BOOM!

At the First National Kids Candy Bank, there was an explosion that gave a bunch of thieves to make off the candy that was inside.

"Stop, you vandals!" called the young bank teller.

The thieves that pillaged the bank were Candy Pirates, who quickly boarded the Sweet Revenge, captained by Stickybeard, who called. "That's the stuff, mateys! Put 'em with the others, then, let's…WHOOOOAAAAAAA!"

As he said this, Stickybeard found himself hoisted up, where he heard a girl's voice call. "Hi, Sticky!"

"How's it hanging?" asked a boy's voice.

Stickybeard looked down to see Numbuh 2 (Hoagie P. Gilligan, Jr.), Numbuh 3 (Kuki Sanban), Numbuh 4 (Wallabee Beetles), and Numbuh 5 (Abigail Lincoln) aboard his ship.

They were Sector V of the Kids Next Door, an all-kid organization whose main purpose is to fight for kids' rights against their main adversaries, adults.

"You again." sneered Stickybeard. "Let me down from here, ya little mischief makers!"

"Oh, we'll let you down, all right." said Numbuh 4.

"Right after you give back what you stole from the bank!" added Numbuh 5.

"Nothin' doin'!" said Stickybeard. "We stoles that candy fair and square, and we ain't givin' it back. Hoist anchor!"

At his command, the Candy Pirates hoisted the anchor, allowing the Sweet Revenge to sail away from the banks through the streets.

As they turned to Sector V, candy cane swords at hands, Numbuh 5 said. "Numbuh 4, you and Numbuh 3 hold off the pirates while Numbuh 2 and I go for the wheel."

"Right!" said Numbuh 4.

"Okie-dokie!" Numbuh 3 said with a salute.

"Kids Next Door, battle stations!" Numbuh 5 exclaimed as they charged at the Candy Pirates, to all of whom Stickybeard called. "Take 'em, boys!"

The pirates charged back, but Numbers 2 & 5 slid past them while Numbuh 3 somersaulted.

One of the Candy Pirates aimed a Lollipop Gun at Numbuh 4, who dodged every hit, calling out. "Is that the best you can do?"

Unfortunately, he spoke too soon, for one of the lollipops got shot into his mouth.

While he was still dangling, watching Numbuhs 2 & 5 scuffle with two of his pirates, Chewy and Gooey, for the steering wheel, Stickybeard saw that the rope, which had ensnared his peppermint pegleg, was actually licorice, from which he bit himself free, then swung down to the deck, where he said. "Nobody steers us off course!"

"We'll see about that, Stickybun." Numbuh 5 said as she pulled out a candy cane sword, which she twirled...and licked.

"Mmm-mm-mmm! That's some good peppermint you got there!"

"Quit your stalling and let's have at it!" Stickybeard said as he pulled out his own candy cane sword.

"You first!" Numbuh 5 said, swinging her sword at the candy-stealing captain, who swung back.

As they fought, Stickybeard said. "My gumdrops, lassie. You oughta the sloppiest sword handler me eyes have ever seen. Why, I'll bet your illustrious leader taught ya to do better than that."

Numbuh 5's eyes furrowed upon hearing those words.

"You leave Numbuh 1 out of this!" she shouted, sending Stickybeard tumbling backwards, bumping into Numbuh 2, Chewy & Gooey, and the wheel, causing the Sweet Revenge to steer towards...

"Gallagher Elementary, straight ahead!" called Numbuh 4.

While the pirates panically hurried to the rowboats, Numbuh 2 tried to steer the Sweet Revenge away, but it was no use. The ship was going to collide with the school!

"HANG ON TO YOUR UNDERWEAR!" he shouted.

When he saw what was about to happen, Stickybeard groaned. "Oh, not again."

The Sweet Revenge crashed into Gallagher Elementary, which tear open the ship's haul, from which the pirates' bounty of candy gushed out, including what they stole from the bank.

The huge jolt also caused Stickybeard and his crew to tumble off the ship.

The kids who were playing in the playground gasped when they saw the enormous mountain of...

"Candy!"

Stickybeard and his pirates popped out of the pile to see the kids going after the candy, eating it while ignoring Stickybeard's pleas. "No! Stop! Arr! Not the tutti-frutti!"

As Sector V watched from aboard the ship, Numbuh 2 said. "Well, at least the bank will know where the candy is now."

"Oh, yeah." agreed Numbuh 3.

"No doubt about it." agreed Numbuh 4.

"That's for sure." agreed Numbuh 5.
