On the north end of the sewers, Slash and Rockwell carried flashlights as they walked down tunnel after tunnel in these darkened areas.
Rockwell's flashlight shined upon a newspaper on the floor. "There Slash, you see?" He used his telekinesis to lift the newspaper towards Slash. The leader of the Mutanimals saw the cover as it read "Dino Man Seen in the Sewers!" with a cartoon-like image of a man with a triceratops head on the cover.
"Weeks ago, Kurtzman was tracking the creature but it vanished." Rockwell continued. "I thought it was a hoax until these reports started to resurface."
The two turned down one corner and continued their search. "You sure some normal didn't see one of us… and think it was a dinosaur?" Slash wondered. Though they couldn't really call anything impossible anymore, a humanoid dinosaur did sound pretty far-fetched.
Suddenly, the duo felt slight tremors above them and deeper down into the tunnel as the ceiling began to shake slightly. They proceeded down the tunnel closer toward the sound they just heard. The tremors grew louder and louder, they were definitely getting close.
"Think that was maybe Leatherhead?" Slash wondered.
"No." Rockwell answered. "Leatherhead, Ray, and Pigeon Pete are searching the south side of the sewers."
Rockwell closed his eyes and tried to use his psychic powers to locate this creature. "I can feel its presence." The tremors continued to grow louder, as if the source was coming toward them. Slash looked down to the water at his feet and saw it pulsating. Whatever it was, it was big.
Slash took out his morning star, ready to fight if need be. "Uh… Doc?" Though he knew it was close, he still had no idea where it was.
"I can't… grasp its mind." Rockwell had a difficult time with even his own powers. "It's frenzied…. Chaotic…" His eyes shot open when he realized what it was, "…Alien!"
The tremors stopped. It was quiet. Too quiet. Pebbles fell from the ceiling above the duo before it caved in. Fortunately, Slash and Rockwell moved out of the way as something big fell behind them. They turned around and couldn't believe their eyes. This creature was huge, about the same size as Leatherhead! What was even more surprising was that he bore the appearance of a humanoid triceratops!
"Incredible." Rockwell said in awe. "He's real!"
The 'Dino-Man' coughed before he spoke in a delirious tone. "Mutaters! Smash them all!" He smacked Rockwell back to the wall with his hand.
"Lights out!" Slash tried to bash his face with his mace, but it bounced off it, much to the large turtle's surprise. It shot him a death-glare before grabbing him by the face, and running down the tunnel and smashing Slash right through the wall.
The Dino-Man grabbed his head as though he was trying to remember something, but couldn't. "Mission… The honors…. They say." He coughed again.
Rockwell had gotten back up on his feet. "Warped mind or not… you cannot withstand this!" He shot a psychic blast at the back of the Dino-Man's head. However, all it seemed to do was anger the creature.
He turned back to Rockwell. "Crush them all!" The mutant monkey scientist could only look in fear as the creature rushed him.
On Turtle Island, the Hamato Teens, minus Raph, Jenny and Miwa, the Hamato Turtles were all in the living room with Mikey holding a VHS of Crognard as he gave an exciting smile. "Yes! The final episode!" He cheered as he place the VHS tape into the player.
"Mikey, Raph, Miwa, and Jenny are gonna be super tick if we watch the Crognard finale without them," Olly pointed out, "I think we should wait until they come back,"
"Yeah, well the Crognar Finale's gonna be super ticked that they didn't show up in time to watch it." Mikey countered as he held the remote and pressed play.
Crognard stood dramatically on a mountainside as he took out his sword.
"Crognard!" One of his companions, Wizardess, called out from behind as she stood with Spooch and Graah. "To do battle with the Dread Dragon Wigglepuss of the Grey Northern-Middle-Mountains of More-or-Less, is to court destruction!"
"Fret not, friend Spooch and wise Wizardess!" Crognard replied. "For I, Crognard the Barbarian, will cleave the Dread Dragon Wigglepuss in two! And feast upon its entrails! HAZAAH!"
The aforementioned monster soon made its grand appearance. This massive beast had five enormous heads! It was at least twenty times the size of Crognard himself.
"Spooch hopes Crognard demolishes that dumb-old-dragon. Spooch! Spooch!" The little creature covered his own eyes.
Crognard tried slashing at the dragon's center head, but appeared to do little damage. The dragon backed up and Crognard had believed he was victorious.
"HAZAAH!"
The dragon suddenly came down and ate Crognard in one single bite. Spooch, Wizardess, and Graah could only look with wide eyes and open mouths as chewing sounds were heard. It spat out Crognard's headband.
"SPOOOOOOCCCCHHHH!" Spooch cried out in despair. The Dread Dragon Wigglepuss flew out into the horizon.

The turtles all looked at the episode with white disks eyes in shock at what they just saw while Mikey was the most shocked out of all of them. "That's it? After all those adventures he just bites it!?" Mikey questioned in shock while clutching his head. "What kind of anti-climate ending was that?!" He cried as he gave sad eyes.
"It's anti-climatic, Mikey." Tal said with a dull look. "Still, talk about a bummer ending," she sighed.
"Maybe it was a good thing Raph and the girls didn't see this," Vee said as Olly's T-Phone rang.
Olly panicked as he realized who it was, "Eh-dah-shh-shh! It's Raph!" He whispered harshly. "Okay, keep quiet! Be cool!" He whispered as he cleared his throat and answered the call with a nervous smile. "Uh, hey man! Whats… What's going down?" He asked nervously.
On the rooftops in New York, Raph and Jenny are in their spiritual attire with Miwa beside them as they look out to the city. "You jerks didn't watch the Crognard finale without us while we're on patrol, right?" Raph questioned with a brow.
"Cause if you did, tell Mikey his shell is so target practice," Jenny said with a look.
"Who? Us? Of course not!" Olly answered with nervous chuckles. "But even if we did, we would've found it incredibly anti-climate. I mean climatic!"
The three looked unconvinced and stared at each other dully, "They watched it," Miwa stated.
"You better be sure until-" Raph tried to say before the three saw Rockwell in their heads.
"Raphael, Jennika, Miwa." Rockwell spoke to them mentally as Raph dropped his T-Phone, "We need your help,"
Raph looked at the girls, "did you two just hear?" He asked.
"Rockwell in our head? Ye-huh," Jenny nodded.
"Let's check it out, could be Tigerclaw and his goon Platoon coming back for round 2," Miwa said as they jumped off the Rooftops and towards the sewers.
Back in the sewers, Rockwell, though still injured, was checking on Slash, who appeared to be in much worse shape than him. Soon however, Raph slid down a ladder from a manhole cover above, with Jenny and Miwa right behind him.
"Doc!" The trio quickly ran towards them, Raph and Jenny to Slash while Miwa knelt down to help Rockwell, "What happened here? Who did this to you? The Foot?" Miwa asked.
"No… something worse I fear…" Rockwell answered.
"Worse?" Raph questioned as he tried to help up Slash. "What in this world could possibly worse enough to knock Slash out cold?"
"Yeah, because whoever it was must be tough." Jenny added.
"I do not believe he is from this world." Rockwell responded. "Something beyond monstrous. Something I fear will…"
"DINO-MAN!" Slash shot up, spooking the three. He fell to his knees though in exhaustion and pain.
"Dino-man?" Raph asked in confusion.
"What the heck is that?" Miwa questioned.
"Is he some kind of new mutant?" Jenny asked.
"No." Rockwell answered. "Perhaps some dinosaur off-shoot. Something that remained undiscovered and evolved in secret for hundreds of millions of years."
"He's an… alien." Slash uttered, still dazed from the fight.
"Wait, An Alien?" Miwa questioned in disbelief. "You think he's some kind of Kraang weapon?"
"Uh Miwa, you don't really think the Kraang are the only aliens up there, do ya?" Raph asked, pointing up, "Don't forget, Newtralizer's an alien too,"
"Okay, good point," Miwa said in understanding. "As if everything in our life isn't already full of crazy."
"So, any idea where this… Dinozoid is?" Jenny wondered.
"No, I'm afraid not." Rockwell responded.
Raph began to walk down the tunnel, away from them. "Where… you… going… brother?" The injured Slash questioned.
"If some dino-alien is living in my sewers, and beating up my friends, then I'm gonna return the favor!" Raph declared.
"Hang on, I'm coming too. You might need some help." Jenny said, joining him.
"Well, I always wanted to fight a dino. So, I'm in." Miwa said as she walked towards them
"Do be careful, my friends." Rockwell warned. "He's confused, unpredictable, frantic…"
"And hits like a runaway bus." Slash added with a groan while rubbing his chest.
"Don't worry, we'll be careful." Jenny said, but quickly remembered whom he was partnered with. "Well uh… actually, we can't make no promises."
"Hey, we can be careful!" Raph protested.
"Since when?" Miwa questioned, causing Raph to think for a moment.
"Good point." Raph replied. "Now come on!" He turned back to the Mutanimals. "You guys get back to the island so that Harumi can patch you up." He said before rushing down the tunnel
"Well then, let's go find us a Dino-man." Jenny said as she and Miwa headed after Raph.
"Be warned my friends!" Rockwell called out to them. "He is quite possibly the most powerful creature we have ever encountered!" He warned.
Back on Turtle Island, Donnie, Leo and Tal were on their T-phones as everyone else, except for Mikey who was on the laptop, looked worried or concerned.
"Anything?" Naomi asked.
"No. Raph's not picking up." Donnie replied.
"Neither is Jenny," Tal added.
"Miwa's not picking up either," Leo said in concern.
"Now I'm starting to get a little worried." Ames said. "You think they're okay?"
"Well, it's nothing new compared to those three." Olly said with a thoughtful look. Usually they just charge into battle without thinking but still they do come back,"
"Any luck on your end Mikey?" Leo asked his youngest brother.
"Nada." Mikey replied. "The Crognard fan sites all say that really was the last episode. What a bust."
"We mean have you found Raph, Jenny, and Miwa?" Leo said as they all looked at him in annoyance before they looked at the laptop. "Really though? There wasn't like a movie or something after?"
Olly then whacked Leo on the head, "Leo, siblings MIA, remember?" He said with a look.
"Raphael, Jennika and Miwa are searching the sewers for the Dino-Man!" Rockwell told the turtles in their minds as they looked around in surprise.
"Uh… thanks…Dr. Rockwell?" Vee said in confusion.
"Did he just say… Dino-Man?" Leo questioned as well.
Back in the sewers, Raph, Jenny and Miwa, continued their search for the Dino-man and found some large elephant-like Foot prints in some waist.
Miwa kneeled down to inspect it. "From the looks of this… I'd say our 'dino-man' has been living here for quite a while." She said in thought.
"How long can a giant dinosaur stay hidden in a little sewer?" Raph questioned as the three continued their search.
"Slash and Leatherhead stayed hidden when they were down here." Jenny reminded him. "I just hope this is one of the vegetarian dinosaurs."
"Don't worry, judging by the prints, our Dino-Man is a Ceratopsian," Miwa explained before standing up.
"A what?" Raph asked in confusion.
"A Triceratops species, Raph." Miwa said with a brow before putting her hands on her head and pointing two fingers up, "The one with the horns and dish thing on its head."
"Oh, right." Raph said while scratching his head. "Not much of a dino nerd you know."
"Well, we're about to learn from it." Jenny said as they continued on down the tunnel to keep searching.
Back On Turtle Island, the Turtles were still waiting before Rockwell and Slash Portaled into the village square, "Slash, Rockwell!" Olly called in surprise, "Are you two okay?" He asked.
"Barely, but yeah." Slash groaned.
"Did you say, Dino-Man from our minds?" Donnie asked Rockwell. "As in urban legend Dino-Man from the news?" He asked in shock.
"He's no legend." Rockwell answered. "He's real, and he's more powerful than we could have imagined. Alas, we've tried to stop Raphael, Jennika and Miwa from going on their own, but…" He said seriously.
"Those hot heads…" Slash groaned. "Are about to get themselves into serious hot water."
Back in the sewers, Raph, Jenny and Miwa reached a septic tank chamber, as the three looked around the entire room. "Do you really think Dino-Man is here?" Jenny questioned with a confused look. "This place doesn't seem like the best hideout."
"I could've sworn he was here." Miwa said as they looked at the water, but then it gave off some bubbles. "Huh?"
"Something's down there," Jenny said before coming out of the tank was a triceratops-like alien with a space suit. "Sweet mother of mutations…" She muttered as she and her friends looked in shock.
"Zog's ready!" The Dino-man, apparently named Zog, said in-between coughs. "The beacon… orders must triangulate now!"
The three Hamatos drew their weapons. "Back off Dino-Man!" Raph called.
Zog roared as he tried to swing a fist at them. The three Hamatos dodged from him. "I'm starting to think this was a bad idea!" Miwa exclaimed.
Raph dodged another punch that actually tore through the brick wall as the red-clad Turtle jumped back towards Jenny as she got up.
"Look Dino-Man, we don't wanna hurt you!" Jenny tried to tell him.
"Us hurt him!?" Miwa questioned in exclamation. "I don't think we can!"
Zog coughed as he looked to regain his barrings. "Mutaters are close." He turned around and charged at the two. "COME ON!"
Three screamed, as they couldn't avoid this. The four crashed through the wall and back into the tunnels. "He's… faster than he looks…" Raph groaned.
"Come on, get up!" Jenny pulled Raph out of the way to avoid a crushing punch from Zog.
"Now might be a good time to go mystical!" Miwa told the two turtles.
"Can't, not enough room!" Raph said as the tunnel was too cramped for him to summon his giant or for Jenny to speed around, "We're gonna have to do this the old fashion way."
Zog tried to stomp on them as the three crawled away quickly. Jenny and Miwa fell back as Raph got up with his sais and tried to strike the face but couldn't even scratch him. Zog gave him a head-but to send him flying to the top of an archway before falling onto the ground.
"Move, move! MOVE!" Jenny screamed as she ran, grabbed Raph and Miwa, and ran as fast as she could with a charging Zog right behind them.
The three rolled out of the way as Zog crashed into the wall, bringing it down. Zog pulled his head out and resumed ranting. "All explosions zero…on mission status." He continued to cough. "Command…. ORDERS!"
"Orders? Mission?" Miwa questioned. "What's he talking about?"
"I got his orders right here!" Raph threw a pair of shurikens at Zog's head and they bounced off like nothing.
"Really Raph?" Jenny questioned with a brow.
"Power to the Triceraton Empire!" Zog exclaimed. "DESTROY THE KRAANG!" He tried to smash the three with his hands. The three Hamatos fell back.
"The Kraang?! But we already beat them!" Miwa exclaimed in a surprised tone before she rolled and avoided a stomp from Zog who tried to punch the wall.
Raph got up on Zog's horns. "Weren't you listening!? We already kicked the Kraang's pink tentacle butt back in Dimension X!" Raph tried to tell him, but Zog grabbed him and threw him at Jenny, causing the two to roll down the tunnel.
"Guys!" Miwa called as she rushed to them in didn't have time to get up as Zog pressed his enormous foot down on Raph. Jenny and Miwa tried to help but Zog grabbed them by the throat and hung them up in the air.
"Captain Mozar…orders now…" Zog said in another cough. "Orders for the beacon!" The girls couldn't breathe in this creature's grip, but Raph could still speak despite the enormous pressure from the alien's foot.
"Orders… are… stop!" Raph exclaimed.
"On whose authority!?" Zog questioned, continuing to put pressure, The girls' faces were starting to turn blue and Raph couldn't keep this up much longer.
"Uh… me!" Raph tried. "Commander… Zorath, and Lieutenants Zoennik and Zima, in charge! Here! Now! Of you!" He said as he was almost crushed. "Pleasedontcrushus!"
Zog eased off the pressure as he not only let go of Raph but also dropped Jenny and Miwa as he fell on his knees and took huge breaths to regain his oxygen. Zog stood straight and saluted. "Zog reporting for duty, sir and Ma'ams!" He lost his stature for a bit when he coughed again. "Alert tri-troops to Kraang! Smash them to pieces!"
Miwas face turned back to normal as she regained his breath. "That actually worked?" He looked towards Raph while Jenny regained her breath.
"I'm as surprised as you are." Jenny said in surprise.
"Orders, sir, Ma'ams?" Zog asked.
"Oh, uh right." Raph put on the act of a military commander. "So you think they're out there soldier? Then I order you to find the Kraang!"
Zog turned around and proceeded down the tunnel. "Zog has the trail as Zorath commands! Head down, horns up!" He charged and smashed through a wall in pursuit of the apparent enemy.
Raph had an impressed smile. "Well this day is getting awesome!"
"You said it, Raph!" Jenny cheered as she and Raph share a high-three.
Miwa, however didn't share their excitement. "Guys… I don't think this is a good idea."
"Hey, it beats getting killed." Raph said with a shrug.
"Yeah, because we were at a no win end there." Jenny added.
"Point taken. So… are the Kraang really back?" Miwa asked seriously.
"Well I'm sure our new bloodhound will now where to find them, come on!" Raph ran after Zog.
"This is gonna be fun." Jenny said as she went after the two.
Miwa sighed as he followed them. "Yeah… follow a delusional giant Alien…dino-man… thing…. We know nothing about. Yeah, that makes total sense." She said sarcastically.
Back at the Island, Mikey rewind the tape of Crognard's demise. "Oh, yeah! Fix it! See! Now he wins!" Mikey cheered while the others gave confused looks while Ames giggled and patted her boyfriend's head.
"Well, good try, Mikey." Ames said with a smile. Just then, Olly's T-Phone rang as he looked at who's calling.
"It's Jenny!" Olly said as he answered it. "Jenny, where are you guys? We've been calling?" He asked through the phone.
Later, the Turtles teleported to New York and met with Raph, Jenny and Miwa at Fishface's old race course, "About time, guys." Jenny said with her arms crossed. "It was already creepy staying in Fishface's death race course."
"Well we're here, so what's up?" Olly asked the three, "There's a Dino-Man running around here and we gotta find him,"
"Actually, mission accomplished," Raph said, gesturing to the entrance as Zog stepped out.
They all gasped as Zog roared and raised his fists, which caused them to scream. "Whoa! Hold up!" Raph called out, causing Zog to stop mid hit. "False alarm, Zog!"
Zog pulled his fist back as the turtles looked at him in shock, "Holy Chalupa! The Dino-man is real?!" Mikey said in shock.
"And you named him?!" Tal exclaimed to the three before turning to Zog, "They named you?!" She questioned.
"Actually, that really is his name." Miwa said with a shrug. "He said it himself."
"Sargent Zog, Scout Trooper XJ14, reporting for Mutater Extermination, Sirs and Ma'ams!" Zog saluted before coughing a bit.
"Sargent? Is he some kind of alien soldier?" Leo asked in surprise.
"Sorta. He likes smashing stuff." Raph said. "Isn't that right, soldier!?" He said like a commander as Zog growled with a nod.
"Totally cool right!" Jenny said with a smile, "Zog is like a walking prehistoric tank!"
Naomi then approached, "Um, Raphael, Jennika, did you forget how your new 'friend' here nearly killed Rockwell and Slash?" She asked sternly.
"Just trust us. We'll explain on the way." Raph said as he turned to Zog. "Go get them, soldier!" He called as Zog walked down the tunnel.
"Get who?" Ames asked in confusion.
"The Kraang." Miwa said seriously as she, Raph, and Jenny walked after Zog as the others were surprised by this.
As they walked through the tunnels, the others were confused by what Miwa had told them, "Wait hold on, are you saying the Kraang are back?" Vee asked the three.
"Well, according to Zog, pretty much," Jenny answered.
"But dudes the Kraang are gone, we kicked them back to Dimension X, remember?" Mikey asked, "And then we ate Pizza, and we breakdance, and then I threw up because-"
"No man, Zog here said that they're still here. And he's been sniffing them out." Miwa said seriously.
Zog began ranting and coughing once more. "Zog… Zog will lead to Kraang. Beacon needed! Destruction to the Mutaters!" He shouted between his coughs.
"You tell 'em, soldier!" Raph encouraged.
"Okay, if he is an alien, how is he here?" Olly questioned.
"Zog said his sleeper pod crashed here a few months ago, it opened up a few weeks back and he's been taking out the Kraang bases since." Jenny explained.
"He's on our side!" Raph said with a smile.
"And you three trust him at first sight?" Leo questioned with a brow.
"Well, I'm still a little skeptical. Especially considering this guy is clearly short a few marbles," Miwa said, twirling a finger next to her head.
"What makes you say that?" Tal asked as they saw Zog stopping.
"What's up, Zog? Have you found anything?" Jenny asked as Zog gave a cough while leaning against a wall.
"What's wrong with him? Is he sick?" Donnie asked in concern.
"We're starting to understand his backwards talk." Raph spoke up. "His people, the Triceratons, need nitrogen to breathe." He explained.
"But during a battle, Zog lost his gear, including his Atmosphere converter," Jenny added.
"And because of that, he's been breathing Earth's atmosphere and it's affecting his brain," Tal concluded, "Our Oxygen must be making Zog delusional."
"Which sorta explains he thinks you three are his commanders and does everything you say?" Olly questioned with a brow.
"Hey, I saw the chance to have an attack dino and I took it. What's the big deal?" Raph questioned as Zog inspected the ground. "He needs a leader, so we're leading."
"And you think we can trust an unknown lunatic Dino Alien who says the Kraang are still here?" Vee questioned with a brow.
"Well, he is a mostly rational kinda dino." Jenny said with a shrug and turned to Zog, "Aren't ya, Zog?" She asked as Zog stood up and turned to them.
"Stomp the Mutators!" Zog then began to stomp repeatedly on the ground, creating tremors as the group almost lost their footing. "Man your battle stations! The invasion begins!"
"Invasion?!" Olly asked in shock.
"You were saying, Raph?" Leo questioned to the red-clad Turtle as he lowered his eyelids.
The floor soon collapsed underneath the group as they fell down into another chamber. Once the dust settled they soon realized they we're in a hidden Kraang base, much to their surprise. "You were saying?" Raph questioned to Leo as they drew their weapons.
"It is the ones called the Turtles!" A kraang Droid said as they aimed their blasters.
"Whoa! Zog was right! The Kraang have returned!" Naomi called in shock.
"And the one that is called…" The Kraang trailed off when it saw Zog. "Tri… Tri.. Tri… Tri… TRICERATON!" That one Kraang droid dropped his gun and ran away in pure fear.
Another Kraang droid took command. "Kraang destroy for Kraang!" They immediately opened fire with their laser blasters
"Mikey destroy for Mikey!" Mikey mocked as he and the others then fought the Kraang.
"I don't miss these guys!" Leo called as he sliced a Kraang down. "But I do miss doing that." He said with a smirk.
"It is pretty fun to slice some Kraang down again." Vee said with a smile.
A series of doors opened to reveal three Kraang Bio-Droids as several Kraang began to operate them. "Bio-Droids! Engage!"
Miwa decapitated one Kraang droid with her tanto as Raph impaled another's head with his sai as they were back-to-back and saw the Bio-Droids while Jenny sliced some with her claws.
"I guess we may need an 'attack-dino' after all." Miwa said as she took command. "Head down, horns up Zog!"
"MUTATOR!" Zog yelled as he rushed forward and sent one Bio-Droid flying with a charging-head-but. Another Bio-Droid tried to charge at him with a series of punches, but Zog grabbed it and flipped it onto the ground in front of him before stomping down hard. He was later pelted with lasers from two Kraang droids and the butt-cannons of the third Bio-Droid. Zog roared as he ran horns first into all the droids, tearing them to pieces before impaling his horns into the butt-cannons, causing the Kraang's eyes to widen.
"Ooh! Talk about pain in the butt!" Miwa winced with a smirk as Zog raised his head up while the Bio-Droid held its backside before he slammed it down with a couple of other droids before Jenny and Raph stabbed them as a Kraang got out.
Zog then steps next to it as he picks up the Kraang as it squirmed to break free. "Make your invasion defeat!" Zog said before he threw the Kraang on the ground. "To the end!" He snarled before he squished the Kraang under his foot.
"You tell 'em, Zog!" Raph cheered.
"Nice job, soldier!" Jenny said with a thumbs up.
Tal was currently hacking a Kraang computer as a droid took aim at her, "Tal, look out!" Donnie called, but before Tal could react, Zog came in and squash the Kraang from behind her.
"Whoa. Thanks, Zog." Tal said with a smile.
"Alert the beacon!" Zog said. "Send the troops! The Kraang… *cough* …have the backdoor to space."
"Backdoor?" Tal asked in confusion. "Hold on, Zog. I'm gonna try to pinpoint the Kraang new hideout since TCRI isn't their's anymore." She said as she went back to the console.
"KRAANG!" Zog yelled as Tal quickly moved aside as Zog smashed the console she was using before he walked off.
"Or just smash everything in here, yeah that works too," Tal said sarcastically as she was about to use the second console, but she heard Mikey yelled as she yelped and moved aside as a Kraang was tossed, smashing the second console.
"THAT'S FOR CROGNARD!" Mikey yelled as Tal gave an irritated look.
"You're still upset about the finale?" Ames asked her boyfriend with an amusing smile.
"Aha!" Raphy yelled as he got up to Mikey's face. "We knew you watched it!"
"WATCH IT!" Zog yelled as he slammed his fists down, and then suddenly, a Kraang Portal opened up beside Tal and Donnie.
"Who, Space Portal!" Ames called.
"It's a Kraang Portal." Donnie said in realization. "I wonder where it leads."
"Maybe we should do a test just in case-" Tal tried to say.
"Soldier, get in that fox hole!" Jenny ordered Zog, pointing to the portal as Zog entered through, while Tal and Donnie gave her a glare. "What? He's just following orders and a tough guy." She said with a shrug. "Good job, Zog!"
"He's not an attack dog, Jen!" Tal said firmly.
"He's a deranged alien we know nothing about!" Donnie added.
"What's to know?" Raph questioned. "We hate Kraang, Zog hates Kraang. Sweet deal." He ran into the portal followed by Jenny, Ames, Mikey, and Naomi as the other half of the turtles and Miwa stood back as they turned to the human teen.
"Hey, I'm as uncertain as you guys. But when Raph and Jenny try something, they won't stop." Miwa said with a shrug.
"Still, there is something about Zog I don't trust," Olly said suspiciously, "And what's this 'beacon' he keeps yammering about?"
"Don't know." Leo said with a suspicious look. "But whatever it is, it is something he desperately needed."
"Well, let's find out by following them." Donnie said as they jumped through the portal after the others.
They soon came out and found Zog kneeling at the ground, Raph approached Zog.
"What you got, Zog?"
Zog gave a cough to try and clear out his senses. "Mutators are close. There!" He pointed to the one thing that no one was expecting, a large green statue of a woman holding a torch and book, dressed in a robe and wearing a crown.
"The Statue of Liberty, IS A KRAANG BASE!?" Leo exclaimed in shock.
It was true, the group was on Liberty Island outside the main island of Manhattan, where the Kraang were apparently hiding.
"Oh, no! The Kraang are using the Statue of Liberty! As a base!" Donnie yelled.
"That's just evil." Mikey added.
"And a new low, even for them!" Olly added.
"Then let's head in, and kick 'em out!" Miwa suggested.
"The beacon must…" Zog began with a cough. "The beacon must go! No choice! Rally them!"
"Awesome job sergeant Zog!" Raph congratulated me. "You ready to this?" Zog gave an eager grin and confirmed growl.
The group then snuck inside the Statue of Liberty where Kraang droids were patrolling on every level. They then saw some droid working at a computer. "What are the Kraang doing?" Naomi questioned quietly as the computer showed the outside of the statue, firing a beam up in the sky before showing a bunch of Technodromes in Dimension X.
"They're trying to open a new portal to Dimension X." Miwa said in horror. "If they bring in that many Technodromes to our world, we won't stand a chance."
"New York barely handles just one Technodrome. We don't need a whole fleet of them." Tal said with a firm look.
"Not if we can help it." Olly said firmly. "We need to take out that portal, but we gotta be stealth so first-"
"Mutators! Filthy Kraang! Horns up!" Zog interrupted as he charged at the two Kraang Droids across from them.
"Eh, we would've done the free for all anyway," Miwa said with a shrug.
Olly sighed tiredly, "Okay, All Shells Blazing it is!" Olly declared as they drew their weapons and rushed up the stairs.
The Kraang Droids then dropped down around Zog and proceeded to zap him with taser rods but they only seem to anger him.
A Kraang in a human disguise then rushed in to help but found Zog ripping the other droids apart like tissues and hid its own rod behind its back.
"Kraang?" Zog asked, turning to the disguised Kraang.
"Uh…" was all the Kraang could say before Zog crushed its head between his palms.
Zog gave a mighty roar. "Empire to victory!" He declared.
"Gotta admit, he's good with his hands." Raph commented.
"He sure is strong, that's for sure." Jenny added as they continued the fight.
As everyone else was fighting, one Kraang on an upper level pulled out a tetrahedron-shaped device that did not appear to be Kraang-technology. It threw it at Zog's back, and once it made contact, Zog found himself trapped in a red energy bubble and was unable to escape.
"Raph, Dino down!" Jenny called, pointing to Zog.
"We gotta help him!" Raph called as he and Jenny ran down. "We're coming, Zog!"
"Something tells me this won't end well." Miwa said as she slashed a Kraang and struck them with her snake arm.
Tal and Donnie are at the controls with the others protecting them from any Kraang trying to fire at them. "We're almost done cracking the encryption." Donnie said.
"Once we do, the Kraang can kiss their portal goodbye and their invasion plans." Tal said with a smirk.
One Kraang droid pointed his laser gun at the trapped Zog, but Raph and Jenny had jumped down and impaled the droid's head with their weapons and approached the trapped Triceraton.
"We'll get you out of there pal." Raph told him but he only seemed to roll the bubble slightly once he touched it. He however saw the device generating it as it seemed attached to the shield itself. He pulled out part of it to reveal some sort of tether.
"Cool, portable dinosaur." Jenny said with a smirk. "Heavy on the inside, but like a balloon on the outside."
"You said it, babe." Raph said as he attached it to his belt, as Raph pulled out his grappling hook and shot straight upward. "Think I can beat you to the top?"
"Is that a bet?" Jenny asked as she activated her mystic powers as her markings appeared, "See you there!" She said before zooming to a wall and running up it.
"Oh, it's on!" Raph called as he pulled his grappling hook as he was lifted up to the top with Zog behind him.
"What are you two doing!?" Olly called out as he blocked a laser.
"Jenny, Zog, and I will take the crown. You guys try and shut the portal down from here!" Raph called out as Jenny fought the Kraang she rushed to while climbing while Raph threw throwing stars or daggers at them.
"Open the beacon… *cough* the empire will… *cough* Not be contained!" Zog ranted.
After taking out the Kraang, a beeping sound was heard. "Yes! The portal is shut down!" Tal cheered as the others regrouped around her and Donnie.
"No way they're opening that baby up." Donnie said with a proud smirk as they shared a high-three.
"I still can't believe Dino-dude was right about the Kraang!" Mikey stated.
"And what's this beacon he keeps talking about?" Leo wondered.
"He is determined to find it even in his diluted state." Naomi said with a suspicious tone. "Whatever this beacon is, he's desperate for it."
Leo's T-Phone rang and he quickly answered to hear Raph's voice. "Meet us in the crown. Zog found his old gear."'
Raph, Jenny, and Zog were in the crown of the Statue of Liberty as the Triceraton warrior opened up a container filled with an assortment of Triceraton technology. Among them was a device that he placed around his waist in the form of a belt. A few sensors in his suit activated before it compressed and released nitrogen into his body.
Zog took a deep breath. "At last. I can… breathe again." He said in huge relief that he could breathe normally as his sanity returned.
"That's great, Zog." Jenny said with a smile.
"Now with your gear, it's time to bounce." Raph said, but Zog kept searching through the box. "Alright, fine. Your commanders order you to bounce!" He saluted, but then Zog aimed a blaster at the two and fired at them.
Zog was now outside the Statue of Liberty and climbing the head. He pulled out an octahedron-shaped device, which began to emit a pulsating sound. "No signal. Need higher ground." He realized and resumed his climb.
Back with Raph and Jenny, they were steadily regaining consciousness, and saw their team, "Raph? Jenn? You okay?" Miwa asked in concern.
"Zog found his old equipment and then he turned on us." Raph groaned.
"Apparently, he found his atmosphere converter. Which made him not only breathe right again, but he also got his marbles back" Jenny said while rubbing her head.
"You guys were right." Raph said in guilt.
"Happens to the best of us." Leo said with an assuring smile while giving a sly grin to Miwa who just returned it with a shrug.
"It's true." Olly said with a smile. "Now come on, let's follow Zog." He said.
Zog stood on the head of the Statue of Liberty, while still holding his device. He saw the torch and considered climbing up there to get a better signal. "Hey Zog." The Triceraton turned to see Raph and Jenny standing on one of the spikes of the crown.
"Look, big guy." Jenny began, twiddling her fingers. "Sorry about lying to you before, really. But you were about to kill us back in the sewers due to you not having anything to breathe, so…"
"So… you're not mad are you?" Raph finished hopefully.
"No." Zog replied, causing the two to look relieved until Zog spoke up again. "I expect such treachery from the likes of Earth." He started as the rest of the Hamato Teens climbed up onto the head. "We Triceratons pride ourselves on honor and loyalty. You Earth-dwellers are full of lies and deceit."
"Hey! Who are you calling Earth-Dweller!?" Mikey was insulted before Miwa smacked him in the back of the head. "Ow!"
"That's who we are to the aliens, genius." Miwa said with a look.
"Look, man. We're sorry. But you weren't in your right mind and we had to chill you out, somehow and-" Jenny said as she and Raph walked up to Zog but she stopped when she saw what was in his hand, "And what do you think you're doing with that bomb?" She asked in worry.
"It's not a bomb. It's a signal beacon." Zog explained, which made them relieved. "To signal the Triceraton armada to come and wipe out this Kraang-infested planet!"
This caused the Hamato Teens to gasp in horrified shock "What?!" Both Raph and Jenny exclaimed.
Zog gave a roar as he raised his fist and was about to slam down on Raph and Jenny, but Jenny sped off with Raph, much to Zog's surprise. "What?" He said.
"You can stop the Kraang without destroying the Planet you Mad-o-saurus!" Olly yelled as he launched a fire wave at Zog.
"We've been fighting the Kraang for a while and they can be stopped without destroying the whole planet!" Leo called as he clashed with Zog, who used his horn as he was lifted up, but Leo threw his sword down as he teleported behind Zog, which started him as he blocked the blades with his horn as Leo portaled away to avoid a strike.
Ames then made clones of herself, which Zog tried to hit, but they vanished as the real Ames struck him where he was distracted. But when Zog found her with a hit, he was about to smash her, but Mikey used his nunchucks to wrap around his arm, which made Zog hit the side of the statue as he growled.
"What is this?! No lifeform on any planet should have such power!" Zog shouted.
"Do Triceratons believe in magic?" Vee questioned.
"I don't think they ever heard of the Hamato Ninpo," Naomi noted as she threw a Shell Shield at Zog, which knocked him back.
"Zog, give up you can't win against us," Tal told the Triceraton, "Look, just give us the beacon and maybe together we can find another way to stop the Kraang,"
"No. The Triceratons will finish it, by destroying the planet itself so that the Kraang will never use it again!" Zog called as he jumped onto the torch. "The people of Earth allow the Kraang run rampant on their planet! Jeopardizing the safety of the galaxy! I see no reason to spare any of you!"
Once he made it to the top, Jenny then zoomed in front of Zog with Raph, "Because we're friends, Zog," She told the Alien.
"Friends?" Zog scoffed as he tried to swing his horn, but they dodged it.
"Zog, we made a good team. We stop the Kraang together." Raph tried to reason as the three circled the crown.
"Don't do this, Zog. Don't punish our world because of what the Kraand did." Jenny pleaded.
Zog didn't answer their pleas, however, "Enough of this!" He said, firing at the two as they jumped off and then he activated the beacon before sending it up.
"Jenny!" Raph shouted as Jenny nodded and fired her grappling hook, grabbing Raph's hand and swinging him upwards.
Raph then summoned his red energy fist and destroyed the Beacon right as an orange wave shot from it before he landed in front of Zog, "You fool!" Zog shouted in anger as Jenny climbed up next to Raph.
"I'm sorry we lied to you Zog, but we can't let you harm our world!" Jenny told the alien firmly.
"I'll squash you!" Zog roared as he tried to charge the two turtles, But they had already swung themselves up and slammed both their feet into Zog, to send him over the railing on the other side. Raph and Jenny ran to the railing.
"Zog!" Raph exclaimed as he and Kristof saw Zog hanging from the railing. "Zog! Take my hand!" he said, holding out his hand.
Jenny saw the look in his eyes and his own widened as she could figure out what he was planning. "Zog don't do it. Please don't do this!"
"Long live the Triceraton Empire," Zog said before he let himself slip and fall.
"No!" Raph called as he and Jenny looked in horror. "NOOOOOO!" He yelled before looking determined and jumped after Zog.
"RAPH!" Jenny screamed in terror.
Raph then summoned his energy giant, grabbed hold of Zog and pulled him close with his shell to the ground as they crashed. Zog and Raph groaned and picked themselves up.
"You okay, big guy?" Raph moaned while Zog looked honestly surprised.
"You…you save me." Zog said, completely stunned.
"Of course I did, that's what friends do on Earth," Raph said with a smile.
Zog still looked confused, "To us Triceratons, to go back for a weak warrior is to resign your will to live." He said.
"Well not here on Earth," The two turned and saw the other turtles coming over, "Here, we look out for each other, never willing to abandon each other even at the cost of our lives."
"That's why we've defeated the Kraang before because we care for each other and New York," Leo told Zog, gesturing to the city.
"You may have the Triceraton oath, but we have a way of saying, never give up," OIly said to him. "We beat the Kraang and stop their invasions more times than we can count before. So it's nothing new to us. We even took back the city from them. Even face their leader, Kraang Prime."
"So you see, Zog, if we work together, Turtles and Triceratons, we can kick the Kraang for good," Raph said, patting Zog's side.
Zog looked at the turtles, seeing the bravery, loyalty, and honor in their eyes, almost seeing his own kind in them, how they were willing to lay down their lives for their world. Zog then looked up to the stars, where the beacon went off, and then bowed his head, "I've been a fool," He said in shame.
"You were only doing what you were ordered to," Naomi said assuringly. "But now it's over. We stopped your beacon. So your kind won't be-"
"No. The beacon had already sent its signal." Zog said in shame, which shocked the others, "My people are coming, and they will bring forth a weapon powerful enough to eradicate this entire planetary system."
"Um, can you repeat that?" Mikey asked nervously.
"Wait, so that means that…." Miwa trailed off in worry.
"An invasion is coming." Olly said in dread as they looked up into the night sky, fearing the Triceratons were coming to destroy Earth.
Far off in Space, a holographic image of Earth appeared as a pulsating sound was heard. A signal pinpointed New York's geographical position. "Sir, we've received the signal beacon." A Triceraton soldier reported. "It is deep in sub-sector 919-837 on an unevolved third-world planet called… Earth." He explained.
The Triceraton commander had metal boots, a prophetic bill, a blind left eye, and a broken nose horn. "Save the coordinates. Once the Heart of Darkness is complete, we will go to that world, and destroy it." He ordered.
The massive Triceraton armada then began to move from the darkest depths of space, and nothing would stand in their way.
Yup, the Triceraton Saga is about to begin.
I decided to save Zog since I felt like he was a good guy, he was just doing what all he believed about Earth Dwellers and had a respect for loyalty and honor.
Now, I should note that with recent events in the previous episodes, the Turtles Adventures in Space won't begin exactly as it did in the Canon series. Stay tuned to see what I mean.
