Gryff messes
During lunch, after making sure that Lily had no pressing matter for him, as she usually did and always left for last, Sev, who was bonded to Deborah, chatted with Dumbledore about the most pressing thing, making an appointment for the next week flying lessons.
"I can't assure you anything, because today is Sunday and Professor Wing is not at school," the Headmaster told him. They each went home and then to the Library. The Slys arrived earlier, because they were faster and more organized and lived much closer. Lauren was already there too, on a bench halfway between the one at the back, where the Gryffs sat, and one towards the center, where the Slys sat. These again were strategically arranged to carry out their tasks.
When the Gryffs arrived they also did so strategically. On the way home and back, Cecile had already told the other four occlumants, bonded, everything she had read in Potter, and the five of them had spent the entire time laughing. So now they had to read them all again except Sirius in case they had suspected something.
So the Gryffs sat, Frank, Alice, Remus, Cecile, Lily and Sirius on the back bench, facing the other tables, Lily had previously told Sirius to sit with her and to ask Mary to do it in front of them. So Mary sat in front of Sirius, Bethany in front of Lily, next to her James, in front of Cecile, and next to him the rat, in front of Remus.
In five minutes they had the all in order, since these were very recent thoughts. None of the four had noticed that they weren't talking to each other while laughing.
They each dedicated themselves to their own thing, Cecile and Remus continued practicing Legilimency, Cecile did it with Frank, who was the furthest away from her, practicing distance and speed, and Remus with Alice, up close but without looking her in the eyes, practicing depth.
In theory Lily should have been practicing too, but she had more important things to do. First of all, she bonded with Lauren, corrected all the Rune translations that she had done in the morning and gave her homework for a while longer, so that she would be busy at least until three, when Sev would leave.
She bonded with him and overheard him explaining Charms theory to Fiona.
He said to her, "Excuse me for a moment, Fiona, I have to talk to Valerie."

"Hello, honey, what a surprise," he said to Lily. "How about Lauren?"

They continued like this until three o'clock. Sev asking Fiona about Charms theory and Lily pretending that she was studying Runes listening to them, bonded.

They laughed.
"Sev, don't say funny things, I can't hide."

They unbonded. Lily bonded with Lauren. "Have you finished what I gave you, Lauren?"

They unbonded. Lily asked Sirius, "How are you doing, Black? What year are you studying?"
"Fifth."
"And you already control everything?"
"Yes, practically. It's the most recent," he replied.
"Do you want us to review third and fourth?"
"It would be great for me. But you are studying Runes, right?"
"I only need an Acceptable and I will get Outstanding," she answered. "I'm already bored, I'll continue at times, there's still tomorrow. It will be good for me to review Charms."

"It's not necessary, I know everything by heart."

They reviewed all the third and fourth grade theory, which took them two hours.

"Nothing was wrong, Lily, I just need an EE, with the recipes in the book I can get it."
"I have my notebooks written down. Tomorrow I'll leave them for you in the Herbology stash."
"Great, Lily."
"Let's continue with Runes then. I'll give you a lot of homework, for everything that remains of the afternoon and evening."

Lily did it.
"After dinner I'm not going to comeback to the Library," she said. "We'll meet tomorrow when you finish your Charms practical, you're going to finish it much later than me.This alphabetical order thing is a nuisance for all of you who have surnames with the last letters."
"Of course. Sev still has his turn after me."
"Don't worry about Sev, he doesn't get nervous. I'm more worried about Anthony."
"Yes, Anthony can get nervous, he is much more insecure," said Lauren.
"I hope they don't rush him."
"Sev will be supporting him the entire time while we wait. He will make it."
"Sure. See you tomorrow then, Lauren."

Lily unbonded from Lauren and asked Sirius, "Do you already have all fifth, Black?"
"Yes I think so."
"I'm going to ask you, okay? About the three years, mixed."
"Go ahead."
Lily spent the more than an hour until they went home asking Sirius about all the Charms theory. He only had three mistakes. They got up to go home to leave their belongings.
"Brilliant," she appraised. "It will be a coincidence that we just have to deal with a topic that you were wrong about."

During dinner Lily read to herself, she wanted to know what Potter thought first hand and if anyone was suspicious of her exchange with Black in the Library. Nothing from Pettigrew or Potter. Bethany was delighted with life, because she was paying attention to Black instead of Potter, and Mary was getting jealous.
She read her more deeply into that aspect of her life and she discovered that she really liked Potter, that she had gotten involved with Sirius with the intention of getting closer to the former, and that precisely for that reason she hid her relationship with him.
Great. I have to tell Sirius tomorrow, Lily thought. We kill four birds with one stone. She stops being jealous, Sirius gets rid of her, I get rid of Potter and he finds a girlfriend.
They returned home and everyone returned to the Library except Lily and Sirius. They settled in the corner where they used to see each other at night, as it was still daytime there was good light. They reviewed one by one all the spells that were on the exam syllabus until Sirius got them perfect. It took them two hours, until after curfew.
Although the others had already returned from the Library an hour ago, no one bothered them, as they in turn began to review the practice of Charms.

That's what they did, they all came out the first time, in another half hour.

They laughed.
