This is my very first fanfic on so i hope yall enjoy, i've only ever written one other thing.
This is a remaster of my previous story "Naruto's Comeback"

Konaha was vibrant at this time of year. The blooming trees in cordance with the laughter of young children playing.
It was hard not to be happy, if you were a civilian at least. While regular villagers have to deal with the obstacles of everyday life, Shinobi have different challenges.
A vibrant teen walked with a pep in his step in the hospital. Flowers in his hand, intended for his injured teammate.
With a smile plastered on his face, he walked relentlessly before hearing his name.
"Naruto?"
Turning his head, the cheerful blond saw his sensei.
The man was plastered with a gray mask that covered the bottom half of his face. He held an orange book.
Along with that he had a headband that covered his left eye, topped with gravity defying gray hair.
While still being somehwhat young, the bags under his eyes and his numerous amount of scars gave away his long tenure as a ninja.
The teen chuckled nervously before responding, "Sorry Kakashi-Sensei, I didn't see you walk by."
The Grey haired man smiled through his mask, "its fine Naruto, I assume your looking for Sasuki's room?"
Naruto nodded, confirming his suspicion
"Well he's in room 107" The man replied
Naruto thanked him and began to walk off before turning around.
"Kakashi-Sensei?" The man looked up from the orange book he was holding, "Yes?"
"Could you train me, like as much as you train Sasuki?" The blond muttered out, uncharacteristically nervous.
The older man sighed and shut his book, "No Naruto, I can't." Watching the frown appear on Naruto's face he elaborated on his answer,
"I'm not saying I don't want to, but i need to focus on Sasuki and you would be more work considering you can't do much "
Naruto's face hardened, pushing all the emotions he felt deep into his heart.
"I understand" was all he could muster.
The teens knuckles whitened and tightened around the flowers he was meant to give to his teammate.
He turned around and walked aimlessly outside of the hospital. Step after step he took, with no real goal in mind. He took this chance to think his career choice over.

The surrounding area was beautiful: birds chirping, deer socializing with each other, and puddles still left over from the nights rain.
A blade land into a trees bark, followed by an ear piercing scream.
"This carnage could have been prevented" The woman creeped closer and closer to her soon to be victim.
"All you had to do was surrender, and you could have lived" She pulled the sword out of the Shinobi's chest, once again earning a scream before the Ninja slowly died.
She then pulled out a book and crossed off several names.
"Chunin level, I could tell" She beheads the 5 ninja she killed, before sealing their heads into a scroll.
Standing up She looks at the book one last time before closing it, "these ones are going to Konoha"

This was always Naruto's favorite spot but he couldn't tell you why. Maybe it's because of the solice of being alone, or the vague feeling of semblance. None the less it felt good to have a place to retreat to.
While on the monument he always sat on top of the head of the 2nd Hokage, his favorite.
He strayed away from the others: sitting on the 3rd felt uncanmy considering he knew him well, the 1st had never been his favorite seeing as he never was interested in him, and the 4th felt weirdly familiar.
The night quickly washed over, and silence began to dawn over the village.
Naruto sat in silence, but quickly turned around at the sound of a step.
Looking behind him he saw a woman standing around 3 inches taller than him at 5 foot 5 (1). She wore dark anbu like pants with blue saddles. Her long black hair was done in a pony tail with a blade cascaded down her backside.
She wore fit black shirt along with an open blue and white coat covering it. She wore no headband, indicating she wasn't allied with any village.
"This is an unusual spot for a kid to be" She spoke, indicating herself as friendly.
"This is where I come to think, then again I don't know why I'm telling you." Naruto stood up and put his hand to his side, ready to fight just in case, "Who are you?"
The dark haired woman laughed before answering "No need to get your panties in a bunch, my names Yukiko, I'm a bounty hunter and was just about to retrieve my award."
Naruto's hands loosened by his side as he relaxed. "Im Naruto" he responded, then sat back down as she came over and took a seat next to him.
"What's wrong kid?" She said to the blonde teen
Naruto put his head down before responding "I'm not good enough, my sensei won't train me, and the Chunin exams are coming up."
She looked over at him before responding "Well kid" she stood up "Show me what you got" she backed up and got into a fighting stance Naruto didn't recognize.
He got up and ran head first into her attempting to strike, but she grabbed his arm and pushed him straight into the ground.
Naruto got back up and summond 20 different clones, as all of them rushed Yukiko. She quickly dispersed all of them before kicking Naruto in the stomach, causing the air to leave his body.
"No wonder no one will train you, you're not good enough to be a ninja" She spat out at him, hoping to anger him into trying harder.
Naruto got up and made 100 more clones, once again making them rush her, she made quick work of them. Naruto was pissed, she had yet to use any jutsu nor her sword, yet she was easily beating him.
'Dammit' He gritted his teeth 'She's too strong'
He made 500 clones and dispelled all of them, making a smoke screen before throwing Shuriken and Kunai at her.
After around 10 seconds the smoke cleared just for Yukiko to no be there.
His eyes darted around before he felt a drop of blood run down his neck.
"You did well for a genin" She spoke before moving her blade away from his neck.
"Listen Naruto, come with me to the hokages office, I have to turn in this bounty. After that I'll ask Hiruzen for permission for me to train you, that is, if you accept."
Naruto looked up to the dark haired Kunoichi, "I accept"
"Good"

(1) Apparently Naruto is 4 foot 9 in the original show, so his height is altered to be 5 foot 2, and other characters height may be altered from the original

Wsg yall, please point out any spelling or Grammer mistakes, while I have improved over the 3 year hiatus (from wattpad), I haven't been writing over this period.
Also I don't have a beta, so spelling/Grammer issues are to be expected.
Vital question, should the pairing be Temari (like in the OG story) or Sasuki (Fem Sasuke)? Please let me know.
One more thing, I hope you guys enjoy this story, considering my original story was s loved, I hope this has the same traction.
