Encountering Help of Blue and Yellow
One zombie is seen walking around the street with nothing to do but groan and wait for something to come to them to bite on, but then someone came running fast at the zombie with a kick that knocked right off the rotten body.
"Another one dead, but how long is this going to last." The girl said as the scene shows her hair is blue color.
"I hope something good will in this shithole." The blue hair girl looked up at the sky just turning into yellow and orange because of the sunset.
(With Cruz, Ranko, and Saeko)
Cruz and the two girls who followed him are running through the streets trying to find a safe path they can use to get to Saya's house, since the one they took is blocked off by the wired wall and zombies while also leaving the rest of their group behind.
The scene shows Ranko peaking over a corner of a street seeing some more zombies walking down the street.
"Fuck, this street is a no go either." Ranko informed.
"It doesn't look like we can make it to the second block." Saeko pointed out.
"We should try searching back to where we came in, there weren't any zombies along the way there." Cruz suggested.
"Just stay behind us, alright." Ranko said to Cruz who gave her a nod.
"(Damn it, I know the guy is too smart to not know about him getting bitten.)" Ranko thought worried.
"(But the way he acts, and his face hasn't shown any despair, it's like the infection isn't breaking him at all.)" Ranko thought amazed of how strong Cruz is right now.
As they continue running, they look up onto the horizon and see a big mansion right on top of a big hill and with the sun right behind that very mansion that Cruz already knows whose house this is.
"There it is, Saya's house!" Cruz informed.
"Holy shit, that really is a big house." Ranko shocked.
"Yeah, Nene was shocked about it when we first went there for a study session.
"Wait, but why do you need Saya for a study session if you're already smart enough to help her?" Saeko confused.
"Saya came up to us thinking Nene could use another "Smart student" to help make sure she did almost everything right, though it was a little strange that Saya insisted we do study together at her house." Cruz answered, remembering those few days.
"I say Saya wanted to get close to you like a lovesick puppy wanting to mate." Ranko teased.
"Huh, I'm not sure about that even though her is cute being smart." Cruz chuckled blushing and nervously.
"(So, you see Saya as a smart cutie.)" Saeko thought chuckled.
"Anyway, you guys looking forward to some fence jumping?" Saeko asked.
"I don't think I would be able to keep up with you on that." Cruz stated his own physical flaw.
"It would be better if we have wheels to drive on." Ranko said.
But then just coming into her mind, Ranko started to remember the little fact talk of Kohta explaining to Alice and Mio about the motorcycles they saw, the motorcycles from the store they drove past earlier.
"Holy fuck, I think I know a way that can help us!" Ranko smiled.
Ranko leads the two on the way to the store with the motorcycles in hopes they can find something useful besides the obvious need for fast transportation, and hopefully this will help Cruz not push himself too much.
"Come on, the store should be to the right." Ranko said.
But when they made the right turn, they encountered three zombies as two are on the street and one on the sidewalk.
"Oh fuck, there are dead bastards here!" Ranko cursed as she held onto her bolt gun.
"Odd, I don't remember them being around this area." Saeko glared as she held onto her black wooden sword.
"Good thing there's only three of them, one for each of us." Cruz readied himself with his shotgun as a bat.
"Time to deal some fucking justice!" A female voice screamed.
"Who the fuck is that?" Ranko puzzled of the voice of a new person.
Suddenly a person jumps down from on top of a small building that appears to be what used to be a sweet store, slams down on the zombie on the sidewalk with a stomp strong enough to leave a two-and-a-half-inch footprint dent in the head.
"Oh, you two feeling left out? Don't worry, there's plenty more where that came from!" The girl jumped at the two zombies kicking them down and stomping on their heads too.
"Okay, that was unexpected." Cruz commented as Saeko and Ranko nod their heads in agreement.
"Man, that somehow makes me feel relief." The girl sighed smiling.
"Umm, hello there." Cruz greeted, getting the blue hair girl's attention.
"No way, more living people! I was worried that we were the last ones in this town!" The blue hair girl gasped.
"Wait, there are more people like you?" Cruz asked.
"Well, not exactly and it's only the two of us. I came out here to get a few things for the night and ran into a few zombies on the way like what you just saw." The blue-haired girl explained.
"Oh right, I haven't introduced myself!" The blue hair girl realized and cleared her throat.
"My name is Setsuna Supīdo-kyō, I hope we can get along while we survive!" Setuna introduced herself to the three new faces.
Setuna is a young girl with blue hair that is ultramarine and light blue eyes. She wears what appears to be a dangerous-looking white dress with sharp long blue skirt parts, white sleeves with blue cup wrist that aren't connected to the outfit, and long brown boots. Breasts sizes: G-cup.
"Nice to meet you. My name is Cruz Schild." Cruz revealed his name.
"I'm Saeko Busujima, same group with these two." Saeko introduced herself.
"Ranko Honjō is my name is don't you forget it." Ranko said her name with a grin.
"So, what are you guys doing out here?" Setsuna asked.
"We got separated from our group when we tried to lure some zombies away and there was this wired wall in the street, and we came here." Saeko explained.
"Oh, where a lot more zombies are gathered. I can see that, but I'm not sure about your group concern if you're alive or not." Setsuna said.
"You'll be surprised once you meet them." Saeko smiled.
"Anyway, we came down here to find the store the has the motorcycles to grab ourselves a vehicle and make our way to a friend's house just on top of the hill." Cruz explained the rest.
"Oh, you must have that really big house! Your friend must've been loaded before this doom of the zombies happened." Setsuna amazed, remember seeing a big house on the hill.
"She is or was in this case." Ranko shrugged.
"Why don't you and your friend come with us? I'm sure Saya wouldn't mind letting a couple more people in." Cruz offered, extending his hand to Setsuna.
"To be honest, I have been thinking about moving to a new location." Setsuna said, doing a little bit of thinking for a second.
"Okay, you got yourself a deal." Setsuna nodded and was about to take Cruz's hand.
"No, wait!" Ranko pulled Cruz away before his and Setsuna's hand could make contact.
"Cruz, you got yourself bitten when you saved me. Remember?" Ranko reminded the green hair boy.
"Hold on, what?" Setsuna gasped as she backs away.
"Oh yeah, I completely forgotten about that." Cruz surprised at himself.
"How the fuck do you forget about a shitty zombie biting your arm when you saved me at the last second and you're still bleeding and being turn… into…" Ranko pulled Cruz's arm to show the wound that the zombie bite on but paused in shock upon seeing this.
Saeko comes in to see the arm and she became shocked as well, Setsuna steps a few feet closer to get a look at herself and went silence shock upon seeing that Cruz's arm is all healed up from the bite leaving only a slightly faint scar.
"No fucking way… You're all healed up." Ranko said.
"How is… is that even possible?" Saeko asked.
"It's like you suddenly have the healing ability of the Wolverine!" Setsuna commented.
"Cruz, how are you doing this?" Saeko asked.
"What are you?" Ranko asked.
Cruz didn't answer the question as he looks at his arm the most with how he clearly remembers how he let himself get bitten by the zombie with that punch to save Ranko, he knew his time would come with the zombie virus, yet he found it odd that he didn't turn into one of the zombies.
Thinking about this now, Cruz remembers how long it takes a person to turn into a zombie within a few minutes and it has been way longer for him when he got bitten and he hasn't felt any of the symptoms of the zombie infection since separating himself from the Emerald Group.
"(What is… what is happening to me?)" Cruz thought shocked of this realization that he could be immune to the zombie disease.
There are lots of questions that Cruz would wanna know like how exactly is he immune to the zombie bites and could this be the answer to solve the zombie world problem, but those questions would have to wait when there is still some pressing matters to get to.
"Come on, we have to get those motorcycles." Cruz said as he walks forward.
"Hey wait, you're just going to leave… That on the side?" Setsuna asked, shock to see Cruz dropping the subject.
"I am, there are more important things that we need to go like helping Setsuna and her friend and need to get ourselves some wheels in order to get over to Saya's house. I rather focus on that than worry about another thing." Cruz stated.
"If you say so, but I think we should tell the others within our group about this." Saeko pointed out that she didn't want to keep this discovery a secret.
"I know, now let's get a move on." Cruz said as he walks away.
"Okay, I get you need to be with your friends really badly… But you're going the wrong way." Setsuna informed, causing Cruz to pause his walk and the two girls shocked.
"Would you mind repeating that?" Ranko asked.
"It what I was going to tell you before knowing about his… weird condition, that you were wrong way. The store with the motorcycles is actually that way." Setsuna pointed the direction, opposite of where Cruz was going.
Cruz, Saeko, and Ranko stood in silent shock upon hearing what the blue hair girl just said about them going in the wrong direction to the motorbike store that Ranko herself thought was the way until now.
"Ranko, you led us in the wrong direction." Saeko said bluntly.
"The street kinda looked the same to me." Ranko proclaimed.
"…Would you mind leading us to the store, please." Cruz asked Setsuna.
"Sure, I was actually on my way there right now as I mentioned before." Setsuna nodded.
"Come, it's this way!" Setuna ran past Saeko and Ranko fast before either of them could react.
"Whoa, that girl is shit fast!" Ranko gasped.
"She must've done a lot of tracks running in her school to be able to move that fast." Saeko guessed.
"Come on, we're gonna lose her!" Cruz said as he ran past them too.
The three members of the Emerald Group try keeping up with Setsuna the best they can though she was running really fast like a professional runner for the country's track team, and she doesn't look tired in the slightest.
"Okay, we're here!" Setsuna announced, gesturing her hand to the store.
Cruz, Saeko, and Ranko are panting hard from having to run the fastest they can just so they don't lose sight of the blue hair speedster, though Saeko is the only one among them who can still stand up find because of how physical shape she's in for her kendo club though she never had to run that fast before.
"What kind of sports did you do before the zombie outbreak?" Cruz asked, trying to catch his breath.
"I used to be part of the track team back at my school, I can run the 9K under 17.5 minutes and I was also the all-star runner of my school too!" Setsuna bragged with a smug.
"Holy shit, how in the world can you even run like that and not get tired?" Cruz shocked to hear this.
"I've done a lot of training to get where I am today even when I was a little kid." Setsuna answered.
"Come on, after we get everything, we need. We're heading off to the house me and my head are staying." Setsuna walked into the store.
"First, there was Mio with that crazy strength of hers and now this chick with the damn speed! What's next, someone with the giant drills for hair or girls transforming into weapons?!" Ranko complained as she moves into the store.
"I'm not really sure, but that should be the least of our concern." Cruz said following them into the store.
"Well, I think we might be surprised again during this death journey." Saeko commented.
The group and Setsuna started looking around seeing there are some small sections of clothing such as tank-tops, shorts, some equipment they'll need like a few water bottles to carry some water, some snacks for energy and for their hunger, and some items Cruz is thinking about bringing for Yukana to use for her crafting skills.
"You know, I think we should get something bigger than motorcycles if we're going together with two extra packages." Ranko pointed out.
"Yeah, and I never really learn how to ride a motorcycle." Setsuna admitted chuckling.
"Then how about this one." Saeko called out from the backroom.
The two girls and one boy went into the backroom to see what Saeko has found, and they are impressed by the vehicle that looks ready for action at any time.
"Whoa, it's an amphibious vehicle." Cruz amazed.
"Oh shit, this baby looks can go on for miles!" Ranko impressed with a smirk.
"Tell me about it, and I'm the speed expert." Setsuna smiled.
"Okay, let's load up and see Setsuna's friend." Cruz said.
Everyone loaded the car with some stuff they took from the store that could be very useful to them, and Ranko takes the wheel with being the only one with a driver license as she drove the amphibious car right out of the store fast.
Ranko drove through the directions Setsuna guided them to the house they are staying in, it's like any other house in the neighborhood.
"Come on, she's inside sleeping." Setsuna said as she jumps out of the car.
"Does she sleep a lot or something?" Saeko asked.
"No, she got a head injury just yesterday when the zombies suddenly showed up around here, I've been taking care of her since and hoping she'd wake up soon." Setsuna explained as they went inside the house.
Setsuna shows them to the living room where there's a girl sleeping on the couch, but then that girl moves a little and her closed eyes twitches. Setsuna saw this and hurried over to her friend.
"Kuchinashi! You're waking up! Are you okay, how many fingers am I holding up?" Setsuna asked holding up three fingers.
The girl known as Kuchinashi has long mimosa hair that goes down to her waist with matching eyes. She wears a pale-yellow dress-like outfit with a brown-green dress shirt underneath, and brown boots with a metal pad on each. Breasts sizes: CC-cup.
Kuchinashi looks at Setsuna and gave off a smile with caring eyes letting her blue hair friend knows she is happy to see her.
"Glad to see you're doing okay too. Oh, and I brought some friends." Setsuna gestured to Cruz and the girls.
"Everyone, this here is Kuchinashi Kagu. She's my best friend in the whole world." Setsuna introduced.
Kuchinashi waves at the three new friends and picks up her sketchbook to write some words saying "Hello, it's nice to meet you" with a smile.
"Is she shy to talk?" Ranko asked.
"No, she just likes to think of herself as the Yamato Nadeshiko type who refuses to talk. Long story, so she communicates with her sketchbook." Setsuna explained.
"Well, it's nice to meet you. I hope we can be friends." Cruz smiled.

Cruz, Saeko, and Ranko were on their own for a while trying to find a way out of the area and to Saya's home, but then they had a run in or the one who ran into them was none other than Setsuna and greet her silent friend Kuchinashi as now part of the group.
