AN: Finally, an update! Reviews appreciated.

Happy was frustrated. Scratch that, he was getting angry. He had promised the twins he would be there for their soccer game, which started in ten minutes. Helena had given him an understanding smile, knowing that today was a delivery day. And then the demand for a 'kiss-kiss' as Noella called them—the special goodbye she had decided on giving Happy ever since he had spent that first night.

"Calm down bro, we'll be done soon," Tig shrugged at him. Happy just growled, half his attention on the collection of merchandise happening and the other returning to his thoughts of Helena and the kids.

It had been nearly a month since he met her and she had become his old lady. Not that they had made it ink official yet. But in every sense, their lives had intertwined. Happy spent all his non-club or tattooing time with the little family. Hell, the Sunday before Helena had met his mother and Lupe loved the petite blonde and her new nietos. Helena had returned the affection, Henry becoming instantly attached to his new meme.

Helena had taken Happy in-stride, knowing when to push and when to let him lead in their relationship. He didn't push for her to be a part of the club like he had seen with other old lady's. Helena told him she respected him, his role, and that the club was a part of him. Disclosure was always up to him, and she only asked enough to make sure her and the kids made safe choices. When she had threatened to take her nail file and paint thinner to his bike before her meat tenderizer to him if he ever decided on indulging his desires elsewhere he was so turned on he had pushed her against the wall before devouring her mouth with his.

She had opened up about the twin's sperm donor. Happy had been furious when he learned all of what he had called Helena, but was satisfied he had given up custody. Helena was his balance-light, gentle, kind, patient to his darkness, roughness, impatience, and scars. Both were passionate in their own way, and agreed that no matter what happened with them, they would keep it amicable for the kids.

My kids…Happy thought a grin making its way across his face. He fully accepted them and in fact was surprised how quickly he was attached, just as protective and possessive over them as he was their mother. Didn't matter they didn't have his blood, family was sometimes a matter of choice. And they had chosen him too.

"You alright Hap?" Tig looked genuinely confused at the grin Happy was showing.

"Yeah, just fucking hate being late," Happy said seeing the final part of the transaction finishing up.

"Late for what?" Tig asked. Happy ignored him heading back to his bike. If he hurried he would make the second half.

Striding across the soccer fields, his eyes scanned for his family. Narrowing in anger, he saw Helena trying to ignore a man talking to her. Fucking hell-the guy clearly wasn't getting the hint Helena's body language was sending. Picking up his pace, Happy reached the right field.

"I'm sure a double date would be fine with the kids…" the guy was saying.

"Hey baby!" Helena said her eyes lighting up at seeing Happy.

Happy just bent down picking Helena up, her legs wrapping around his waist. Burying his fingers in her hair he brought her mouth to his in a bruising kiss. Hearing the man sputtering beside them, he knew his rare act of possessive pda had done the job. Letting his old lady slide down him, relishing her warmth, he sent a glare to the older man.

"I see you breathe next to my woman again, I'll kill you," he growled.

"Are you threatening me?" The man flustered.

"He doesn't threaten," Helena said with a shrug. The man opened his mouth, thought better of it, and stormed off.

"Sorry I'm late carina…"

"All that matters is you made part of it."

Happy gave her a grateful smile at that, keeping her tucked under his arm. Looking out on the field he saw that Henry was playing goalie and Noella was running up front. At this age, goalie was the only consistent position. He knew he got more than a few glares from the other parents but didn't care. His attention was on watching his kids have fun.

The half ended within 20 minutes. Happy and Helena made their way to the team huddle, where snacks were being handed out. It had been Helena's turn for that last week, Happy chuckling at her rant over how some mom's had been a bit high maintenance over what kind of snacks the kids should have.

"PAPA!" Noella and Henry shouted, sprinting to Happy.

Happy knelt in time to catch both kids against his chest. They squeezed him as hard as they could and Happy was doing his best to contain his emotion. This was the first time they had called him papa-outside of Henry using it the first day they met.

"Hijitos míos, lo hicieron muy bien jugando su partido de fútbol."

"Merci!" They said. Happy simply stood, the kids adjusting to each be on a hip as they walked toward the parking lot.

"Our kids will be trilingual by the time they're ten," Helena joked wiping her eyes quickly. The adults both slipped into either French or Spanish frequently. Happy had learned Helena's father and his parents' had immigrated when he was a teenager; and he himself had learned his Spanish from his Mexican mother.

"Ours?" He rasped, not sure he could take much more emotion or the speed at which this had all come. It made him fear losing it that much more, not that he would ever say that out loud.

"Happy Javier Lowman, if I didn't want this with you, I would have said a kind 'thank you' weeks ago and moved on solo."

"You want to be our papa right?" Noella whispered. Happy kissed her head.

"Let some pendajo try and take you away from me," Happy's eyes were black and his grip so tight that the twin's gasped.

"Too tight papa!" Henry whined.

Loosening his grip he looked over to Helena. This impromptu conversation had him needing to see her affirmation. The smile on her face made her radiant. He was a lucky bastard for sure.

"Gotta get back, there's a party tonight," Happy said letting the kids down.

Helena bit her lip at that. He could see the wheels turning in her mind. She told him she hated parties. Like viscerally hated them, outside of a birthday or Christmas party involving her children. But if they were this serious, she would have to make occasional appearances. And show her support for her man and his club at other events-but he didn't think those were the issue.

"Ok…I think Neeta could come for a few hours right?" Helena didn't look excited but it was the effort that matter to Happy.

"Si carina…quiero presumir mi mujer," Happy growled dropping his arm back around her.

"je ne suis pas un objet Hap," Helena smirked.

"Shut it," Happy said shaking his head.

Helena frowned looking into the mirror. The afternoon had gotten more intense than she had anticipated, although she was happy, no pun intended, that they had made a clear definition and boundary of their relationship. Helena knew her boyfriend wasn't a "good" man but he was good for her and her kids. That's what mattered. She knew in her gut Happy was the man she had been waiting for. While it wouldn't be easy being with a man like him, having to deal with a motorcycle club and if he ever did time again (that had been an interesting conversation) she saw how he looked at her. With a possessive glint intertwined with love-even if he never verbally said it. And what he had with the kids? She couldn't have wished for a better father.

The frown remained on her face though.

How do I dress for this? What would get his attention and not be disrespectful? Helena had plenty of dresses, she wore them for teaching, but nothing that would fit for a party at a clubhouse. But how she dressed never seemed to bother Happy-he seemed to want to touch her in anything she was wearing. She smiled, thinking of how she could feel his reaction to her in nearly every hug, kiss, cuddle-but he hadn't pushed for them to consummate their relationship. That spoke volumes of how his mama had raised him right and made her love him even more.

Selecting her red backless sundress, she decided that the thin cross straps on the back would give her enough support. The dress was modest in the front and was an A-line to the knees. It would do. She dug around and found her silver Steve Madden sandal stiletto. With Happy at 6'1, the four inches still put her at his shoulder. When she was done, she kissed the kids goodbye and giving Neeta her thanks again.

Happy was getting his first beer, thinking Helena would be there any minute. He wasn't nervous about her being there, but he would beat in or out of the ring.

"Holy shit…who is that?" Juice asked his eyes glued on the door. Happy turned his head and instantly felt his heart beat faster. Dios bueno…mierda…

Helena looked more than gorgeous, as if all her natural beauty was turned to eleven. That dress…those shoes…the way her hair fell in those curls…how she just used her make up to highlight her eye and perfect mouth with that shade of pink…fuck him.

"That's my old lady…you respect her or we have issues," Happy rasped quickly moved across the clubhouse before any other man got to her.

"Bonjour mon amour," Helena got out before Happy wrapped his arms around her and kissing her breathless. She eagerly returned the kiss.

Breaking the kiss, Happy growled feeling the open back of the dress. He loved how her skin felt, loved how she looked so amazing without overdoing it. Juice, Chibs, Bobby, Jax and Tig had come up to them. Their curious looks mingled with the restraint of not questioning the enforcer was humorous.

"This is Helena, my old lady. Doing the ink soon, gotta finish the design. Helena this is Juice, Chibs, Bobby, Tig and Jax," Happy introduced, keeping Helena close. She gave a polite smile.

"Hello, Happy has told me a bit about you all. It's nice to put a face to the name," Helena said, not moving an inch from Happy's embrace. Happy smirked at that, most women would have been quick to extend a handshake or hug. This seemed to throw the others off a bit.

"Haven't heard much about you darlin' but I can see what's had Hap's attention," Jax said, restraining himself from extending his own hand or hug. He had connected the dots on just who Happy's girl was.

"Yeah, you certainly are a beauty," Bobby complimented. Helena gave him a smile at that.

"Alright, let's get a drink babe," Happy said. Helena followed Happy's direction to the bar with a smile for the rest of the guys.

Happy grinned into Helena's neck as she snuggled on his lap. The night had gone well, and he was grateful for the effort Helena was putting in. He could feel her tension and dislike of the gathering, but had hid it well. The glares from the crow-eaters had been steadfastly ignored by both of them. It was about time to call it a night, as soon as the current fight ended.

"I don't know who the hell that uptight bitch thinks she is, but soon Happy will miss the pussy variety and come back," Lynn, a crow-eater for 2 years complained.

"I tried last party and he nearly ripped my head off," another shrugged. Helena had turned her head in their direction, narrowing her eyes.

"Baby, ninguna otra mujer. Tu tienes todo de mi," Happy whispered.

"Je te fais confiance chérie. Je veux que tu m'embrasses jusqu'à ce que je ne puisse plus respirer," Helena moaned in his ear while grinding into his lap. Happy groaned at that, understanding by her body language what she wanted. All night he had close, only not touching her when she went to the bathroom. If his unusual amount of touching hadn't gotten the point across then this kiss would.

He pulled her closer, running his hands through her hair. Then he bit her lower lip making her squirm before fully kissing her. His tongue begged for entrance that she granted as she tangled her tongue to his. His grip tightened in her hair pulling a moan from her as she squirmed harder. He wanted her, all of her. His fingers moved down her back, caressing all the skin he found. When he needed to breath, he pulled back.

Fuck…she's gonna be the death of me. Happy saw her slightly askew glasses and lust blown eyes, her heavy breathing and swollen lips. He heard the wolf whistle from Tig and chuckle from Bobby.

"I think you made your point brother," Chibs said, making Helena blush as she tucked herself against Hap.

"She is fucking mine, and I ain't interested in anything else," Happy growled gently pushing her away as he stood, only to bend his knees to throw her over his shoulder making Helena giggle of all things.

Happy turned toward the lot, glaring at the gathered crow-eaters. Most were smart enough to look away, except Lynn who gave him a flirty grin. Helena slapped his ass to get him to move.

"Take me home Hap!" She called up. Happy wasn't saying no to that.

The fifteen minute drive from the clubhouse to Helena's seemed to take forever with how turned on Happy was. He pulled his bike right into the garage by Helena's Audi. She was barely out of her SUV when he had her against the door. He pulled her legs up around his waist and pressed into her.

"Hap…" she whispered.

"I need all of you Helena Grace…you are fucking mine," Happy whispered back leaning in to nip her neck.

"We do this tonight, you ink me tomorrow," Helena managed as she gave a hip roll.

"Joder... mañana te haré mi esposa," Happy gritted out meaning every word.

"Oui, ta épouse," Helena breathed capturing Happy's mouth pouring all her love and passion into that kiss. Pulling back Happy gave her his genuine smile.

"Let's go inside," he dropped her, intertwining their fingers as they entered the house.
