Chapter 3

Naruto's Apartment.

After the Hokage and Orochimaru left, Naruto took a moment to look around the apartment getting to know where everything was before heading to his room to look at the books.

'Ok... bathroom is down the hall, looks like the kitchen and the living room are a combo which is fine considering I'm the only person living here'

As Naruto entered his bedroom he saw a single futon with a desk to his left, a bookcase with a dozen or more books organised and a chest of draws that would most likely have clothes for him.

'I hope the clothes they got me are nice... oh looks like some the books here are on the history of Fire Nation, the Village, some about Chakra and finally (Picking up a book) The Tale of the Utterly Gusty Shinobi... Jiraiya... please for the love of any God or Goddess please don't let there be any those other books he made as well be here as well'

A Minute to look at the other books, Naruto releases a heavy sigh after not finding any of Jiraiya 'other' books.

'There is a god after all... right might be best to stay in for now and get some reading done, not like those caretakers who refused to let me read a book after I learnt how to'

Another sigh could be heard coming fom Naruto.

'I got a lot of work to do for the shit storm that is coming, Akatsuki being on top of that list which means I need to start training but with Chakra training taking a major priority first, hopeful those Chakra books will help a bit (Looks at his arm) I also need to get ready when my Wolverine abilities start to kick in, they might kick in earlier than usually because of Kurama's Chakra in...'

'DON'T YOU DARE SAY MY NAME... JACK'

Naruto grabbed his head in pain as the fox shouted at him, which also scared him as he hoped to meet the fox later, taking a deep breath Naruto thought it might be good to get it over and done with.

'Can we talk... hello... you there, and he's gone, great I guess I have to wait before I can talk to him, but how did he react so quickly... stupid question, he's in my head but how did he know my past name'

Naruto suddenly had a look of pure shock came to his head.

'He's looking through my memories from my past life but how... stupid question again, their's an exchange of chakra between us because the seal is forcing a small amount of his in my body and my body is giving him a small amount back and chakra is a mixture of both physical and... spiritual... that's it'

'Well now... ain't someone a smart boy, give yourself a round of applause for figuring it out so quickly'

Naruto calmed himself down before he decided to talk to the fox.

'Ok fox I won't use your name, and I take it your enjoying the memories from my past life for the last 5 years'

For a moment there was no response before Naruto felt a pull dragging him somewhere.

Mindscape.

Naruto found himself on a brick floor that was covered in water with two pipes above himself one that had blue water and the other was red.

'Well let's get this over and done with'

Naruto steeled himself as he walked forward til he reached a large room with a giant cage, taking one look at it he knew what it was but stopped himself as he knew what might happen.

"Don't bother trying to get me with your hand"

He heard a chuckle coming from the other side of the gate as he saw two large red eyes open before him.

"Your spoiling the fun for me" The fox said as he came in view showing his massive form

"Fox... your... your larger than I thought" Naruto said with surprise as the fox was much large than the show gave him credit.

"The reason boy... is unlike that dreadful show when your parents sealed me away they didn't split me into two'

Naruto hearing this was shocked, he thought he would have Yang half of the fox not the whole thing.

"I thought the seal Minato used wasn't strong enough to contain all of you"

"Maybe that pathetic seal, but the one he used to seal ALL of me is much stronger... still he had to summon that Reaper to seal me as he was short on time thanks to that masked bastard... oh wait a minute that was Obito, should've known it was him from his scent and that the real Madara would never wear a mask"

Naruto walked towards the cage, the fox seeing him raised his hand readily to strike Naruto as he got closer but stopped as he saw Naruto walked into the cage.

"Are you brave or stupid like the blonde brat you were suppose to look like"

"I'll leave it up to you as I know you won't kill me for one very good reason and the answer will piss you off greatly"

Fox stood there thinking what the answer was as he lowered his hand as he looked at Naruto carefully.

"What is the answer Jack"

Naruto looked at the fox with a small grin on his face.

"You kill me and the very moment you revive yourself Obito will be waiting to make you his bitch again"

The fox was absolutely livid hearing that, smashing his fists on the ground as hard as he can all around Naruto as he shouting his lungs out in rage so loud that Naruto was forced to cover his ears.

"ARE YOU DONE" Naruto shouted getting the fox to take a deep breath.

"For now"

"Ok... first thing first I take it from Chakra you were able see my past life... yes"

"Yes... took me years to do it, but it was worth as it allowed me to gain some knowedge on seals"

"I take it mom and the previous host... Mito I want to say (Getting an angry nod from the fox) they didn't know you could that"

"No they did not, all they cared about was keeping me contained... it was not a pleasant experience"

"I'm sorry"

The Fox was taken back by that, he only saw some of his memories of his hosts past life including parts of the show but not all of it.

"You made a deal with a being called 'Q' before coming into our world what is a 'Wolverine' and that being called 'Q' who is he"

Naruto took a deep breath before answering.

"Ok first... Q is godlike being who can visit multiple timelines, universes and other Dimenisons so easily that for him it would be like walking to the next house, as for Wolverine he is a character from a franchise called Marvel who can heal incredible fast and has lived for nearly two hundred years, he also has superhuman senses with retrackable bone claws in his arms, anything else you want to know"

"You choose this Wolverine because you did not know where you were going to end up... good choice"

Naruto was thinking why the Fox was being calmer than usually.

"Why aren't you going mad, I practically told you that your trapped in a nigh immortal body, I thought you would more pissed off because of it"

"You already gave me a very and I mean a VERY good reason to remain here, and besides from what fragments of your past life you could get a grasp on seals much quickier than normal and you might be able to make some seal that can protect us from that accursed Sharigan and may be in time... I might consider helping you... might"

"But"

"For now you must not draw attention to yourself least people discover what you know and you spend the rest of your as nothing more than a meatbag unable to move a single muscle while they use you as a breeder"

"Good point"

"Now leave while I look through your memories to see if anything else that can help me"

"Fine... how do I get back... also just a heads up porn was really easy to find in my world... so yeah"

"I'm sealed away inside a pervert... just like your mother"

Before Naruto could respond the fox sent a gust of wind sending him back to real world.

Back in Naruto's room.

Naruto woke up with a headache as he saw that he was lying on the floor hinting that when he was pulled into his mind he fell backwards.

'Ouch... gotta be careful about that... well might as well get a head start on those books'

Naruto grabbing the book about the Clans of Konoha and moving to his desk to begin reading

Outside Naruto's Apartment.

On the Rooftops overlooking Naruto's room there is a person with a single eye watching Naruto with disgust, his silver hair that seemed to defy gravity.

"I can't believe my sensei died sealing that demon into another" He said with anger.

"What did he ever see in that woman I'll never understand... if I ever become that creature's sensei I'll be sure to avenge not just you sensei but all the people it's killed.
