After Naruto exited his mindscape, the first thing he did was look at his calendar and notice that it was the day his team was to be announced.
The time on the clock was 6:57 am, and the academy started at 8 am.
He decided that he would need to get ready as soon as possible and try to confront Sasuke and Sakura to check whether he is the only one in the past or they have also come with him.
He also has to check whether Kakashi-sensei has come back to the past.
So he decided to go to the bathroom and freshen up

As soon as he deactivated his Mangekyo Sharingan and checked the calendar outside his bathroom wall to know the date and the year in which he had landed, he was confused.
After seeing the date, he understood that today was the day his team was announced and they had their first meeting with their sensei. He decided that he should get to class a little early to check whether he was the only one or if any other of his teammates had also come with him.
After deciding that he got ready and left for the academy, he locked his house.

Sakura POV
After coming to the conclusion that somehow she had time traveled to the past, she checked the calendar and, considering the date, she knew that today was the day her team was announced.
She decided to visit the academy a little early and try to check whether Sasuke, Naruto, and Kakashi-sensei have come back with her or not.
After that, she got ready for the academy and left her house after bidding goodbye to her parents.
First, she decided to visit Naruto's house and ask him directly about the future. But once she reached his home, there was no one there. So, she decided that she would ask him and Sasuke when they will be alone.

As soon as Naruto entered his classroom, he noticed that his plan to come a little early and check whether he is the only one in the past or not had failed because the class was almost full.
So he decided that he would need to wait for the class to empty until only his team was left in the class.
After deciding that he got ready to sit on his usual seat according to his memory, another memory came rushing to his mind where his first kiss happened with Sasuke by sitting below him. Knowing that memory, he decided that he should change his seat. He went past Sasuke's row and sat at the last of the class. He also noticed Sakura was sitting a row behind Sasuke, which was very unusual for her, seeing that at this time in her life, she was one of the biggest fan girls of Sasuke.
After observing both of them, he was pretty sure that both of them were from the future, but he would need to confirm this. He knew that, at this time, two things could work.
According to his memory, he was asking Sakura out on a date. If she hit him, it would confirm that she is not from the future. If she said something else and deflect the topic, it would also cement that she is from the future because at this age her obsession with Sasuke was very much.

If he is from the future, he would attack him on reflex. If he is not from the future, he would agree with him that Itachi should be killed for what he did.
Now he only has to wait for the class to empty. He knew that Kakashi sensei would come late to class.
Sasuke's plan has also failed. He was not able to come to class early to confront his teammates.
He had decided that he would ask them directly about Kaguya Ootsuki and their fight with her.
He also decided he would wait for the class to be empty before asking his question.
But by observing both of their behavior, he was 90 percent sure that they were from the future because he remembered that in this class he had his mistaken kiss with Naruto when Naruto was sitting in the bench in front of him, and Sakura also did not go all fangirl over him.

Her first plan had failed to confront Naruto at his home and ask him if he was from the future. Now, here she was in the class, thinking about how to confirm that her teammates were from the future.

As soon as the academy started, Iruka entered the class.
"Good morning, everyone. I would like you to know that I am very happy that all of you passed the graduation exams. I know that all of you wanted to become ninjas of the Hidden Leaf Village."
Many of you have your own reasons.
Such as some of you wanted to prove some things to yourself or to others , some wanted to make your family proud etc so i wish that all of you are able to get all the things you desire
Now I am going to announce all the teams that you will be paired with.
Team 1 to team 6 ...
Team 7 will be sasuke uchiha , Sakura haruno and Naruto uzumaki
Team 8 will be hinata hayuga ,kiba inuzuka , and shino aburane
Team 9 is still in circulation, so this year there will be no team 9.
Team 10 will be shikamaru Nara , ino yamanaka and choji akimichi
Your sensei will greet you all shortly to collect you.
And soon all the other sensai's came to the class and collected their students including the sensei of team 8 and 10
And soon the 3 of them were the only ones in the class, so there was an awkward silence in the air. Kakashi-sensei wouldn't come for another 3 hours.
So Naruto decided that he would start by asking Sakura out on a date, and then, when he confirmed that Sakura from the future was not there, he would move on to Sasuke and confirm with him.
But before he can ask or say anything, Sasuke activates his Mangekyo Sharingan and asks them, "What do you both know about Kaguya Otsutsuki?"

I would like to inform you all about the few changes that did not occur in my fic regarding the carbon timeline.
Such as
1) Naruto and Hinata were not a couple in the future
2) Sasuke and Sakura were not a couple in the future
3) Naruto and Sasuke did not lose their arms in the future, and they both have the sun and the moon seals.
These seals have different features than those included in the cannon.
4) Naruto will not be heavily reliant on Kurama's chakra
5) This will not be a truly canon fic. I have some ideas that I would like to implement.
