Danny was very unsure about taking the girls out into the town. Still, they didn't want to stay in the house all day.
"Wow! This place looks way better than those maps." Entela said.
"Agreed," Exodus said, nodding.
Mini beeped, staying close to her sisters.
"It's okay, Mini. Even if they could, they won't be able to stop us." Entela said, assuring her sister.
"And we can't kill anyone." Exodus reminds her twin.
"Can you keep that on the down low? Not everyone thinks you're robots." Danny asked.
"Sure!" Entela said, smiling.
"So, where are we going?" Exodus asked.
"Just walking around. Maybe see if there's anything you want to do." Danny told them.
"Well, this is different from what we usually do," Mimi said.
"Yeah, we mostly teleport others to the parts of the map. While Mimi and Mini shoot at the Blu team." Entela said.
Danny sighs. He knew it might take them a bit to get used to the way things work here. They kept walking with Danny explaining a bit of town history. It wasn't long before they stopped at the park, which confused them.
"There's a park in a place called Amity Park?" Mimi asked.
"I know. Even without the ghosts, Amity Park has its own spooky mysteries." Danny told her.
They enter the park, and Mini moves closer to Danny, unsure about all the humans she saw. Danny sighs before patting the young robot girl's head. Mimi, herself, was surprised at the peaceful feeling the area gave. It felt so different from the fighting back home.
Entela waved at all the people they passed as Exodus watched for anything. Then a ball hit her chest, knocking her back a bit. Everyone turned to see her hold it before seeing a baseball rolling on the ground.
"Sorry, miss!" A young body said, looking upset.
Exodus looks down before picking up the ball. She remembered that The Scout sometimes used a baseball bat and it seemed this boy was sorry. She walked over to him before handing it back.
"You're grip is too loose. You might end up hurting someone." She said before carefully helping the boy with his grip.
"There you go." She said, smiling.
The boy hits the ball and smiles.
"Thanks, miss!" He said, running off to grab the ball.
"Aww, that was so nice, Exodus," Entela said, joining her.
Danny smiles, it seems they understand that not everything that happened was an attack on them. It was like they were human while still being robots. Mini walked up to Exodus and beeped in happiness.
"Well, he was young. Plus, he was sorry for hitting me." Exodus said, smiling a little.
Danny smiles before Senthia looks at him.
"So, you think having us out is a bad idea?" She asked, making him flinch.
"Well, you girls did tell me that you spent most of your lives fighting. Even before Engie turned you all into what you are now." He said, rubbing the back of his head.
"Maybe, but he did teach us how to be human," Mimi said.
Danny looks at them before sighing. It was going to take some getting used to, but they seemed to understand that not everything is a battle. They kept walking. So far nobody seems to mind that group of robots were walking around the park. Danny kept showing them around before he had to stop for a break.
"Whew, I need to rest for a bit, girls." He said, seeing them nod.
Danny sat on the beach before Mimi joined him. Mini even climbed on his lap as the twins stood to each side. Senthia stood behind him. It like they were protecting him from all sides. Danny couldn't help but chuckle at this. Mini beeped, hearing his laugh.
"Don't worry, Mini. I'm just remembering that most of you are sentries and what going on is normal for you." He told her, rubbing her head.
Mini beeped again, surprised.
"Oh, I still can't understand you. But I knew what you were thinking." Danny told her.
The others smiled knowing Danny was right. They remained like that for five minutes, Mimi watching Danny as he held Mini. Entela notices and smiles.
"Okay, I'm ready to go," Danny said, making them nod.
Mini beeped making Danny looked Mimi for translation.
"She wants you to carry her." She said.
"Are you sure? You are a bit heavy for someone so small." Danny asked.
Mini beeped making Mimi help her remove her cloak. Now that her arms were freed, she carefully wrapped them around his neck, beeping again.
"You just like a little kid, aren't ya?" Danny asked, getting up.
The others started to walk alongside him, taking in more views of the park.
"I have to stay, seeing an area that doesn't look like a warzone is refreshing," Exodus said.
"Yeah. We should go to parks more offend!" Entela agreed.
"That's if we can get out again," Senthia said.
Danny raises an eyebrow at that before feeling his stomach growl. He pulled out his phone and saw the time.
"Wow, it's close to lunchtime." He said, making the sisters look.
"Really? Huh, time sure flies." Mimi said, surprised.
"It can flow differently for a person. I know you girls don't eat, but do you mind if we hit the Nasty Burger?" Danny asked.
"They Nasty Burger?" They asked.
"Don't let the name fool you. I eat there from time to time. The food is good." Danny said, leading them out of the park.
Later,
The girls watched as Danny ate his food, still confused by the name of the place. Still, the people there didn't seem to mind them, though, they did see that a few people were glaring at Danny.
"What's their deal?" Entela asked.
Danny sighs, knowing they didn't know.
"Well, it's because you're girls, and thanks to the cute looks on your faces, they think that someone like me shouldn't have this many girls around me," Danny said, sighing.
"Why?" Exodus asked.
"Because I'm known as a loser in my school." Danny sighs.
"That's right, Fenton!"
Danny groans as his shirt is grabbed. He was pulled away, almost dropping Mini, who was still holding onto him.
"Dash..." Danny glares, making Mini look at him.
"Those girls are not for you, Fenton. So get lost." Dash said.
Mini beeped, knowing a threat when she saw one. Her eye glowed as she aimed at him.
"Mini! No!" Entela said, stopping her.
"Remember what we promised Dad!" Exodus told her.
Mini beeped, making the twins sigh. They turned and saw both Mimi and Senthia trying very hard not to aim their guns to shoot the boy. It was clear they knew a threat and were ready to defend the area they were in.
"Girls, meet Dash. He's part of a group known as the A-Listers and the self-proclaimed King of Casper High." Danny said, making sure that Mini didn't give in to shooting him.
"I could handle that myself, Fenton. But thanks for telling them all about me." Dash said, smirking.
"And who are you?" Mimi asked, not caring.
"Wha?" Dash asked, confused.
"We were enjoying his company. Plus, he's holding our little sister." Senthia said, getting up.
"Why would you want his company?" Dash asked.
"Because he's family," Senthia said, pulling Danny out of Dash's hand.
"His mother is our father's cousin and we're visiting." She added, glaring at him.
Danny could see that she was trying hard not to form her guns. As he recalled, Mini, Senthia, and Mimi were senties. They shoot moving threats and Dash was looking like one to them. Luckily, the twins helped keep them from doing so.
"Look, whoever you are, we want to be around Danny," Entela said, keeping Mimi from raising her gun.
"Yes, how about you leave us alone before we show how dangerous we are," Exodus added, glaring at him.
"Fenton is not worth your time!" Dash said, making all the sisters roll their eyes.
"Please, we hardly know you. We've been in town for a day and Danny already showed us around." Mimi said, rolling her eyes.
"And we prefer him over the like of you!" Entela said, crossing her arms.
Dash looked shocked before Mini beeped.
"She said that you're a bad person who needs to go jump into a lake. And that's the friendly version of what she said." Mimi said, smirking.
The girls laughed as Danny chuckled. Dash growls looking ready to grab Danny, only to be grabbed by Senthia.
"We had our say and you need to leave." She said, pushing him away.
Dash glares at Danny before walking away. Senthia then sat down as she felt her systems relax when the threat left. She wasn't the only one as Mimi and Mini also felt their systems relax.
"Are you girls okay?" Danny asked, sitting down.
"Yeah. It took us everything in our systems not to start shooting." Mimi said.
"I know Dash can be a bit much, but trust me when I say he's not a threat," Danny said, putting Mini down.
"Our systems said otherwise." Senthia pointed out.
"For now, but Dash is nothing more than an annoyance. He talks a big game but he's not ever the person he claims to be. I put up with him all the time. So, I learned to deal with it and not be affected by his actions." Danny said.
The girls looked at each other before looking at him.
"We'll try." Mimi and Senthia said with Mini beeping.
"And nice work keeping your sisters in line, you two," Danny said to the twins.
"Trust us, just because we're teleporters, doesn't mean we don't have ways of fighting," Exudos said.
"Is that due to you having all those scars?" Danny asked.
"I'm usually the first one to be destroyed when someone finds me." She said, frowning.
"Ouch," Danny said, feeling sorry for her.
Danny kept asking a few more questions before Mimi noticed two more people standing close by.
"Hey, Danny? Are these your friends?" She asked, making him turn.
Sure enough, Tucker and Sam stood at the table, completely shocked at what they were seeing.
"Yeah. Give me a few minutes to explain things to them." Danny sighs.
Okay, stopping here for now. No ghosts yet, but Danny spends more time with the girls before a little heartful moment with Exodus and a boy. Danny learns that even if they were made for fighting, they do know that not everything was a sign of an attack. We then move to the Nasty Burger, I decide to drop the rumor of it this time, and a run-in with Dash. As Danny said, because of the cute anime looks on their faces, Dash didn't bother with the fact they were robots.
Luckily, Mimi, Mini, and Senthia were barely able to hold themselves from shooting Dash because of where they fought a lot of the time. However, they were able to keep their promise and told Dash off. But you all know Dash, he never stops. When I come back to this, I'll be covering Sam and Tucker's reactions to the girls and their lives.
Also, I didn't get any answers about any possible pairings in this story. Are you all fine with me pairing Danny with Mimi and Jazz with Dell-Spencer?
