aura of a squid appeared and started to spin, destroying the rocks around her. Secret Ninja Art, Also known as Summoning Ninja Arts. A powerful shinobi's technique that brings forth a supernatural creature from the user's mind.
Naruto was sitting in the tree watching. 'Their chakra and aura are in sync but not as strong as it could be.'
"Impressive performance, Ikaruga, Katsuragi. Yagyuu, your squid-wielding was impressive as usual."
"Squid-wielding? What is that supposed to be?" Asuka asked.
"Kiriya-sensei is quite the flatterer." Ikaruga said.
"But he's telling the truth." Naruto said, jumping down from the tree. "You guys are pretty strong."
"But not as strong as you." Ikaruga responded with a frown. Naruto approached the girl and patted her head, making her blush.
"Your skills are great and soon you'll catch up and maybe even surpass me." Naruto said.
"Listen to him, girls. He trained with his mother for a long time and because of that, he had a headstart on you. That's why he's here to help. Naruto, show them your scrolls." Kiriya asked.
Naruto nodded and pulled out three scrolls, shocking the girls. "How do you have three transformation scrolls?" Asuka asked.
"My mom represents the blue one, my dad is the yellow and my grandmother figure is the green. The blue is the balance between speed and power, yellow is speed and green is power. If I ever need to get serious, I can use all three at once but it'll drain my stamina." Naruto explained.
"Excellent, Asuka, Hibari. You two need to work on your summonings." Kiriya said.
"And while you two do that." Naruto stepped in and turned to Ikaruga, Katsuragi and Yagyuu. "I'll teach you three how to use your powers without the shinobi transformation."
"What do you mean, Naruto-kun.?" Katsuragi asked.
"The Shinobi transformation brings out your full power and amplifies it, but it drains you as well since you're using all your power all at once. So if you let your power grow in your normal form and only use the minimum, it'll grow. Also if you train yourself in your normal form and use a little of your divine chakra, you can power up your normal attack and make yourself faster. Let me show you." Naruto said and stood across from Ikaruga. He pulled out a sword and smirked at the long haired girl. "Come at me,"
Ikaruga nodded and charged Naruto, then proceeded to attack him but he was able to parry them easily. "How? I'm using my full power."
"Because my normal form is as strong as your shinobi transformation." Naruto said as he put his chakra into his blade and swung at Ikaruga, causing a huge gust of wind, knocking all the girls off their feet. "Now imagine how strong I would be with my Shinobi Transformation."
"Wow, you will be even stronger than before. Alright, I'll become strong like you." Katsuragi said.
"I won't be left behind." Yagyuu said.
"Alright, Hibari. You said you finally have a summon you wanted to try." Kiriya said.
"Hai! I've been thinking about a summon I want to be friends with." Hibari said as she ran to a cliff and closed her eyes to concentrate.
"What is she trying to summon?" Asuka asked.
"She said something she could be friends with." Katsuragi answered.
"I bet it's a cat, dog or rabbit." Naruto said with a smile. Yagyuu nodded and watched her sister figure trying to summon something.
Chakra started to gather around Hibari then a rabbit appeared behind her. "It's here!" Hibari cheered.
"I knew it." Naruto said.
"And it's pink." Ikaruga said. Hibari hopped on the rabbit and started to ride it everywhere through the mountains.
"She's having fun." Naruto commented. The rabbit landed in front of them and Hibari jumped off.
"Hmm, your rabbit wielding skills are astounding." Kiriya said.
"Good job, Hibari." Yagyuu said.
"You can't talk about bunnies without a bunny girl." Katsuragi said. "I have a cosplay right here." Katsuragi said, holding up a bunny outfit.
"When did you get that?" Ikaruga asked.
"A good shinobi has a disguise ready all the time." Katsuragi answered.
"Good job Hibari." Asuka said.
"Thank you, now it's your turn Asuka-chan." Hibari responded.
"All right, Asuka. You're next." Kiriya said, making Asuka panic a bit. Asuka jumped on the cliff and closed her eyes to concentrate. Naruto frowned because she was nervous, she wasn't picturing an animal. She was hoping for something random.
"What's on your mind, Naruto-kun?" Naruto turned to Katsuragi and blushed. She was wearing a red bunny girl outfit. Katsuragi noticed and smiled. "You like what you see, Naruto-kun?" Katsugi asked, posing for him.
"I..uh…you look beautiful but you don't have to wear that." Naruto said, trying not to look at her breast.
"Katsuragi, stop bothering Naruto-san." Ikaruga said.
Naruto smiled and turned back to Asuka. "Come on." Asuka said, crossed-cross.
'She has a lot of power, she has more potential than the others.' Naruto thought. Asuka let out her breath and sighed in disappointment.
"Nothing beats relaxing in the pool after a tough morning of training!" Katsuragi said, as she poured water on herself. She was wearing a blue two-piece bikini with a red star on the left breast piece.
"You should play with us, Ikaruga-chan." Hibari said.
"No thank you." Ikaruga responded. "I'm about to go shower." Ikaruga said as she left the room
"Where's Naruto-kun?" Katsuragi asked.
"He's outside." Yagyuu said, pointing at the blonde. Naruto was punching and kicking the air. As he was doing that, he was creating bursts of wind. "Naruto-senpai, join us." Yagyuu said.
Naruto stopped what he was doing and turned to the girls. "Sure, why not." Naruto said as he dropped a smoke bomb and now he was in black and orange swimming trunks. Hibari and Yagyuu blushed, while Katsuragi drooled at the blonde's abs.
"You're such a hunk, Naruto-kun." Katsuragi said as Naruto went into the kid pool she was in and sat next to her.
"Thanks, where's the others?" Naruto asked.
"Ikaruga-senpai and Asuka-senpai are in the shower." Yagyuu answered. Naruto nodded and proceeded to relax.
"Say Naruto-kun, what are your summons?" Katsuragi asked.
Naruto chuckled. "I'll show you mine once Asuka learns hers. I don't want her to be nervous and try to force herself to catch up."
Katsuragi nodded and noticed Asuka coming out the hall, so she grabbed her legs, making her fall in the pool. Naruto caught her before she landed. "Thanks, Naruto-kun. I just changed clothes, it would've been unfortunate if I got wet."
"No problem, Asuka-chan." Naruto said.
Asuka smiled at him, then blush when she saw her hand on his wet abs. 'He feels warm and nice. Wait, what am I thinking?" Asuka asked herself as she stood up. Kiriya appeared in a puff of smoke and looked around.
"Great, you all are here. There's something I wanted to tell you. You are not allowed to make contact with outsiders for the near future." Kiriya said.
"Is it because of the other shinobi in the area?" Naruto asked.
"Other shinobi?" Asuka repeated.
"Yes, the puppeteer that targeted you girls might be with a group. So anyone could be an enemy." Naruto said.
"Precisely." Kiriya said. "That be the reason."
Katsuragi stood up with a look of determination. "No matter how many that show up, I'll kick their asses!"
"No!" Kiriya responded.
"Katsuragi-chan, we don't know the enemy nor how many there are. All we can do is prepare, if they attacked you before, they will appear again." Naruto said, patting the girl on the head.
"What Naruto said, also Naruto. The enemy might not know of you yet, you outside school. Try not to travel too close together with the girls." Kiriya said.
"I got ya." Naruto said.
Naruto was on the roof of a store with his eyes closed. "I don't sense anything." Naruto said as he jumped down and landed next to the girls.
"Great, thanks Naruto-san." Ikaruga said.
"No problem, we're a team. So we should protect each other." Naruto said.
"I can't believe Kiriya-sensei is so scared of some puppets. We can beat them, right Asuka-chan?" Katsuragi said.
"I wouldn't know, I wasn't there." Asuka said, thinking of Homura. "I guess I won't see her again."
"I have a feeling that Kiriya-sensei knew the people who attacked us." Ikaruga said.
"I got the same feeling, so if he told us not to fight. That means we're not ready." Naruto said.
"I think we are." Katsuragi said.
"Doesn't matter anyway, it was an order and we have to follow it." Yagyuu said.
"I'm scared that we will get attacked." Hibari said.
""Don't worry, I'll protect you."" Naruto and Yagyuu said at the same time. Yagyuu turned to Naruto and gave him a warm smile.
"And I'll protect Asuka'a breast." Katsuragi said, grabbing Asukas breast and making her bump into a tree. When this happened, a tree frog went in Asuka's shirt.
"NOOO!" Asuka screamed.
"A frog jumped into my shirt, help me!" Asuka begged. Katsurago took off her shirt and as she did, Naruto created a small barrier. Ikaruga gave Naruto an appreciative smile. Katsuragi saw the frog leap from between Asuka's cleavage and she caught it.
"Come on Asuka, remember you're a shinobi and start acting like it." Ikaruga said.
"It's ok." Naruto said, gaining the girl's attention. "It's natural to be scared of things you don't like. We may be shinobi but we're human too." Naruto said, helping Asuka up.
Later that night, while the girls were sleeping. Asuka was in her room, wearing a cat onesie while looking through an animal book. "I figured you'd be awake." Asuka turned to see Naruto by her door, wearing a fox onesie.
"Naruto-kun, why are you awake?" Asuka asked as Naruto approached her bed and sat beside her.
"I was worried you would doubt yourself since you couldn't perform a summon." Naruto said.
Asuka nodded and turned to the book. "Everyone says I'll simply know, I tried looking at precise images of animals but nothing happened."
"I see, well I want you to know that I believe in you. It's ok to work at your own pace and to ask for help. I'm here for you Asuka-chan." Naruto said, making the girl blush.
Asuka sat up and hugged the blonde. "Thanks Naruto-kun, do you have any advice?"
Naruto folded his arms and nodded. "Well I do, you said you tried every animal but I bet there's one you didn't try. The one you are scared off."
Asuka blinked a couple times before she went pale. "You can't be suggesting…"
"Why is there a counter here?" Ikaruga asked, staring at the counter in the middle of their hideout.
"It couldn't be." Asuka said.
"So you're finally here." A voice said behind the counter as a oldman stood up.
"Ji-chan!" Asuka yelled, running up to the old man and hugging him.
"That's your grandpa?" Ikaruga asked. "Asuka-san, that person is…"
The old man looked at the students and bowed. "Thanks for taking care of my granddaughter."
Naruto stared at the man with a shocked look. 'They can't feel it but the power coming from this guy almost rivals kaa-chan.'
"Hanzo-sama?" Ikaruga said before bowing.
"The legendary Shinobi." Katsuragi added.
Hanzo went behind the counter and started to cook some rice. "I was thinking of making some sushi for you girls." Hanzo said before turning to Naruto. "You must be Naruto-san."
"Hai, it's nice to meet you." Naruto said.
"I can feel great strength coming from you." Hanzo said, making the girls look at the male blonde.
"Same here, you're strong." Naruto responded.
"Oh, you can sense divine chakra. That takes a lot of practice and dedication. I would love to see how strong you are." Hanzo said. "But first, Sushi rolls."
"Wait, what about your shop?" Ikaruga asked.
"Ji-chan retired and my parents run the shop." Asuka said.
"I see, your parents." Ikaruga whispered to herself.
After eating the sushi rolls, Naruto saw Hanzo and Asuka walking to the other side of the room, most likely talking about summons. "What? A-A tree frog?" Asuka said before looking at Naruto. "You were right."
"Hmm, how did he find out?" Hanzo asked Asuka.
"He said the only animal I didn't think of was a tree frog because I don't like them." Asuka explained, shaking in fear.
"Maybe I should've got you accustomed to it while you were young." Hanzo said. "As a shinobi, you must overcome this."
"I'll do my best." Asuka responded.
Naruto just smiled and approached the girl. "I'll help you out." Naruto said, patting the girl's head.
Asuka blushed and brought Naruto's hand to her cheek, giving a soft smile. "Thanks Naruto-kun."
Naruto blushed a bit at this. 'Wow, has Asuka-chan always been this cute?' "you're really beautiful." Naruto mumbled.
Asuka blushed. "Huh, I-I'm beautiful?" Asuka asked with her heart beating fast.
Naruto blushed and looked away, scratching his cheek. "Um yeah, you're cute. Asuka-chan."
"Ho ho, you understand Asuka's cuteness." Hanzo said, patting Naruto on the back. "I approve of your relationship with my granddaughter."
"Come on, Asuka. The frogs won't bite." Katsuragi said as they stood in front of a pool of frogs.
"Don't joke like that!" Asuka retorted. The girls were wearing bikinis and Naruto was wearing trunks.
"Don't worry, I believe in you." Naruto said.
"I just can't do it." Asuka slipped and fell in the pool. A Frog flew out and landed between Ikaruga's legs.
"Ahh. get it off." Ikaruga asked as it hopped out her shirt and landed on her face.
"Here, I got it." Naruto said, collecting the frog. He walked to the pool and got in the water and sat back to back with Asuka. "I sit with you, Asuka-chan. I'll help you."
"Thanks Naruto-kun." Asuka and Ikaruga said with a small smile. Naruto grabbed Asuka's hand and held it.
"Just focus on me. I promise the frogs won't hurt." Naruto said.
"You were attacked again?" Naruto asked. They were in the main room with Kiriya-sensei.
"I shouldn't have made contact with an outsider." Ikaruga said.
"Well, you technically didn't break the rules." Naruto said. "She approached you."
"I couldn't do anything." Asuka said with a frown. "I'm sorry, Ikaruga-san."
"It's all right. I'm the one who asked you to stay back." Ikaruga replied.
"I see! You kicked her ass!" Katsuragi cheered. "Damn! I wish I've been there."
"No, I held back during the fight." Ikaruga said. "A shinobi has to avoid senseless fights, after all." Naruto narrowed his eyes on Ikaruga.
'She's lying, she doesn't want to worry the others or she's ashamed of herself.' Naruto thought to himself as they ate.
"I would've been serious and gave them a beating. Like this!" Katsuragi jumped onto Asuka and started to grope her.
"She's as lively as ever." Naruto smiled but internally, he was upset. "Everyday, they're being targeted. I'll have to step in soon."
"Ikaruga, come with me." Kiriya ordered. Naruto stared at the two as they walked.
"Naruto-senpai." Naruto turned to Yagyuu, who had a concerned look. "Are you ok?"
Everyone turned to Naruto. "Do you want to group Asuka's bosom with me?" Katsuragi asked her fellow blonde.
"I'm ok, it's that. You guys have been targeted back to back, and I was thinking that I'll have to step in soon." Naruto said.
"I see, I agree." Hanzou said before looking at the boy. "Now Naruto-kun, are you interested in building a harem?"
Naruto's eyes widened and blushed. "Why would you ask that?"
"I see you don't realize the position you are in. You are the only male Shinobi among beautiful girls. Obviously you should take advantage of the girl's cuteness."
"Ji-chan, you stop being weird." Asuka said with an embarrassing blush.
"Come on now, Asuka. I know for a fact that you wouldn't mind marrying Naruto." Hansou said.
Asuka blushed and looked at Naruto, then started to play with her fingers. "I mean, I wouldn't mind."
"I'm in, Naruto-kun is amazing and a hunk." Katsuragi said.
"I wouldn't be opposed." Yagyuu said.
"G-girls, I'm not worth the trouble-" "you are worth it." Naruto was cut off by the three girls.
Naruto just chuckled, then his eyes widened. He ran to the slide door and opened it, Ikaruga was staring down a hall with her eyes narrowed. "You sensed it, too?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah, it felt like someone was watching me." Ikaruga said. The other girls ran to the hall and looked down.
"There's no one there now." Asuka said. The girls walked in but Naruto grabbed Ikaruga's shoulder.
"What is it, Naruto-san?" Ikaruga asked.
"I'm here for you." Ikaruga's eyes widened at the remark. "I know you lost the fight but don't hold everything in. you have people who care about you."
Ikaruga gave Naruto a warm smile and nodded. "Thanks Naruto-san."
Ikaruga just got out of the bath and headed to her room. When she reached for the door handle, she sensed someone in and grabbed her weapon. She opened the door and saw someone looking through her trunk. "Who are you?"
"That's a dangerous toy you have there." The man turned around but before the man could answer, Naruto appeared from the ceiling and had a kunai to his throat.
"How did you get in here?" Naruto asked.
'I didn't even sense him.' Ikaruga thought and turned to the man. "Nii-sama?" Ikaruga said and turned to Naruto. "You can let him go." Naruto nodded and walked to Ikaruga's side.
"It's been a while." the man said.
"What are you doing here, nii-sama?"
"Don't call me that? I don't have a sister." the man replied, grabbing Ikaruga's sword.
"What are you doing with Hien?" Ikaruga asked in a dangerous tone.
"What am I going to do?' it's mine to begin with." Ikaruga's brother said.
"It's not yours." Naruto said. "It's Ikaruga-chan's and it'll be in your best interest to let the sword go."
"Outsiders should stay out of it."
"Naruto-san is right, Hien was given to me by Otou-sama-" Ikaruga paused and closed her mouth.
"Otou-sama? You're so shameless. You really think you're part of my family?" the man said. "I might not be able to wield this but it's a family heirloom. It's not something an outsider should carry around with her. Hien was supposed to be mine, only if you didn't exist." Once the man said that, he felt ki pressing on his body and it was coming from Naruto.
"Don't you ever say such horrible things, you are lucky to have a sister like Ikaruga." Naruto said.
"I see, you have the hots for this outsider." the man said.
"I'm truly sorry and apologize for being an eyesore to you." Ikaruga said.
"Why are you making fun of me?" the man asked.
"I'll will be taking Hien back, though." Ikaruga said in an even more dangerous tone.
"Try if you can." the man said hold up the sword in his hand, only for it to be gone. Ikaruga reappeared in front of him with the katana in her hand.
"Fool, I will take Hien back. I won a chain-sickle tournament when I was in elementary school." Ikaruga's step-brother pulled out some chains and swung it at the girl and it wrapped around her arm. "How do you like that?"
Ikaruga disappeared and put him in a headlock. "Please stop." her brother broke free and attempted to slash at her but Narutp grabbed his wrist.
"Big brothers shouldn't hurt their sisters." Naruto said as Ikaruga pulled a rope and trap on the floor opened up and the man was sent down under.
"I'll never accept you, never!" the man screamed. Ikaruga began to cry but Naruto pulled her into a hug.
"Let it out." he said, rubbing her back. "He doesn't deserve you. You are an amazing person, he might be your brother but he's angry. Give him time."
Ikaruga just returned the hug and nodded in the blondes chest.
Naruto was unhappy about what he was seeing. He was criss-cross on top of a hill watching the girls train. Ikaruga was letting her emotions bother her and was hard on the others, lecturing them back to back. He knew he had to help but he wanted to see if she realized. "You're really on edge today." he heard Katsuragi say.
"I'm not on edge." Ikaruga said. "We don't know when the dark shinobi will attack us again. We have to be stronger."
"But yelling at people won't do any good." Katsuragi replied.
"You wouldn't be this lax-"
"Ikaruga-chan!" the girls turned their attention to Naruto, who landed in front of them. "You need to calm down. Training is good but if you overdo it, you'll make a mistake."
"Everyone, let's take a break." Asuka said, holding a box of sushi rolls.
"Good Idea." Naruto agreed. As the girls sat, Ikaruga sat far away and analyzed her team.
"She was able to calm everyone down with her cheerful personality." Ikaruga said.
"Asuka has that effect on people." Naruto said, sitting next to her.
"Perhaps she should be class leader." Ikaruga said.
"I disagree with that." Naruto said. "While you were making a mistake, you did it because you care. You just can't let your fear of losing to the dark shinobi take control of your emotions." Naruto said before patting the girl's head. "You are amazing, remember. We are here for you and I'll protect you if you can't protect yourself." Ikaruga blushed at the blonde's words.
"Well said, Naruto-san." Hanzou said, appearing behind them. "We are a shinobi family so rely on us."
"Shinobi family…" Ikaruga said with a smile. "How about we help Asuka with her summon, Naruto-kun."
"Sure, let's go." Ikaruga said and grabbed Naruto's hand, dragging him away. The three stood under a waterfall and tried to concentrate.
"Why am I doing this?" Asuka asked.
"Frogs like water, so you should be one with water." Ikaruga said. "Do you feel like a frog?"
"Y-yes." Asuka asked, shivering. Ikaruga smiled and grabbed a basket of frogs and threw it on her. "AAAAHHHHHH!" Asuka screams in fear. Naruto just chuckled nervously.
"I can't do it, I can't be friends with them." Asuka said with sadness.
"Frogs aren't scary, it's just in your head." Ikaruga said.
"Yeah, see." Naruto said, with a frog on his head. "Just keep trying"
"Yeah Asuka-san, we're family and here to help." Ikaruga said with a smile.
"Right, I'll keep going." Asuka said as she reached out to a frog. The frog hopped on to her hand and scared Asuka. "Ikaruga-san."
"You can't even knock it off?" Ikaruga asked.
"I'll feel sorry for the frog if I did that!" Asuka said.
"Naruto 's eyes widened and went to Ikaruga before whispering in her ear "she doesn't want to hurt the frog, we can use this." Ikaruga smiled and nodded.
"I have to check on something for a minute." Ikaruga said and turned around. "Naruto-kun, come with me." Asuka just sat there with the frog on her hand.
"It's not scary, it's not scary." Asuka said, looking at the frog. "No, it's still scary!" Asuka said.
"Watch out!" Asuka looked up and saw a huge boulder flying towards her. The frog jumped off her hand and landed on a rock where the boulder was going to land.
"Oh no!" Asuka leapt towards the frog and grabbed it to protect it. She looked behind her and saw the boulder was made of paper mache. "Huh?" Asuka looked up and saw Ikaruga holding a rope. "Ikaruga-san, don't scare me."
"You finally touched a frog on your own." Naruto said, appearing out of nowhere.
"Huh?" Asuka looked in front of her and at the frog. "I thought it was going to die and grabbed it."
"Are you still scared?" Ikaruga said as she jumped down.
"No, I'm not." Asuka said, staring at the frog. "Why, not? And actually, it's rather cute."
"Good job, Asuka-chan." Naruto said. "Now to work on your secret move."
After changing their clothes, Asuka was in a bamboo forest with her short swords out. She channeled green chakra into her swords and charged forward. "Secret Ninja Art: Dual Sword Combo Slash!" Asuka sent out slashes of energy and cut down multiple bamboos. She slowly sheathed her blades and once it was, the bamboo fell. "I did it."
"Amazing!" "wow!" "Not bad!" Katsuragi, Hibari and Yagyuu said.
"You did it, Asuka-san." Ikaruga cheered.
Naruto approached the girl and patted her head. "I knew you could do it." he said with his foxy grin.
Asuka blushed and hugged the boy. "Thanks for believing in me, Naruto-kun." Asuka turned to Ikaruga and hugged her as well. "Thank you, Ikaruga-san."
"My granddaughter is lucky to have an older sister and a future husband like you two." Hanzou teased.
