While Perry was suffering with his nemesis as a vampire, Phineas and Ferb begged Candace to turn them into vampires. "Please Candace. Turn us into vampires!" Phineas begged his sister. "We don't have anything to do. Baljeet and Buford went to boys' camp and Isabella is visting the French Fireside girls." Phineas explained why him and Ferb were bored.
"Okay." Candace sighed as she bit Phineas, and then bit Ferb's neck. "I feel the power!" Phineas said as his skin turned pale and his blue eyes became red. "Have you boys ever heard of 'Vampire Camp'?" Candace asked. "No." Ferb replied. "Well, I'll teach you how to harness your skills and learn how to hypnotize or compel your enemy." Candace said. "Hey, where's Perry?" Phineas asked not knowing that Perry was now a vampire and was suffering at DEI.

"Now, Perry the Platypus let us sneak on my daughter, Vanessa and turn her into a vampire!" Doof said wickelty as he put on a DIY Count Dracula costume he made. "Grrrggrr." Perry chattered. "But, sir. Vanessa is at the mall." Norm said. He was able to plan a tracking chip on Vanessa the previous day. "We will disguise in Norm and he will drive us to the mall." Doof said as he and Perry got into Norm and he used his flight to fly on over to the mall.
"Dad what are you doing here in a black cloak?" Vanessa asked as her dad and Perry found her in the bathroom with no other girls. "To turn you into a vampire!" Doof announced. "What? Are you crazy?" Vanessa said backing into a corner as her dad and Agent P. were creeping closer and getting ready to bite her neck. "Ahhh." Vanessa screamed as she felt some of her blood drawned away from her neck and as her skin turned pale.
"Great! Look at me!" Vanessa said putting up a fit. "Now I can't hang out with Johnny on a date right now." Vanessa said as she had no choice but to cancel her date with her goth boyfriend. "C'mon, let's go take over the Tri-State Area!" Doof said as Norm transformed himself car and they drove to Mayor Roger's place.
Back at the Flynn-Fletcher house...
"Guys, lets watch the news. Maybe we should report Perry is missing." Candace told her brothers as she turned on the "News" Channel. "Breaking news! A pharmacist, a platypus wearing a hat, a robot and a goth chic are vampires and want to turn Danville into their own evil empire!" The news anchor said. "I'm not a pharmacist, I'm an evil scientist!" Doof said yelling at the microphone.
"Oh-no!" Phineas said reconizing Perry, even though he had a hat on. After the news was done, someone knocked on the door. "Hello," Candace said as Major Monogram and Carl stood at the door. "Are you the owners of that Platypus on the news?" Major Monogram asked. "Yes, we were wondering where he was." Phineas replied cheerfully.
"Bet you didn't know that pharmacist is a vampire and he turned the goth chick, her daughter, and your pet platypus into his vampire minions." Carl said. "That's terrible. We must save Perry." Ferb said. "We are from the Organization Without a Cool Acroynm or O.W.C.A for short." Major Monogram. "Boys, I know what were gonna do today!" Candace said getting in the car, followed up by her brothers and Major Monogram and Carl.
"We know a old friend from Romania that can help to reverse the vampire curse on Perry." Phineas said remembering when his own sister was a vampire.
