Author's Note: Heres a new story to replaced the one I stopped! I challenged my friend to write this one! Still don't know why he wanted to give it the same name as my first story! Hope you enjoy Chapter 1!

Tsunade sat reading another scroll on her already covered desk. Suddenly she felt a person standing in front of the desk.

"Hello Tsunade," said a male voice. Tsunade looked up from her papers to see a man. Tsunade had to take a double take; the man looked exactly like Minato Namikaze, even down to his clothing, except he had some minor differnces. The man's coat had orange flames on the bottom, three very little whisker marks, and his head band was black instead of blue and his pants were also black.

"I was wondering when you would show up? Naruto," said Tsunade as Naruto took a seat, "You know you look just like your father with your whiskers mark looking like they are almost gone."

"That's what the pervert always days," said Naruto before he turned serious, "Tsunade, I think it's time to inform the council about my percentage."

"I thought you might want to do that," said Tsunade with a smirk, "So I called for a meeting in less than an hour, after that you can move into the Namikaze estate."

"Do we have all the evidence put together?" asked Naruto.

"Yeas," said Tsunade.

"Good," said Naruto, as he let out a sigh, "I wonder how they will take the news."

"They will not like it but after they hear hoe you, Jiraiya, and Kakashi destroyed the Akatsuki and that you no longer contain the fox but instead having it as a summons, they will respect you," responded Tsunade, after she said that, Shizune walked into the room.

"Lady Tsunade, the council is waiting for you," said Shizune.

"Ok we will be right there," said Tsunade as she and Naruto stood up and followed Shizune into the council room. The council was in the large circle room with a half circle table where the current 10 members sat, one for each of the 10 of the 11 founding clans.

'The only clan who doesn't have a seat was the Namikaze clan, but today that will change,' thought Naruto as he looked around the room and saw many parents of his friends who sat on the council.

Shibi Aburame, Choza Akimichi, Inochi Yamanaka, Shikaku Nara, Hiashi Hyuga and Tsume Inuzuka were the council members who kids were Naruto's friends. Along with those five sat Ren Mitarashi, Kin Umoino, Ibiki Morino, Kaiya Hatake. However one of the members of the council stunned him. There sat his old friend, Sasuke Uchiha. Naruto went and stood in the shadows near the wall.

"This better be good Tsunade," said Hiashi.

"It is, three of out ninja have destroyed what was left of the Akasuki," said Tsunade.

"That is good news, however why did you have to call a special meeting of the council just to tell us this?" asked Inochi.

"The end of the Akasuki isn't the main reason I called you, we have found the last member of the Namikaze clan," said Tsunade, causing the council to gasp.

"How can this be, the Fourth was the last Namikaze and his wife died in child birth along with the child?" asked Rin Mitarashi.

"Wrong, the 4th son lives," said Tsunade, "The Thrid decided it would be best to keep his heritage hidden until he unlocked the Hiraishin no Jutsu."

"Why?" asked Kaiya Hatake.

"Because if Iwa found out about the fourth's son, they would hunt him down and kill him. With him hidden until he could use the jutsu, Iwa would not attack us and it would give him time to grow and train in relative safety," said Tsunade.

"I see," said Hiashi, "So, who is the ninja?"

"I will show you," said Tsunade as she turned and called Naruto to come forward. Naruto stepped into teh light as all the elder council members eyes widened, "Allow me to introduce Naruto Namikaze, son of Minato Namikaze and jailer of the nine tailed fox."

"What!" all the elder council members yelled except for Shibi Aburame.

"This can't be real, teh demon child is Minato's son," said Hisahi.

"Yes we have a letter from Minato to Naruto, and we as have a DNA test to prove that Naruto is his son. However, the best prove is that Naruto can use the Hiraishin no Jutsu," said Tsunade as Naruto disappeared in a yellow flash and reappeared behind the council's desk.

"I am my father's son," said Naruto, "I have mastered this jutsu, also the fox is no longer sealed in me instead it is now my clan's summoning beast."

"I believe him," spoke Sasuke for the first time.

"You can't believe him, he's the demon child," said Kaiya.

"Think Kaiya, do you think the Fourth would seal the fox if there was a chance that it could hurt his only son," said Shikaku, "I always trusted the Fourth, I won't stop now."

"Fine," said Kaiya as she sat down.

"Well, since you are Minato's son and last of the Namikaze, I assume that you are going to move into the Namikaze estate and take your lan spot on the council," asked Ren.

"That's the plan," said Naruto with his foxy grin.

"Fine," said Ren, "If that is all."

"I do ask the council of one thing," said Naruto as he sat down in the long empty seat of the Namikaze clan chair.

"What?" asked Inochi.

"I ask that you keep my return a secret for a week, therefore, I have time to get used to my new home before I have people knocking at my front door," said Naruto.

"Fine," said Choza.

"Well, I will see you around dope," said Sasuke,

"Considering that we are neighbors," said Naruto smiling at his friend.

"True, now I must go, I am late for my date with Ino," said Sasuke as he disappeared, leaving Naruto grinning.

'If Sakura-chan isn't dating Sasuke, maybe I have a chance,' thought Naruto as he followed Tsunade to his new home.
