Hi Everybody!! This is a quick one shot would also like to thank you all for the continuous support! I hope you enjoy this one.
Morning sunlight streamed through the window, casting a warm glow on Olivia's face as she lay in bed. It was the morning of her birthday, and she was already in a feisty mood. Just as she was about to open her eyes, she felt a flurry of kisses on her cheek.
"Good morning, birthday girl!" Brielle her room mate and best friend exclaimed, her voice filled with excitement.
Olivia groaned and swatted at the air. "Brie, if you don't get away from me right now, it won't be pretty."
Brielle chuckled and backed away, giving Olivia some space. "Alright, alright. I'll give you a moment to wake up, but don't forget, we have big plans for tonight!"
Finally fully awake, Olivia sat up and rubbed her eyes. "Oh joy, I can't wait," she replied sarcastically. "What thrilling adventures do we have in store for my special day?"
Brielle grinned mischievously. "Well, first, we're meeting up with Alexandra and Kyrie. You know how much fun they always bring to the table."
Olivia rolled her eyes. "Oh yes, because nothing says 'fun' like watching Alexandra and Kyrie make googly eyes at each other all night."
Brielle laughed. "Come on, Liv, you know you secretly enjoy their lovey-dovey antics. And let's not forget about Harrison. He'll be there too, adding his own brand of charm to the mix."
Olivia smirked. "Ah yes, Harrison, the master of cheesy pick-up lines. Can't wait to hear what he has in store for us tonight."
Brielle playfully nudged Olivia. "Oh, come on, Liv. It's your birthday. Let's embrace the chaos and have a night to remember!"
Olivia sighed, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "Alright, Brie. I'll try to put on my best sarcastic face and make the most of it. After all, it's not every day I turn another year older."
Brielle beamed. "That's the spirit! Now, let's get ready to celebrate in style. It's going to be an epic birthday bash!"
As they got ready for the day, Olivia couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. Despite her sarcastic remarks, she knew that spending her birthday with her closest friends would be a night to remember. And who knows, maybe she would even let loose and have a bit of fun. After all, it was her special day, and she deserved to enjoy it to the fullest.
It was a Friday night, and the air was filled with excitement as Olivia, Her sister Alexandra, Friends Brielle, Harrison, and Kyrie gathered in Olivia's apartment. The weekend had finally arrived, and they were ready to celebrate Olivia's 21st birthday in style.
The living room buzzed with energy as the group prepared for their night out. Olivia stood in front of the mirror, trying on different outfits and striking poses, while Alexandra sat on the couch, scrolling through her phone.
Brielle, known for her impeccable fashion sense, rummaged through Olivia's closet, pulling out dresses and accessories. "Liv, you've got to wear this! It'll make heads turn," she exclaimed, holding up a stunning red dress.
Olivia laughed, twirling around in front of the mirror. "Brie, you always know how to pick the perfect outfit. I trust your fashion instincts!"
Harrison, sitting on the armrest of the couch, chimed in, "I second that! Brielle has never steered us wrong when it comes to style."
Kyrie, leaning against the wall, added with a smirk, "Well, I'm just here to provide moral support and enjoy the show. You ladies are the real fashion experts."
As the girls continued to get ready, the apartment filled with laughter and lively conversations. They shared stories, jokes, and even some embarrassing moments from their past. The atmosphere was light-hearted and filled with anticipation for the night ahead.
As they made their way to the club, the energy in the air was palpable. The neon lights illuminated the streets, and the sound of music grew louder with each step. Olivia couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement as they entered the club.
The club was packed, with people dancing and laughing, and the music thumping through the speakers. The atmosphere was electric, and Olivia couldn't help but let loose and embrace the energy of the night.
As the group settled into a corner booth, men instantly noticed their presence. They sent over drinks, trying to catch the attention of the beautiful ladies. Olivia, being newly single after her tumultuous relationship with Mark, was not interested in any advances. She politely declined the drinks, flashing a dazzling smile.
Brielle, always the life of the party, raised her glass and shouted, "Cheers to Olivia, the birthday girl! Let's make this night one for the books!"
The others raised their glasses and joined in the toast, their voices blending with the music and the chatter of the club. The night was off to a fantastic start.
As the drinks flowed and the laughter grew louder, the girls found themselves engrossed in animated conversations. Olivia, known for her quick wit and infectious sense of humor, had everyone in stitches with her hilarious anecdotes and witty remarks.
Brielle, leaning in closer to Olivia, whispered, "Hey, Liv, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think Mark is here. He's been staring at you all night."
Olivia's eyes narrowed as she followed Brielle's gaze. Sure enough, Mark was standing at the bar, his eyes fixed on her.
Mark is a charismatic and charming individual, standing at a height of 5 feet 7 inches. Despite his slightly shorter stature, Mark possesses an undeniable presence that draws people towards him. His warm smile and engaging personality make him instantly likable, and his confidence shines through in every interaction. Mark has a lean and athletic build, with a well-toned physique that reflects his active lifestyle. His dark hair is neatly styled, adding to his polished appearance. Mark's sense of style is impeccable, often seen wearing fashionable and well-fitted clothing that accentuates his features. Despite being shorter in height, Mark's magnetic personality and self-assured demeanor make him stand tall in any room he enters. Olivia was starting to actually fall In love with him the only problem is he is a goddamn cheater that cant keep his dick in his pants. A mischievous smile spread across Olivia's face as she hatched a plan.
"Well, Brie, it's time to teach him a lesson he won't forget," Olivia said, her voice dripping with mischief.
Alexandra, always the voice of reason, chimed in, "Liv, are you sure about this? Revenge won't solve anything bug." Bug is a nickname Alex called Olivia since childhood
Olivia waved off Alexandra's concern. "Oh, Alex, don't worry. It's all in good fun. I just want to remind him what he lost."
With a determined glint in her eyes, Olivia made her way to the dance floor. She swayed her hips to the rhythm of the music, her infectious energy drawing the attention of everyone around her. And, of course, it caught Mark's eye.
As Olivia danced, she couldn't help but notice Mark watching her intently. She decided to turn up the heat and make him regret ever cheating on her with his ex that also attends their college. With a playful smirk, she locked eyes with him and danced even more provocatively.
Mark couldn't resist the temptation. He approached Olivia, a confident smile on his face. "Happy birthday, baby. You're looking stunning tonight, You surely know how to make me crazy," he said pulling her by her waist against his throbbing erection his voice filled with a mixture of regret and desire whispering in her ear "Just one more time baby"
Olivia, fueled by a mix of alcohol and determination, decided to play along. She leaned in closer, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Oh, Mark, how kind of you to notice. I guess you finally realized what you lost. And as for the one more time, no you had your last time the night I found out you fucked ole girl that studies that journalism shit. This is ass no longer yours. Should have Kept your Dick in your pants and maybe you could have gotten into mine. Im moving on and I will let you stay hung up on Ms Can I get a quote for my paper."
Olivia pulled out of his embrace walking away swaying her hips letting him see how her body has been rapidly developing especially in her hips and ass
Mark's eyes widened as she walked away , a flicker of jealousy and pure embarrassment crossing his face. The chemistry between them was weak, but Olivia knew it was all just a game to him and he would never see the wrong in his actions.
After Olivia left Mark stunned on the dance floor, she quickly made her way back to where her sister, Alexandra, and the rest of their friends were gathered. She needed to share what had just happened and get some support from her closest confidants.
As Olivia approached the group, she could see the concern on their faces. Brielle, always the wild one, was the first to speak up. "Liv, what the hell happened? You look like you just saw a ghost!"
Olivia took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. "I... I just had a conversation with Mark," she began, her voice trembling slightly. "I told him that he needs to move on and that I need to find someone new."
The group exchanged confused glances, not fully understanding the gravity of the situation. Alexandra, always the level-headed one, spoke up. "Liv, what do you mean? I thought things were going well between you and Mark."
Olivia sighed, feeling a mix of frustration and sadness. "Things were going well, but I realized that Mark is still hung up on his ex. He's not ready to fully commit to me, and I can't keep waiting around for him to figure things out."
Brielle, never one to hold back, chimed in with her usual fiery spirit. "Well, good for you, Liv! You deserve someone who's ready to give you their all. Mark needs to get his act together and stop stringing you along."
Olivia nodded, grateful for her sister's support. "Exactly, Brielle. I need to focus on myself and find someone who's ready to be in a real relationship with me. I can't keep waiting for someone who's not ready to move on."
The rest of the group voiced their agreement, offering words of encouragement and reminding Olivia of her worth. They assured her that she deserved someone who would prioritize her and give her the love and commitment she deserved.
With her friends by her side, Olivia felt a sense of peace . She knew that moving on from Mark wouldn't be easy, but she was ready to take the necessary steps to find happiness and love with someone who was truly ready for her.
As the night continued, Olivia danced away her frustrations and embraced the support and love of her friends. She knew that with their unwavering support, she would find the strength to let go of Mark and open herself up to new opportunities its just that all the dudes at school where scum bags and only wanted to get in between legs.
As the night came to an end, Olivia and her friends stumbled their way back to campus. The alcohol had taken its toll, and Olivia, who had sobered up slightly, found herself being the responsible one for once. She watched as her friends, Brielle, Alexandra, and Harrison, leaned on their respective partners for support, giggling and stumbling along.
As they made their way through the dimly lit campus, Olivia's attention was suddenly diverted when she felt a sharp impact on her shoulder. She turned around, ready to unleash her sassy and hotheaded side, only to find Fitzgerald, a fellow student, wincing in pain.
"What the Fuck, dude? Watch where you're going!" Olivia snapped, her voice laced with irritation.
Fitzgerald, clutching his injured hand, winced again. "I'm so sorry. I am Fitzgerald or Fitz I just had an accident in the biology lab and was running to get help. I didn't see you coming."
Olivia's anger softened as she noticed the pain etched on Fitzgerald's face. She took a step closer, concern replacing her initial annoyance. "Are you okay? You look like you need some help. Im Olivia by the way nice to meet you Fitzgerald"
Fitzgerald nodded, his voice strained. "Yeah, I think I might have cut my hand pretty badly. It's bleeding quite a bit."
Olivia's eyes widened, and she quickly assessed the situation. "Come with me to my dorm. I have some first aid supplies. I can clean and bandage your hand until you can see a doctor."
Fitzgerald hesitated for a moment, then nodded in agreement. "Thank you. I appreciate your help."
As they walked towards Olivia's dorm, the tension between them was palpable. Olivia's fiery personality clashed with Fitzgerald's more reserved demeanor, creating an instant spark of both attraction and friction.
Once they arrived at Olivia's dorm, she rummaged through her drawer, searching for the first aid supplies. "I hope I have everything I need," she muttered to herself.
Fitzgerald watched her with a mixture of curiosity and admiration. "You seem to be quite prepared for emergencies" "Happy Birthday by the way" he says noticing the Happy Birthday Balloons
Olivia shot him a glare. "Yeah, well, accidents happen, and it's always good to be prepared. Now, sit down and let me take a look at that hand."
"Thank you for the Birthday wish also but honestly its just another day"
Fitzgerald winced as Olivia gently cleaned his wound. Her touch was surprisingly gentle, contrasting with her fiery personality.
Olivia carefully bandaged up Fitz's cut hand, her touch gentle yet focused. As she worked, she couldn't help but notice the way his eyes locked onto hers, a silent connection forming between them. The room fell into a comfortable silence, the only sound being the soft rustling of the bandage.
As Olivia finished bandaging Fitz's hand, she couldn't help but notice the passion in his eyes when he mentioned his biology major. It sparked her curiosity, and she decided to ask him more about it.
"So, Fitz," Olivia began, a small smile playing on her lips. "Tell me more about your biology major. What made you choose it?"
Fitz's face lit up with excitement, and he eagerly launched into an enthusiastic explanation. "Oh, Olivia, where do I even begin? Biology is such an incredible field. It's the study of life itself, from the tiniest microorganisms to complex ecosystems. I've always been fascinated by the intricacies of the natural world, and biology allows me to explore and understand it on a deeper level."
Olivia listened intently, her interest piqued by Fitz's enthusiasm. She could see the passion radiating from him as he spoke, and it was contagious.
"Fitz, that's amazing," Olivia said, her voice filled with genuine admiration. "What are some of the most interesting things you've learned so far?"
Fitz's eyes sparkled as he delved into the wonders of his studies. "Well, Olivia, there are so many fascinating aspects of biology. One of the most mind-blowing things I've learned is how our DNA holds the blueprint for life. It's like a complex code that determines our traits, from our physical appearance to our susceptibility to certain diseases. And the way genes interact with each other and the environment is just mind-boggling."
Olivia nodded, captivated by Fitz's explanation. "That sounds incredibly intricate and complex. It's amazing how everything is interconnected in the world of biology."
Fitz nodded enthusiastically. "Exactly! And it's not just about understanding life on Earth. Biology also allows us to explore the possibilities of life beyond our planet. Astrobiology, for example, is a field that focuses on the search for extraterrestrial life. The idea that there could be life forms out there in the vast universe is both thrilling and humbling."
Olivia couldn't help but be drawn in by Fitz's passion for his major. She had always admired people who pursued their passions wholeheartedly, and Fitz was a shining example of that
"Fitz, I can see how much you love what you're studying," Olivia said, a genuine smile gracing her face. "It's inspiring to see someone so passionate about their field. I'm glad I asked you about it."
Fitz's smile widened, his eyes filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Olivia. It means a lot to me that you're interested in my major. Biology is my true passion, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn and explore the wonders of life."
As Fitz finished sharing his enthusiasm for his biology major, he couldn't help but be curious about Olivia's field of study. He knew she was a nursing student, and he was eager to learn more about her experiences and passion for the medical field.
"So, Olivia," Fitz began, "Tell me about your nursing major. What made you choose it?"
Olivia smirked, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, nursing. Just a little something I picked up along the way," she replied nonchalantly, trying to downplay her achievements.
Fitz chuckled, seeing through Olivia's coy response. "Come on, Olivia. I know there's more to it than that. Nursing is a demanding and noble profession. What drew you to it?"
Olivia's smirk turned into a genuine smile as she realized Fitz was genuinely interested. She decided to let her guard down and share her true feelings.
"Well, Fitz, I have to admit, nursing is my true calling," Olivia said, her voice filled with a mix of pride and excitement. "I've always had a passion for helping others, and nursing allows me to do just that. From the smallest tasks like applying bandaids and cleaning wounds to the more complex procedures, I enjoy every aspect of it."
Fitz's eyes widened in surprise and admiration. "That's incredible, Olivia. It takes a special kind of person to find joy in even the smallest tasks. I can see why you excel in your studies."
Olivia blushed slightly, her spunk momentarily replaced by a bashful demeanor. "Well, I may have been at the top of my class," she admitted, a hint of pride creeping into her voice. "But don't let that go to my head. I'm just doing what I love."
Fitz laughed, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I can see that, Olivia. Your passion and dedication shine through in everything you do. I have no doubt that you'll make an incredible nurse."
Olivia's smirk returned, her playful nature resurfacing. "Well, Fitz, I hope you're not just saying that to get on my good side. I don't give out gold stars that easily."
Fitz chuckled, enjoying Olivia's banter. "No, Olivia, I genuinely mean it. Your skills and dedication speak for themselves. And I have a feeling your patients will be lucky to have you by their side."
Olivia's eyes sparkled with a mix of amusement and affection. She appreciated Fitz's genuine support and encouragement.
"Thank you, Fitz," Olivia said sincerely. "That means a lot coming from you. I'm excited to see where our paths in the medical field will take us."
As their conversation continued, Fitz couldn't help but feel a growing connection with Olivia. He admired her intelligence, wit, and passion for her studies. The more they talked, the more he found himself drawn to her.
Taking a deep breath, Fitz mustered up the courage to ask Olivia a question that had been on his mind. "Olivia, I've really enjoyed getting to know you. You're an amazing person, and I was wondering if... if we could possibly be friends?"
Olivia raised an eyebrow, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. "Friends, huh? Well, Fitz, I suppose I could consider it. But you better be prepared for my sarcastic remarks and witty comebacks on a regular basis."
Fitz chuckled, his nerves easing slightly. "I wouldn't have it any other way, Olivia. Your quick wit and banter keeps things interesting."
Olivia nodded, her smile widening. "Alright then, Fitz. Friends it is. But before we seal the deal, there's one thing you need to know."
Fitz looked at her curiously, his eyes filled with anticipation. "What is it, Olivia?"
As Olivia handed Fitz her phone to exchange numbers, she couldn't resist a playful jab. "Just be careful, Fitz. I hope your girlfriend doesn't look through your phone, because I would hate to have to beat her ass. Because every man in this school has a hidden girlfriend around this motherfucker" she huffed
Fitz's eyes widened in surprise, and he quickly shook his head lifting her chin to look at him his other hand reaching out to gently tuck a stray curl behind her ear. "You don't need to be so feisty with me, Olivia," he said softly. " I am a single man, focused on my studies and my business outside of school but I can always make time for someone like you."
Olivia's playful demeanor faded, replaced by a genuine smile. She appreciated Fitz's honesty and the way he lifted her chin gently, his touch filled with warmth and sincerity.
"Well, Fitz," Olivia said, her voice softening. "I suppose I can trust you with my number then. Just don't go giving it out to every girl on campus."
Fitz grinned, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "You're the first girl in my two years of attending this university to get my number, Olivia. I think that says a lot."
As Olivia entered her number into Fitz's phone, she couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement. She had always been guarded when it came to relationships, but there was something about Fitz that made her want to take a chance.
Fitz held her gaze, his eyes filled with sincerity. "I promise, Olivia, I won't let you down. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better, as a friend and maybe... who knows what the future holds?"
Olivia's heart skipped a beat, and she nodded, a mix of anticipation and curiosity filling her. "Who knows indeed, Fitz. Maybe you'll just disappoint --"
Fitz put his finger on Olivia's plump lips
"Enough of that beautiful, I will text you when I make it back to my dorm okay? Have a good night and Happy Birthday again" He kissed her on her forehead grabbing his bag and headed out to his dorm
As Fitz walked away, leaving Olivia standing there in stunned silence, she couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. For the first time in a long time, she found herself at a loss for words, unable to come up with a witty remark or sarcastic comment. Fitz had managed to leave her speechless, and it was a feeling she wasn't quite sure how to process.
As she watched him disappear, a wave of realization washed over Olivia. She had always prided herself on her quick wit and sharp tongue, using humor as a shield to protect herself from getting too close to anyone. But Fitz had managed to break through that barrier, leaving her vulnerable and exposed within the hour they knew eachother.
In that moment, Olivia couldn't deny the impact Fitz had on her. His genuine kindness, his passion for his studies, and his ability to see through her defenses had touched something deep within her. It was a feeling she hadn't experienced before, and it both excited and scared her.
As she stood there, lost in her thoughts, Olivia couldn't help but wonder what this newfound connection with Fitz meant. Was it just a fleeting moment, or could it be the start of something more? The uncertainty gnawed at her, but deep down, she knew that she wanted to find out.
With a determined look in her eyes, Olivia took a deep breath and made a decision. She would reach out to Fitz, take a chance, and see where this unexpected connection could lead. It was a leap of faith, but she knew that sometimes, the most meaningful moments in life came from taking risks.
