The next day after class Habib went to his dorm and went to the bathroom to take a shower. After a few minutes, he got out of the shower and got dressed. The door opened and Mando, Cara, and IG-11 went inside. The three remaining members of team MCHI see Habib in a blue tuxedo.

Cara: Habib where are you going dressed in that blue tuxedo?

Habib: Well Cara I got a date with Pyrrha today.

Cara: But why blue for the color of your tuxedo?

Mando: It's the color of the royal family of Equestria.

Cara: Oh that explains why he always wears a blue t-shirt and jeans.

Mando looks at his friend.

Mando: Are you going to tell Pyrrha?

Habib: Not yet.

IG-11: It makes sense to not tell Pyrrha that he is a prince yet. The only ones that know that Habib is a prince is the three of us and Glynda. Not even our friends know that.

Habib: Well I better go pick up Pyrrha. I'll see you guys later.

Habib left the dorm and starts walking to team JNPR's dorm. Once Habib arrived he knocked on the door. After a few minutes, Nora opened the door and when she saw Habib, Nora started blushing.

Nora: (blushing) Habib.

Habib: Hey Nora is Pyrrha ready?

Nora: Y-Yes she is. I-I'll go and g-get her.

Nora left and Pyrrha arrived. Habib and Pyrrha both blushed when they saw their outfits.

Habib: (blushing) H-Hey P-Pyrrha are y-you ready?

Pyrrha: (blushing) H-Hello Habib. Y-Yes I am.

Pyrrha closed the door and the two teens started going to Vale.

With Nora

Nora is laying in her bed, thinking.

Nora: 'Pyrrha is so lucky to go on a date with Habib. I wish that I was the one going on a date with Habib.'

With Habib and Pyrrha

The two teens are walking at Vale while blushing. Habib and Pyrrha continued walking until Habib stopped at a restaurant.

Habib: (blushing) W-We're here.

Habib opened the door and hold it for Pyrrha. Pyrrha blushed even more.

Pyrrha: (blushing) T-Thanks.

Pyrrha went inside then Habib. The two teens went to a table and a waiter arrived. The waiter gave Habib and Pyrrha menus.

Waiter: Hello my name is Matt and I will be your waiter today. Would you two like anything to drink?

Habib: Can I have a coke, please?

Matt: Of course sir.

Matt looks at Pyrrha.

Matt: How about you miss?

Pyrrha: I'll have a water.

Matt: Of course miss.

Matt starts writing the drinks.

Matt: I'll be back with your drinks.

Matt left to get the drinks.

Pyrrha: (blushing) S-So Habib tell m-me about y-yourself? I-I only k-know a little about you.

Habib: Well I'm from a village where humans and Faunus live in peace. I live with my mom, dad, and little sister.

Pyrrha: You have a little sister?

Habib: Yes I do.

Habib grabs his wallet to grab a picture.

Habib: This is my little sister Eri.

Pyrrha: Aww she is so cute.

Habib: I know that she is cute.

Habib puts the picture away. Pyrrha and Habib look at their menus. Matt came back with the drinks.

Matt: Are you two ready to order?

Habib: Yes I will have a grilled Salmon.

Matt writes Habib's order.

Matt: Of course sir. How about you miss?

Pyrrha: I'll have the Raviolis.

Matt writes it down.

Matt: Okay I'll be back with your food.

Matt leaves to get the food. Habib and Pyrrha continued talking to each other to get to know each other more. After a few minutes, Matt arrived with the food and then left. Habib and Pyrrha started eating. After an hour the two teens finished their lunch, Habib paid for the food and they left the restaurant to continue their date. A week later Habib and Pyrrha started dating. Inside team JNPR's dorm, Pyrrha looks out the window sadly as Ren loads StormFlower and Nora is jumping on her bed in the room for Team JNPR.

Nora: How come Jaune gets home so late?

Ren: He's become rather scarce since he started fraternizing with Cardin.

Nora: That's weird... Doesn't he know we have a field trip tomorrow? We need our rest!

Nora proclaims this while twirling in midair so her back hits the covers.

Pyrrha: (angrily) I'm sure our leader knows exactly what he's doing.

Nora and Ren exchange glances, not knowing that Jaune himself is looking in through the crack of the door.

Nora: Mmmm... I guess so.

Jaune hangs his head and closes the door, just as a voice interrupts his thoughts.

Ruby: Hey, Jaune!

Jaune is startled and he turns around to see Ruby in her pajamas, while she giggles at his reaction.

Ruby: Long time, no see! Did you lock yourself out again?

Jaune: Oh, uh, nope!

Jaune raises his Scroll while attempting to laugh.

Jaune: Got it!

Ruby: So! Where have you been lately?

Jaune: I, uh...

Jaune tries to come up with something, but just sighs and lowers his head.

Jaune: I messed up. I did something I shouldn't have, and now Cardin has me on a leash, and Pyrrha won't even talk to me, and...

Jaune breathes heavily through his nose.

Jaune: I'm starting to think coming to this school was a bad idea.

Jaune presses his back to his team's door and slides down to the floor in depression.

Jaune: I'm a failure.

Ruby: Nope!

Jaune looked at Ruby in surprise.

Jaune: Nope?'

Ruby: Nope! You're a leader now, Jaune. You're not allowed to be a failure.

Jaune: But... what if I'm a failure at being a leader?

Ruby thinks about it for a moment, then gives her answer.

Ruby: Nope!

Jaune laughs as Ruby joins him on the floor.

Jaune: You know, you're not the easiest person to talk to about this kind of stuff.

Ruby: Nope!

Jaune leans into the door some more.

Ruby: Jaune, maybe you were a failure when you were a kid...

Jaune groans and sinks lower to the ground.

Ruby: ... and you might've even been a failure the first day we met!

Jaune groans and goes lower still.

Ruby: But, you can't be one now. You know why?

Jaune: Uhhh, because...?

Ruby: Because it's not just about you anymore. You've got a team now, Jaune. We both do! And if we fail, then we'll just be bringing them down with us.

Ruby gets up and places her hands on her hips as she speaks.

Ruby: We have to put our teammates first, and ourselves second. Your team deserves a great leader, Jaune. And I think that can be you.

Ruby walks over to her door and opens it as Jaune, now slightly inspired by her words, watches her wave.

Ruby: Have a good night, Jaune!

Ruby goes inside. With new energy, Jaune pushes himself off the ground and faces the door, ready to turn the knob and face his team, but his Scroll beeps and he pulls it off of his side to open it, seeing Cardin's contact relaying a message.

Cardin: /Hey! It's your buddy Cardin! I know you're probably busy with that Dust project I gave you, buuuut I'm gonna need you to go out and get me a bag of Rapier Wasps." (as Jaune makes a terrified sound in response) "And make sure they've got some really big stingers! It's important, so don't screw this up!/

Jaune closes his Scroll just when it begins to beep again. Sighing, he wearily heads down the hallway and away from his room.
