Hatred For Humans

"*Feeding Lobo A Large Chicken* Here you go, buddy. Freshly made chicken that the chefs just cooked." Sonic said

Lobo sniffs at the cooked chicken before biting it and consuming it immediately. Soon after, he spits out the bones in front of Sonic.

"*Cleaning His Gloves* Well, that takes care of your lunch for today. I'll ask the chefs to make you something special for dinner later." Sonic stated

"Aaawoooooo!" Lobo growled

"I already told you multiple times, Lobo. You can't have humans for dinner. Nor at all. I have already had this talk with Koyan. But don't worry; you can eat many other delicious meals besides humans." Sonic replies

"Awoo..."

"*Pets Lobo* It'll be fine, Lobo. Don't worry; I'm just doing my job to keep the place safe and running." Sonic assures

"Bark, bark!" Lobo exclaimed

"It's not easy being the only one to look out for hundreds of Servants, Lobo. But at least I'm managing and figuring out ways to handle things more efficiently. Plus, I'm grateful to have so many friends here! I couldn't even imagine being surrounded by legendary heroes throughout history. I'm still trying to process all that." Sonic explains

"Grrr."

"*Looks At Lobo* What do you mean, Lobo? What are you trying to say right now?"

"Grrrr! [Why must we work for the humans? What good have they ever done for us? We are treated as fools with no purpose in life!]." Lobo growled

"And here comes that conversation again... Alright, I will only repeat this once more, and I'm hoping you can listen closely, Lobo. The two of us have a completely different viewpoint toward humans. I get it; you were mistreated by them before. I'm not pushing that information away. Even at times, I suffered the wrath of humans looking down upon me, but even still. I grew up saving people repeatedly; I expect people who don't respect me to live alongside me, but some want nothing but the best for me. In my world, Mobians and humans co-exist and make a promise to fight against evil. Evil, such as Dr. Eggman, who is still out there causing issues for everyone, not just humans." Sonic explains

"Bark! Bark! [They hate us! They'll continue to do so as long as we exist! Do you forget that you were mistreated each time you summoned a human? They turned their backs on you and didn't trust you first!]" Lobo brings up

"I knew what their reactions would be each time I summon someone. The Servants don't expect a talking Hedgehog to be their Master; of course, they aren't going to trust me at first. That's the same case for you, Lobo. Remember when I summoned you, and the first you did was turn your back against me? Yeah, because you didn't expect me to summon you and didn't trust me. But I still cared for you and helped you grow stronger, and here we are. We gained each other's trust despite us being animals. Despite the way we started, we bonded together until we found our comfort zone between each other. I'm not mad at you because of that; I'm just bringing up what is known already." Sonic replies

"Rrrrr... [The only reason I did such a thing was that I was merely testing you to see if you'd push me away like humans have done to me. You may be an animal yourself, but even animals can be hostile towards one another at times as well... I expected you to push me away one way or another...]" Lobo stated

"And did I pass that little test of yours? I never got the test results from you." Sonic asks

"Bark! [You did. You showed me that there are humans out there that don't cast me away. Those little ones are always happy when they see me. But deep inside me, I know I can't fully trust any humans. Regardless if they are a Servant or not. That is what I believe. I do not wish to be pushed aside and used as a tool; my hatred of humans will forever be embedded inside me. I hope you realize that, Hedgehog.]" Lobo replies

"I'm glad you're expressing yourself towards me, Lobo. I understand if you'll never fully trust any human. But even if that were the case, you have me around. I'll never betray someone who was harmed by society before. I wish to help out as much as possible. You may think otherwise, but truth be told, I enjoy your company. Regardless of who you are, you're a great friend and partner." Sonic stated

"Grrrr... [You do have a big heart, Hedgehog. But we know deep down that this connection won't last forever. We don't know what will happen in our final minutes together. We don't know if things will end on a positive note or a negative one. Only time will tell.]" Lobo said

"Then we just have to enjoy our time together right now. That time is far in the future, so we have plenty of time to continue building our friendship. But still, whether you hate humans is based on what you believe. Everyone thinks differently. I never expected you to like them even after I summoned you. The best thing I could've done for you is understand that some humans can accept you for who you are. And the Servants here all see you in high regard; that's enough for me." Sonic explains

"Bark! Bark! Bark! [At least I can say that you have done your job correctly in helping me find an environment where I am accepted. Will see what happens for the two of us as time goes on.]" Lobo said

"Will see what the future holds for us, Lobo. What opportunities does it have for both of us? Only time will tell." Sonic replies
