At the Turtles outpost, the turtles and their friends were watching Crognard the Barbarian as Crognard and his team were fighting a two headed ogre. Olly rolled his eyes and turned the TV off, "Okay that's enough messing around, let's get this meeting started," He said as he turned to Tal and Donnie as they brought up their laptop and started typing.
"Alright, I got things to do, and Kraang to crush," Jenny commented leaning on the counter.
"The only clue Miwa gave us to where she is, was the East side of the city and the word Comet," Leo recalled what Miwa said back at the docks.
"What does that even mean?" Zach questioned, "There's a giant meteor is gonna crash into the city? The Earth's doomed?" He guessed.
April shook her head, "No, it feels like it could be a location, maybe where she's hiding out?" She guessed.
"It's possible," Olly shrugged before turning to the two smart turtles, "Donnie and Tal have found at least four locations on the East part of the city with the word comet in them."
"We've got Comet Cleaners on Bleeker Street, Earth vs the Comet Creeps playing at the Argosy Theatre, the Great Comet Billboard in Times Square and the Coney Comet Roller Coaster on Coney Island," Donnie said, bringing up the four locations on the map.
"One of these locations could theoretically be her lair," Tal said while rubbing her chin, "But they're spread out so far that it would take too much time to check them out one by one,"
Mikey and Ames went up to their older brothers respectively, "Can we check out the Comet Roller Coaster?!" Mikey asked excitedly.
"Please, please please?! I've always wanted to see a roller coaster!" Ames pleaded with puppy eyes.
"Come on, Olly, Leo! Hook these turtles up!" Mikey urged.
Olly pushed them aside, "Donnie, Tal, April and Robyn you got to Comet Cleaners, Raph, Jenny, Casey and Keno the movie theater, Leo, Vee, Caitlyn and Zack will head Times Square," He instructed as they all nodded as the Green-clad turtle turned to the funny turtles, "Mikey, Ames, Naomi and me will check out Coney Island,"
"Oh, yeah! Boi!" Mikey cheered as Ames hugged Olly.
"You are the best big brother!" Ames cheered before Olly chuckled and they broke the hug before he caught a spray bottle with Retro-Mutagen.
"The good news is, we finished making the special retro-mutagen to help stabilize Miwa's condition," Tal said with a smile before tossing another spray bottle to Leo.
"But the bad news is, we only have enough for four douses. So each team gets on." Donnie added as he tossed the third spray bottle to Raph. "It will be weeks until we can finish more for Miwa or the city."
"In other words don't waste a single drop, got it," Raph summed up with a nod.
"Remember this Retro-Mutagen isn't a cure but it will make Miwa more stable." Tal said with a concerned look as she installed the last douse into her own spray bottle. "Still, her condition is unique and this formula is still untested, there's no guarantee this will work."
"All we can do is try and hope for the best." Leo said to them.
Meanwhile, on the rooftops of the city, Zeck was laser-skating around, searching the city for Miwa when the Foot Warriors spread out to cover more ground as Steranko burst through the door but got it stuck on his horn. "Man Steranko, you are one ugly horn headed, Jurassic-looking fool!" Zeck jokes.
"I am Rhinoceros." Steranko reminded him as he ripped the door handle out and threw it far away and a pig shriek was heard. "Listen comrade Zeck, forget Karai. We must destroy turtles instead. For what they did to me…I mean us." He corrected himself.
"Your right big S, if they hadn't interfered at the docks, none of this would've happened!" Zeck said angrily. "I saw we comb those turtle wings back, clip it, and comb the wigs back again!" He said with rage.
"You will do no such thing," The two turned and saw the four Foot mutants walking up to them, "Master Shredder's orders were clear; Either we come back with Karai, or don't bother coming back at all," Rahzar reminded the two new mutants, poking a claw at Zeck's chest.
"Trust me, no one wants to crack some turtle shells more than us," Fishface said with a hateful snarl, "But crossing Master Shredder is not something recommended."
"Aw, come on, fool!" Zeck whined, "We take out those turtles and bring back that Snake girl, Shredder's gonna be all kinds of glad!"
"He's got a point, mate," Koya said with a thoughtful look, while Rahzar and Fishface looked unsure.
Tigerclaw, however, put a paw to his chin, "Hmm, perhaps there is a way to kill two birds with one stone," He said before turning to his comrades, "The turtles will undoubtedly be looking for the girl as well."
"And they probably already have a good idea where she is," Rahzar added, seeing Tigerclaw's plan.
"So if we find those Tartarugas," Fishface started as smiles came to them.
"We's can capture that Sheila and crack those Turtle Drongos in one go!" Koya finished.
"I say we splits up, track them down and squish them where they stands." Ivan said with an evil grin.
"Excellent suggestion, Steranko." Tigerclaw nodded in approval. "Koya, you are with me, Bradford go with Steranko and Xever you are with Zeck. Once you find the turtles or Karai, contact us immediately."
"Um, that's all well and good Tigerclaw but uh, are you forgetting I don't have yours or Bradford's sense of smell?" Fishface questioned.
"Shoot my piggy nose is better than a bloodhound's, Fool, I just need to catch a whiff." Zeck said as he slid on over to another rooftop with some more gadgets and looked around with Fishface following him. "Oh snap! I distinctly smell, aroma de turtle." He said in fancy accent before giving an eager laugh.
"Mmm, maybe you're not so bad after all." Fishface said with a smirk while pulling out his sword, "Vamos Amigo." He said before he and Zeck jumped away.
At the cleaners, Donnie, Tal, and the O'Neil sisters exited from the back after seeing the coast was clear. "No sign of Miwa. The place is completely abandoned." Donnie said as they walked off.
"If she was here, the place would've had a lot more snake/human DNA markings," Tal said while checking the scanner.
"Well that's one location down," Robyn shrugged, "Maybe the others are having better luck."
"I'll call and let them know-" April said as she brought out her T-Phone, but then she and Robyn clutched their heads when they felt a sensation.
"Girls?" Tal asked in concern.
"Someone… Someone is watching us. Two of them." April said as the four drew their weapons and looked around.
On the ground were two toed footprints along with a familiar sound of clanking metal, "I don't see-" Donnie was cut off when something kicked him from behind.
"Donnie!" Tal said before she was knocked into a wall as two familiar laughs rang out around him.
"Lovely night for a stroll, wouldn't you say, Amigos?" Fishface asked tauntingly as the four stood back to back in a circle.
"It sure is, Fishy-Gee! All thanks to, oh, what's his name? The Fly-Guy. Baxter Bughead! He fixed my invisibility tech with a Sa-weet upgrade." Zeck's voice spoke up next. "Wow to the wow! To the wow! To the-" He was cut off when Robyn and April whacked something in the air as Zeck and Fishface stumbled back, the former falling off the Latter's shoulders.
Fishface shook his head while Zeck picked himself up, "How did you two find us?" He questioned.
"Because you two never shut up," April stated as the four took out their weapons.
"Fishface?!" Tal said in surprise.
"But who's the other guy?" Robyn asked the two turtles.
"He was a thief named Zeck." Donnie answered after hearing Zeck's voice, but then he noticed his pig form. "Looks like he got a little mutated." He noted.
"But why are you two working together?" Tal asked the two evil mutants.
"You're not the only ones searching for Karai. And since you're out here searching too, we figure to take your hides to Master Shredder as well!" Fishface called as he drew his sword as the four Hamato warriors charged at the two Foots mutants.
Zeck quickly stepped forward and did a little dance as he made noises and shot purple goo projectiles from his belt, which the four heroes tried to dodge but April and Tal got stuck to the wall, "Ew, what is this stuff?" April said, trying to break free.
"Some kind of instant-air-drying glue," Tal grunted.
Donnie and Robyn turned to each other, "I'll take Fishface you handle the hog!" Donnie instructed.
"Sure thing!" Robyn nodded as the two fought their respective enemies.
"You think you can take me?! I will drop you like your baby sis!" Zeck taunted as he dodged Robyn's attacks.
"Pig-head, it's not even the 70s anymore! No one said that!" Robyn called out as she kept trying to hit him before Zeck tagged her with his laser, as she fell unconscious.
Donnie blocked Fishface's kicks with his staff before he saw Robyn fall, "Robyn!" He yelled before he got kicked in the face.
"You have more immediate problems than the ladies, Donatello," Fishface said as he spin-kicked Donnie in the face before knocking him upwards, jumping above him, and stomping him down to the ground, knocking him out.
"Donnie!" Both Tal and April cried out as Zeck kneeled down to Robyn and inspected her as he felt her breathing.
"No worries. My hip lasers were set to stun." Zeck assured the two girls.
"We need you alive to bait your friends out and find Karai," Fishface explained before turning to Zeck, "Nice job back there, Amigo; from one thief to another, you have decent moves," He complimented.
"Right back at ya, Fish-G," Zeck replied, pointing his fingers at Fishface before noticing the spray bottle next to Donnie, "Hmm, what's this?" He asked, holding up the bottle.
Fishface looked at it, "I don't know, but hold onto it just in case," He said while taking it before he picked up Donnie's T-Phone and noticed the locations of the Theatre, Times Square, and Coney Island before smirking and went to his communicator, "Amigos, I have good news. Not only did Zeck catch two of the turtles and their friends, I already know where the others are." He spoke through the comms. "Bradford and Steranko, check out the Argosy Theatre on Houston. Koya and Tigerclaw, head to Times Square, Zeck and I are heading for Coney Island. Meet us there." He informed.
A bit later, the two thieves tossed the four heroes into the van. "Hey! Who do you think you are?!" April questioned before the door closed on them. "Let us out! Help!"
"Oh yeah, that's sure to convince them, Redhead." Tal muttered in annoyance.
At the Argosy Theatre, Raph, Jenny, Casey and Keno were in the theater where Humans vs Comet Creeps was still playing before the Kraang invaded. They searched the area before they exited the building. "Eh, these ooze specks aren't working right." Raph complained while holding Donnie's goggles. "Maybe I should call Donnie or Tal."
"Raph's the specks aren't the problem." Jenny spoke up. "We searched every theater in the building."
"Let's face facts, Miwa's not here," Keno stated.
Casey groaned, "Man what I waste," He complained.
"Let's check one last time. Maybe there's a basement-" Raph was cut off when Ivan and Rahzar jumped down in front of them.
"Rahzar!" Jenny shouted in surprise.
Rahzar and Steranko then stood up, "Well, well, well. Comrade Fish make good on info." Steranko said with a smirk.
"The turtles and their human friends are here." Rahzar said as he drew his claws.
The four heroes took out their weapons, "Whoa! A mutant Rhino?!" Keno said in amazement.
Raph paid attention to his voice though, "I know who that is, it's Ivan Steranko, that Russian Arms Dealer who caught Miwa earlier," He said in realization.
"Dude, he's kinda rad!" Casey exclaimed in excitement as he put on his mask and ready his hockey stick.
"Rad and strong!" Steranko added as he lifted a car up and tossed it at the four, which they barely managed to dodge as Jenny and Raph tried to fight off Steranko, but he punched them down swiftly as they were knocked back. "Ha! Kitchen knives, weapons do you nothing!" He mocked, charging at them.
Keno and Casey then faced Rahzar, "Alright pal, time for you to learn some new tricks," Keno quipped, "Specifically, playing Dead!"
"How about I give you, a paw!" Rahzar called as he slashed and punched them swiftly which made the two boys cringed before they were knocked back to the theater building.
"Casey!" Raph exclaimed.
"Keno!" Jenny cried, but the two turtles were distracted as Steranko grabbed them by his horn and knocked them hard to the wall, knocking the two turtles out cold.
"Raph! Jenny!" Keno cried out as he and Casey rushed to them.
"Wake up, guys! Wake up!" Casey pleaded before they heard footsteps as the two boys slowly turned and saw Rahzar and Steranko behind them as the two mutants roared and lunged at them.
Meanwhile, at Times Square, Leo, Vee, Zach, and Caitlyn were looking around the intersection for any sign of Miwa, "Man, it's weird to see Times Square so empty," Zach noted while looking around.
"With all the people mutated or in hiding, I'm not exactly surprised." Leo said as they kept looking, "Miwa could be anywhere, keep your eyes peeled,"
"If she's part snake, she's gotta know we're here right?" Caitlyn asked as they kept walking, "She knows your her friends, why doesn't she come out?"
Leo and Vee stopped walking and looked down solemnly, "Maybe because she's not in her right mind. Or maybe she's worried she'll lose control and attack." Leo suggested solemnly.
"From what we saw, Miwa barely had control over her snake-half." Vee said as they kept looking around. "Last time we saw her, she barely managed to maintain her human form or speak to us, poor Miwa." She said sadly.
Zach patted her shoulder, "Don't we'll find her, but for now let's call the others and see how they're-" Zack was cut off when a bola came out from the side and tied him up. "Whoa!" He called before he fell to the ground.
"Zach!" Caitlyn called before another bola caught her too as she fell to the ground.
Leo and Vee gasped before Tigerclaw jumped down in front of them, "There is no escape for you this time!" Tigerclaw said with a roar and held out his Machete.
"Tigerclaw!?" Leo called as he blocked the assassin with his swords, "Vee, go and help Zach and Caitlyn!" He ordered his girlfriend.
Vee nodded as she rushed to the two humans before she was grabbed by the shoulders and lifted into the air, "Whoaah!" She screamed as Koya flew her up high.
"You wanna go for a ride, Sheila?" Koya questioned as she slammed Vee into the screens and billboards.
"Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!" Vee cried out as she was repeatedly slammed onto the hard surfaces. "Okay, enough!" She called as she grabbed Koya by the legs and steered her to another screen, which the two crashed into as they fell from the screen and onto the floor of a roof while the bottle of Retro Mutagen fell and broke. Vee groaned before she went unconscious while Koya recovered and picked her up.
"Vee!" Leo exclaimed in worry before he clashed blades with Tigerclaw.
"Now you are alone, cub," Tigerclaw taunted as he pushed Leo back. "Soon, you will feel the same pain you felt when my Master cut you down!" He added with a smirk.
Leo gasped as he flashback to the day of the Invasion, when he was brutally pummeled and then slashed by Shredder. He only snapped out of it when Tigerclaw knocked him back and onto his shell. Leo tried to get up but Tigerclaw put his foot on his chest, crushing him before he went under.
"Leo!" Zach and Caitlyn called as Tigerclaw laughed.
"Still as weak as he was before." Tigerclaw said as he turned to Koya, who flew down while carrying Vee before she dropped her to the ground.
"Prey's been caught. Now we move on to our next big game." Koya said with a smirk.
"Correct." Tigerclaw said as he slung Vee and Leo over his shoulders. "Take the human cubs as well. They are clearly allies of our enemies."
"Will do." Koya said as she went up to Caitlyn and Zach, who struggled to break free as she grabbed them by the legs and flew off as they screamed while Tigerclaw followed by using his jetpack while carrying the two knocked turtles.
Meanwhile at Coney Island, Olly, Ames, Naomi and Mikey searched through the abandoned amusement park while Naomi and Olly were holding flashlights. "Guys, this is so cool!" Ames said in excitement.
"Can we go into the whirlwind? What about the Wheel of Fun? Oooh, can we play Robot Ring toss? Please?" Mikey asked the two excitedly.
Olly rolled his eyes, "Guys focus. Remember we're here to find Miwa, not to mess around," He reminded the two younger turtles.
"She could be anywhere, keep your eyes peeled," Naomi said as they stopped for a moment, not noticing Miwa behind them, hiding behind a vendor.
Miwa then accidently knocked over one of the prizes before slithering off, "Whoa! Dudes, I think I just saw her!" Mikey exclaimed as they chased after the white flash.
They rushed off before they saw Miwa entering the haunted house as lightning clashed around them. "She went into the ghost house." Ames gulped fearfully as she and Mikey held each other.
"Makes sense; I guess she feels like she belongs in there," Olly said with a sad frown, "In the darkness with the other monsters," He said as they all entered the haunted house, inside the attraction, they saw many fake monsters with glow-in-the-dark paint around them.
"Uh, this place isn't so bad." Mikey said nervously before a Frankenstein cut-out popped up from the side, causing him and Ames to scream.
Olly then blinked and put his hand to it, "Don't worry. Just a painted board." He assured them before a goblin head came up in front of him, causing him to give a high-pitched scream as he quickly slashed his axe at it, causing it to fall and shatter as he looked at it with wide eyes.
Ames and Mikey looked at him in surprise while Naomi smirked at her boyfriend. "Did you just scream like a little girl?" She asked in amusement.
Olly's eyes widened. "No!" He denied while looking sheepish. "Maybe? Can we talk about this later?!" He questioned them with a look as he turned to them. "Stop looking at me!"
Ames just gave a nervous chuckle, "Well, that didn't scare me one little bit," She said before she and Mikey saw a monster painting and screamed while jumping into Naomi and Olly's arms, respectively. "Heh, have you two been working out?" She asked while squeezing Olly's arm.
Olly gave a smirk. "And now we're even." He said before he and Naomi put them down. "Come on. Miwa needs us." He said as they continued forward until they turned a corner and saw Miwa slithering down. "There!" He whispered as they rushed into the corner and entered a mirror maze as he pulled out the retro-mutagen sprayer.
"Steady, steady," Olly said, aiming carefully and aiming the Retro-Mutagen at Miwa but it turned out to be a mirror, "A reflection?!" He said in shock as Miwa slithered away. "Don't let her escape!" He called out to the others as they rushed into the maze of mirrors and spread out.
"Whoa." Both Ames and Mikey said as they waved their arms when they saw their reflections before rushing after the other two.
"I got her!" Mikey called only to run into a mirror with Miwa's reflection.
"She's over here!" Ames called only to run into another reflection.
"I see her!" Naomi called but like the last two it was a mirror.
"No, she's right here!" Olly declared, except he had a reflection too, "this is getting old fast," He grumbled while rubbing his face before he saw Miwa slithering away, "Miwa, wait!" He called as the four turtles regrouped and ran out of the Haunted House and back into the fairgrounds.
Before she could get away, Ames and Mikey lashed their weapons blocking her exit, "Miwa please, we're trying to help you," Naomi said with her hands up, "Don't you know who we are?" She asked.
Miwa hissed as she lunged at Mikey and held him down as he screamed. "Get her off! Get her off! She's trying to eat me!" He cried out..
"Miwa, stop! It's us!" Olly exclaimed as Miwa turned to him. "It's us! Olly, Naomi, Ames, and your brother Mikey! Try and remember! Focus!" He called her.
"Olly…" Miwa strained as she got off Mikey and slithered backwards until her back was against a stand.
"We wanna help you, Miwa. Please." Ames said as they walked up to her with a soft expression.
"Can you transform back?" Olly asked her, but Miwa gave a sad look and gave a hiss, which was their answer as Miwa now can't even transform back into her human self. "It's alright. We have something that can help you." He said to her while bringing out the Retro-Mutagen.
But then, a van drove up to the park, which got their attention as Miwa quickly slithered off. "Miwa! Wait!" Naomi called, but she was already out of sight as the four turtles saw the van parked up from the corner as Zeck and Fishface came out.
"This is the place," Fishface said as he and his partner looked around. "The turtles and their friends gotta be around here somewhere."
Zeck then went to his comm, "Yo, peeps? Are ya here yet?" He called, "What's the deal, yo?"
"Ah, comrades, look behind you," Steranko spoke up as Zeck and Fishface saw him and Rahzar walking up to them while carrying Jenny, Raph, Casey and Keno.
"I gotta say, those rhino legs are pretty fast for someone your size," Rahzar commented.
"Da, good workout. Better than the pilates." Steranko said with a smile.
"I see you four had the same prey we had." Koya said as she and Tigerclaw flew down with Leo, Vee, Zack, and Caitlyn.
"Excellent work my friends," Tigerclaw complimented as he walked up to the truck.
He then opened it as April glared at him, "You can't do this! We got friends that are gonna kick your butts!" She warned.
"You mean these friends?" Rahzar taunted as they threw the eight into the truck.
"Guys!" Tal called in concern before the truck doors closed on them as the Foot Warriors looked around.
"So, other turtles are here, da?" Steranko asked.
Tigerclaw, Rahzar and Zeck sniffed the air, "They're close." Rahzar said before he caught another scent, "Ha, and I smell another reptile nearby."
"Karai." Tigerclaw said with his paws to his hips. "She is close. It seems this group has found her. She's hiding somewhere in the park."
Zeck then used his goggles to try and find them, "Turtles, come out and plllaaayyy!" He called before he found Mikey's heat signature, "Gotcha," He said, turning to the others while pointing to a stand.
"Come now, Tartarugas, we're not unreasonable," Fishface said with a smirk.
"Listen, we can make a deal here," Koya called.
"Indeed. If you surrender to us, we will allow your human comrades to go free," Tigerclaw said with his arms crossed.
"We pinky promise," Rahzar said while sticking his pinky claw out.
"Forget it! We don't trust you dudes!" Mikey called out to them.
"You has no choice." Steranko said with a smirk. "In five second, I pop humans heads like the blueberries." He said as he smashed his fists together.
"A four, a three, a two, a one!" Zeck counted down while Olly made hand signals to Ames and Mikey as the two split up before Ames and Mikey came out in front of the Foot Warriors.
"Okay, okay you win! Just don't 'em…" Ames trailed off, "Wait, what are we even suppose to call you guys now?" She asked Zeck and Steranko.
The Foot Warriors blinked in confusion while looking at Zeck and Steranko. "You need mutant names." Mikey said while turning to Naomi and Olly, who put a finger to their lips to keep stalling them.
"And just so happens, Mikey and I are great at naming things!" Ames quickly added with a smile.
"Are we really doing this?" Fishface questioned with a brow.
"Let's hear them out." Rahzar shrugged. "I mean, from our past experience, it seems fair for Zeck and Steranko to have their own insulting names."
"Very well reptiles, humor us," Tigerclaw said crossing his arms but kept his guard up, sensing this was a stall.
Realizing they were put on the spot, Mikey and Ames tried to think of something, "Just, give us a sec," Ames said as she looked to a sign, "How about Porkgrind and Chillycheese Fries?" She suggested.
"Eehh?" Zeck waved off.
"Nyat, nyat. Not so good names." Steranko said with his arms crossed.
"Try again," Fishface told the two.
"How about…" Mikey spoke next before seeing an ice cream stand. 'Sprinkles and Hot Sauce'?" He asked.
Steranko snorted, "Nyat." He said as the six walked up to the two turtles.
"Next," Rahzar said as Ames and Mikey got nervous.
"The Royal Weenies?" Ames suggested after a music stand.
"No!/Nyte!" Zeck and Steranko yelled while Koya gave a chuckle.
"Oh crikey, that's my favorite," Koya said as Rahzar and Fishface laughed.
"You said it! Perfect for a warthog!" Rahzar called through his laughter while Tigerclaw remained on guard.
Ames and Mikey got even more nervous. "How about… um…" Mikey started before he and Ames silent before they saw Olly and Naomi close to the van before the two saw the van's sign that said, 'Beebop and Rocksteady' on it.
"Bebop and Rocksteady!" Both turtles called out.
Fishface went up to them, "Is that how you two do it? Randomly name your enemies after the first thing you see?!" He questioned with a look, "And the only thing you could come up for me was 'Fishface'?!"
"Eh, it was either that or 'Robocarp'," Mikey said with a sheepish look as Fishface growled.
Zeck and Steranko thought for a moment before smiling, "Eh, 'Bebop' sounds pretty tight to me," Zeck admitted, satisfied.
"Da, and kinda like 'the Rocksteady'," Steranko said with a proud smile while Tigerclaw just facepalmed before his ear twitched and turned to the van where Olly and Naomi were unlocking the door.
Olly almost had it before Tigerclaw grabbed his arm, "Hello again, my friend," Tigerclaw said before pulling out his blaster at him. "You really think you can trick us? I sense deception from a mile away." He said before Mikey came in and kicked Tigerclaw away as he and Ames drew their weapons as Tigerclaw regrouped with his comrades.
"No one can face the Bebop, the Rocksteady, the Koya, the Tigerclaw, the Rahzar and the Fishface!" Rocksteady declared.
Fishface glared and brought out the spray bottle of Retro-Mutagen, "That name is an insult! I am only Xever Montes!" He told Rocksteady.
"He got the Retro-Mutagen!" Ames yelled out in panic when she saw one of the spray bottles.
This caught the Foot Warriors attention. "Wait, Retro-Mutagen?!" Rahzar asked as they all turned to Fishface, who was eyeing the bottle.
"Retro-mutagen, Eh?" Fishface said with a smirk and aimed it at Ames and Mikey. "I wonder what it will do to mutant Taratarugas."
"Don't do it, Fishface!" Mikey pleaded while he and Ames got their arms raised.
Fishface gave an angry look. "Stop calling me that, Estúpido! It's insulting! Insulting I tell you!" He cried as he looked down and took a breath before he gave a sinister chuckle. "It's time for your next mutation, turtles." He said while aiming the Retro-Mutagen spray at the two nervous turtles.
"No!" Naomi and Olly cried as they jumped and aimed their weapons at Fishface.
"Wait!" Rahzar said, knocking the two turtles away to the haunted house wall before looking at Fishface. "Xever, hold on! I've seen this stuff before! The Retro-Mutagen can turn us human again!" He explained.
This caught Fishface's attention as he looked at the spray bottle. "Really?! I've got the cure! I can be handsome again!" He cheered with a wide smile. "Goodbye Fishface, and hello Xever Montes!" He called as he aimed the Retro-Mutagen at himself.
But Rahzar snatched it, "Wait, I didn't say you could use it!" He said with a look.
"I've found it first!" Bebop called as he snatched it from Rahzar.
"If anyone is to be human again, it is I!" Tigerclaw stated, grabbing the bottle.
"Not before me, ya Drongo!" Koya retorted, taking the bottle.
"Nyat! Nyat! Nyat!" Rocksteady snatched it as one by one, the Foot Warriors were fighting over the Retro-Mutagen while trying to snatch it away from one another.
"We need a better distraction." Olly whispered before Miwa jumped in front of the Foot Warriors with a hiss, which got their attention.
"Karai?!" Tigerclaw called before Miwa spit venom on Rocksteady's face, which caused him to roar in pain as he dropped the spray bottle and smashed it with his leg.
Miwa then started attacking the Foot Warriors before she slithered back into the Haunted House, "Get back here, Snakey-snake!" Bebop ordered as he, Fishface and Rahzar chased after her.
Olly managed to get the van open as he saw Tal and April. "Olly!" Tal said in relief.
"Sorry it took so long, girls." Olly said as he went up to them, "I'll have you two free in no time." He said as he pull out one of his dagger and cut the goo off them as the other recovered.
"Thanks, Olly," Leo said as Naomi freed Zach and Caitlyn.
Raph rubbed his head, "Oh, my aching brain. What hit me?" He asked.
"It was Rahzar and that huge rhino dude," Casey answered before noticing the Rocksteady, "Right there!"
Rocksteady recovered while he rubbed his head with a ring on his horn while Koya and Tigerclaw were next to him. "You lumbering oaf! You smashed the cure!" Tigerclaw yelled out.
Koya then noticed the turtles and humans loose, "Uh mates, we got bigger problems," She said in concern.
"Turtles? Free?!" Rocksteady questioned before he stood up and gave a rhino roar and charged at them, which they quickly moved aside.
"What do we do, guys?!" Keno asked while looking at Olly and Leo.
"You eight go after Bebop, Fishface and Rahzar! Leo, Raph, Mikey, Naomi, Vee, Ames, Jenny and I will handle Tigerclaw, Koya and Rocksteady!" Olly ordered.
The team then split up as Jenny pulled out the Retro-Mutagen in her spray bottle, "Hey, uglies! Ya want some Retro-Mutagen?" She said tauntingly while Ames and Mikey made funny faces.
The eight turtles then ran to the roller coaster, and Koya, Tigerclaw, and Rocksteady chased after them.
Casey, Keno, Donnie, Tal, April, Robyn, Zach, and Caitlyn ran up to the haunted house, "Whoa! Wicked!" Casey said with a nostalgic smile. "This was my favorite fun house when I was a kid!" He said as he pulled his mask down.
"Come on!" Robyn said as they entered the attraction. They looked around for the three mutants, "I can sense them, they're close," She said.
"I can't tell if their invisible or-" April was cut off when a monster cut-out popped up, surprising Tal and making her drop her bow.
Tal then gave a groan of frustration, "Oh, I hate that! I hate it when stuff jumps out at you-" She was cut off when Rahzar knocked her over and disappeared into the dark again.
"Now this is how a ninja should fight," Rahzar said with a chuckle, "Hiding in the shadows where his prey can't see him but he can take them down," He said tauntingly as Donnie and the humans looked around.
Fishface came in and double-kicked Keno and Casey down as they fell onto Zach and Donnie, and he vanished again. "Now we're the horrors of this house." He taunted.
The girls looked around in ready positions, "Don't worry. I would never hit ladies." Bebop spoke up before the girls got tripped down. "But I'll trip 'em." He mocked.
Back outside, Koya, Rocksteady and Tigerclaw looked for the turtles, "Where are you, cubs?" Tigerclaw called.
"Come out lowly cowards!" Rocksteady said tauntingly.
Mikey then appeared with a smirk. "Come and get us, dawgs!" he teased.
"Hey Footfaces!" Jenny said from the Roller Coaster, waving the bottle tauntingly, "Wants some Retro-Mutagen?" She said before tossing it to Olly who ran upwards.
Tigerclaw snarled, "Koya, the girls, Steranko the boys, Leonardo and Venus are mine." He instructed as he flew towards Leo while Koya swooped towards Naomi, Ames and Jenny, and Rocksteady climbed up towards Olly, Mikey and Raph.
"All aboard the turtle coaster!" Ames called as she threw a throwing star at the coaster's controls, turning the carts on as the boys hopped on while Rocksteady chased them and then she lashed her ribbon at Koya's leg, "Yee-haw!" She said pulling the Falcon down as Jenny gave her a kick to the chest, sending her towards Naomi who slammed her spear down on Koya, sending her to the ground.
The boys looked down and saw they went down the coaster before they turned and saw Rocksteady behind them. "Here he comes!" Olly called out. "Doesn't this thing move any faster?!"
Mikey then started whacking Rocksteady, but he barely damaged him as the rhino tried to knock Mikey over, but Raph caught him as he pulled him back onto the cart as Rocksteady jumped onto the Roller Coaster, trying to smash them.
Meanwhile, Leo and Vee fought against Tigerclaw; the tiger mutant knocked Leo back before he grabbed Vee by the face and slammed her down, "I will tear your shell with my bare hands!" He said, raising his claws while Vee looked afraid.
Leo saw this and then remembered when he was cut down by the Shredder before his eyes turned white, "No!" He called as he jumped and blocked Tigerclaw's strike, "I may die here today, but I will never live IN FEAR!" He yelled at the top of his voice before giving Tigerclaw a roundhouse kick to the face.
Tigerclaw let out a surprised yelp as Leo kept punching and kicking him at a very fast pace as the assassin was getting pushed back further and further before Leo gave him a flying kick to the chest which sent him over and landing on top of Koya. Leo took a breath as he turned and saw Vee getting up as she walked up to him with a small smile before she quickly hugged him.
"Thanks, Leo. I thought I was cat food." Vee said with a grateful tone as Leo returned the hug.
Back with the boys, they were still riding on the roller coaster, and Rocksteady was getting closer. Olly then broke off the safety bar and threw it at Rocksteady, knocking him off. But when it looked like they were in the clear, Rocksteady stood in the way and pulled the tracks up, forcing the coaster to fly off as the boys used their grappling hooks.
"Eat it, Rhino!" Raph called as they kicked Rocksteady in the face, but as they swung away, he grabbed Mikey.
"Mikey!" The turtles called in worry.
"You will give me Retro-Mutagen, now!" Rocksteady demanded as he lifted Mikey up, who whimpered fearfully.
In the haunted house, Donnie's Team was keeping their eyes out for their enemies, "Come out Bacon Breath, Bone Boy, and Sushi-Borg, show yourselves!" Zach demanded.
"Their names are Bebop, Rahzar, and Fishface," Donnie reminded him before he was knocked over.
"Would you stop calling me that!" Fishface demanded as Tal aimed a dust bomb at where she heard the voice as it exploded and coughing was heard.
When the dust cleared, there was Rahzar, Bebop, and Rahzar coughing with their faces covered in white dust before they saw the humans and two turtles before getting nervous, "Uh-oh," Rahzar said.
"Aw, dang!" Bebop complained before Donnie, Casey, Keno and Zach whacked the three out of the Haunted House.
Rocksteady then moved the teary-eyed Mikey over the edge, "Turtles, give Retro-Mutagen!" He demanded warningly as Mikey looked down and started waving his arms and legs wildly and screaming in panic.
Olly then jumped in front of Rocksteady, "No! Let Mikey go first then I'll toss the Retro-Mutagen," He ordered.
"I has your word you give?" Rocksteady questioned.
Olly brought out the spray bottle, "You's has my word," He promised.
After a moment, Rocksteady then tossed Mikey to another track, which he screamed before he landed on the tracks and climbed up before he looked at Olly. "Thanks, bro."
"Retro-Mutagen, now!" Rocksteady reminded them.
"You want it! All yours!" Olly said with a smirk and threw the bottle as Rocksteady reached out to grab it.
But Leo grabbed it at the last second while swinging on his grappling hook, "No! You gave word!" Rocksteady shouted.
"Olly did, but I didn't!" Leo said with a smirk as he swung onto the tracks and they all took off running and fired their grappling hooks.
Rocksteady then threw a hook that sliced Leo's rope causing him to fall, "Leo!" Vee called as Leo landed on a Roller Coaster and looked around before noticing Rocksteady.
"Hey, Hornhead!" Jenny called as the other turtles moved to kick him but, Rocksteady grabbed Raph and Mikey's legs, slamming them into the other turtles as they were flung away while the Coaster crashed into Rocksteady but he didn't see Leo.
"Where is…" Rocksteady tried to asked as he looked around for the Blue-clad turtle.
What he didn't see was Leo riding on the Coaster behind with a smirk, "Rocksteady! Eat it!" He called as the coaster rammed into Rocksteady causing him to roll down to the tracks.
As Tigerclaw and Koya recovered, they saw Rocksteady heading towards them, "Aw Crikey," Koya said, knowing what was coming.
Back with the others, Bebop, Rahzar, and Fishface had the boys pinned down, "I'm gonna enjoy tearing you apart," Rahzar said, raising his claw before he was hit in the head and the three turned to see the girls with their weapons out, Caitlyn armed with the beanbags from one of the games of chance.
"You picked the wrong night to mess with Bebop, Baby!" Bebop said, powering up his Mohawk.
But then the girls looked up and gasped, "Look out, behind you!" Caitlyn warned.
"Ha! Do you think we're stupid enough to fall for that?" Fishface mocked before he, Rahzar, and Bebop heard screaming, and they turned to see Rocksteady, Tigerclaw, and Koya spinning and falling right toward them. "Ay karumba." He muttered before the three got caught in the Football as they rolled across the floor and crashed into their van. First Bebop, then Fishface, Rahzar, Tigerclaw, Koya, and finally, Rocksteady as the other five were crushed under his weight.
"Ugh. Everyone okay?" Donnie asked as the boys stood up.
"I think I only sprained a leg or two," Casey said with a pained smile as the other turtles came over.
"Miwa!" Leo called out. "I know you're here. Come out." He said as he looked around. "You don't have to be afraid anymore." He called before they heard hissing as Miwa slithered out of a stand, looking afraid.
"Pleassse go, too dangerousss," Miwa said as she held her head, "My mind isss, going." She moaned as Leo walked up to her.
"We can help you. With this," Leo said, holding up the last Retro-Mutagen, "I can't promise this will help but…" He trailed.
Miwa understood as she stood ready. Leo took a breath, closed his eyes, and pulled the trigger, spraying Miwa as the others held their breath in hope.
Miwa then let out a screech as she wrapped hers around herself as she shifted around, and then collapsed in her human form. The others looked hopeful as they walked up to Miwa. She struggled to get up to her feet while keeping her head down.
"...Miwa?" Vee asked hopefully as they all looked worried.
Miwa then raised her head with her skin normal tan flesh and her eyes their original brown color, "Who else?" She asked with a tired smile.
The four New Yorker brothers all smiled as they all ran up and hugged her. "Miwa!" They all exclaimed as Miwa just smiled and sighed fondly at the hug while the others smiled in excitement or relief.
"Oh, thank goodness," Olly said as Naomi gave a relieved breath while Ames jumped for joy, April and Robyn cheered, Vee cleared some tears, Jenny smirked while doing a fist pump, and Keno, Casey, and Zach did a three-way high five.
"What do you know, it actually worked," Tal said with a smile before giving a surprise look. "It worked? That's a first."
"So, that's what she looks like?" Caitlyn asked in surprise before she smirked. "Nice bad girl style."
The others then came over to Miwa, giving her their own hugs or welcome backs, with April being the last, "So does this mean, you're back to normal?" April asked.
Karai frowned and raised an arm, which changed into a snake, "No, it's still there, but the snake instincts. I can't feel them anymore," She said with a small smile, "I think I can control it now,"
"Hey, at least now you're a real part of the family." Mikey assured her before Raph smacked him on the head, "Ow!" He yelped.
"Mikey, not helping!" Raph said with a look.
Miwa just giggled, "It's okay, honestly if being a mutant means being closer to you, it's worth it," She said before frowning in guilt, "Guys, I know I put you all through so much but, I just, I guess what I'm trying to say is…"
"We know, Miwa. You're not much for saying thank you." Leo said with a smile, which Miwa returned as they all smiled at her, feeling huge joy to have her back.
Vee then remembered and looked behind them to see where Foot Warriors had crashed, "Guys, Tigerclaw and the others are gone," She said.
Raph just waved it off, "Let them go. The next time I see them, they won't walk away." He said with a serious tone.
"Yeah, besides, this is what's important right now," Olly said, putting a hand on Miwa's shoulder, "Come on, there's someone waiting for you back at base." He said with a smile.
"Father," Miwa said happily before she nodded. "Let's go home, guys." She said as they all walked off from the amusement park and back to the outpost.
At the outpost, Splinter was pacing around anxiously while Leatherhead, Orimura and Dariyasa watched him, knowing he was worried about the children, "Don't worry Yoshi, I am confident Olivier, Leonardo and the others will return," Orimura tried to ease the rat master.
"Along with your daughter," Dariyasa added, placing a hand on Splinter's shoulder, "Where there is life, there is hope," She said with a smile.
Splinter sighed and looked solemn, "I pray upon my forefathers you are right," He said with head up.
The doors then opened as the Turtles and six human teens walked in, "My friends, you have returned," Leatherhead said with a relieved smile.
"Welcome home, young ones," Dariyasa said as Splinter approached his sons.
"And, Miwa?" He asked worriedly.
The 16 teens looked at each other with smiles before turning to him, "Perhaps you should ask Miwa herself," Naomi suggested as they moved aside and Miwa walked forward.
"Miwa?" Splinter asked in awe, hoping his eyes weren't tricking him.
"Father," Miwa said with a waver in her voice and tears of joy before she quickly hugged Splinter, which he quickly returned as the girl wept into his robe, "I'm so sorry! I was being so stupid! I never should've gone after Shredder! I just-"
Splinter just ran his hand through her hair, shushing her, "None of that matters, my daughter. What is important now is that we are together," Splinter said as they broke away, and he held her shoulders while looking into her eyes, "And I will never let you go again,"
"And I'll never leave again. Not this time." Miwa said with tears of joy as the two shared another hug while the others watched the father and daughter reunite with smiles or tears of joy.
"Still as beautiful the second time," Ames commented as she wiped some tears away.
"You said it," Leo said in agreement as they all enjoyed this beautiful moment.
Olly then cleared his throat, "Well, that's another problem solved; now we can move on to the next step," He said before they all turned to the still mutated New York, "Freeing the city and getting rid of the Kraang for good." He said seriously, knowing that their problems weren't over yet.
At Shredder's lair, the Foot Warriors all stood in front of Shredder and Kitsune, "So, how did it go?" Kitsune asked mildly as the six trembled slightly.
"Umm, pretty good," Fishface answered.
"Not too bad," Rahzar added.
"Da, very good," Rocksteady agreed.
"All's fine, G," Bebop assured.
"Yeah, nothing to worry about," Koya added.
"We actually know where Karai is at this moment," Tigerclaw said vaguely, as even he was nervous.
Shredder, however, trembled in rage, "You are pathetic! You take me for a fool?!" He roared as he snapped his finger, and then two Kraang lasers popped up from the walls and zapped the six mutants, making their skeletons visible as they screamed in pain before they started bowing down repeatedly, "You lie! And do you recall the punishment for such deception?!" Shredder demanded as the mutants were zapped again.
Kitsune gave a smirk. "They'll feel that in the morning." She said in amusement.
"Let's try that again," Shredder said calmly as the six mutants picked themselves up, "Where is Karai?" He questioned.
The Foot Warriors all groaned as Tigerclaw got his bearings and got on one knee. "Forgive us, Master. But truthfully, we did find Karai, but the turtles got to her first, and…now she's one of them." He said shamefully.
Shredder clenched his fist and growled in rage as the six mutants looked scared, Rahzar's ears drooped as he whimpered. But before anything could be said or done the sound of the doors being opened caught their attention.
The Foot turned to see a familiar alien salamander bounty hunter in white gear, holding the doors, panting while orange electricity sparked around his body. Newtralizer looked towards Shredder with a growl.
Shredder narrowed his eyes, recognizing the alien, "You are the Kraang's Alien prisoner," He noted as Newtralizer hobbled in.
Tigerclaw then turned to the Salamandrian, "I know you as well, your name is K'Vathrak, correct?" He asked as Newtralizer responded with croaks and growls that the Foot Warriors didn't understand.
"Uh, I'm sorry amigo. Do you speak English?" Fishface asked.
Tigerclaw then gestured his arm as Newtralizer nodded and tapped onto his gauntlet, but it kept getting bugged out while the Foot watched him before he slammed his fist down on it a few times.
"Is that Better, Rokka-Rokka?" Newtralizer questioned, speaking in English.
"Da, we's understand you." Rocksteady nodded.
"Excellent, now as Tigerclaw said, my name is K'Vathrak though I go by the name Newtralizer. Rokka-Rokka." Newtralizer greeted.
"And what is it you've come here for, K'Vathrak?" Shredder questioned the Alien.
"As much as I hate asking others, I need your help," Newtralizer started before he screamed in pain and fell to he knees as the electricity increased and he started fritzing for a moment before it stopped, "In my last battle with those accursed turtles, my teleporter was damaged and I was nearly removed from existence, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka! Luckily, I was able to survive, but now my atoms are hypercharged at the high-velocity level, and I do not have the technology needed to stabilize myself," He grumbled.
"And the only ones who would have the technology you require are…" Rahzar trailed off.
"The Kraang," Newtralizer snarled as the electricity returned, and he fritzed again before it stopped, "And asking them for help is out of the question! So when I learned you had access to their technology…"
"You came here hoping I would take pity on you," Shredder said with a narrowed-eyed glare, "Well, creature, you should know that I never offer anything unless I am offered something else in return,"
"Well, lucky for you, I couldn't help but overhear that you have lost someone to the enemy, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka-Rokka," Newtralizer noted with a smirk and standing up, "I could help you with that,"
Shredder looked at the alien for a moment, "Explain," He said, sounding intrigued as Newtralizer brought up a formula on his gauntlet.
"This is the formula for a powerful Brain Virus banned on my planet of Salamandria. Anyone injected with it will be placed completely under your control," Newtralizer explained with an evil smile, "And fortunately, this primitive mudball of the planet has everything you need for it, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka."
Shredder looked at the formula for a moment before he nodded, "Kavathrak if you swear your allegiance to me and create this formula for us, I will see to it that your condition shall be cured, and you shall take vengeance upon those who did this to you," He bargained.
Newtralizer smiled sinisterly, "Haha, sounds like we have a deal, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka-Rokka." He said before fritzing again.
"Master Shredder, send us to gather what you need for this formula and-" Rahzar started before Shredder cut him off.
"No, first Kavathrak will be taken to Stockman for treatment and to examine this Brain Virus formula, but as for you six," He said menacingly before turning to Kitsune, "Kitsune, further their education on the consequences of failure," He ordered.
"As you wish, Master," Kitsune said with a sinister smirk as she cracked her Hypno chain on the ground and walked up to the six mutants.
"Oh, no." Tigerclaw moaned, accepting his fate since he saw it coming, while the other mutants backed away in fear from Kitsune.
"Just watch the goggles, cool? They're kinda my thing." Bebop said frightfully before Kitsune lunged at the six mutants as they screamed while Newtralizer and Shredder watched their punishment.
Whew, Major Changes to this Chapter.
First off, Zach and Caityln are from the first TMNT TV series, and their appearance is based on Jebens1's designs on Deviantart.
Second, though this chapter is supposed to be about Bebop and Rocksteady, I included the other Foot mutants because it would be brutally unfair for our favorite crime comedy duo to be put up against ten turtles and six teenagers.
Third, yes, Miwa will be rejoining the Hamato Clan from this point onwards, but for those of you who are concerned about the Brain Worm Arc and Deadly Venom, don't worry; I have a workaround for it.
And fourth, Newtralizer has returned and joined the Foot! I felt it strange that he was in every season opening of TMNT 2012 but didn't make an appearance until Season 5, so I had him join the Foot as a means of stabilizing his electrical powers and giving a better answer to how Shredder gained the Mind Control Formula.
I'm confident that these changes from the canon will make this story all the more interesting, and if there are any more characters you feel should have had more screentime in TMNT put them in the comments.
