On a bright and sunny day, Gumball and Tina Rex were hanging out in the junkyard, where the latter lives with her father. Gumball was sitting on the top of an old car, while Tina was sitting besides him on the ground.

"And you're sure your dad has no problem with me being here, considering that time he wanted to eat me and my siblings?" Gumball asked a bit concerned.

"Oh no, it's cool. After that time your mom tore him a new one, he wouldn't even come out to look at you the wrong way" replied Tina.

"Haha yeah, she can be pretty scary like that" laughed Gumball, before continuing. "Anyway, I'm glad we managed to stay friends and it didn't turn into a situation where we came to an understanding only for us to never be seen hanging out with each other ever again after that."

"Yeah, me too" replied Tina. "Especially considering that not many people would come over to hang out with me."

"Oh no, why's that?" asked Gumball a bit sadly.

"Well, those who aren't still scared of me and think of me as a bully don't want to come to a junkyard, or are afraid of my father instead" answered Tina.

"Oh yeah" realized Gumball. "But what about Jamie? Surely she must often come over. Aren't you two like the best of friends?"

"Hm? Oh no, I mean we once were, but Jamie and I aren't really talking to each other anymore" answered Tina, while sheepishly looking away during the last part.

"What the what!? Why not?" wondered Gumball.

"Well, after I stopped trying to be a brute, Jamie wanted me to join her one day in bullying some other kids and stealing their money. But since I didn't want to do that kind of thing anymore, I tried to convince to stop as well, which didn't really work out. She told me I've become a softie, I said some nasty things back at her, we had a falling out and haven't really spoken to each other ever since." explained Tina.

"I see. But Jamie stopped her bullying ways as well after becoming friends with my sister. So you two could make up again!" suggested Gumball happily.

"Huh, I didn't know that. Anyway thanks, but I think we should just leave it the way it is know. Things would be too awkward between her and me after all this anyway." answered Tina.

"Oh, but I think we could…" started Gumball, before being interrupted.

"I said no! It's better this way. Let's talk about something else" suggested Tina grumpily.

At the same time, Anais and Jamie were hanging out in town and leaving through the entrance door of an arcade store.

"Man, I can't believe they just kicked us out of there!" protested Jamie.

"I can, seeing as you destroyed one of the machines" explained Anais.

"Well, maybe they shouldn't have called that game Punch Out if they didn't really mean it" countered Jamie.

"That's not…" tried Anais to explain, before just sighing. "Anyway, it's not so bad. There's plenty of other things we can do… I think. I wouldn't know for sure since I never had a friend before for more than 11 minutes. What do you usually do when you hang out with your other friends?"

"I don't really have any other friends either." answered Jamie bluntly.

"Wait, what!? But… what about Tina? You guys always hang out, right?" asked Anais.

"We did, before that falling out we had a while ago." replied Jamie.

"You had a falling out? Why?" wondered Anais.

"It was when Tina decided she didn't want to be a brute anymore and tried to convince me to do the same. I wasn't really ready for it back then yet, so we had an argument which escalated in a huge fight and we haven't really talked to each other ever since" explained Jamie.

"Oh, that's pretty sad" answered Anais sadly, before getting an idea. "But hey, since now you turned over a new leaf as well, maybe you could make up again".

"Eh, I don't know. I'm not even really sure how I should start the conversation after all this time" wondered Jamie, while rubbing her head.

"Just try and talk with Tina about your feelings" suggested Anais sweetly.

"Talking about my feelings? What am I, her wife? No, thanks. Come on, let's go somewhere else. I'm hungry anyway." commanded Jamie, before stomping anyway.

Anais lifted her finger and tried to argue her point but didn't know what to say, so she just gave up and walked after her friend.
