I think it might be better to add the "Character:" for even Kazuma and Toji. Originally I didn't because it was more similar to LN.)

Today, this peculiar party decided to go on their first adventure. So they went to the guild to find their first quest.

Aqua: "Hey Kazuma? How about this?"

Aqua picked out a quest with a very high Eris reward. Unfortunately it was because it was to slay a gigantic monster which would be a death wish for this party... Or would it? Considering Toji is here?

But They don't know Toji's full strength so Kazuma decided to reject the quest for safety.

Kazuma: "What the hell, Aqua? That could get us killed in seconds. We wouldn't even scratch that monster."

Kazuma looked at the quest board to find a good quest himself.

Kazuma: "Hmmm... Slay a couple giant toads near the area eh? That shouldn't be a problem.

Hey, Counter Lady! I want this quest!"

Luna: "Of course! And also, my name is Luna. Please refer to me by my name from now on.

Kazuma: "Alright, Luna."

They all went to the outskirts of Axel when they a couple giant toads in the distance.

Don't look down on them just because they're frogs.

They were bigger than bulls. It was their mating season, so they were accumulating nutrition to lay eggs. They roamed around human settlements where food was more plentiful, swallowing goats raised by farmers in a single gulp.

If they could swallow a goat whole, swallowing Aqua and me would be easy too.

In fact, children and farmers often went missing during their mating season.

Even though they looked just like frogs, they were still dangerous monsters, stronger than the small and exterminated monsters near town.

By the way, their meat was a bit tough, but it was pleasant and refreshing. A rather popular ingredient.

Their thick fat was effective against blunt attacks.

They hated metals, so they wouldn't hunt you if you were fully equipped. It was an easy foe for normal adventurers.

Meanwhile Kazuma...

Kazuma: "AHHHHH HELP ME!! AQUA! TOJI!! HELP ME!!!"

Kazuma was being chased by one of the giant toads.

Aqua was just laughing at Kazuma while Toji walked closer to the toad chasing Kazuma.

Giant Toad: "Ribbit? "

Toji delivered a extremely quick and powerful slash using his Defense-Bypassing Sword. He named it Bypass.

(I renamed it Bypass so it is easier to type the name later in chapters)

The toad was defeated and very, very dead.

Kazuma: "Huh!?"

Kazuma stood in awe at Toji's power.

Meanwhile...

Toji: "Let's get this quest completed as soon as possible..."

Toji got into a stance, and then proceeded to Dash around the place, killing all the toads with ease.

Making Incredible leaps from one toad to the other.

Absolutely destroying them using Bypass.

All 5 of the formidable giant toads were dead in only 10 seconds.

Most of the time was Toji just running towards them. It didn't even take him more than a second to kill one.

There were more than 5 toads there, but they got intimidated and ran away.

Aqua and Kazuma: "HUHHHH??!?"

Both of them were amazed. Toji was now seen as the strongest of their current party.

They all gathered the frog legs to serve as proof of them defeating them all.

They went to the guild and collected the 20,000 Eris Reward.

Originally, it was 25,000 Eris. But They decided to use 5,000 to buy food.

At the guild,

Toji: "Great, another day of eating food I never would have tried in my entire life. Today it's... Grilled frog legs?"

Aqua and Kazuma dug in as if it was everyday for them. Toji decided to do the same.

After eating.

Kazuma: "We only have 3 members in this party.

Think it's about time to recruit some people?"

Aqua: "It's fineeeee, Toji is an absolute power house! More party members would only drag him down."

Toji: "Not really. I act mostly independently. More company doesn't sound too bad either."

Kazuma: "So it's settled! We're putting up a flyer for recruitment!

After putting up the recruitment flyer. They went back to the stables to sleep.

The next day...

Kazuma: "No ones coming..."

Aqua: "I think we should lower the requirements Kazuma. I think the requirement being only recruiting top-tier jobs was a bit too grueling..."

Suddenly, a red-eyed girl showed up at their table.

Mysterious Girl: "I saw the notice recruiting adventurers with top-tiers jobs. Are you the ones who posted it?"
