Robert and Holly debated going to the park for the picnic, but after what happened last time, they decided not to tempt faith. The two were very much in the honeymoon phase, not that they ever weren't, but that ceremony upped it.
They both put their robes on, and Robert ordered them some lunch. "You know, before we leave, I do want to have a picnic in the park."
"As long as you behave and you aren't trying to take me in the park last time..." Holly started but was cut off.
"Me? Me? Who was the one who kept leaning over me with that perfume?" Robert grinned at the memory.
"I was trying to get a sandwich, darling." Holly innocently said as she gave Robert a sweet look.
"Is that why your hand was..." This time, Robert was stopped as he felt her hand cover his mouth.
"I admit I wasn't that innocent." Holly told Robert as she grinned at him.
"I didn't mind it. We were in love, we are in love." He kissed her hand as they heard the door.
Robert went and got their food and brought it in. "Here we are."
The two set up the food near the bed before sitting down.
"You know this is really lovely. You've upped your game with the romance." Holly grinned as she poured them some tea. "You know what I really love."
Robert got a grin on his face. "What I was doing in the hot rub?" He scooted over and kissed her neck.
"No...well, I mean besides that. Since we were all alone, I can use caviar the proper way." Holly grinned at him.
"I don't know if that qualifies as proper, but I enjoy it." He sat up and looked into her eyes. "That first picnic when I fed you, I don't know why something so little meant so much, but it did."
Holly stroked his cheek and gave him a kiss. "It's because we were already falling, that moment you put the ring on me. I was a goner even if I was fighting it."
"I still was trying to at that point. It was a magical time, then again with you, it always is." Robert took her hand and kissed it.
"Likewise my sweet, Robert." Holly grinned at him as she leaned in to kiss him. First, it was a simple one, but it quickly turned into more.
"Are you thinking what I am thinking." He mumbled as he pulled her closer. Holly's eyes lit up as her eyes dance with his. "Oh, you know it. Let's eat."
