Disclaimer: Here we go everyone, the first chapter of the story to have Angel as a major focus! This will be the chapter that adds her into Scamp and Oliver's new friend group. I wanted to give the members their own chapters to become part of the group, so I could showcase what they're all about, and have them all join the group in their own ways. Lucky and Patch will get one too, same with Tod and Copper. And I'll try my best to make every character's entrance into the group feel unique.

Also, I don't own any of these characters.

Walton View

Season One Episode Three: First Female Friend

It was about time to wake up on Friday morning in Walton View, and Scamp was still fast asleep in his bed. But he wasn't exactly still while lying down. He was moving his feet a lot as he slept, but his smile showed that he was seemingly having a good dream. That would soon be interrupted however, as Tramp opened up his bedroom door and saw him in his bed. His mischievous grin made it clear he was about to do something that would end Scamp's dream. Turning around, Tramp backed up and pointed his butt out through the opening he made, unleashing...

PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT

...a loud and bassy ten second fart from his vibrating butt into Scamp's room, making Scamp wake up to the sound of his fart, and the smell of spoiled meat. Scamp couldn't help laughing at the way his father woke him up, despite also wafting the green fart cloud away as Tramp entered the room. "Rise n shine, whirlwind. Last day of school before the weekend."

Tramp opened up Scamp's window for him, and he started looking for everything he would need for school as he talked about the dream he was having. "I was dreaming about my first real basketball game, dad!" His hat was on his desk, and he picked it up when he went over and saw it. "I was just about to shoot the winning basket!"

"Sounds like it must've been exciting." Tramp replied, showing a genuine interest in Scamp's new hobby.

"Oh, it was. Everyone was there, and they were all cheering for me!" Scamp was struggling to find his backpack, looking under his bed to see if it was there. "Now where's my backpack?" Tramp found Scamp's backpack behind the door and moved it, catching Scamp's attention and having him run over to the backpack. "Thanks, dad!"

Along with Scamp's backpack was a new basketball he recently got. It was a brown one, different from the orange ones they had at school. Scamp saw it right next to his backpack and opened up his big pouch to put it in as Tramp continued the conversation. "Here's hoping that'll impress the girl you like."

Scamp flinched at the way Tramp mentioned Angel. He was actually a little nervous when it came to talking about her. "Well, I mean... like might be a bit of a stretch. She's really cool, but we haven't talked much outside of basketball practice."

"Then think about hanging out with her outside of school. She might be fun to have outside of school too." Tramp encouraged Scamp, knowing that he would be more than open to having a bigger friend group. Scamp started to think about it, and it did have a positive vibe to it. He just wasn't quite sure how to approach it. He'd never WANTED to hang out with a girl before. He wasn't quite sure how to process it.

After his day at school was over, Scamp was now at basketball practice, bringing his new basketball as he said he would. When he saw her over by the bleachers, he was quick to rush over to her. "Angel!" That caught Angel's attention, and Scamp stopped himself from colliding with the bleachers before sitting down with her. "Last day of practice for the week."

"Yep. And I was hoping it'd start with me seeing that brown spinning ball of beauty in your paws." Angel said, and Scamp happily showed it to her. When she held it herself, she got a really good feel for it. It felt just like any other basketball. Perfect inflation and all. Needless to say, Angel was impressed. "You sure do know how to pick em."

"Thanks. It just looked really cool when I saw it." Scamp responded, and then he started talking about when he saw it. "I actually didn't even plan to get it at first. We went to the store, and I saw it in the sports shop, and I figured-"

"You don't have to explain yourself to me." Angel assured Scamp, being more than excited to try out the new basketball. "Let's just take this bad boy onto the court!"

"That sounds awesome!" Scamp exclaimed, and as he and Angel started walking out onto the court, Scamp started talking about what else Angel liked other than basketball and knives. "So besides knives and basketball, what do you like to do for fun?"

Scamp and Angel picked out a net to shoot hoops into as Angel answered his question. "I'm a total parkour nut. The moves you see me do sometimes are just a fraction of what I can pull off on a real course."

Scamp shot his first basket as he replied, making a two pointer in the process. "Is that the one where you do a bunch of crazy back to back jumps and stuff while running?"

"Kind of, yeah." Angel answered as the ball bounced back over to them. She caught it and backed up for a three pointer as she explained more about it. "Sometimes, you gotta make on point decisions that don't have anything do do with jumping. Like if you wanna take the boss route and run on a wall over some nails, or if you wanna take the bitch route and lose time by squeezing through a tight crack."

Angel made her three point shot with Scamp catching the ball as he then made an attempt to make a shot like that himself. "That sounds like it's really hard. I can barely remember stuff at normal speed."

"It can be." Angel admitted as Scamp aimed his shot the best he could. "But it's also super rewarding."

Scamp made his shot before turning around and raising his arms in joy. "Yay for rewarding risk!" However, the ball bounced off of the hoop and hit him on the back of his head. He rubbed the back of his head as he went over to grab the ball. "I'm good!" Angel looked at Scamp and smiled about their conversation. It really felt like she was being validated by someone who was interested in her. Scamp was smiling as well. Talking to Angel felt similar to how talking to Oliver felt. He still wasn't sure why, but he was enjoying it nevertheless.

About an hour later, basketball practice was over, and Scamp was enjoying his talk with Angel about what they liked to do for fun. "Oh yeah, there's this one super fun video game where you play as this half demon half dog named Corey, who kicks demon ass while eating pizza and dancing to rock music!"

"Sounds like my kinda guy." Angel responded, expressing a desire to check that game out. "I gotta try that game out sometime."

"Of course YOU'D be into stuff like that." Collette stated rudely as she walked up to Scamp and Angel. "I've seen you with that knife of yours on campus. Only a freak would bring a weapon to school."

Scamp started to get defensive again, since he knew where this was going. "Come on, Collette."

Angel put her paw up to let Scamp know she had this. He obliged, and Angel told Collette exactly what was on her mind. "I've seen a lot of shitty things in my life, Collette. Are you telling me I shouldn't be prepared for if one of those things is gonna happen to me?"

"Obviously not, but that doesn't mean you should bring a knife to school." Collette pointed out, and then she crossed a line as she opened up her locker. "Honestly. Having you here should count as community service." Angel was obviously hurt by that comment, but instead of fighting Angel, her stomach growling gave her another idea. Scamp heard the growl, and when Angel smirked to him, he realized what was about to happen. Angel pointed her butt at Collette as she was wrapping up her business, and she gruntedas Collette noticed and ripped... "What the-"

BRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUP

...a ripe and bassy five second fart in Collette's face, making Collette cough and gag as Angel's vibrating butt hit her with a green cloud of spoiled cheese. Collette was disgusted by what Angel just did, walking away from them as Scamp and Angel laughed while Angel wafted the fart away. "You revolting, bitch!"

Scamp and Angel laughed some more and left the room with Scamp expressing how long he's wanted to do that for. "I've been wanting to prank her like that for years! I'm just always worried I'll get in trouble for it."

"Scamp, no one goes through life without ever getting in trouble." Angel started, smiling as she said something that convinced Scamp that he was ready to do what he did next. "Take it from me. Life's no fun without a little risk."

Scamp chuckled a bit, seeing what Angel was trying to say there. "Yeah, I guess you're right." That also got Scamp thinking about the fact that he enjoyed Angel's company. It made him think about what his dad told him that morning. Maybe he should hang out with Angel outside of school. He got her attention when he started talking again. "Angel, this might sound weird, so bare with me. You're, a girl. And me, a boy, likes hanging out with you."

Angel seemed happy when she heard that. The way she looked at Scamp was also hopeful. "Cool."

"No, you don't understand." Scamp replied, confusing Angel a bit before Scamp started pacing back and forth, expressing how new this feeling was to him. "You're a girl, and I want to spend more time with you. Other girls have never caught my attention like you have before, and yet, I still want to hang out with you!" He stopped pacing as he showed how confused he was about his feelings. "Is that normal? Am I normal?"

Angel laughed a bit while assuring Scamp that she wasn't weirded out. "Hey, it's okay. We can spend more time together."

"I want to do, fun, things with you." Scamp continued, and Angel's posture was noticeably excited as she rubbed one of her arms. It was clear that what Scamp felt around her was mutual. "Outside of school, without basketball, just fun stuff."

"Really?" Angel asked, and Scamp nodded his head yes to respond. "Great!"

"I don't understand why I feel this way." Scamp told Angel, talking about some of the things he wanted to do as he started showing his joy. "Let's walk, to the park. Or play, video games. Or, oh God. I think it's coming." Angel raised an eyebrow as Scamp prepared himself for this. "I'm actually saying this to a girl." Scamp then put his paws on Angel's shoulders after walking up to her, surprising her as he asked his question in a weird and dorky way. "Do you want to spend the weekend with me and Oliver!?"

The smile Angel gave right after showed that she was more than happy to join Scamp. The fact that Oliver was going to be there didn't hurt things. "Sure."

Scamp was now telling his family about his day at home after Lady came back into the living room from putting dinner in the oven. "It's still so weird to me. Because she's a girl. I want to hang out, with a girl!"

"A girl who likes to fart in other peoples' faces." Collette complained, showing that she was against Angel coming over here.

"Don't worry, Collette. We'll make sure everyone's in line while Scamp's friend is here." Lady assured Collette, who wasn't convinced despite it being genuine. "Scamp, make sure Angel's civil with your sisters."

Scamp gave a thumbs up with a smile as something popped up into Annette's mind. "Something just occurred to me, Scamp. You made that offer to Angel right before you and Collete got picked up, correct?"

"Yeah, it was after we left the shower room." Scamp confirmed, not sure what Annette was getting at here. "Why?"

"Does he know you invited Angel to hang out with you?" Annette asked, and that was when Scamp realized what she was saying.

Scamp started to stress about the situation, worried about what would happen after Oliver found out. "Shit!" Scamp then jumped over the back of the couch, but he ended up slipping and falling on his back. He quickly got back up and ran to the door. "I'm good!" After leaving he started shouting to let his family know what he was doing from afar. Little did Scamp know that Oliver was writing by the living room window in his journal when he did. "I HAVE TO LET OLIVER KNOW THAT ANGEL'S COMING OVER SO I'M NOT THE WORST FRIEND IN THE WORLD!"

Scamp arrived at Oliver's door and started pounding on it, hoping that Oliver was home. "Oliver! Or, Colonel! Tibbs!? Anyone but Mooch!"

Oliver opened the window and spoke to Scamp from it. "Let me guess." Scamp flinched before looking at the window and finding Oliver. "You invited Angel over to hang out with us."

Scamp gasped before running up to the window and showing amazement that Oliver knew that. "How did you know that!? Are you psychic?"

Oliver laughed a bit before he pointed out Scamp's actions coming to his house. "Not quite. You said it loud enough to inform the whole cul-de-sac."

"I did?" Scamp asked, and then he looked back at his house where Lady was waving to them from the house. "Hehe. I guess I did. Hi mom!"

"Hello sweetie!" Lady called back, reminding Scamp to come home when he was done. "Make sure to come back as soon as you're done talking, okay!?"

Scamp gave a thumbs up before Lady went inside, allowing Scamp to look at Oliver. He was worried, but Oliver's smile and laugh showed that he wasn't upset. "It's okay, Scamp. Hanging out with Angel could be fun."

Scamp was glad that Oliver wasn't upset with him, expressing what he felt after he confirmed this. "That's what I was thinking!"

"Did she say when she was coming? Maybe we can prepare something just for her." Oliver suggested, wanting Angel to feel welcome in the eyes of those she spent time with.

"She probably did, but I forgot." Scamp admitted, chuckling a bit before making a suggestion for that. "Let's just assume she's coming after breakfast."

"Works for me." Oliver replied, knowing that they could plan something on the fly as well if they had to.

The next day, Annette, Collette, and Danielle were in their room, where Annette was working on times tables, Collette was doing her morning makeup, and Danielle was lying in her bed. All three of them were startled when Scamp burst into their room without warning. "Collette!" They waited for a few seconds for Scamp to state his purpose. However, when he finally spoke again, he gave a confused expression. "I forgot why I just came in here."

Collette groaned, but thankfully, had a pretty good idea on what Scamp wanted. "If you wanted me to stay away from your Pomeranian friend, don't worry. It's the least I can do after she agreed to keep YOU out of my hair."

"Tch. Come on, Collette, admit it. You're secretly glad I have friends." Collette was plugging her fur dryer in as Scamp continued speaking. "I won't deny that you're cold and rude to us all the time, but I know that even though you won't admit it-" Collette started drying her hair, and Scamp's voice seemingly got cut off by it. However, Scamp was actually patiently waiting for her to finish. His eyebrow twitch showed that patience was a struggle for him. He continued as soon as Collette was done. "deep down, you secretly have a good heart."

"That feels like a reference to one of your shows." Collette deadpanned, and then she continued her beauty work when she responded to Scamp's words. "Anyway, I have my own stuff to do today, so I don't have time to get pissed off at your loser friends."

"They're NOT losers!" Scamp stated in defense of Oliver and Angel. "And I don't want you saying anything about Angel being 'too dirty' to enter the house."

"Like I said. Don't have the time." Collette said, getting back to her hair drying to officially ignore Scamp.

Danielle sat up with an interest in seeing what Angel was like. "Can I meet Angel when she comes over?"

"Sure. Just try not to pull a Collette and call her out for owning a knife." Scamp joked, which made Danielle laugh.

Danielle laughed for a bit more, but then she slowly stopped when she realized that Angel had a knife. "Wait. Why does Angel have a knife?"

Scamp and Oliver were now in the living room watching TV together with Scamp thinking about how Oliver and Angel would get along. When the door knocked, Scamp started to jump over the back of the couch again, "Angel!" only to slip on the top again and fall on his face. He got back up quickly and ran to the door in an instant. "I'm good!" Oliver went around the couch to join him as soon as he opened up the door. After opening the door, he shook Angel's paw quickly, just like Oliver. "You came!"

"Of course I did, loser." Angel responded playfully, and when Scamp stopped, she looked back and got annoyed. "You can leave, Buster!"

"Okay, okay; I'm going!" A grown Doberman said, driving off as he started mumbling something about Angel. "Kid's gonna give up one of these days."

Angel quickly entered the house with Scamp admitting his thoughts about Buster. "That guy felt weird."

"He is, but he's also the the dude who owns the house I live in." Angel explained, hoping Scamp and Oliver would understand. "I have to make sure this works out at all costs."

Scamp and Oliver weren't sure what to say to that. Oliver decided to just speak up so they could get things going. "Well anyway, you remember me, right? We met out in the schoolyard."

"Yeah. Oliver, right?" Angel asked, and Oliver nodded his head yes to confirm this. "Okay then. Since the introductions are out of the way, let's get to the fun stuff." Scamp and Oliver were down for that, and Angel had a pretty good idea of what to do first. "You guys are still new in town, right? That means you haven't seen the park yet."

Scamp was more than excited when he heard about the park. "I knew there was a park here! We have to go!"

"For sure, but if it's alright with you guys, I wanna hang out here a bit before we do." Oliver responded, explaining why after stating that. "I wanna get to know Angel a bit first."

"That makes sense." Scamp looked upstairs as he offered a new idea on what the three could do first. "You guys wanna hang out in my room for a bit?"

"Sounds like a plan to me." Angel answered, being excited to start hanging out with Scamp and Oliver. "Let's get this party started!" Scamp, Oliver, and Angel went upstairs to see what Scamp had to offer in his room.

In Scamp's room, Scamp was in the middle of a really tough platformer level as Oliver and Angel watched. Angel was polishing her knife during this, and when Oliver noticed, he flinched and scooted away a bit before nervously pointing it out. "That's a knife."

"And that's a pussycat." Angel replied, resuming her polishing as she explained why she had it. "Relax dude, I only have it on me for self defense purposes. I told you that when my last one got confiscated."

"Which confirms you've always had more than one." Oliver added, deciding to trust Angel when it came to her knives for now. "Just make sure that you only take it out when one of us is getting attacked, okay?"

"You got it." Angel confirmed, and then she started to get to know Oliver a little. "Now then. I know Scamp loves video games, running, exploring, and the works. What do YOU like to do?"

"Well, like Scamp, I love video games." Oliver started, and then he started talking about some of his own unique hobbies. "I've also been into writing since my last year at the orphanage." The mention of an orphanage caught Angel's attention, but she decided to save that conversation for later so she knew Oliver more before doing so. "I also love cartoons. I hope to make one myself one day. With me as lead writer of course."

Angel laughed a bit, but not in a condescending way. "Good luck with that, dude. I hear the cartoon industry is one tough bitch."

Scamp then he ended up dying on the level, causing him to have to go back to his last checkpoint. "Damn it!"

Just then, Lady entered the room after knocking to check on Scamp, Oliver, and Angel. "Hey kids, how're you- why does Angel have a knife!?"

"Self defense purposes." Scamp and Angel explained in sync, making Angel smile at how quickly he got that.

Lady was still creeped out by one of Scamp's friends having a knife, informing Angel of one rule the house had. "Angel, this is your first time here, so I won't hold it against you for not knowing this." Angel put her knife away as Lady explained to her what rule she was breaking. "Ignoring the fact that someone your age shouldn't be carrying around a knife at all, we don't allow weapons in this house."

Angel did understand that, despite her letting Lady know that she was unable to remedy this. "I can't go back to my house and put it away right this minute if that's what you mean."

"No, I'll let it slide this time since you're new to the house." Lady assured Angel. "But for future reference, I don't want to see any weapons being brought to this house."

"You're the boss." Angel assured Lady with a thumbs up and a smile, showing she would keep that in mind.

Scamp then paused his game after saving it and looked to his mother with something he just remembered. "Hey mom. Is it okay if we go to the park after lunch?"

Lady thought for a moment, feeling the fresh air would be good for everyone who came. "Yeah, that could be fun. We haven't been to the park yet."

"Great! Thanks!" Scamp responded, and then he mentioned something else about this scenario. "The park back home was one of the places I actually liked from there. I hope this one's even better."

"I'm sure it will be. This town has been wonderful so far." Lady responded.

Scamp went back to playing his game as Lady left them to their fun for now. Oliver also commented on something else he knew about Angel. "So. Scamp said you liked parkour?"

"Yep. I can show you my skills at the park if you like." Angel offered, and Scamp smiled as he heard Oliver and Angel getting along. The fact that they were seeming to hit it off gave him another idea that he hoped Oliver would be down for. But he felt that would be worth saving for the park, so he had more time to consider it.

Scamp and the others were now at the park with Scamp getting his phone ready as Angel was clearing the way for all of the equipment at the park. Specifically, all of the stuff the playground had to entertain the children. "Alright, everyone; clear it out! This is a no casualty run!"

Oliver was next to Scamp as the two of them watched everyone clear out. He had his own words about Angel for what he knew about her so far. "She's definitely got an edge to her, that's for sure."

"She does, doesn't she." Scamp responded with a smile, showing that he seemed to like Angel's crazy side. Once Angel walked up to Scamp and Oliver, Scamp did a recap of what she told him. "So let me get this straight, Angel. You're gonna go through every piece of park equipment without stopping in one go?"

"That's right." Angel answered, getting next to Scamp as she started running in place to pump herself up. "Make sure you hit that timer as soon as you say go. That's the only way I'll know how fast I went."

Scamp gave a thumbs up in response as Oliver stated what he would be doing. "I'll be here in case he misses the right time to press stop."

"Sounds good to me." Angel replied, and then she got herself ready by getting into a starting position. "Time to start the party!"

Scamp and Oliver looked to each other before looking at the phone. "Three, two, one, go!"

As soon as Scamp said go and pressed the button, Angel took off, going for every piece of equipment the park had to offer. She started with the jungle gym since it was the closest to her. Her start was strong, even with the fact that she had to climb. And when she reached the top, she did quick mini steps on the way down before rushing off. Next, she jumped on top of the Spring Riders, managing to avoid falling off of any of them. After jumping off, she made her way to the merry-go-round, which she jumped onto before spinning three times while laughing.

She ran off again as soon as she got off, going for the seesaw and starting on the bottom half. She started sliding once she reached the upward half, making sure to jump off right as her foot touched the handle. She then made he way to the swings, grabbing onto one of the poles holding the set together and then grabbed onto the swing next to her. She let herself swing on her hind paws for a bit, going far back on her swing before going forward and going for a big jump.

Angel managed to land safely due to rolling forward as soon as she landed. This allowed her to press onward and start climbing up the slide ladder. This was to the biggest one as well, and when she got to the top, she went down at max speed as soon as she slid. Once she reached the bottom, she jumped off and made her way back to Scamp and Oliver. And she took the time to go across the monkey bars when she did, adding one final stop to her parkour journey. That was when she officially got back to them, skidding to a stop and ending her run.

Angel started to catch her breath as Scamp and Oliver looked at the finished time. Both of them were impressed, and when Angel walked up to them, Scamp showed her the time. "Is that good?"

Angel looked at the time and was very pleased to find that her new record was an astounding 41.25 seconds! She was stoked upon seeing it and made that clear to Scamp and Oliver. "That's better than good! It's straight up awesome!"

"Yay for awesome!" Scamp cheered, and he looked at the time himself to see if he could make that time himself one day. "You think I could get this fast too!?"

"I mean, you'd have to start actually DOING parkour, but I can totally see it." Angel answered happily.

"That was impressive, Angel. I've never seen anyone our age move like that." Oliver said while expressing how amazed he was.

"That's because no one our age was ever up for attempting it." Angel replied, and then she had another idea on what to show Scamp and Oliver. "Oh yeah! There's another spot in the park you two would love. Come on!" Angel gestured Scamp and Oliver to follow her as she ran off, and they followed her once she did.

Tramp and Lady looked to each other with Lady smirking to Tramp, implying that Scamp got this from him. He laughed a bit before kissing Lady and heading off to keep an eye on them. "Wait up, you three! I wanna see this spot too!"

Scamp, Oliver, and Tramp were now following Angel with Oliver questioning something to Scamp. "Did Angel really expect that Tramp and Lady would let us come out here unsupervised?"

"I dunno." Scamp admitted, figuring that Angel was just super excitable like he was.

Angel used her knife to cut some of the vines in front of her, and Tramp noticed how good she was with it. "You've got a good handle on that thing, kid." Oliver had to admit though. He was a little worried upon learning that Angel knew how to handle a knife.

"Thanks. It's a real blessing to get to pick your own toys." Angel stated, and then she slashed through one final vine before leaving through the bushes. "Through here!"

Tramp walked past Scamp and Oliver, deciding to check this out for himself as well. "This should be good."

Oliver grabbed Scamp's paw, stopping him from going through himself. Scamp looked at Oliver, who expressed concern regarding some of Angel's characteristics. "Be honest with me, Scamp. Don't you think it's a little alarming that Angel feels the need to carry a knife around?" Angel overheard this and stayed behind, allowing Tramp to take a look at what she was planning. Good thing they were right by what she wanted to show them.

Scamp thought for a moment, and he had to admit that it was odd. In fact, if Angel didn't explain why, he'd be questioning it himself. "I guess. But she said it was for self defense, right?"

"Yeah, but she just used it to make getting through these vines easier, and Tramp complimented her usage of it." Oliver pointed out, catching onto how Angel, at the very least, didn't have a normal home life. Little did they know however, that Angel was nearby, letting Tramp carry on ahead as Oliver continued. "She clearly knows how to use it. It might be risky to hang out with her."

Angel was hurt at first, but when Scamp started talking a couple seconds after that, she started listening again. "It might be. But she might've practiced with it because she's lonely." That convinced Angel to stay until the end.

That intrigued Oliver, and he took it upon himself to compare it to his and Scamp's situations. "You mean like how I never had a family until last week, and you never had friends until you met me?"

"Exactly." Scamp confirmed, and then he talked about what he and Angel said to each other during their first day at basketball practice. "She told me once that she just wants people to... stick around. Some kids might've looked at the fact that she has a knife or something and use that as an excuse to stay away from her." Angel did her best to keep herself from crying. The sight of Scamp seemingly understanding her desire for companionship brought her emotions to an all-time high. "Even if she showed them kindness. Like with me and basketball."

Tramp offered Angel a paw, and when she saw it, she looked up and saw his smile. She allowed him to wipe the tear that was in her eye, seeing that Tramp did care about his feelings. She still heard what Oliver was saying during this moment. "That's true. I just hope we can handle her."

"I'm sure we can." Scamp said with a smile, confident that there was more to Angel than being an edgy tomboy rebel with a danger streak. "And besides." Angel couldn't help smiling when she heard Scamp use her words to him. "Life's no fun without a little risk."

Oliver decided to give Angel a full chance. It helped that he was already out there with her anyway. "I guess you're right. I just don't want either of us to get hurt is all."

"Something tells me that won't be a problem with Angel." Scamp said, and then he and Oliver walked on forward, and they saw Tramp comforting Angel, who was now smiling. Oliver started to feel bad, as he caught onto her overhearing what he said. Scamp was worried when he saw this. "Are you okay, Angel?"

"Yeah. I'm okay. Just, stuff." Angel assured Scamp, but Oliver knew she was thinking about his conversation with Scamp about her. Angel spoke again however, keeping the conversation from happening then. And she showed that she was back to her old self when she did. "But enough about me. Check out that view!" Scamp and Oliver walked over to the cliff, sitting at the edge together as the looked in awe at the view ahead of them.

What they saw was a view of the biggest part of Walton View! They could see the school, a few of the houses in town, some restaurants, and even some local hangouts for kids and adults. Angel and Tramp walked up to the two boys as Angel mentioned something else. "The view's a lot better at night, but I doubt your families would've been cool with me dragging you out here at bedtime."

"Yeah. No." Tramp informed Angel, making it clear that her thought was correct.

Angel then got an idea, looking back at an unmarked tree and getting ready for something. When she went over to the tree, Scamp showed curiosity over her sudden movement. "Angel?" Scamp, Oliver, and Tramp walked over to Angel as she started carving something on the tree she spotted. When Scamp got a closer look himself, he discovered that Angel was carving the first letter of his name into the tree. "Is that S supposed to be me?"

"Yep." Angel then carved an O for Oliver, and then an A for herself. Tramp saw what she was doing and saw this as a good sign.

Angel finished by carving around the initials with a circle, finishing with plus signs in between initials, and underneath it, she wrote 'First Friends'. She looked at Scamp and Oliver, the former of whom was having his head rubbed by Tramp as Angel explained why. "You said you didn't have any friends before coming to Walton View, right?" The smile she gave showed joy, acceptance, and hope that this would last. Even if she was a little worried about how things would turn out. "That makes three of us." Scamp surprised Angel with a hug. "Whoa! Hehe."

They allowed Oliver to join in, and Tramp smiled as he saw his son with not one, but two new friends now. The carving Angel made was highlighted as the screen faded to black, ending the episode off.
