Hello hello! How are you doing today?

I'm very excited to bring you a compilation of short stories I'll write about my 3-E class favourite shorties! You'll probably wonder why I titled this 'Aquamarine'. It is a colour made up of our beloved Nagisa and Kayano's representative colours: blue and green. Both colours together form a beautiful tone, which I personally love, and that's how I perceive Nagisa and Kaede's relationship.

I hope you like them!

(Again, I want to contribute to changing the disturbing lack of available NagiKae stories online. It's been eight years since Season 2 last aired, and I want more of this anime)

A/n: Nagisa and Kaede unfortunately don't belong to me. (if they did, they would be together) They belong to the amazing Yusei Matsui.

Hello, Shooting Star

After having spent an eventful day in the crowded city of Kyoto, it was finally time to lay back and look back on everything that had taken place that day. They'd tried to kill Koro-sensei multiple times; as expected, no one managed to do so, not even a renowned sniper.

Both boys and girls had already calmed down and went into their rooms to talk a little more, but Kaede had other plans. She needed some fresh air after everything that happened that afternoon. She was quite scared when she got kidnapped by those high-schoolers, along with Kanzaki; luckily their classmates had found them before they could actually harm them. She stopped beside a window and stood there, letting the chilly breeze hit her face and enjoying the views.

"Kayano? I didn't know you were here…" Kaede turned around to see Nagisa walking towards her, still holding a rubber knife in his hand.

"Oh, hi Nagisa! I just love stargazing! I'd really like to catch a glimpse of a shooting star!" She smiled at him tenderly. He almost cracked a smile back. She looked like the kind of girl who could have sleepless nights just to stargaze. "You can join me if you like!"

"Oh, if you don't mind…" He walked closer to her and stopped when he was right next to her.

"Of course not, dummy! I'm the one who suggested you to join!"

The bluenette didn't reply this time, he pinned his look towards the starry sky and stayed like that, contemplating the incredible beauty of Kyoto's landscape and enjoying the soft breeze on his soft, blue hair. Kayano stared at him for a few seconds, admiring her blue-eyed friend and marvelling at how the wind passed through his long, silky hair. She looked away when Nagisa turned to look at her; her cheeks adopted a subtle blush.

"So, this trip's been amazing… even though we haven't managed to kill Koro-sensei, it's been nice to forget about school stuff for a bit!" Kaede broke the awkward silence.

"Yeah…" Nagisa replied, carelessly. The sudden change didn't go unnoticed by Kaede.

"What's wrong?"

"Well, I'm just thinking that it's only been a few weeks since we got this assassination mission, right? But this has just started. And whatever happens with Koro-sensei, this class will be over in March next year." He stated. His words might sound harsh, but they were completely true.

"That's right!"

"I'd like to get to know everyone, kill Koro-sensei and live without the sensation of leaving something undone."

Kaede nodded, as she pinned her look to the starry sky again. Was the sky more beautiful that night? Or had it something to do with the person who was keeping her company?

In any case, getting to stargaze with someone she appreciated made it even more special. It had been so long since she had the chance to do it with anyone (especially Aguri, the person with whom she used to stargaze) so she was glad to be next to Nagisa at that exact moment. Even though everything in her life was essentially a facade, there were moments when she felt like dropping the act and being herself. She wanted to show her real self to her new classmates (and friends) but she had to hold on, for a little longer.

She was getting lost in the views, when she spotted one of her favourite natural phenomena; a shooting star.

"Look! Nagisa! A shooting star!" She exclaimed. "Make a wish! Quick!"

I wish we could kill Koro-sensei before March, so I get to avenge my sister. But I admit I've grown fond of this class, especially Nagisa, so I wish I could spend more time with him in case Koro-sensei destroys the Earth by then.

What do you think? I know it's not a lot, but I feel like it's a good start to this compilation! Let me know your opinion in the comments below!

See you in the next drabble/one-shot!
