In the locker room...

Midoriya slowly made his way towards the locker room as he watched Argos leave the gym. Even if Ryuko was his girlfriend and trusted him, that didn't mean to Ladybug wasn't wrong about him being a troublemaker. He wanted to believe in Ryuko, but after what happened with Ladybug's Miraculous, he had to side with her more. He couldn't let someone like him get in the way of getting home.

He slowly opened the door to see him detransform into Felix. His Kwami floated next to him, and he gave it a piece of bread.

"Here Duusu. This is all I could find," Felix said to the Kwami, "This place isn't very fancy when it comes to their cafeteria food."

Midoriya had never met Felix before, so it was so weird to see that him and Adrien look exactly alike. They could be twins easily, or someone could easily mistaken one for the other. He had a feeling that that's happen before.

He meant to walk up to him slowly and quietly, but he suddenly felt something get knocked down. A mop and broom accidentally fell over, and he tried to pick it up before it could fall to the floor. But all that happened was he stumbled with them and they both crashed. Felix looked back at him and didn't even flinch from the noise.

Midoriya looked embarrassed and rubbed the back of his neck.

"So-Sorry. I-I was just wondering what you were up to," Midoriya stuttered, "I-I just wanted to hero train with someone. Everyone's kind of busy right now, so..."

Midoriya trailed off as silence filled the air between them. He awkwardly waited for Felix to say something to him, but all he did was stare at him like he was looking for something. Then stopped in his tracks when Midoriya noticed that he was looking at his Miraculous hanging around his belt loop.

"So, you're Izuku Midoriya," Felix said to him as he walked up to him closer.

Felix looked at him and gave him an unimpressed look. Midoriya stood still, wondering what exactly he was looking for or planning on saying to him.

"Hmm... I thought you'd be taller."

Midoriya blushed and tried to shake it off as he backed off. He spotted his Miraculous around his collar and knew right away that it was the Peacock Miraculous. There was no other Miraculous that it could be, especially since his hero costume was kind of obvious what he was dressed as.

He gave him a dirty look, and Felix didn't react at all.

"How do you know who I am? You haven't met me, and by the looks of it, you haven't even been around here for that long," Midoriya said to him.

"It's not that hard to figure out who you are. You're all over the news, especially after my uncle captured you. That's all anyone could talk about when I flew all the way over here from London," Felix said to him, "I just had to come here to see what was going on with my uncle and Ladybug. A lot of things have clearly changed ever since I left Paris."

"You're from London?" Midoriya pointed out, "And you came all of the way over there just to sabotage Ladybug all of those days ago."

Midoriya clenched his fists but tried to keep it under control. He didn't want to start a fight, not when Ladybug just got all of her teammates together.

Felix gave him a smirk, making it harder to hold back a punch.

"I'll give you a pass since you weren't there. You wouldn't understand what I've been through to get this Miraculous," Felix said to him as he touched the Peacock Miraculous, "My uncle can be a bit stubborn as I'm sure you've noticed. He didn't deserve something as complicated and complex as this."

Midoriya looked at the Peacock Miraculous, confused as to what he meant by that. It looked like any of the other Miraculous that he's just seen back there.

"I don't understand. What's so complicated about it?" Midoriya asked him.

Felix let out a subtle chuckle as Duusu floated around them.

"Ladybug didn't tell you anything about it, did she?" Felix said back, "Of course she didn't. Let me ask you something, did my goodie two shoes cousin, Adrien happen to have a ring on him? Maybe one that belonged to my uncle?"

Midoriya got nervous for a moment that he figured out Adrien is Cat Noir, but noticed that he was talking about the ring he got from Gabriel. The ring that seemed to be important to him for some reason. He remembered him rubbing it a lot, especially when they got captured by Chrysalis and Adrien tried to help them out.

Midoriya crossed his arms, hoping that he wouldn't accidentally reveal to him anything about Cat Noir.

"Why do you care about this ring? It's not like it belongs to you," Midoriya said, "Adrien is just trying to get over what happened with his father. You really think he's going to want to see you now. Especially when you helped him defeat Ladybug."

"I didn't defeat Ladybug. She just happened to be in the way of my plan," Felix said back, "I'm actually the reason Adrien has that ring in the first place. If it wasn't for me, he'd still be stuck with his father. I gave that ring back to my uncle in exchange for the Peacock Miraculous. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be."

Midoriya's eyes widened, and he remembered when Ladybug mentioned that he took the Dog Miraculous to take all of her Miraculous. He felt his teeth clench as felt something come over him.

"Maybe you shouldn't be mad at me, and more mad at my uncle. He is the one who captured you..."

Felix circled around Midoriya like a vulture, but he didn't budge. Midoriya knew to not let his guard down around him.

"Also, that ring is more important than you might think. It belongs to my mom and Adrien's mom. It's not like it matters anyway since Adrien kind of needs it since he's a sentimonster and all," Felix said to him.

Midoriya froze in place, confused as to what he meant by that. He couldn't tell if he was trying to throw him off or if he actually meant what he said. Something about it made his stomach tie in knots.

"A... sentimonster...?" Midoriya said back, "Ladybug never said anything about that."

Felix gave him another smirk and kept circling around him. He stopped right in front of him and crossed his arms.

"It's my Miraculous's power. It can create sentimonsters with a single feather. It attaches to someone who is under some sort of emotional state and it will create that sentimonster based on what they are feeling," Felix explained to him.

Midoriya suddenly felt really pale and really hoped that he was just messing with him.

"Wow. You really didn't know about Adrien being a sentimonster, did you?" Felix said to him, "And I can bet no one else does either."

Midoriya felt like he was about to throw up, but then realized that Adrien probably didn't know about it either until just recently. That meant Ladybug didn't know about it until he found out. They would never keep a secret like that unless it were necessary. He stood up straight with determination in his eyes.

"If you're trying to get me to distrust Ladybug, you'd have to do better than that. Ladybug would never keep a secret like that. Besides, Adrien is just trying to do his best around someone like his father... and you," Midoriya said to him, "Whether he's a sentimonster or not, I'm still his friend. And Ladybug's."

Felix didn't react at all as he transformed back into Argos. He walked up to Midoriya as he pulled out a feather. It was only mere inches away from touching Midoriya's Miraculous, but he pulled back.

"You know, you could actually take down Chrysalis and HawkMoth. I can see it in your eyes," Argos said back to him, "Unlike Ladybug and Cat Noir, you have something they don't have. Confidence."

Midoriya wanted to talk back to him, but he was too busy looking at the feather that almost touched his Miraculous. He had just gotten healed by Ladybug, he couldn't let him mess with his Miraculous right now. Just based on the fact that he's been in London all this time, Felix had no idea what he was talking about.

"Ladybug and Cat Noir are stronger than you think. While they have been getting stronger and faster, you've been hiding in London--"

Argos flipped out his fan and pointed it at him as if it were a dagger. Midoriya stood still, not exactly sure how his power works. From what it looked like, it was somewhat similar to HawkMoth's and Chrysalis's.

"I wasn't hiding. I was taking back what was rightfully mine," Argos said back with a snarl, "You may have these amazing powers like everyone else in your Class 1-A group, but you have no idea what it's been like for me back home."

Silence fell between them, and all Midoriya could do was stare into Argos eyes. They looked hurt and confused.

"In Japan, I didn't have the greatest childhood either. This power that you think I have, I never had that from the beginning. I had to work hard for it. So, maybe we can still at least trust one another to some degree," Midoriya said to him.

Argos stared at him, still keeping a straight face. He didn't say anything as he stepped back from Midoriya, away from his Miraculous. He walked towards the locker room door. He opened it, knowing full well everyone was right outside the locker room.

"You should know that Chrysalis's lair is still up and running. I saw it, both me and Kagami. Which means that her plan is still in motion."

Argos left the room, leaving Midoriya feeling so confused and shocked at the same time. He let out an exhale from almost getting amokitized. From finding out about Adrien being a sentimonster to Chrysalis's lair being restored, he knew that had to do something. Midoriya took out his phone and quickly skimmed through his contacts. He found Ladybug's and pressed call.

"Come on, Ladybug. Pick up..."

On the Eiffel Tower...

Ladybug and Cat Noir were finally feeling like Chrysalis wasn't going to show up. So they decided to go down to the ground and sign autographs and take pictures with some fans. They were being so patient with the Parisian heroes that it was the least they could do for them.

"Ladybug, Cat Noir, is it true that you're together?" One of them asked.

Clearly everyone saw them kiss each other earlier. Ladybug blushed from embarrassment, but Cat Noir just smiled widely, basically confirming it.

"Heh heh, yeah... kind of," Cat Noir said back.

Everyone around them were freaking out as they signed a couple of autographs. Then Ladybug felt her yo-yo vibrate. She took a step back, and let Cat Noir take care of things for a moment. She looked at the contact:

It was Midoriya.

"This can't be good," Ladybug said to herself, "Please be something good."

She answered her yo-yo and was ready for whatever he was about to tell her.

"Hello? Izuku?" Ladybug said through the yo-yo.

"Ladybug! Thank goodness you answered. I just had to talk with Argos," Midoriya said to her.

Ladybug's eyes widened and looked back at Cat Noir who was taking a picture with some fan girls. She really hope that it was nothing too big or crazy for them to handle.

"I'm really hoping that he didn't do anything or say anything hurtful to you," Ladybug said back, "He can be a bit rude. Trust me, I've been there."

"Maybe a little. But that's not why I called you. I called you because he said that Chrysalis's lair is restored. They are still working on some sort of plan."

Ladybug almost felt her yo-yo slip out of her hand, but she quickly gripped onto it just in time. She had a hard time finding the words to talk back to him for a moment.

"Ar-Are you sure, Izuku? He's not someone to trust," Ladybug said back.

"He told me that Kagami was with him, too. He's definitely onto something. He wouldn't just tell me that for no reason," Midoriya said to her, "He clearly doesn't like his uncle-- I mean, HawkMoth. Whatever happened between them, he's holding a grudge of some sort."

Ladybug thought about it for a minute and realized that Midoriya might be right.

"Did he say anything else to you?" Ladybug asked him with determination behind it.

She could tell that Midoriya was having trouble thinking if he should tell her something or not. Whatever it was, she really hoped that it wasn't anything too serious.

"It can wait. This is more important," Midoriya said back, "You should probably go check it out. If someone leaves the gym, then everyone will wonder what's going on and will run in there to help. We can't cause a scene."

"You're right. We'll check it out. Anything else we should worry about?" Ladybug asked him.

"N-No. I don't think so," Midoriya said to her with a shaky voice.

She could tell something definitely went down between Argos and Midoriya. Whatever it was, it was keeping Midoriya from telling her anything else.

"Okay. Thanks Izuku," Ladybug said to him, "I owe you one."

"No problem. Just be careful."

Ladybug hung up and let out a long sigh. She looked back at Cat Noir who was looking so happy and smiling so widely with the other fans. They were all just having a good time talking to each other as he signed his autograph on posters and magazines. She really didn't want to have to disrupt him, but this was important.

Ladybug stepped up to him and gently held his hand.

"Okay everyone. I think that's enough autographs for now. Me and Cat Noir really need to go take care of some hero work," Ladybug said to them.

Everyone in the crowd groaned and were upset, but Cat Noir gave them all a wink. They all freaked out and were feeling much better. Ladybug rolled her eyes and pulled him away from the crowd.

"Ladybug, is something wrong? You look upset," Cat Noir asked her.

"It's Izuku. He just called me," Ladybug said to him, "He had a talk with Argos just now."

Cat Noir' eyes widened in shock, but was not surprised since Midoriya said that he would keep an eye on him. He felt his fists clench as he got ready for whatever he was about to hear from Midoriya.

"What did he say to him?"

"Apparently, Argos and Kagami came across Chrysalis's lair. It's been restored. Her lair must've been rebuilt from my magical ladybug's the other day, and I didn't realize it," Ladybug said to him.

Cat Noir couldn't believe it. He saw it be destroyed by his cataclysm right when he used it on the machine. Then he suddenly remembered the machine. His fists clenched in aggravation as he thought about Chrysalis's plan.

"Oh no..." Cat Noir mumbled out.

"What? What's wrong, Cat Noir?" Ladybug asked him with a worried look on her face.

"If the lair is restored, then that meant the machine is restored as well," Cat Noir explained.

Ladybug felt her heart skip a beat as she quickly grabbed her yo-yo and swung it around.

"We have to go there. Now," Ladybug said to him.

Cat Noir nodded, and they both launched towards the lair. Cat Noir ran as fast as he could while Ladybug flew in a flash. She wanted to stay by Cat Noir's side, so she kept at his pace, but he was still really fast. She looked at his face and noticed him snarling as they ran. She hadn't seen him this angry in a while. She really just hoped that the lair was still destroyed, and Argos was just trying to cause trouble. She prefer that over the lair being restored.

Once they arrived, Ladybug was surprised to see that he was right.

The lair was totally rebuilt and polished. It looked as if Cat Noir never used his cataclysm on it in the first place.

Ladybug and Cat Noir stood on top of another warehouse next to it, ready for another attack. She then spotted in the corner of her eye someone coming this way. Her eyes widened when she saw HawkMoth heading this way.

"Get down," Ladybug whisper yelled.

She grabbed Cat Noir and pulled him down and behind the warehouse. They both kept their eyes on HawkMoth as he flew towards Chrysalis's lair and through the door's opening. Once he entered, the door closed.

"Come on. We've gotta figure out what's going on," Ladybug said to him, "We've gotta be quiet."

Cat Noir nodded and pretended to zip his mouth shut. Ladybug and Cat Noir crouched down as they ran over to the other warehouse. They walked alongside the side of her lair. Ladybug spotted a window that was slightly open. She flew a bit higher to see into it as she lifted Cat Noir up to get a better view of what was inside.

They both saw HawkMoth flying towards Chyrsalis. He gave her some sort of communication device that he wore.

"That was crazy. I've never seen something like this before. You didn't even use an akuma on her," HawkMoth said to her.

Ladybug and Cat Noir tried to listen to what they were saying, but they were a little quiet from the other side of the warehouse.

"Yeah, well. That's what Ochaco gets for messing with my plans. She should've known I'd get back at her for taking the Fox Miraculous from me," Chrysalis said to him.

They both froze in place as they realized that they had done something to Uraraka while they were out.

"That's it? All you wanted to do was to get back at her for something like that?!" HawkMoth growled at her, "Do you realize that you could actually take everyone down with her quirk? If her quirk really is evolving--"

"I'm well aware, Gabriel. That's why she will be the key to getting into Japan," Chrysalis said to him.

"What about Izuku?" HawkMoth asked her.

Chrysalis almost spotted Ladybug and Cat Noir in the corner of the lair, but they quickly ducked down. They nervously waited to see if see would notice them. After a moment, they carefully looked back into the lair.

"We need to be careful. I saw the Peacock holder and that fencer girl, Kagami walking around here earlier. No one can know about the next part of our plan," Chrysalis said to him, "Izuku's powers are too powerful to not use. He's still a part of the plan."

"Of course, Chrysalis."

Ladybug and Cat Noir quietly lowered down to the ground and ran back to the other side of the warehouse. Once they were further away from it, Ladybug and Cat Noir launched into the sky. All Ladybug could think about was getting back to the school to check on Uraraka.

"Why didn't Izuku mention anything about this during the call?" Cat Noir asked her, "He didn't say anything to you about this?"

"No. He didn't. We'll have to check on what's going on before we assume what happened," Ladybug said to him, "Something's going on with her quirk. She might not even know it herself."

"I just hope that she's okay," Cat Noir said with a worried look.

"Yeah..." Ladybug mumbled.

Ladybug really wanted to talk to Midoriya about Argos. Something went down with them, something that might've either helped them or made things worse. Whatever it was, she really hoped he wasn't going to do anything stupid.

"Please be okay, Ochaco..."

Another amazing chapter!

This was fun to write! I really wanted to write a moment alone with Midoriya and Argos. Argos had an interesting conversation with Midoriya that's for sure. It seems a lot happened between them, Midoriya found out about Adrien, and now the lair being restored! Wow! I really love what's going on with Uraraka. Things will definitely get interesting with her, that's for sure! Chrysalis is after Uraraka, but we'll see what's going on later...

Still two days until they go home to Japan!
